本发明的实施方式
请参照附图中的图式,其中相同的组件符号代表相同的组件。以下的说明是基于所例示的本申请具体实施例,其不应被视为限制本申请未在此详述的其它具体实施例。
请参照图2至图6。本申请的实施例的移动终端100包括中框10、显示模组20和盖板30。
中框10上设置有第一放置槽11和第二放置槽12。第一放置槽11包括中间区111和位于中间区111两端的两端区112。第二放置槽12位于中间区111的下方并连通中间区111。中间区111的四周边缘和第二放置槽12的四周边缘重合。显示模组20设置在第二放置槽12内。盖板30设置在第一放置槽11内。
显示模组20包括固定框21、背光模组22和显示面板23。背光模组22和显示面板23均设置在固定框21内。
第二放置槽12包括相对设置的第一侧面12a(参照图9)。第一侧面12a的延伸方向垂直于两端区112的延伸方向。第一侧面12a上设置有第一凸块121。位于同一第一侧面12a上的第一凸块121间隔设置。同一第一侧面12a的第一凸块121之间形成第一凹槽122。固定框21包括相对设置的第一侧壁211。第一侧壁211面向第一侧面12a的一侧设置有第二凸块212。位于同一第一侧壁211的第二凸块212间隔设置。同一第一侧壁211的第二凸块212之间形成第二凹槽213。
其中第一凸块121一一对应地设置在第二凹槽213内。第二凸块212一一对应地设置在第一凹槽122内。第一凸块121和第二凸块212交替设置形成一支撑盖板30的支撑结构,盖板30的两侧固定连接于支撑结构。
本实施例的移动终端100通过将第一凸块121、第二凸块212均和盖板30的两侧边缘进行固定连接,取代了现有技术中盖板和中框两侧台阶的连接设计,进而提高了移动终端100的屏占比。
在本实施例中,将第一放置槽11的中间区111整体向下凹陷,凹陷部分形成第二放置槽12。从而取消了现有技术中中框两侧的台阶,由于台阶两侧的取消,导致盖板的两侧边缘没有支撑物体。故将固定框21的第一侧壁211外壁面的第二凸块212和第二放置槽12内壁面的第一凸块121结合形成一支撑结构,以支撑和粘接盖板30的两侧边缘部分。
具体的,现有技术中的中框两侧的台阶宽度为6-8毫米,而本实施例中的第一凸块121和第二凸块212的宽度介于0.4毫米-0.5毫米之间。而第一凸块121和第二凸块212是交替咬合设置,因此至少可以增加显示面板23的宽度为1毫米以上,进而达到增加本实施例的屏占比的效果。当然在实际中,第一凸块121和第二凸块212的宽度可以根据实际的情况进行调整。
另外,第一凸块121和第二凸块212的交替设置形成的支撑结构,提高了支撑结构的强度,第一凸块121和中框10一体成型,且材料相同。第二凸块212和固定框21一体成型,且材料相同。第一凸块121的刚性强于第二凸块212的强度。在本实施例中,固定框21为胶框。
请参照图6、图7和图9,在本实施例中,第一凸块121包括一第一表面121a。第二凸块212包括一第二表面212a。第一表面121a和第二表面212a均面向盖板30。两端区112的底面112a、第一表面121a和第二表面212a齐平。这样的设置,避免了盖板30在和第一表面121a、第二表面212a和底面112a连接时,出现凹凸不平的情况。
在本实施例中,第一表面121a、第二表面212a和两端区112的底面112a界定形成一连接面,盖板30的四周边缘部分通过泡棉胶31和连接面固定连接。由于第一表面121a、第二表面212a和底面112a为齐平的平面,因此便于盖板30和连接面的贴合,且提高了盖板30的平整度。
在本实施例中,第一凸块121的长度大于第二凸块212的长度。由于第一凸块121的刚性强于第二凸块212的刚性,因此这样的设置,提高了第一凸块121和第二凸块212形成的支撑结构的刚性,进而提高了支撑盖板30的稳定性。
在本实施例中,位于两个第一侧面12a之间的第一凸块121相对设置,位于两个第一侧壁211之间的第二凸块212背向设置。这样的设置,使得盖板30的两侧受到的支撑力相同,提高了盖板30和支撑结构固定连接的稳定性,避免了两侧支撑力不均的情况。
请参照图8和图9,在本实施例中,固定框21还包括相对设置的第二侧壁214。第二侧壁214的延伸方向平行于两端区112的延伸方向。第二侧壁214和第一侧壁211的高度相等。第一侧壁211的高度低于第二凸块212的高度。将第一侧壁211的高度低于第二凸块212的高度,节省材料,进而节省成本。
在本实施例中,第二凸块212高出第一侧壁211的部分界定形成第一固定槽215。第一侧壁211和第二侧壁214围设形成第二固定槽216。背光模组22设置在第二固定槽216内。显示面板23设置在第一固定槽215内。显示面板23和第一侧壁211和第二侧壁214的顶面固定连接。
在本实施例中,显示面板23分别与第一侧壁211和第二侧壁214的顶面通过黑色粘胶231固定连接。黑色黏胶231为黑色遮光胶,以避免显示模组20漏光。
在本实施例中,盖板30显示面板23通过光学胶32固定连接。
本实施例的组装过程是:
首先,第二凸块212高出第一侧壁211的部分界定形成第一固定槽215。第一侧壁211和第二侧壁214围设形成第二固定槽216,将背光模组22放置固定在固定框21的第二固定槽216内;之后,将显示面板23放置在第一固定槽215内,并通过黑色黏胶231分别与第一侧壁211和第二侧壁214的顶面固定连接,形成显示模组20;
然后,将显示模组20放置并固定在中框10的第二放置槽12内;其中,将第一凸块121一一对应的设置在第二凹槽213内,将第二凸块212一一对应的设置在第一凹槽122内,使得第一凸块121和第二凸块122形成支撑盖板30的支撑结构,且第一表面121a、第二表面212a和两端区112的底面112a界定形成一连接面。
最后,将盖板30放置在第一放置槽11内并贴附在泡沫胶31上,以使盖板30和连接面固定连接。
这样便完成了本实施例的组装过程。
相较于现有技术的移动终端,本申请的移动终端通过将第一凸块的第一表面和第二凸块的第二表面和盖板的两侧边缘进行固定连接,取代了现有技术中盖板和中框两侧台阶的连接设计,进而提高了移动终端的屏占比;解决了现有的手机的屏占比较小的技术问题。
以上所述,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,可以根据本发明的技术方案和技术构思作出其他各种相应的改变和变形,而所有这些改变和变形都应属于本发明后附的权利要求的保护范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种移动终端,其包括:
    中框,所述中框上设置有第一放置槽和第二放置槽,所述第一放置槽包括中间区和位于所述中间区两端的两端区,所述第二放置槽位于所述中间区的下方并连通所述中间区,所述中间区的四周边缘和所述第二放置槽的四周边缘重合;
    显示模组,设置在所述第二放置槽内;以及
    盖板,设置在所述第一放置槽内;
    所述显示模组包括固定框、背光模组和显示面板,所述背光模组和所述显示面板均设置在所述固定框内;
    所述第二放置槽包括相对设置的第一侧面,所述第一侧面的延伸方向垂直于所述两端区的延伸方向,所述第一侧面上设置有第一凸块,位于同一所述第一侧面的第一凸块间隔设置,同一所述第一侧面的第一凸块之间形成第一凹槽;所述固定框包括相对设置的第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁面向所述第一侧面的一侧设置有第二凸块,位于同一所述第一侧壁的第二凸块间隔设置,同一所述第一侧壁的第二凸块之间形成第二凹槽;
    其中所述第一凸块一一对应地设置在所述第二凹槽内,所述第二凸块一一对应地设置在所述第一凹槽内,所述第一凸块和所述第二凸块交替设置形成一支撑所述盖板的支撑结构,所述盖板的两侧固定连接于所述支撑结构;
    所述第一凸块包括一第一表面,所述第二凸块包括一第二表面,所述第一表面和所述第二表面均面向所述盖板,所述两端区的底面、所述第一表面和所述第二表面齐平;
    所述第一凸块的长度大于所述第二凸块的长度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一表面、第二表面和所述两端区的底面界定形成一连接面,所述盖板的四周边缘部分通过泡棉胶和所述连接面固定连接。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一凸块的宽度介于0.4毫米-0.5毫米之间。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,位于两个所述第一侧面之间的第一凸块相对设置,位于两个所述第一侧壁之间的第二凸块背向设置。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述固定框还包括相对设置的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁的延伸方向平行于所述两端区的延伸方向,所述第二侧壁和所述第一侧壁的高度相等,且所述第一侧壁的高度低于所述第二凸块的高度。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的移动终端,其中,所述第二凸块高出所述第一侧壁的部分界定形成第一固定槽,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁围设形成所述第二固定槽,所述背光模组设置在所述第二固定槽内,所述显示面板设置在所述第一固定槽内。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的移动终端,其中,所述显示面板分别与所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁的顶面通过黑色粘胶固定连接。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的移动终端,其中,所述盖板和所述显示面板通过光学胶固定连接。
  9. 一种移动终端,其包括:
    中框,所述中框上设置有第一放置槽和第二放置槽,所述第一放置槽包括中间区和位于所述中间区两端的两端区,所述第二放置槽位于所述中间区的下方并连通所述中间区,所述中间区的四周边缘和所述第二放置槽的四周边缘重合;
    显示模组,设置在所述第二放置槽内;以及
    盖板,设置在所述第一放置槽内;
    所述显示模组包括固定框、背光模组和显示面板,所述背光模组和所述显示面板均设置在所述固定框内;
    所述第二放置槽包括相对设置的第一侧面,所述第一侧面的延伸方向垂直于所述两端区的延伸方向,所述第一侧面上设置有第一凸块,位于同一所述第一侧面的第一凸块间隔设置,同一所述第一侧面的第一凸块之间形成第一凹槽;所述固定框包括相对设置的第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁面向所述第一侧面的一侧设置有第二凸块,位于同一所述第一侧壁的第二凸块间隔设置,同一所述第一侧壁的第二凸块之间形成第二凹槽;
    其中所述第一凸块一一对应地设置在所述第二凹槽内,所述第二凸块一一对应地设置在所述第一凹槽内,所述第一凸块和所述第二凸块交替设置形成一支撑所述盖板的支撑结构,所述盖板的两侧固定连接于所述支撑结构。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一凸块包括一第一表面,所述第二凸块包括一第二表面,所述第一表面和所述第二表面均面向所述盖板,所述两端区的底面、所述第一表面和所述第二表面齐平。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一表面、第二表面和所述两端区的底面界定形成一连接面,所述盖板的四周边缘部分通过泡棉胶和所述连接面固定连接。
  12. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一凸块的宽度介于0.4毫米-0.5毫米之间。
  13. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述第一凸块的长度大于所述第二凸块的长度。
  14. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,位于两个所述第一侧面之间的第一凸块相对设置,位于两个所述第一侧壁之间的第二凸块背向设置。
  15. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述固定框还包括相对设置的第二侧壁,所述第二侧壁的延伸方向平行于所述两端区的延伸方向,所述第二侧壁和所述第一侧壁的高度相等,且所述第一侧壁的高度低于所述第二凸块的高度。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的移动终端,其中,所述第二凸块高出所述第一侧壁的部分界定形成第一固定槽,所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁围设形成所述第二固定槽,所述背光模组设置在所述第二固定槽内,所述显示面板设置在所述第一固定槽内。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的移动终端,其中,所述显示面板分别与所述第一侧壁和所述第二侧壁的顶面通过黑色粘胶固定连接。
  18. 根据权利要求9所述的移动终端,其中,所述盖板和所述显示面板通过光学胶固定连接。
