  1. 一种铝木复合门窗的框扇组框结构,所述的门窗至少包括门窗框或门窗扇框,其特征在于所述的门窗框或门窗扇框由相邻的型材框条通过相邻接端面上的组角器加圆榫棒相连接而成,所述相邻的两条型材框条连接端面分别被制成相对正常型材框条端平面呈0~60°截面并相互连接成垂直框边,在所述两条型材框条的相接端面上分别加工有对称的组角器定位U型槽口及圆榫棒孔,圆榫棒孔中插入有定位用的圆榫棒;在相邻的型材框条相互拼接后,在拼接处形成一个容纳装配式组角器的空间;所述装配式组角器由两半组角器组合而成,两半组角器各用螺钉固定在相对的型材框条定位U型槽口中,两半组角器之间通过配对啮合的锥形齿轮副机构机械拉紧,将两根相邻的型材框条紧密固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的铝木复合门窗的框扇组框结构,其特征在于所述的组角器由两半组角器、定位销、盖板和组角器锥齿轮副组合而成,所述的两半组角器为带有两个固定孔和一个齿轮孔的固定基板其中一半组角器的侧面还设置有一个齿轮孔及连体的盖板;所述的定位销为一空心的圆柱体固定件,其两端分别连接在两半组角器相对端面上开设的固定孔中;所述组角器锥齿轮副由一位于两根定位销之间带有螺杆锥齿轮和垂直置于齿轮孔中、带有旋转头部的垂直锥齿轮相互啮合组成。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的铝木复合门窗的框扇组框结构,其特征在于所述两条型材框条的U型槽口中分别制有一层单组份胶,所述的U型槽口底部设置有两个预钻孔,两半组角器分别通过螺钉从预钻孔中钉入后固定在U型槽口中;所述两条型材框条的连接端面分别被制成45°截面,且所述U型槽口位于45°截面的中间端面上。
