Definitions
- This invention relates to the chemical
- Patent Document 1 discloses a container formed in a cylindrical shape, an inner cap member that can be screwed into a mouth tube portion of the container, an outer cap member that is placed on the inner cap member, an inner cap member, and a mouth portion. And a sealing plate that seals the inside of the container.
- the inner cap member and the outer cap member have a ratchet mechanism that can engage and disengage as a child resistant mechanism.
- a plurality of driving members are provided at equal intervals along the circumferential direction on the outer edge portion of the top plate of the inner cap member, and each driving member is provided on the outer edge portion of the lower surface of the top plate of the outer cap member.
- a plurality of drive protrusions that can be engaged with each other are provided at equal intervals along the circumferential direction. Each drive protrusion is engaged with each drive member when the outer cap member is pushed toward the inner cap member.
- the inner surface of the top plate of the outer cap member is provided with a plurality of leaf spring members that urge the top plate in a direction away from the inner cap member.
- a ratchet protrusion that can be engaged with the lower end of the leaf spring member is provided.
- Each leaf spring member has a shape extending from the top plate of the outer cap member toward the top plate of the inner cap member, and is elastically deformable. The ratchet protrusion engages with each leaf spring member when the outer cap member is rotated in the closing direction with respect to the inner cap member, and the outer cap member is rotated in the opening direction with respect to the inner cap member.
- Each of the leaf spring members has a shape that allows the ratchet protrusion to get over the ratchet protrusion.
- the outer cap member and the inner cap member integrally rotate relative to the mouth of the container, so that the outer cap member and the inner cap member are removed (opened) from the container. Further, when the outer cap member and the inner cap member are attached to the container, each leaf spring is rotated by rotating the outer cap member in the closing direction even when the outer cap member is not pushed toward the inner cap member. Since the lower end portion of the member presses each ratchet protrusion of the inner cap member, the outer cap member and the inner cap member integrally rotate relative to the mouth portion. Therefore, the outer cap member and the inner cap member are attached to the container.

- An exterior cap main body having a shape covering the main body, and an exterior side protrusion having a shape projecting from the inner surface of the exterior cap body toward the interior cap body and being engageable with the interior side protrusion.
- the one of the interior-side projecting portion and the exterior-side projecting portion has the ratchet mechanism in a non-pressed state in which the exterior cap body is not pushed toward the interior cap body.
- the exterior cap body is urged against the interior cap body so as to be separated from each other, and the interior cap body is rotated when the exterior cap body is rotated with respect to the mouth portion in the non-pressed state.
- the cap body engages with the other protrusion of the interior-side protrusion and the exterior-side protrusion so that the cap body rotates integrally with the exterior cap body.
- the outer cap body is rotated in a direction to open with respect to the mouth in the non-pressed state, the outer cap is overcome with the other protrusion, and the contact ring has a diameter of the inner cap body.

- the upper surface of the interior upper wall 42 of the present embodiment is the exterior cap. Since it has a shape that curves so as to protrude toward the main body 62, the interior upper wall 42 is deformed so as to be recessed inward due to the load, and the engagement between the spring piece 84 and the rib 54 is caused thereby. It is suppressed that the joint relationship deteriorates.
- the contact ring 44 is provided at a position separated from each locking portion 50 in the radial direction of the interior peripheral wall 34, in other words, the contact ring 44 and each locking portion 50 are connected to the axis of the interior peripheral wall 34. Since it is provided at a position that does not overlap in the direction, the contact ring 44 is prevented from sinking due to the locking portion 50 when the interior cap 30 is molded of synthetic resin.
- the interior side protrusion of the interior cap 30 may constitute a spring piece
- the exterior side protrusion of the exterior cap 60 may constitute a rib.
- the interior-side protruding portion constitutes the rib 54, so that the interior cap 30 can be easily manufactured.
- the interior cap 30 has the female thread portion 37
- the interior cap 30 needs to be removed while being rotated from the mold.
- the design of the mold when the interior cap 30 is unscrewed from the mold becomes complicated. Therefore, when the interior side projecting portion constitutes the rib 54, the interior cap 30 can be easily detached from the mold as compared with the case where the interior side projecting portion constitutes the spring piece.
- the upper surface of a portion inside the contact ring 44 in the inner upper wall 42 in the radial direction of the inner peripheral wall 34 is orthogonal to the axial direction of the inner peripheral wall 34, and the lower surface of the portion is
- the inner peripheral wall 34 may have a shape that curves outwardly in the axial direction.
- each spring piece 84 is not spiral, but has a shape extending radially from the center of the exterior upper wall 72 (intersection of the exterior upper wall 72 and the central axis of the exterior peripheral wall 64). You may do it.
- the spring piece 84 is formed in a spiral shape around the central axis of the exterior peripheral wall 64, so that when the exterior cap body 62 is pushed toward the interior cap body 32, the spring piece is formed. Since the force applied to the base end portion of 84 is reduced, the durability of the spring piece is improved, and the spring piece 84 is not too hard as compared to the shape extending radially from the center of the exterior upper wall 72. Power can be gained.

Abstract
