La présente invention concerne un liquide de traitement pour matériau fragile qui contient de l'eau, (A) une ou plusieurs substances choisies dans le groupe constitué des glycols d'acétylène présentant une valeur HLB égale à 4 à 12 (bornes incluses) et des produits d'addition avec l'oxyde d'alkylène des glycols d'acétylène présentant une valeur HLB égale à 4 à 12 (bornes incluses), et (B) un tensioactif non ionique qui est un produit d'addition avec l'oxyde d'éthylène présentant une valeur HLB égale ou supérieure à 6 et à la structure moléculaire duquel a été ajouté un nombre de moles d'oxyde d'éthylène égal ou supérieur à 5, et qui ne possède pas de groupe acétylène. La teneur en composant (A) varie de 0,010 % en masse à 0,200 % en masse (bornes incluses) pour 100 % en masse du total du liquide de traitement pour matériau fragile ; la teneur en composant (B) varie de 0,020 % en masse à 0,500 % en masse (bornes incluses) pour 100 % en masse du total du liquide de traitement pour matériau fragile ; et le rapport entre la teneur en composant (A) et la teneur en composant (B), à savoir (A)/(B), varie de 0,05 à 2,00 (bornes incluses) en termes de rapport pondéral. La présente invention concerne également un procédé de production de ce liquide de traitement pour matériau fragile.
