技术领域
本发明涉及汽车零配件生产研究领域中的一种生产设备,特别是一种门框导轨的自动拧螺母装置。
背景技术
由于汽车门框玻璃导轨要装配到门框上,故需要螺母与导轨上焊接的螺钉配合将玻璃导轨固定在门框上,是汽车玻璃能顺畅的升降。现有拧螺母为一名操作员一只手在工作台上固定好产品,另一只手取螺母将其拧紧在玻璃导轨上焊接的螺钉上。所以现在需要1个工序专配1个人进行操作生产,操作员每日重复进行该作业,劳动强度很大,生产效率低。现有技术中还存在以下缺点:
一,操作员通过手动拧螺母时,拧动速度、拧动力度等的不同会导致拧螺母的松紧不一致等问题,且会存在螺母过于松动导致脱落的问题,无法保证产品品质。同时手动拧螺母使操作员的劳动强度增大。
二,完成拧螺母作业,需要一名操作员手工操作,可能会与前后工序的节拍不一致,影响生产效率。

本发明的目的,在于提供一种门框导轨的自动拧螺母装置,通过螺母拧紧机全自动控制能保证拧螺母操作松紧一致,能够有效解决拧螺母因操作员手法不同而造成的差异,可确保产品品质,同时减少了操作员的劳动强度,节省了人力成本。
