The present invention relates to a self-adhesive glass system which is used for joining glass materials and glass, coated or uncoated, plastic, aluminum, steel, digital display materials and the like.
In particular, the present invention relates to a self-adhesive glass system which is developed to provide a ready base for the assembling of other elements, with its adhesive material applied to the surface of the glass, which can be a part of many elements in every field.
Present State of the Art
Currently, many different methods are used so as to join glass materials with plastic, glass, aluminum and similar materials. One of these methods is the method of bonding with adhesive tapes on both of the surfaces. These tapes ensure bonding between both surfaces to be joined and hold these two surfaces together. On the other hand, the application in which other materials is adhered on the glass with double-sided tape which is a method requiring time. At the same time, purchasing costs and engineering waste ratios are high. Molds are required so as to cut into suitable shapes and mold expenses are high. There are also geometrical application difficulties and problems with positioning.
Self-adhesive repair materials which are developed for joining glass and different materials are available in many forms and designs. In particular, the use of pressure sensitive adhesive has been preferred so as to eliminate the disadvantages of the double-sided tape bonding method. In addition to this, one of the major disadvantages of these materials being used is the minimum temperature requirements for the adhesive to set and bond properly. Typical Self-adhesive repair systems, especially PSA (Pressure Sensitive Adhesive) systems, consists of many different forms, including double-sided tapes of various thicknesses and carriers or with a functional foam core, transfer tapes, single-sided tapes and printable films. In addition to these forms, they have a wide variety of chemical properties that are used for industrial bonding applications in pressure sensitive adhesive systems. One of these studies which are carried out to eliminate the disadvantages of existing repair/joining systems and to develop new products is the invention subject to the patent numbered W02021067676 (A1 ). The subject of the invention is a UV-curable exothermic self-adhesive repair sheet with two components that can be joined in equal dimensions comprises the following; Polyester Resin (25-40%), Glass Fiber (15-25%), Styrene Monomer (<20%) and Inorganic Filler (25-40%) as the first component; Acrylic Adhesive (75-95%) and Non-Woven Fabric (5-25%) as the second component.
As a result, the requirement for a self-adhesive glass system which eliminates the abovementioned problems and the insufficiency of the current solutions makes it necessary to make a development in the relevant technical field.

Detailed Description of the Invention
In this detailed description the inventive self-adhesive glass system (100) for joining glass materials with glass, coated or uncoated, plastic, aluminum, steel, digital display materials and the like is described only as an example for a better understanding of the subject and in a way that does not create any limiting effect.
The aim of the self-adhesive glass system (100) shown in Figure 1 is to provide a ready base for the grouping of other elements by applying an adhesive (112) onto the surface of the glass (111), which can be a part of many elements in every field. The inventive self-adhesive glass system (100) mainly comprises the following; glass (111 ) which is used as the main material in the finished product, is decorated and mechanically reinforced, has various chemical composition or thickness, is the main carrier structure unit, a pressure sensitive liquid adhesive (112) cured by heat or UV-C light which is applied to the surface of the glass (111) so as to provide adhesion and mechanical bonding between the glass (111) and the part. Before said glass (111) is joined with adhesive (112), it is fixed and referenced by placing the same on a fixing area (130). The adhesive (112) is poured onto a mold (120) and transferred to the surface of the glass (111 ) over this mold (120). The metal frame (122) formed from profiles made of metal material is positioned on the outer periphery of the said mold (120), and screen mesh (121 ) made of synthetic plastic materials is positioned in the inner part of this metal frame (122). After said adhesive (112) is transferred to the glass (111) surface, the protective material (113) shown in figure-2 is positioned on the same so as to protect it.
The main material of the inventive self-adhesive glass system (100) is defined by glass (111 ). Molds (120) are prepared with screen mesh (121) or laser shaped steel foil stretched over the metal frame (122). The prepared molds (120) are placed and positioned in the machine for mounting the adhesive (112). The glasses (111) are placed in the fixing area (130), which is a geometric fixing section. The process of guiding and referencing of the glass (111) placed in this fixing area (130) is carried out Glass thickness adjustment distance (t) can be adjusted according to the thickness of the glasses (111). In addition, glass width adjustment distance (d1) and glass length adjustment distance (d2) can be adjusted for the width and height adjustments according to the dimensional properties of the glass (111 ). After the position of the glass (111 ) is adjusted, the adhesive (112) is poured into the metal frame (122). The metal frame (122) is brought closer to the surface of the glass (111) and fixed at the distance between the appropriate glass and the screen mesh (D3). The adhesive (112) on the mold (120) is transferred to the surface of the glass (111) with the help of a scraper. An adhesive (112) film, the thickness of which can be adjusted preferably between 10 p and 1000 p, is transferred to the surface of the glass (111). The desired film thickness is adjusted by changing the dimensions of the molds (120). After the adhesive (112) is transferred to the glass (111) surface, a protective material coated is coated on its surface so as to protect its structure during the period until it reaches the end user (113). When the product reaches the end user, other materials can easily be mounted on the glass (111) surface by simply removing this protective material (113).
