背景技术

相较于现有技术的移动终端,本申请的移动终端通过将固定框第一侧壁的上表面和盖板的两侧边缘进行固定连接,取代了现有技术中盖板和中框两侧台阶的连接设计,进而提高了移动终端的屏占比;解决了现有的手机的屏占比较小的技术问题。

本发明的实施方式
请参照附图中的图式,其中相同的组件符号代表相同的组件。以下的说明是基于所例示的本申请具体实施例,其不应被视为限制本申请未在此详述的其它具体实施例。
请参照图2至图5和图8。本申请的实施例的移动终端100包括中框10、显示模组20和盖板30。
中框10上设置有第一放置槽11和第二放置槽12。第一放置槽11包括中间区111和位于中间区111两端的两端区112。第二放置槽12位于中间区111的下方并连通中间区111。中间区111的四周边缘和第二放置槽12的四周边缘重合。显示模组20设置在第二放置槽12内。盖板30设置在第一放置槽11内。
显示模组20包括固定框21、背光模组22和显示面板23。背光模组22和显示面板23均设置在固定框21内。
固定框21包括相对设置的第一侧壁211。第一侧壁211的延伸方向垂直于两端区112的延伸方向。第一侧壁211包括一上表面21a。上表面21a面向盖板30。盖板30的两侧和上表面21a固定连接。盖板30和显示面板23通过光学胶32固定连接。
本实施例的移动终端100通过将固定框21的第一侧壁211的上表面21a和盖板30的两侧边缘进行固定连接,取代了现有技术中盖板和中框两侧台阶的连接设计,进而提高了移动终端100的屏占比。
在本实施例中,将第一放置槽11的中间区111整体向下凹陷,凹陷部分形成第二放置槽12。从而取消了现有技术中中框两侧的台阶,由于台阶两侧的取消,导致盖板的两侧边缘没有支撑物体。故将固定框21的第一侧壁211向盖板30的方向延伸,以支撑盖板30的两侧边缘部分。
另外,现有技术中的中框两侧的台阶宽度为6-8毫米,而本实施例中的第一侧壁211的宽度介于0.4毫米-0.5毫米之间。因此至少可以增加显示面板23的宽度为1毫米以上,进而达到增加本实施例的屏占比的效果。当然在实际中,固定框21的第一侧壁211的宽度可以根据实际的情况进行调整。
请参照图6和图7,在本实施例中,第一侧壁211的上表面21a和第一放置槽11的两端区112的底面11a齐平。这样的设置,避免了盖板30在和上表面21a和底面11a连接时,出现凹凸不平的情况。
在本实施例中,上表面21a和两端区112的底面11a界定形成一连接面。盖板30的四周边缘部分通过泡棉胶31和连接面固定连接。由于上表面21a和底面11a为齐平的平面,因此便于盖板30和连接面的贴合,且提高了盖板30的平整度。
在本实施例中,第一侧壁211内还设置有刚性的支撑条213。支撑条213的延伸方向和第一侧壁211的延伸方向一致。在本实施例中,固定框21为胶框。因此支撑条213的设置,提高了第一侧壁211的刚性和支撑性,使得第一侧壁211足够支撑盖板30,且避免了第一侧壁211形变导致上表面21a出现凹凸不平整的情况。
在本实施例中,固定框21还包括相对设置的第二侧壁212。第二侧壁212的延伸方向平行于两端区112的延伸方向。第二侧壁212的宽度小于第一侧壁211的宽度。由于盖板30和两端区112的底面11a固定连接,盖板30具有了足够的固定面积和支撑面积,因此第二侧壁212可以减少和盖板30的连接面积,甚至不与盖板30固定连接。即第二侧壁212的高度小于等于两端区112的底面11a高度。达到节省材料,进而节省成本的目的。
请参照图5,在本实施例中,固定框21包括第一固定槽213和第二固定槽214。第一固定槽213包括中间部分2131和位于中间部分2131周围的边缘部分2132。第二固定槽214位于中间部分2131的下方且连通中间部分2131。中间部分2131的四周边缘和第二固定槽214的四周边缘重合。
背光模组22设置在第二固定槽214内。显示面板23设置在第一固定槽213内。显示面板23和边缘部分2132的底面固定连接。
在本实施例中,显示面板23和边缘部分2132通过黑色粘胶231固定连接。黑色黏胶231为黑色遮光胶,以避免显示模组20漏光。
本实施例的组装过程是:
首先,第一侧壁211和第二侧壁212围设闭合形成第一固定槽213和第二固定槽214,将背光模组22放置固定在固定框21的第二固定槽214内;之后,将显示面板23放置在第一固定槽213内,并通过黑色黏胶231和边缘部分2132的底面固定连接,形成显示模组20;
然后,将显示模组20放置并固定在中框10的第二放置槽12内;之后,固定框21的第一侧壁211的上表面21a和两端区112的底面11a形成一连接面,随后将泡棉胶31粘贴在连接面上。
最后,将盖板30放置在第一放置槽11内并贴附在泡沫胶31上,以使盖板30和连接面固定连接。
这样便完成了本实施例的组装过程。
相较于现有技术的移动终端,本申请的移动终端通过将固定框第一侧壁的上表面和盖板的两侧边缘进行固定连接,取代了现有技术中盖板和中框两侧台阶的连接设计,进而提高了移动终端的屏占比;解决了现有的手机的屏占比较小的技术问题。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明后附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种移动终端,其包括:
    中框,所述中框上设置有第一放置槽和第二放置槽,所述第一放置槽包括中间区和位于所述中间区两端的两端区,所述第二放置槽位于所述中间区的下方并连通所述中间区,所述中间区的四周边缘和所述第二放置槽的四周边缘重合;
    显示模组,设置在所述第二放置槽内;以及
    盖板,设置在所述第一放置槽内;
    所述显示模组包括固定框、背光模组和显示面板,所述背光模组和所述显示面板均设置在所述固定框内;
    所述固定框包括相对设置的第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁的延伸方向垂直于所述两端区的延伸方向;所述第一侧壁包括一上表面,所述上表面面向所述盖板;
    所述盖板的两侧和所述上表面固定连接;
    所述上表面和所述第一放置槽的两端区的底面齐平;
    所述第一侧壁内还设置有刚性的支撑条,所述支撑条的延伸方向和第一侧壁的延伸方向一致。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述上表面和所述两端区的底面界定形成一连接面,所述盖板的四周边缘部分通过泡棉胶和所述连接面固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一侧壁的宽度介于0.4毫米-0.5毫米之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述固定框还包括相对设置的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁的延伸方向平行于所述两端区的延伸方向,所述第二侧壁的宽度小于所述第一侧壁的宽度。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的移动终端,其中,所述第二侧壁的高度小于等于所述两端区的底面高度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述固定框包括第一固定槽和第二固定槽,所述第一固定槽包括中间部分和位于所述中间部分周围的边缘部分,所述第二固定槽位于所述中间部分的下方且连通所述中间部分,所述中间部分的四周边缘和所述第二固定槽的四周边缘重合;
    所述背光模组设置在所述第二固定槽内,所述显示面板设置在所述第一固定槽内,所述显示面板和所述边缘部分的底面固定连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述显示面板和所述边缘部分通过黑色粘胶固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述盖板和所述显示面板通过光学胶固定连接。
  9. 一种移动终端,其包括:
    中框,所述中框上设置有第一放置槽和第二放置槽,所述第一放置槽包括中间区和位于所述中间区两端的两端区,所述第二放置槽位于所述中间区的下方并连通所述中间区,所述中间区的四周边缘和所述第二放置槽的四周边缘重合;
    显示模组,设置在所述第二放置槽内;以及
    盖板,设置在所述第一放置槽内;
    所述显示模组包括固定框、背光模组和显示面板,所述背光模组和所述显示面板均设置在所述固定框内;
    所述固定框包括相对设置的第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁的延伸方向垂直于所述两端区的延伸方向;所述第一侧壁包括一上表面,所述上表面面向所述盖板;
    所述盖板的两侧和所述上表面固定连接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述上表面和所述第一放置槽的两端区的底面齐平。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其中,所述上表面和所述两端区的底面界定形成一连接面,所述盖板的四周边缘部分通过泡棉胶和所述连接面固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一侧壁的宽度介于0.4毫米-0.5毫米之间。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一侧壁内还设置有刚性的支撑条,所述支撑条的延伸方向和第一侧壁的延伸方向一致。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述固定框还包括相对设置的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁的延伸方向平行于所述两端区的延伸方向,所述第二侧壁的宽度小于所述第一侧壁的宽度。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的移动终端,其中,所述第二侧壁的高度小于等于所述两端区的底面高度。
  16. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述固定框包括第一固定槽和第二固定槽,所述第一固定槽包括中间部分和位于所述中间部分周围的边缘部分,所述第二固定槽位于所述中间部分的下方且连通所述中间部分,所述中间部分的四周边缘和所述第二固定槽的四周边缘重合;
    所述背光模组设置在所述第二固定槽内,所述显示面板设置在所述第一固定槽内,所述显示面板和所述边缘部分的底面固定连接。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的移动终端,其中,所述显示面板和所述边缘部分通过黑色粘胶固定连接。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述盖板和所述显示面板通过光学胶固定连接。
