背景技术
随着电子终端技术的发展,电子终端产品的边框尺寸也在不断优化。以下以电子终端产品中的手机为例进行说明,在手机尺寸相同的前提下,边框越小则手机的显示区域越大,用户体验更佳,手机也越美观。因此,现有手机厂商都在追求“窄边框”。
现有技术中对“边框”的定义非常多,本申请文件中的“边框”指沿手机宽度方向上,显示图像区域距离手机边缘的距离,参照图1,图1中L即为手机的“边框”宽度,不包括手机外观弧度区域U,因为外观弧度区域U是根据外观设计调整的,非技术瓶颈点。
现有技术一:图1所示为现有的一种手机显示屏安装结构,包括显示屏组件01、中框02、前壳03、表面玻璃04、电池06和后壳07,表面玻璃04与中框02的缝隙中设置有胶水05,显示屏组件01的显示图像区域AA到显示屏组件01的边缘的距离M=0.6mm,显示屏组件01与中框02间隙N=0.45mm,中框02的端面宽度K=0.5mm,则整体边框宽度L=0.6+0.5+0.45=1.55mm;其中,胶水05通过喷胶机喷入表面玻璃04与中框02的缝隙中,为了保障外观的一致性,喷胶时会先使胶水溢出到外观面上,然后通过刮胶和擦拭将多余的胶水清除。上述结构在安装时需要擦胶和刮胶,生产线要耗费较多人力,且擦胶工位产品良率低,一次直接通过率只有85%,影响产品的品质和产量。

在所述头部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处,以及所述底部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处分别开设灌胶孔,并向灌胶孔内灌入填缝胶,使所述填缝胶将所述显示屏仓胶线分别与所述头部胶线和所述底部胶线连接,形成环形胶线。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备上显示屏的安装方法,由于采用了先点胶,然后再装显示屏组件的方案,因此不需要后续填胶,避免了擦胶和刮胶的工艺,节省了人力。并且由于采用了显示屏仓胶线直接与显示屏组件粘接的工艺,不需要将显示屏仓胶线与表面玻璃粘接,因此不需要在前壳内侧设置台阶来垫高显示屏仓胶线,从而省去了台阶的宽度,使得边框变窄。并且由于填缝胶将显示屏仓胶线分别与头部胶线和底部胶线连接,形成了完整的环形防水密封胶线,从而可保证粘接力和密封性,提高防水 效果,且显示屏组件的第一侧面和第二侧面上均形成有显示屏密封胶线,因此可实现显示屏组件两侧面的密封防水,保证了电子终端产品的防水等级。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行描述。
在本申请的描述中,术语“中心”、“上”、“下”、“前”、“后”、“左”、“右”、“竖直”、“水平”、“顶”、“底”、“内”、“外”等指示的方位或位置关系为基于附图所示的方位或位置关系,仅是为了便于描述本申请和简化描述,而不是指示或暗示所指的装置或元件必须具有特定的方位、以特定的方位构造和操作,因此不能理解为对本申请的限制。
在本申请的描述中,需要说明的是,除非另有明确的规定和限定,术语“安装”、“相连”、“连接”应做广义理解,例如,可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接,或一体地连接;对于本领域的普通技术人员而言,可以具体情况理解上述术语在本申请中的具体含义。
本申请实施例提供一种显示屏安装结构,如图3、图10、图11所示,包括前壳1、显示屏组件2和表面玻璃3,所述前壳包括底板11和围绕底板一周形成的侧板12,所述底板包括头部111、显示屏仓112和底部113,所述底板的上表面用于安装显示屏组件,所述显示屏仓的上表面低于所述头部的上表面和所述底部的上表面,沿所述头部的上表面边沿形成有头部胶线4,沿所述底部的上表面边沿形成有底部胶线5,沿所述显示屏仓的上表面的两相对边沿形成有显示屏仓胶线6(如图4所示),所述头部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处,以及所述底部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处分别设有灌胶孔13(如图7和图9所示),所述灌胶孔内填充有填缝胶7(如图8所示),所述填缝胶将所述显示屏仓胶线分别与所述头部胶线和所述底部胶线连接,形成环形胶线;所述显示屏组件包括相对的第一侧面21和第二侧面22(如图5所示),所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面上均形成有显示屏密封胶线8(如图6所示),所述显示屏组 件设置于所述显示屏仓内,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面分别与所述显示屏仓两侧的侧板相对,所述显示屏仓胶线与所述显示屏组件的下表面边沿粘接;所述表面玻璃与所述显示屏固定连接,所述表面玻璃的下表面的两端边沿分别与所述头部胶线和所述底部胶线粘接。
本申请实施例提供的显示屏安装结构,如图3、图10所示,由于显示屏仓内的显示屏仓胶线直接与显示屏组件粘接,不需要将显示屏仓胶线与表面玻璃粘接,因此不需要在前壳内侧设置台阶来垫高显示屏仓胶线,从而省去了台阶的宽度,使得边框变窄。并且由于填缝胶将显示屏仓胶线分别与头部胶线和底部胶线连接,形成了完整的环形防水密封胶线(如图8所示),从而可保证粘接力和密封性,提高防水效果。由于显示屏组件一般由多层材料层叠形成,因此水气和杂质容易从显示屏组件的侧面进入多层材料之间,本实施例的方案中由于表面玻璃没有与侧板粘接,因此显示屏组件的侧面是与外界空气连通的,为了防止外界水气和杂质进入显示屏组件内,在显示屏组件的第一侧面和第二侧面上均形成有显示屏密封胶线(如图6所示),因此可实现显示屏组件两侧面的密封防水,保证了电子终端产品的防水等级。
需要说明的是,由于显示屏组件的另外两个侧面对应的是前壳的头部和底部,而头部胶线和底部胶线是直接与表面玻璃的下表面粘接的,因此显示屏组件的另外两个侧面已经处在了密封空间内,并不会与外界空气连通,因此不需要设置密封胶线。另外,图10中底板的下部设有电池9和后壳10。
如图10所示,在本发明的一种具体实施例中,构成边框的各部分尺寸如下:前壳的端面宽度A=0.5mm,显示屏的显示图像区域AA距离显示屏的边缘B=0.6mm,显示屏组件与前壳之间的间隙C=0.3mm,则整体边框宽度D=0.5+0.6+0.3=1.4mm。其中,端面宽度A是数控加工形成的端面宽度,距离B是用于走线和封胶的预留宽度,间隙C是显示屏组件与前壳的安全距离,上述数值只是举例说明,是为了方便和现有技术对比。与现有技术一相比,边框的整体宽度减少了0.15mm,且不需要进行刮胶和擦拭工艺。与现有技术二相比,边框的整体宽度减少了0.45mm,且保证了防水效果,使防水等级可以达到IPX7级(即防浸型:在规定的条件下即使浸在水中也不会进入内部)。
其中,显示屏仓胶线的具体位置可以有多种选择,例如,显示屏仓胶线可仅形成于显示屏仓的上表面,此时,显示屏仓胶线仅与显示屏组件的下表面边沿粘接;显示屏仓胶线也可仅形成于侧板的内壁上,此时,显示屏仓胶线仅与显示屏组件侧面的显示屏密封胶线粘接。如图?所示,所述显示屏仓胶线也可以形成于所述显示屏仓的上表面与所述侧板的连接拐角处,所述显示屏仓胶线的一部分与所述显示屏组件的下表面边沿粘接,另一部分与所述显示屏密封胶线粘接。由此,可使得显示屏仓胶线与显示屏组件的侧面和下表面均连接,使得连接更加稳固。
在本发明的一种实施例中,所述表面玻璃的宽度大于所述显示屏的宽度,此时为了增大了显示屏组件与表面玻璃的粘接力,可将所述显示屏密封胶线靠近所述表面玻璃的一端与所述表面玻璃粘接。由此,可使显示屏密封胶线分别与表面玻璃和显示屏组件粘接,在保证显示屏组件侧面良好密封的同时,增大了显示屏组件与表面玻璃的粘接力。
在本发明的另一种实施例中,所述表面玻璃的宽度可以等于所述显示屏的宽度,此时,显示屏密封胶线仅与显示屏组件的侧面粘接。
其中,所述显示屏组件可以包括相互贴合的液晶显示屏和触摸屏。也可以是触摸显示屏,其中,触摸显示屏是指一个屏幕同时具有显示和触摸两种功能。在此不做限定。
可选地,由于所述底部胶线和所述头部胶线只是与盖板玻璃的下表面粘接,因此所述底部胶线和所述头部胶线可以由双面胶带制成。
本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,所述电子设备包括上述第一方面提供的显示屏安装结构。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备,由于包括了第一方面提供的显示屏安装结构,能到达第一方面实施例同样的技术效果,即,可在保证防水效果的基础上,使得电子终端产品的边框更窄。
本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备上显示屏的安装方法,所述电子设备包括前壳,所述前壳包括底板和围绕底板一周形成的侧板,所述底板包括头部、显示屏仓和底部,所述底板的上表面用于安装显示屏,所述显示屏仓的上表面低于所述头部的上表面和所述底部的上表面,所述安装方法包括以下步骤:
沿所述头部的上表面边沿点胶,形成头部胶线,沿所述底部的上表面边沿点胶,形成底部胶线,沿所述显示屏仓的上表面的两相对边沿点胶,形成显示屏仓胶线;
将显示屏组件和表面玻璃固定连接;
在显示屏组件的两相对的第一侧面和第二侧面上点胶,形成显示屏密封胶线;
将显示屏组件安装至所述显示屏仓内,使所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面分别与所述显示屏仓两侧的侧板相对,并使所述显示屏组件的下表面边沿与所述显示屏仓胶线粘接;
使所述表面玻璃的下表面的两端边沿分别与所述头部胶线和所述底部胶线粘接;
在所述头部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处,以及所述底部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处分别开设灌胶孔,并向灌胶孔内灌入填缝胶,使所述填缝胶将所述显示屏仓胶线分别与所述头部胶线和所述底部胶线连接,形成环形胶线。
本申请实施例提供的电子设备上显示屏的安装方法,由于采用了先点胶,然后再装显示屏组件的方案,因此不需要后续填胶,避免了擦胶和刮胶的工艺,节省了人力。并且由于采用了显示屏仓胶线直接与显示屏组件粘接的工艺,不需要将显示屏仓胶线与表面玻璃粘接,因此不需要在前壳内侧设置台阶来垫高显示屏仓胶线,从而省去了台阶的宽度,使得边框变窄。并且由于填缝胶将显示屏仓胶线分别与头部胶线和底部胶线连接,形成了完整的环形防水密封胶线,从而可保证粘接力和密封性,提高防水效果,且显示屏组件的第一侧面和第二侧面上均形成有显示屏密封胶线,因此可实现显示屏组件两侧面的密封防水,保证了电子终端产品的防水等级。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本申请的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本申请进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本申请各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种显示屏安装结构,其特征在于,包括:
    前壳,所述前壳包括底板和围绕底板一周形成的侧板,所述底板包括头部、显示屏仓和底部,所述底板的上表面用于安装显示屏组件,所述显示屏仓的上表面低于所述头部的上表面和所述底部的上表面,沿所述头部的上表面边沿形成有头部胶线,沿所述底部的上表面边沿形成有底部胶线,沿所述显示屏仓的上表面的两相对边沿形成有显示屏仓胶线,所述头部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处,以及所述底部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处分别设有灌胶孔,所述灌胶孔内填充有填缝胶,所述填缝胶将所述显示屏仓胶线分别与所述头部胶线和所述底部胶线连接,形成环形胶线;
    显示屏组件,所述显示屏组件包括相对的第一侧面和第二侧面,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面上均形成有显示屏密封胶线,所述显示屏组件设置于所述显示屏仓内,所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面分别与所述显示屏仓两侧的侧板相对,所述显示屏仓胶线与所述显示屏组件的下表面边沿粘接;
    表面玻璃,所述表面玻璃与所述显示屏固定连接,所述表面玻璃的下表面的两端边沿分别与所述头部胶线和所述底部胶线粘接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的显示屏安装结构,其特征在于,所述显示屏仓胶线形成于所述显示屏仓的上表面与所述侧板的连接拐角处,所述显示屏仓胶线的一部分与所述显示屏组件的下表面边沿粘接,另一部分与所述显示屏密封胶线粘接。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示屏安装结构,其特征在于,所述表面玻璃的宽度大于所述显示屏组件的宽度,所述显示屏密封胶线靠近所述表面玻璃的一端与所述表面玻璃粘接。
  4. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示屏安装结构,其特征在于,所述显示屏组件包括相互贴合的液晶显示屏和触摸屏。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的显示屏安装结构,其特征在于,所述底部胶线和所述头部胶线由胶水或双面胶带制成。
  6. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括权利要求1~5中任一项所述的显示屏安装结构。
  7. 一种电子设备上显示屏的安装方法,所述电子设备包括前壳,所述前壳包括底板和围绕底板一周形成的侧板,所述底板包括头部、显示屏仓和底部,所述底板的上表面用于安装显示屏,所述显示屏仓的上表面低于所述头部的上表面和所述底部的上表面,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
    沿所述头部的上表面边沿点胶,形成头部胶线,沿所述底部的上表面边沿点胶,形成底部胶线,沿所述显示屏仓的上表面的两相对边沿点胶,形成显示屏仓胶线;
    将显示屏组件和表面玻璃固定连接;
    在显示屏组件的两相对的第一侧面和第二侧面上点胶,形成显示屏密封胶线;
    将显示屏组件安装至所述显示屏仓内,使所述第一侧面和所述第二侧面分别与所述显示屏仓两侧的侧板相对,并使所述显示屏组件的下表面边沿与所述显示屏仓胶线 粘接;
    使所述表面玻璃的下表面的两端边沿分别与所述头部胶线和所述底部胶线粘接;
    在所述头部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处,以及所述底部与所述显示屏仓相接的两角处分别开设灌胶孔,并向灌胶孔内灌入填缝胶,使所述填缝胶将所述显示屏仓胶线分别与所述头部胶线和所述底部胶线连接,形成环形胶线。
