背景技术
随着智能手机等终端设备的快速发展与普及,消费者对于手机等终端设备的需求不再局限于通话功能,对其美观性要求越来越高。例如手机等OLED(organic light emitting diode,有机发光二极管)显示装置所采用的OLED屏四周存在黑边,这严重影响OLED显示装置的美观性。基于此,缩小OLED屏四周的黑边就显得较为重要。
但是,一味的缩小OLED屏的黑边会导致成OLED屏密封不严,当OLED屏进液会导致功能严重失效。
因此,如何在减小OLED屏黑边的同时保证OLED屏的防水密封性是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种OLED显示装置及其制备方法、显示终端,可以在减小OLED屏黑边的同时保证OLED屏的防水密封性。

本申请提供的OLED显示装置采用侧封胶配合填缝胶和过渡连接胶进行防水密封,可以在中框侧板上取消对应该部分OLED屏的支撑结构,从而可以有效缩小OLED屏的黑边尺寸,从而可以提升装置整体的美观性。同时,本申请提供的OLED显示装置通过侧封胶、 填缝胶以及过渡连接胶进行整机防水密封,可以保障并提升整体装置的防水性能。
在具体设置过渡连接胶的结构时,可以设置过渡连接胶包括围坝结构和灌胶,该围坝结构具体包括第一围坝和第二围坝,第二围坝与第一围坝间具有间隙。具体来说,第一围坝连接侧封胶、填缝胶以及背胶;第二围坝设于第一围坝靠近尾部区域一侧、且第二围坝连接填缝胶以及背胶,灌胶填充于间隙。值得注意的是,为了便于在间隙填充灌胶,可以在底板对应间隙的部分设置用于填充灌胶的灌胶孔。应理解,在具体设置时,可以仅设置一个角部的过渡连接胶为上述结构,也可以设置两个角部的过渡连接胶均为上述结构,具体可以根据需求设置,在此不再赘述。
在OLED屏上形成侧封胶结构时,可以控制封装盖板在底板的垂直投影覆盖侧封胶在底板的垂直投影。具体来说,一种可能的实现方式中,可以控制侧封胶距封装盖板的边缘具有一定间距,以免侧封胶超出封装盖板边缘、导致装配过程中发生封装盖板与侧板间发生干涉。另一种可能的实现方式中,可以控制侧封胶的涂抹量,使得侧封胶与封装盖板的侧边缘对齐。
在具体设置本申请提供的OLED显示装置时,为了避免装配时封装盖板与侧板间,可以设置沿封装盖板指向侧板方向,封装盖板与侧板间具有避让间隙。
第二方面,本申请提供一种显示终端,包括上述第一方面中技术方案提供的任意一种OLED显示装置。具体来说,本申请提供的显示终端内OLED显示装置采用侧封胶配合填缝胶和过渡连接胶进行防水密封,可以在中框侧板上取消对应该部分OLED屏的支撑结构,从而可以有效缩小OLED屏的黑边尺寸,从而可以提升装置整体的美观性。同时,本申请提供的OLED显示装置通过侧封胶、填缝胶以及过渡连接胶进行整机防水密封,可以保障并提升整体装置的防水性能。
第三方面,本申请提供一种OLED显示装置的制备方法,包括:
至少在OLED屏位于头部区域的侧端面涂抹侧封胶,使得侧封胶粘接OLED屏内层叠设置的超洁净膜的侧端面、显示层的侧端面以及封装盖板超出显示层的部分朝向底板一侧表面,用以密封OLED屏的侧端面;
在超洁净膜或者中框的底板涂抹背胶,使得OLED屏通过背胶粘接中框的底板;
通过填缝胶以及过渡连接胶连接中框和OLED屏,使得侧板至少在对应尾部区域的支撑结构与OLED屏通过填缝胶粘接,且使得中框与OLED屏在对应头部区域内的每个角部设有过渡连接胶,通过过渡连接胶连接侧封胶与填缝胶。用以实现OLED显示装置的整体密封,从而提升OLED显示装置的防水性能。
一种可能的实现方式中,通过过渡连接胶连接中框和OLED屏的方法包括:
在填充填缝胶之前,采用围坝胶点胶工艺,形成第一围坝和第二围坝,使得第二围坝与第一围坝间具有间隙,且使得第一围坝可以连接侧封胶、填缝胶以及背胶,第二围坝设于第一围坝靠近尾部区域一侧、且第二围坝连接填缝胶以及背胶;
在填充填缝胶之后,通过设于底板对应间隙位置的开孔,在间隙内填充灌胶,使得灌胶连接侧封胶、第一围坝、第二围坝、背胶以及填缝胶。

具体实施方式
本申请实施例提供的OLED(organic light emitting diode,有机发光二极管)显示装置应用于常见的显示终端。目前现有技术中所采用的OLED显示装置001如图1所示。如图1所示出的结构,OLED屏01通过背胶02与中框03粘接在一起,同时在中框03四周点填缝胶04,用以将OLED屏01与中框03之间的间隙填充满。该OLED显示装置001中OLED屏01与中框03之间采用背胶02和填缝胶04实现防水密封。
图2为图1中C’处的剖视图。如图2所示出的结构,为了点填缝胶04,在中框03上需设计填缝胶04的点胶台S’(以虚线进行示意性分隔)。而点胶台S’会导致OLED屏01头部黑边宽度较宽,影响整机美观效果;且受限于填缝胶04点胶制程能力,中框03点胶台S位置易产生溢胶。
如图1和图2示出的结构,现有技术中的OLED显示装置001在保证OLED屏的防水性能时,就会造成OLED屏01四周存在黑边,严重影响OLED显示装置001的美观性。而当一味的追求缩小OLED屏01的黑边,又会导致OLED屏01密封不严。值得注意的是,OLED屏01进液会导致功能严重失效。因此OLED屏的防水设计也至关重要。
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种OLED显示装置,用以在减小OLED屏黑边的同时保证OLED屏的防水密封性。
以下实施例中所使用的术语只是为了描述特定实施例的目的,而并非旨在作为对本申请的限制。如在本申请的说明书和所附权利要求书中所使用的那样,单数表达形式“一个”、“一种”、“所述”、“上述”、“该”和“这一”旨在也包括例如“一个或多个”这种表达形式,除非其上下文中明确地有相反指示。
在本说明书中描述的参考“一个实施例”或“一些实施例”等意味着在本申请的一个或多个实施例中包括结合该实施例描述的特定特征、结构或特点。由此,在本说明书中的不同之处出现的语句“在一个实施例中”、“在一些实施例中”、“在其他一些实施例中”、“在另外一些实施例中”等不是必然都参考相同的实施例,而是意味着“一个或多个但不是所有的实施例”,除非是以其他方式另外特别强调。术语“包括”、“包含”、“具有”及它们的变形都意味着“包括但不限于”,除非是以其他方式另外特别强调。
下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
图3示出了本申请实施例提供的OLED显示装置的结构图。应理解,图3中OLED显示装置100以手机形态示出,但并不限于此,还可为平板、笔记本、智能穿戴等其它显示终端形式。具体来说,如图3所示出的结构,本申请实施例提供的OLED显示装置100包括中框1和OLED屏2。这里介绍一下,按照使用惯例,OLED显示装置100可以划分为 头部区域A和尾部区域B,该头部区域A与尾部区域B沿方向d排列。由于OLED显示装置100的结构特点,头部区域A内具有两个角部A1,尾部区域B内也具有两个角部B1。当然,头部区域A与尾部区域B并不限于图中所示出的部分,此处仅作为示意性说明。同样的,角部A1与角部B1并不限于图中所示出的部分,此处仅作为示意性说明。
图4为图3中OLED显示装置100在C处剖视图。如图4所示出的结构,中框1包括底板11以及位于底板11周侧的侧板12,中框1通过至少位于尾部区域B内的支撑结构支撑OLED屏2。应理解,此处为了清晰的示意出底板11与侧板12的结构,以虚线进行示意性分隔。OLED屏2包括层叠设置的超洁净膜(super clean foam,SCF)21、显示层22和封装盖板23。沿OLED屏2的延伸方向,封装盖板23部分超出显示层22与超洁净膜21,以形成对显示层22与超洁净膜21的防护。应理解,该封装盖板23示例性的可以设置为玻璃盖板。显示层22可以包括多层光学膜层或者若干层显示结构,此处未示出。超洁净膜21起到对OLED屏2的缓冲作用。
值得注意的是,本申请实施例提供的OLED显示装置100内的OLED屏2可以为如图3所示出的平面屏,当然该OLED屏2还可以是曲屏。当OLED屏2为平面屏时,中框1上的支撑结构可以为如现有技术中所示出的点胶台S’。当OLED屏2为曲屏时,中框上的支撑结构可以为OLED显示装置100内中框1的其它部分形成的支撑点。
请结合图3所示出的结构参考图4,本申请实施例提供的OLED显示装置100中,超洁净膜21与底板11间通过背胶3粘接,换句话说,OLED屏2与中框1之间通过背胶3粘接。值得注意的是,该OLED显示装置100内还设有用于实现OLED屏2与中框1间防水密封效果的防水密封结构。
该防水密封结构设计具体如下:在支撑结构上点涂填缝胶4,通过填缝胶4实现中框1与OLED屏2在该部分的防水密封;在OLED屏2对应头部区域A的部分点涂侧封胶5,使得超洁净膜21与显示层22的侧端面以及封装盖板23朝向底板11的一侧面采用侧封胶5粘接密封,通过侧封胶5实现该部分OLED屏的侧端面密封;在头部区域A中每个角部A1内形成过渡连接胶6,使得过渡连接胶6与填缝胶4以及侧封胶5连接。
该填缝胶4、侧封胶5以及过渡连接胶6在OLED屏2的周侧形成完整密封结构,从而可以整个OLED显示装置100的防水性。值得注意的是,由于本申请提供的OLED显示装置100中采用侧封胶5配合填缝胶4和过渡连接胶6可以进行防水密封,因而可以在中框1的侧板12上取消对应该部分OLED屏2的支撑结构,从而可以有效缩小OLED屏2的黑边尺寸,从而可以提升装置整体的美观性。
当然,本申请实施例提供的OLED显示装置100中侧封胶5并不限于图3中所设置的位置,当想缩小头部区域A与尾部区域B之间的黑边时,侧封胶5还可延伸至头部区域A与尾部区域B之间的区域。具体来说,一种可以实现的具体实施方式中,侧封胶5可仅单侧延伸至头部区域A与尾部区域B之间的区域;另一种可以实现的具体实施方式中,侧封胶5双侧均延伸至头部区域A与尾部区域B之间的区域。至于侧封胶5自头部区域A延伸出的长度可以根据需求设定,在此不再赘述。
为了避免装配过程中,封装盖板23与侧板12间出现干涉,可以设置封装盖板23与侧板12间具有避让间隙。如图4所示出的结构,封装盖板23与侧板12在方向d上的避让间隙尺寸为L1。示例性的,该L1为0.1mm。
同时,在涂抹侧封胶5时,可以控制侧封胶5距封装盖板23的边缘具有一定间距, 以免侧封胶5超出封装盖板23边缘、导致装配过程中发生封装盖板23与侧板1间发生干涉。示例性的,请继续参考图4所示出的结构,沿方向d,侧封胶5与封装盖板23边缘间间距的尺寸为L2。值得注意的是,在涂抹侧封胶5时,可以按照需求设定侧封胶5在方向d上的尺寸厚度为L3。
应理解,L2与L3的尺寸之和即为封装盖板23沿方向d超出显示层22的尺寸。示例性的,该L2可以设置为0.25mm,L3可以设置为0.35mm,此时封装盖板23超出显示层22的尺寸为0.6mm。
当然,还可以在涂抹侧封胶5时,控制侧封胶5的涂抹量,使得侧封胶5与封装盖板23的侧边缘对齐,设置L2的值为0,具体如图5所示出的结构。
值得注意的是,OLED屏2的黑边除了包括封装盖板23超出显示层22的部分以及封装盖板23与侧板12之间的缝隙,还包括OLED屏2未发挥显示作用的非显示区域。具体来说,OLED屏2包括用于进行显示的显示区域以及位于显示区域周侧的非显示区域。如图5所示出的结构,非显示区域即为L4所示意的显示区域与显示层22边缘间部分。
总的来说,本申请提供的OLED显示装置100内OLED屏2的黑边总宽度等于L1、L2、L3以及L4尺寸之和。示例性的,当设置L1为0.1mm,L2为0.25mm,L3为0.35mm,L4为0.88mm时,本申请提供的OLED显示装置100内OLED屏2的黑边总宽度即为1.58mm。如图2所示出的现有技术中的OLED显示装置001的黑边总宽度为2.08mm,相比该现有技术,本申请提供的OLED显示装置100中可以有效缩小OLED屏2的黑边尺寸,从而可以提升装置整体的美观性。
图6为本申请实施例提供的OLED显示装置100去除OLED屏2后的结构示意图。如图6所示出的结构,以一个角部A1为例,过渡连接胶6包括设于角部A1的围坝结构61和灌胶62。该围坝结构61包括第一围坝611和第二围坝612,第一围坝611与第二围坝612间具有间隙,该间隙内填充有灌胶62。具体来说,第一围坝611连接侧封胶5、填缝胶4以及背胶3;第二围坝612设于第一围坝611远离侧封胶5一侧、且第二围坝612连接填缝胶4以及背胶2。值得注意的是,侧封胶5可部分延伸至填充灌胶62的间隙,以提升本申请实施例提供的OLED显示装置100的密封防水性能。
当然,在具体设置两个角部A1内的过渡连接胶6结构时,可以设置两个角部A1内的过渡连接胶6结构相同或相似。同样的,两个角部A1内的过渡连接胶6设置位置可以关于OLED屏2在方向d上的中轴线对称设置。或者,两个角部A1内的过渡连接胶6也可以根据需求关于OLED屏2在方向d上的中轴线近似对称或者不对称。
图7为图6中结构沿方向d的剖视图。如图7所示出的结构,底板11在对应灌胶62填充间隙的部分设有用于填充该灌胶62的灌胶孔E。
请结合图6参考图7中所示出的结构,本申请还提供一种OLED显示装置的制备方法,包括:
至少在OLED屏2位于头部区域A的侧端面涂抹侧封胶5,使得侧封胶5粘接OLED屏2内层叠设置的超洁净膜21的侧端面、显示层22的侧端面以及封装盖板23超出显示层22的部分朝向底板11一侧表面,用以密封OLED屏2的侧端面;
在超洁净膜21或者中框1的底板11涂抹背胶3,使得OLED屏2通过背胶3粘接中框1的底板11;
通过填缝胶4以及过渡连接胶6连接中框1和OLED屏2,使得侧板12至少在对应尾 部区域B的支撑结构与OLED屏2通过填缝胶4粘接,且使得中框1与OLED屏2在对应头部区域A内的每个角部A1设有过渡连接胶6,通过过渡连接胶6连接侧封胶5与填缝胶4。用以实现OLED显示装置100的整体密封,从而提升OLED显示装置100的防水性能。
现提供一种制备本申请实施例提供的OLED显示装置100的具体操作流程,示例性如下:
在中框1的灌胶孔E两侧点围坝胶形成围坝结构61,以防止填充灌胶62时发生溢胶;在中框1处头部区域A之外部分点填缝胶4。
接着,将头部已点好侧封胶5的OLED屏2组装到中框1上,使得第一围坝611连接侧封胶5、填缝胶4以及背胶3,同时,第二围坝612连接填缝胶4以及背胶2。
最后,在中框1背面通过灌胶孔E灌入胶水形成灌胶62,灌胶62将填缝胶5、围坝结构61以及背胶3有效粘胶在一起,形成密闭的防水密封空间,从而提升本申请实施例提供的OLED显示装置100的防水密封性能。
以上,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种OLED显示装置,所述OLED显示装置具有头部区域和尾部区域,其特征在于,所述OLED显示装置包括:中框和OLED屏,其中:
    所述中框包括底板以及位于所述底板一侧的侧板,所述侧板至少在对应所述尾部区域部分设有用于支撑所述OLED屏的支撑结构;
    所述OLED屏包括层叠设置的超洁净膜、显示层和封装盖板,所述超洁净膜通过背胶与所述底板粘接;沿所述OLED屏的延伸方向,所述封装盖板超出所述显示层;所述OLED屏至少在对应所述头部区域的部分设有侧封胶,所述侧封胶粘接所述超洁净膜的侧端面、所述显示层的侧端面以及所述封装盖板朝向所述底板一侧表面;所述OLED屏与所述支撑结构通过填缝胶粘接;
    所述OLED显示装置在所述头部区域内具有两个角部,在对应每个所述角部的位置:所述中框和OLED屏间设有过渡连接胶,所述过渡连接胶连接所述侧封胶与所述填缝胶。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的OLED显示装置,其特征在于,至少一个所述角部内的所述过渡连接胶包括围坝结构和灌胶,所述围坝结构包括第一围坝和第二围坝,所述第二围坝与所述第一围坝间具有间隙;所述第一围坝连接所述侧封胶、填缝胶以及所述背胶;所述第二围坝设于所述第一围坝靠近所述尾部区域一侧、且所述第二围坝连接所述填缝胶以及所述背胶;所述灌胶填充于所述间隙。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的OLED显示装置,其特征在于,所述底板在对应所述间隙的部分设有用于填充所述灌胶的灌胶孔。
  4. 如权利要求1-3任一项所述的OLED显示装置,其特征在于,所述封装盖板在所述底板的垂直投影覆盖所述侧封胶在所述底板的垂直投影。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的OLED显示装置,其特征在于,沿所述封装盖板的延伸方向,所述侧封胶与所述封装盖板的边缘间具有间距。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的OLED显示装置,其特征在于,沿所述封装盖板指向所述侧板方向,所述封装盖板与所述侧板间具有避让间隙。
  7. 一种显示终端,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的OLED显示装置。
  8. 一种OLED显示装置的制备方法,其特征在于,包括:
    至少在OLED屏位于头部区域的侧端面涂抹侧封胶,使得所述侧封胶粘接所述OLED屏内层叠设置的超洁净膜的侧端面、显示层的侧端面以及封装盖板超出所述显示层的部分朝向底板一侧表面,用以密封所述OLED屏的侧端面;
    在所述OLED屏内的超洁净膜或者中框的底板涂抹背胶,使得所述OLED屏通过所述背胶粘接所述中框的底板;
    通过填缝胶以及过渡连接胶连接所述中框和所述OLED屏,使得所述中框的侧板至少在对应尾部区域的支撑结构与所述OLED屏通过所述填缝胶粘接,且使得所述中框与所述OLED屏在对应所述头部区域内的每个角部部分设有过渡连接胶,使得所述过渡连接胶连接所述侧封胶与所述填缝胶。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述通过所述过渡连接胶连接所述中框和所述OLED屏的方法包括:
    在填充所述填缝胶之前,采用围坝胶点胶工艺,形成第一围坝和第二围坝,使得所述 第二围坝与所述第一围坝间具有间隙,且使得所述第一围坝可以连接所述侧封胶、填缝胶以及所述背胶,所述第二围坝设于所述第一围坝靠近尾部区域一侧、且所述第二围坝连接所述填缝胶以及所述背胶;
    在填充所述填缝胶之后,通过设于所述底板对应所述间隙位置的开孔,在所述间隙内填充灌胶,使得所述灌胶连接所述侧封胶、第一围坝、第二围坝、所述背胶以及所述填缝胶。
