一种具有粉尘处理的石墨粉碎设备 技术领域
本发明涉及一种电池生产设备,具体是一种具有粉尘处理的石墨粉碎设备。
背景技术
现有锂电池负极材料分为五种:第一种是碳负极材料,目前已经实际用于锂离子电池的负极材料基本上都是碳素材料,如人工石墨、天然石墨、中间相碳微球、石油焦、碳纤维、热解树脂碳等;第二种是锡基负极材料,锡基负极材料可分为锡的氧化物和锡基复合氧化物两种;目前没有商业化产品;第三种是含锂过渡金属氮化物负极材料,目前也没有商业化产品;第四种是合金类负极材料,其包括锡基合金、硅基合金、锗基合金、铝基合金、锑基合金、镁基合金和其它合金,目前也没有商业化产品;第五种是纳米级负极材料,纳米碳管、纳米合金材料;故石墨等碳负极材料为目前锂电池负极材料的普遍材料;将石墨制成锂电池负极材料的过程中需要将石墨磨成石墨粉;现有石墨粉碎机难以将石墨加工成需要的粒径,需要后续的加工工序增加施工成本;如不增加后续加工工序会使最终制成的锂电池负极材料的质量较低,且粉碎的过程中会产生大量的粉尘,如果不及时进行处理,不仅浪费材料,而且很可能损坏粉碎设备。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有粉尘处理的石墨粉碎设备,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:

本发明结构简单,设计合理,使用方便;工作时,将物料从进料管输入,打开粉碎电机带动粉碎装置对物料进行粉碎处理,第一粉碎滤网和第二粉碎滤网能够将未粉碎合格的物料排到粉碎室的底部,与第一粉碎刀片和第二粉碎刀片相接触,从而对物料进行粉碎处理,将粉碎合格的物料从排料管排出,在粉碎的同时,吸尘装置能够将粉碎过程中产生的粉尘吸收掉,并且排到排料管内与粉碎合格的物料一起排出,大大降低了生产成本,减震底座不仅能够支撑该装置,保证该装置的稳定性,且能够减小因该装置进行运作产生的噪音。
