Abstract

静電センサは、車両の下部に設けられる上側電極と、上側電極よりも下側に位置するように車両の下部に設けられる下側電極と、上側電極及び下側電極のそれぞれにおける静電容量の変化に基づき車両の下側への足の出し入れ操作の有無を検出する検出部とを備える。検出部は、上側電極における静電容量がピークに達するタイミングと、下側電極における静電容量がピークに達するタイミングとが一致する場合、足の出し入れ操作が行われたと判定する。

Description

静電センサ及び車両用開閉装置
 本発明は、静電センサ及び車両用開閉装置に関する。
 静電センサは、静電センサに近接する人体等の検出対象を、静電容量の変化を通じて検出する。
 特許文献1の静電センサは、車両の下部に設けられた2つの電極を有する。静電センサの制御部は、2つの電極のそれぞれにおける静電容量の変化の検出を通じて、車両の下側へ足の出し入れ操作が行われたか否かを判定する。車両の下側へ足の出し入れ操作が行われた場合、車両のバックドアが開閉する。

 静電センサは、水の影響を受けやすいことが知られている。一方で、特許文献1の静電センサでは、車両にかかる水の影響が考慮されていない。すなわち、雨天時など、車両の下部へ水がかかることにより2つの電極のそれぞれにおける静電容量が変化し、その変化が足の出し入れ操作に起因するものであると誤判定されてバックドアが開閉するおそれがある。
 本発明の目的は、環境によらず足の出し入れ操作を検出しやすい静電センサ及び車両用開閉装置を提供することにある。
 上記課題を解決する静電センサは、車両の下部に設けられる上側電極と、前記上側電極よりも重力方向下側に位置するように前記車両の下部に設けられる下側電極と、前記上側電極及び前記下側電極のそれぞれにおける静電容量の変化に基づき前記車両の下側への足の出し入れ操作の有無を検出するように構成された検出部とを備える。前記検出部は、前記上側電極における静電容量がピークに達するタイミングと、前記下側電極における静電容量がピークに達するタイミングとが一致する場合、前記足の出し入れ操作が行われたと判定するように構成されている。
 上記課題を解決する静電センサは、車両の下部に設けられる上側電極と、前記上側電極よりも重力方向下側に位置するように前記車両の下部に設けられる下側電極と、前記上側電極及び前記下側電極のそれぞれにおける静電容量の変化に基づき前記車両の下側への足の出し入れ操作の有無を検出するように構成された検出部とを備える。前記車両の下部は上壁面と下壁面とを有し、水平方向に対する前記下壁面の角度は、水平方向に対する前記上壁面の角度よりも小さく、前記下側電極と前記下壁面との間の距離は、前記上側電極と前記下壁面との間の距離よりも小さく、前記検出部は、前記上側電極における前記静電容量の減少速度と前記下側電極における静電容量の減少速度とが一致する場合に前記車両の下側への足の出し入れ操作が行われたと判定するように構成されている。

 以下、静電センサを採用するバックドア開閉装置の一実施形態について図面にしたがって説明する。
 図1に示すように、車両1の後部には開閉対象としてのバックドア2が設けられている。車両1はバックドア開閉装置10を備え、バックドア開閉装置10は、バックドア2を車両上部に設けられる図示しないヒンジを中心にスイング変位させることにより、バックドア開口部3を開閉する。なお、車両1は、バックドア開口部3の下方に車幅方向に延びるバンパー4を備える。
 図2(a)及び図2(b)に示すように、バンパー4は、重力方向に沿う鉛直面5、鉛直面5の下縁部に連続し下方に向かうにしたがい徐々に前方へ向かうように滑らかに湾曲する湾曲面6、湾曲面6の前縁部に連続する傾斜部8、及び傾斜部8の前縁部に連続し水平方向に沿うように前方に向かって延びる水平面7を有する。傾斜部8は、下向きの面であり、湾曲面6に連続し且つ鉛直面5よりも水平方向に対する角度が小さい第1傾斜面8aと、第1傾斜面8aと水平面7とを繋ぐ第2傾斜面8bとを有する。なお、鉛直面5は上壁面に、水平面7は下壁面に、第1傾斜面8aが傾斜面に、それぞれ相当する。下壁面及び傾斜面はそれぞれ下向きの面である。
 図3に示すように、バックドア開閉装置10は、静電センサ11とECU12とを有する。
 静電センサ11は、電極における静電容量の変化を捕らえて車両1の下側、正確にはバンパー4の下側への足の出し入れ操作の有無を検出する。
 制御部としてのECU12は、静電センサ11の検出結果に基づき、図示しないモータの駆動制御を通じてバックドア2をスイング変位させる。
 図1、図2(a)、図2(b)、図3の各図に示すように、静電センサ11は、第1電極21、第2電極22、及び容量変化検出部25を備える。第1電極21及び第2電極22は、バンパー4の内側に設けられている。
 第1電極21は、車両幅方向に延びる板状の電極であって、鉛直面5と湾曲面6との境界部付近に設けられている。当該第1電極21の板面21aは、鉛直面5と湾曲面6との境界部における接線と平行であり、ほぼ水平方向(図面では若干下向き)を向いている。
 第2電極22は、車両幅方向に延びる板状の電極であって、傾斜部8付近に設けられている。当該第2電極22の板面22aは、湾曲面6と水平面7との境界部における接線と平行であり、斜め下向きである。
 すなわち、第2電極22は、第1電極21よりも下方に位置している。また、第2電極22の板面22aの水平方向に対する傾きが、第1電極21の板面21aの水平方向に対する傾きよりも小さい。言い換えると、第1電極21の板面21aの重力方向に対する傾きが、第2電極22の板面22aの重力方向に対する傾きよりも小さい。第2電極22と第1傾斜面8aとの間の距離は、第1電極21と第1傾斜面8aとの間の距離よりも小さい。また、第2電極22と水平面7との間の距離は、第1電極21と水平面7との間の距離よりも小さい。なお、第1電極21は上側電極に、第2電極22は下側電極に、それぞれ相当する。
 第1電極21及び第2電極22は、それぞれ容量変化検出部25に電気的に接続されている。
 第1電極21の静電容量は、第1電極21に導電体が近接した際、第1電極21と導電体との間の距離に応じて変化する。
 第2電極22の静電容量は、第2電極22に導電体が近接した際、第2電極22と導電体との間の距離に応じて変化する。
 容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極のそれぞれにおける静電容量の時間変化から、車両1の下側、正確にはバンパー4の下側への足の出し入れ操作の有無を判定する。容量変化検出部25は、判定結果を示す情報を含ませた判定信号を生成する。
 ECU12は、判定信号に基づき、図示しないモータの駆動を通じて、バックドア2を開閉させる。容量変化検出部25及びECU12の各々は、各種処理のうち少なくとも一部の処理を実行する専用のハードウェア(特定用途向け集積回路:ASIC)を備えたものであってもよい。すなわち、容量変化検出部25及びECU12の各々は、1)ASIC等の1つ以上の専用のハードウェア回路、2)コンピュータプログラム(ソフトウェア)に従って動作する1つ以上のプロセッサ(マイクロコンピュータ)、或いは3)それらの組み合わせ、を含む回路であってもよい。
 次に、容量変化検出部25における車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作に関する判定処理手順を図5に示すフローチャートにしたがって説明する。当該フローチャートで示される処理手順を実行するプログラムは、容量変化検出部25に設けられるメモリ25aにあらかじめ記憶されている。なお、容量変化検出部25は、図5のフローチャートに示す処理を定期的に実行する。
 図5に示すように、まず、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21の静電容量があらかじめ設定される第1閾値を上回るか否かを判定する(ステップS1)。すなわち、当該ステップS1では、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21と第1電極21に近接した導電体との間で形成されるコンデンサC1(図2(a)参照)の静電容量が第1閾値を上回るか否かを判定する。
 ステップS1でYES、すなわち、第1電極21の静電容量があらかじめ設定される第1閾値を上回る場合、容量変化検出部25は、第2電極22の静電容量があらかじめ設定される第2閾値を上回るか否かを判定する(ステップS2)。すなわち、当該ステップS2では、容量変化検出部25は、第2電極22と第2電極22に近接した導電体との間で形成されるコンデンサC2(図2(a)参照)の静電容量が第2閾値を上回るか否かを判定する。本実施形態では、第2閾値は第1閾値よりも大きい(図4参照)。
 ステップS2でYES、すなわち、第2電極22の静電容量があらかじめ設定される第2閾値を上回る場合、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22のそれぞれにおける静電容量があらかじめ上限値として設定される第3閾値を下回るか否かを判定する(ステップS3)。
 ステップS3でYES、すなわち、第1電極21及び第2電極22のそれぞれにおける静電容量が第3閾値を下回る場合、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22のそれぞれにおける静電容量変化が増加から減少に転じているか否かを判定する(ステップS4)。
 ステップS4でYES、すなわち、第1電極21及び第2電極22のそれぞれにおける静電容量変化が増加から減少に転じている場合、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT1と、第2電極22の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT2とが一致するか否かを判定する(ステップS5,図4参照)。
 ステップS5でYES、すなわち、第1電極21の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT1と、第2電極22の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT2とが一致する場合、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21の静電容量の減少速度V1と、第2電極22の静電容量の減少速度V2とが一致するか否かを判定する(ステップS6)。
 ステップS6でYES、すなわち、第1電極21の静電容量の減少速度V1と、第2電極22の静電容量の減少速度V2とが一致する場合、容量変化検出部25は、車両1の下側へ足の出し入れ操作が行われたことを示す操作信号を生成し(ステップS7)、一連の処理を終了する。そして、ECU12は、この操作信号に基づき、図示しないモータの駆動を通じて、バックドア2を開閉させる。
 なお、ステップS1でNO、すなわち、第1電極21の静電容量があらかじめ設定される第1閾値を上回らない場合、容量変化検出部25は、操作信号を生成することなく一連の処理を終了する。
 また、ステップS2でNO、すなわち、第2電極22の静電容量があらかじめ設定される第2閾値を上回らない場合、容量変化検出部25は、操作信号を生成することなく一連の処理を終了する。
 さらに、ステップS3でNO、すなわち、第1電極21及び第2電極22のそれぞれにおける静電容量が第3閾値を下回らない場合、容量変化検出部25は、操作信号を生成することなく一連の処理を終了する。
 また、ステップS4でNO、すなわち、第1電極21及び第2電極22のそれぞれにおける静電容量変化が増加から減少に転じていない場合、容量変化検出部25は、その処理をステップS3に移行する。
 さらに、ステップS5でNO、すなわち、第1電極21の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT1と、第2電極22の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT2とが一致しない場合、容量変化検出部25は、操作信号を生成することなく一連の処理を終了する。
 さらに、ステップS6でNO、すなわち、第1電極21の静電容量の減少速度V1と、第2電極22の静電容量の減少速度V2とが一致しない場合、容量変化検出部25は、操作信号を生成することなく一連の処理を終了する。
 次に、静電センサ11の作用及び効果について説明する。
 静電センサ11は第1電極21と第2電極22とを備え、第1電極21が第2電極22よりも上側に設けられている。
 水は、重力の影響を受けて上から下に流れることが周知である。したがって、第1電極21及び第2電極22の静電容量が水の影響を受けて変化する場合、第1電極21において静電容量の変化が生じた後に第2電極22において静電容量の変化が生じる。すなわち、第1電極21及び第2電極22の静電容量が水の影響を受ける場合、図4の左側に示すように、第2電極22において静電容量が増加から減少に変化するタイミングT2は、第1電極21において静電容量が増加から減少に変化するタイミングT1から遅れる。
 その点、車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作によって第1電極21及び第2電極22の静電容量が足の影響を受ける場合、図4の右側に示すように、第1電極21及び第2電極22において静電容量が増加から減少に変化するタイミングT1,T2は一致する。
 本例の静電センサ11が備える容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22における静電容量が変化するタイミングを監視している。すなわち、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22において静電容量が増加から減少に変化するタイミングT1,T2が一致する場合、車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作が行われたと判定する。このため、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22における静電容量の変化が、水によるものなのか車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作によるものかを好適に判定することができる。すなわち、車両が濡れていても、容量変化検出部25は、車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作を検出できる。言い換えると、静電センサ11は、車両1の置かれている環境によらず車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作を検出しやすい。
 また、本例の静電センサ11では、第2電極22の板面22aの水平方向に対する傾きが、第1電極21の板面21aの水平方向に対する傾きよりも小さい。
 重力の関係から鉛直面5に付着した水の流れる速度は、水平面7に付着した水の流れる速度よりも速い。このため、第1電極21及び第2電極22の静電容量が水の影響を受ける場合、鉛直面5近傍に設けられる第1電極21における静電容量の減少速度は、水平面7近傍に設けられる第2電極22における静電容量の減少速度よりも速くなる。一方、車両1の下側へ足が出し入れされる場合、第1電極21における静電容量の減少速度は、第2電極22における静電容量の減少速度と一致する。
 本例の静電センサ11が備える容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22における静電容量の減少速度を監視している。すなわち、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21における静電容量の減少速度と第2電極22における静電容量の減少速度とが一致する場合、車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作が行われたと判定する。このため、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22における静電容量の変化が、水によるものなのか車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作によるものかを好適に判定することができる。これにより、静電センサ11は、より確実に、車両1の置かれている環境によらず車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作を検出することができる。
 また、湾曲面6と水平面7との境界部付近に傾斜部8を設けた。傾斜部8は、湾曲面6に連続し且つ鉛直面5よりも水平方向に対する角度が小さい第1傾斜面8aと、第1傾斜面8aと水平面7とを繋ぐ第2傾斜面8bとを有する。この第1傾斜面8aにより、より確実に水の流れる速度を低下させることができる。これにより、第1電極21及び第2電極22の静電容量が水の影響を受ける場合において、鉛直面5近傍に設けられる第1電極21における静電容量の減少速度と水平面7近傍に設けられる第2電極22における静電容量の減少速度との間に差が生じやすい。すなわち、より確実に、第2電極22における静電容量の減少速度が第1電極21における静電容量の減少速度よりも遅くなる。言い換えれば、これら第1電極21における静電容量の減少速度と第2電極22における静電容量の減少速度とがより一致しにくくなる。このため、容量変化検出部25における車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作の判定精度が向上する。
 また、図2(a)及び図2(b)に示すように、第1傾斜面8aと第2傾斜面8bとの間は、劣角とされている。すなわち、第1傾斜面8aと第2傾斜面8bとは、凹所を形成している。ここで、表面張力は、表面積が小さいほど強くなることが周知である。すなわち、傾斜部8に伝った水は、第1傾斜面8aと第2傾斜面8bとのなす角部において表面張力が作用する効果が強くなるため、水は、傾斜部8において留まりやすい。すなわち、傾斜部8における水の流れる速度を低下させることができる。
 なお、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21の静電容量が第1閾値を上回り、且つ第2電極22の静電容量が第2閾値を上回る場合にのみ、足の出し入れ操作の可能性があると判定するようにした。
 これにより、車両1の側部を人が通過しただけの場合や、車両1の下側を猫などの小動物が通過した場合に、容量変化検出部25が車両1の下側へ足の出し入れ操作が行われたと判定することが回避される。
 なお、大雨等に起因して水のバンパー4への付着範囲が非常に広い場合、或いは第1電極21及び第2電極22に金属板や金属棒が近づいてきた場合の第1電極21及び第2電極22における静電容量は、バンパー4の下側へ人の足の出し入れ操作が行われる場合の静電容量を大きく上回ることが周知である。
 その点、本例の静電センサ11に採用される容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22の静電容量が第3閾値を下回らない場合、すなわち、これら第1電極21及び第2電極22の静電容量が非常に大きい場合、足の出し入れ操作が行われていないと判定し、それ以降の処理(ステップS4~S7)を実行しない。
 これにより、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22において静電容量が増加から減少に変化するタイミングT1,T2が一致するか否かを判定する処理や、減少速度V1,V2が一致するか否かを判定する処理を実行しなくても、足の出し入れ操作が行われていないと判定できる。すなわち、容量変化検出部25は、足の出し入れ操作が行われていないことを、より早期に判定することができる。また、ステップS4~S7における処理が実行されないので、容量変化検出部25における処理の負荷も軽減される。
 なお、第1電極21及び第2電極22の車両1の下部における搭載位置や、第1電極21及び第2電極22の周辺の車両1の外面の形状、想定される水の流れる速度や車両外面に留まる水の量、或いは、想定される小動物や金属棒の大きさ等々に応じて、第1閾値、第2閾値、及び第3閾値は、それぞれ適宜変更可能である。
 なお、上記実施形態は、以下のように変更してもよい。
 ・上記実施形態において、第1閾値及び第2閾値は、共通値であってもよい。
 ・上記実施形態において、容量変化検出部25は、図5に示す処理を定期的に実行したが、第1電極21の静電容量が第1閾値を上回ることをトリガとして、図5に示す処理を実行してもよい。
 また、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21の静電容量が第1閾値を上回ることに加えて、第2電極22の静電容量が第2閾値を上回ることをトリガとして、図5に示す処理を実行してもよい。
 ・上記実施形態において、図5に示す一連の処理手順から、ステップS6の処理、すなわち、第1電極21の静電容量の減少速度V1と、第2電極22の静電容量の減少速度V2とが一致するか否かを判定する処理を省略してもよい。
 詳述すると、図6に示すように、容量変化検出部25はステップS1,S2,S3,S4,S5,S7の処理を実行し、ステップS5でYES、すなわち、第1電極21の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT1と、第2電極22の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT2とが一致する場合、容量変化検出部25はステップS7の処理に移行する。
 このように構成した場合でも、容量変化検出部25は、タイミングT1,T2が一致するか否かを判定する処理を通じて第1電極21及び第2電極22における静電容量の変化が、水によるものか足の出し入れ操作によるものなのかを判定することができる。
 なお、この場合、第2電極22の板面22aの水平方向に対する傾きが、第1電極21の板面21aの水平方向に対する傾きよりも小さくなくてもよい。なお、この別例において、容量変化検出部25は、ステップS3,S4の処理手順をさらに省略してもよい。
 ・上記実施形態において、図5に示す一連の処理手順から、ステップS5の処理、すなわち、第1電極21の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT1と、第2電極22の静電容量がピークを迎えるタイミングT2とが一致するか否かを判定する処理を省略してもよい。
 詳述すると、図7に示すように、容量変化検出部25はステップS1,S2,S3,S4,S6,S7の処理を実行し、ステップS4でYES、すなわち、容量変化検出部25は、第1電極21及び第2電極22の静電容量変化が増加から減少に転じたと判定する場合、ステップS6の処理に移行する。
 このように構成した場合でも、容量変化検出部25は、減少速度V1,V2が一致するか否かを判定する処理を通じて第1電極21及び第2電極22における静電容量の変化が、水によるものか足の出し入れ操作によるものなのかを判定することができる。なお、この別例において、容量変化検出部25は、ステップS3,S4の処理手順をさらに省略してもよい。
 ・上記実施形態において、図5に示す一連の処理手順から、ステップS3の処理、すなわち、第1電極21及び第2電極の静電容量が第3閾値を下回るか否かを判定する処理を省略してもよい。なお、この場合、ステップS4の処理も省略する。
 詳述すると、図8に示すように、容量変化検出部25はステップS1,S2,S5,S6,S7の処理を実行し、ステップS2でYES、すなわち、容量変化検出部25は、第2電極22の静電容量が第2閾値を上回ると判定する場合、ステップS5の処理に移行する。
 このように構成した場合でも、容量変化検出部25は、タイミングT1,T2が一致するか否かを判定する処理、及び減少速度V1,V2が一致するか否かを判定する処理を通じて第1電極21及び第2電極22における静電容量の変化が、水によるものか足の出し入れ操作によるものなのかを判定することができる。なお、この別例において、容量変化検出部25は、ステップS5及びステップS6のいずれか一方の処理手順をさらに省略してもよい。
 ・上記実施形態において、タイミングT1,T2の一致とは、完全一致に限定されるものではない。タイミングT1を基準に、あらかじめ設定される許容範囲内にタイミングT2が含まれる状態もタイミングT1,T2の一致に含まれてよい。
 ・上記実施形態において、減少速度V1,V2の一致とは、完全一致に限定されるものではない。減少速度V1を基準に、あらかじめ設定される許容範囲内に減少速度V2が含まれる状態も減少速度V1,V2の一致に含まれてよい。
 ・上記実施形態において、傾斜部8は省略されてもよい。すなわち、湾曲面6の前縁部に、傾斜部8を介することなく水平面7が連続してもよい。
 ・上記実施形態において、静電センサ11を構成する第1電極21及び第2電極22は、バンパー4に設けられたが、バンパー4以外の車両1の下部に設けられてもよい。
 例えば、車両1の側部にスライドドアを有する車両であれば、スライドドアの下部のステップ等に第1電極21及び第2電極22が設けられることが望ましい。この場合、車両1の下側への足の出し入れ操作によって開閉される対象はスライドドアであることが望ましい。
 このように、静電センサ11を構成する第1電極21及び第2電極22と、開閉対象とは、近接して設けられることが好ましい。

Claims (8)

  1.  車両の下部に設けられる上側電極と、
     前記上側電極よりも重力方向下側に位置するように前記車両の下部に設けられる下側電極と、
     前記上側電極及び前記下側電極のそれぞれにおける静電容量の変化に基づき前記車両の下側への足の出し入れ操作の有無を検出するように構成された検出部とを備え、
     前記検出部は、前記上側電極における静電容量がピークに達するタイミングと、前記下側電極における静電容量がピークに達するタイミングとが一致する場合、前記足の出し入れ操作が行われたと判定するように構成されている静電センサ。
  2.  請求項1に記載の静電センサにおいて、
     前記車両の下部は上壁面と傾斜面と下壁面とを有し、水平方向に対する前記傾斜面の角度と、水平方向に対する前記下壁面の角度とは、水平方向に対する前記上壁面の角度よりも小さく、
     前記傾斜面は、前記上壁面と前記下壁面との間に設けられ、
     前記下側電極と前記傾斜面との間の距離は、前記上側電極と前記傾斜面との間の距離よりも小さい静電センサ。
  3.  車両の下部に設けられる上側電極と、
     前記上側電極よりも重力方向下側に位置するように前記車両の下部に設けられる下側電極と、
     前記上側電極及び前記下側電極のそれぞれにおける静電容量の変化に基づき前記車両の下側への足の出し入れ操作の有無を検出するように構成された検出部とを備え、
     前記車両の下部は上壁面と下壁面とを有し、水平方向に対する前記下壁面の角度は、水平方向に対する前記上壁面の角度よりも小さく、
     前記下側電極と前記下壁面との間の距離は、前記上側電極と前記下壁面との間の距離よりも小さく、
     前記検出部は、前記上側電極における前記静電容量の減少速度と前記下側電極における静電容量の減少速度とが一致する場合に前記車両の下側への足の出し入れ操作が行われたと判定するように構成されている静電センサ。
  4.  請求項3に記載の静電センサにおいて、
     前記車両の下部は、前記上壁面と前記下壁面との間に傾斜面を有し、水平方向に対する前記傾斜面の角度は、水平方向に対する前記上壁面の角度よりも小さく、
     前記下側電極と前記傾斜面との間の距離は、前記上側電極と前記傾斜面との間の距離よりも小さい静電センサ。
  5.  請求項1~4のうちいずれか一項に記載の静電センサにおいて、
     前記検出部は、前記上側電極における静電容量が、人の近接を判定するための下限値としてあらかじめ設定される第1閾値を上回る場合、且つ、前記下側電極における静電容量が、人の近接を判定するための下限値としてあらかじめ設定される第2閾値を上回る場合に前記足の出し入れ操作の有無について判定するように構成されている静電センサ。
  6.  請求項5に記載の静電センサにおいて、
     前記検出部は、前記上側電極及び前記下側電極におけるそれぞれの静電容量が、人の近接を判定するための上限値としてあらかじめ設定される第3閾値を下回る場合に前記足の出し入れ操作の有無について判定するように構成されている静電センサ。
  7.  請求項2又は4に記載の静電センサにおいて、
     前記傾斜面は第1傾斜面であり、
     前記車両の下部は、前記第1傾斜面と前記下壁面とを繋ぐ第2傾斜面を有し、
     水平方向に対する前記第2傾斜面の角度は、水平方向に対する前記上壁面の角度よりも小さく、
     前記第1傾斜面と前記第2傾斜面とは、凹所を形成している静電センサ。
  8.  請求項1~7のうちいずれか一項に記載の静電センサと、
     前記静電センサによって前記車両の下側への足の出し入れ操作が検出される場合、車両に設けられた開閉対象を開閉させるように構成されている制御部と、を備える車両用開閉装置。
