- the arcs in the holding recesses 45 of the fixed arm portion 41 and the movable arm portion 42 are arranged so as to overlap the same (one) virtual circle K.
- the fixed-side clamping member 31 and the movable-side clamping member 32 have a diameter of an inscribed circle K3 (see FIG. 8) formed between the opposing surfaces of the clamping recess 45, and the virtual circle K (K1, K1). K2) formed to be smaller than the diameter of (see FIG. 10), and less than half of both imaginary circles K1, K2 overlap each other, and the overlapped portion is substantially elliptical surrounded by the arcs of the sandwiching recess 45 Of space.
- the distance in the minor axis direction of this space is the diameter of the maximum inscribed circle K3. Therefore, it is possible to hold a thin tubular item having a sufficiently smaller diameter than the virtual circle K.
- the maximum diameter that can be held by these holding recesses 45 is the above-described virtual diameter.
- Tubular items that are larger than the diameter of the circle K and thus larger than the diameter of the virtual circle K can be held.
- the claw portion 61 is further provided at the open / close end portion of each movable arm portion 42 of the movable side holding member 32, the claw portion 61 is formed on the outer peripheral surface of the tubular item when opened to the maximum. Abut.
- the extending length of the claw portion 61 is set so as to surround up to 2/3 of the outer peripheral length of the assumed maximum diameter tubular item. For this reason, the tube holder 100 can hold a tubular item having a larger diameter than when the claw portion 61 is not provided.
- the claw portion 61 is formed in the receiving recess 63 of each fixed arm portion 41 of the fixed-side holding member 31 as shown in FIG. Since it is accommodated, interference with the fixed arm portion 41 is avoided, and the above-described substantially elliptical space is not expanded, and the minimum diameter of the tubular item that can be held can be maintained.
- the holding recesses 45 of the fixed-side holding member 31 and the movable-side holding member 32 can flexibly cope with tubular items of various sizes from a smaller diameter to a larger diameter with reference to the virtual circle K. .
- the tube holder 100 can hold two tubular items at the same time.
- the pair of movable side clamping members 32 are separate bodies, the tubular items having two different diameters can be independently held.
- both the fixed-side clamping member 31 and the movable-side clamping member 32 are provided with two arm portions 41 and 42 spaced apart in the direction along the support shaft 35 (front-rear direction), the arm portions 41 and 42 A pair of front and rear clamping recesses 45 (a total of four clamping recesses 45) are opened and closed. Therefore, the two tubular items held on the left and right are sandwiched at two points spaced apart in the longitudinal direction, thereby suppressing the wobbling of the held tubular items and improving the holding performance.
- the tube holder 100 can hold tubular items of various sizes from a small diameter to a large diameter at a medical site with high holding performance.
- both the fixed side clamping member 31 and the movable side clamping member 32 are configured to have two arm portions spaced apart in the front-rear direction, they may be configured to include one arm portion.
- the end portions of the fixed-side clamping member 31 and the movable-side clamping member 32 have claw portions 61 extending along an arc and when the clamping members 31 and 32 are closed.
- An accommodation recess 63 for accommodating the claw portion 61 may be formed.
