Description
本发明涉及食品领域,具体为一种肝郁型肥胖的减肥食品及其用途及其制备工艺。
肥胖是人体内脂肪积聚过多所致的现象,并不是人们视为的“健康”标志。肥胖不仅影响形体美,而且给生活带来不便,更重要是容易引起多种并发症,加速衰老和死亡。难怪有人说肥胖是疾病的先兆、衰老的信号。
据统计肥胖者并发脑栓塞与心衰的发病率比正常体重者高一倍,患冠心病比正常体重者多二倍,高血压发病率比正常体重者多二~六倍,合并糖尿病者较正常人约增高4倍,合并胆石症者较正常人高四~六倍,更为严重的是肥胖者的寿命将明显缩短。
饮食减肥法是一种通过改善饮食饮水来控制体重从而减肥的方法。相比市面上流通的种种减肥药及节食减肥法,饮食减肥法无疑是一种健康有效的减肥方法。因其操作简便,对身体副作用小,故而受到很多人的青睐。
中国专利CN03158272.9公开了一种减肥保健食品,它主要是由魔芋、马铃薯、薯蓣、芋头、甘薯等原料制成的,将上述原料干燥后粉碎成粉混合而成。该减肥保健食品在充分摄取蛋白质、维生素、矿物质的基础上,用魔芋等填饱肚子,减少脂肪和糖分的摄取量。
中国专利CN200810138158.X公开了一种一种减肥食品,原料包括:薏米、山药、山楂、枸杞子、扁豆、昆布、小茴香、干姜和肉桂。制作方法为分别将薏米、山药、山楂、枸杞子、扁豆、昆布、小茴香、干姜和肉桂磨成粉,再按重量份比重混合后分
装或按常规方法做成各种食品。该减肥食品长期食用无任何毒副作用,服用不受剂量限制,可以做为主食食用,安全减肥不反弹,并且长期服用可以增强体质。
从中医角度上来说,肥胖是因为身体有某种病灶而处于一种亚健康状态,需要进行调理,而单单用减肥药或者高纤维含量的食物既不能达到减肥的目的,反而会引起身体更大的疾病,因此现有的减肥食品中均未对病人进行对症下“食品”。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种肝郁型肥胖的减肥食品及其用途及其制备工艺,该减肥食品能够针对肝郁型肥胖人士的病因进行减肥,不仅能达到减肥的效果,而且长期服用更能达到身体健康的目的。
本发明可以通过以下技术方案来实现:
一种肝郁型肥胖的减肥食品,相对于100重量份的玉米,该减肥食品包括:绿豆50-150重量份,豇豆10-20份,黑米20-50份,百合1-5份,柴胡3-9份,芍药2-15份,枳实3-15份。
优选地,对于100重量份的玉米,该减肥食品包括:绿豆75-100重量份,豇豆12-18份,黑米30-40份,百合2-4份,柴胡6-8份,芍药5-10份,枳实6-10份。
优选地,相当于100两份的玉米,该减肥食品还包括2-7份的半夏。
优选地,相当于100两份的玉米,该减肥食品还包括1-3份的大黄。
优选地,所述减肥食品为面条状、面饼状或颗粒状。
本发明还提供一种所述减肥食品的用途,该用途包括:将所述减肥药品制备成面条食品、烘焙食品或蛋糕食品。
本发明还提供所述减肥食品的制备工艺,该工艺包括:按照食品配方比例将食品成分与0.1-1倍的水混合后放入食品挤条机中进行挤条成型及干燥。
优选地,按照食品配方比例将食品成分与0.3-0.7倍的水混合后放入食品挤条机中进行挤条成型及干燥。
优选地,所述干燥的条件为:温度为50-200℃,时间为1-5小时。
优选地,按照食品配方比例将食品成分与0.1-1倍的水、0.01-0.05倍的田菁粉混合后放入食品挤条机中进行挤条成型及干燥。
本发明的减肥食品具有如下的有益效果:
第一、中医讲究药食同源,不仅要将用药材来调理身体,还需要用食物来调理身体,本发明的减肥食物很好地将二者进行结合,不仅有食物的平和,而且有药材的功效;
第二、本发明的减肥食品所选取的玉米、绿豆、豇豆和黑米均为高纤维含量和蛋白质含量的食物材料,能够提供人体最基本的热量和蛋白质来源,而且符合中国人经常食用五谷的习惯;
第三、本发明的减肥食品所选取的百合、柴胡、芍药、枳实、半夏和大黄具有治疗肝郁的功效,而且均为平性药物,适合长期服用;
第四、本发明的减肥食品易于储存运输,而且制备工艺简单,适合大规模生产。
中医认为,肝系统是调节脂肪代谢的重要器官,情绪不稳会影响肝的运作失衡,造成肥胖。
本发明提供一种肝郁型肥胖的减肥食品,相对于100重量份的玉米,该减肥食品包括:绿豆50-150重量份,优选为75-100重量份,豇豆10-20份,优选为12-18份,黑米20-50份,优选为30-40份,百合1-5份,优选为2-4份,柴胡3-9份,优选为6-8份,芍药2-15份,优选为5-10份,枳实3-15份,优选为6-10份。优选地,本发明的减肥食品还包括2-7份的半夏,以及1-3份的大黄。
玉米为一年生禾本科植物,又名苞谷、棒子、六谷等。据研究测定,每100克玉米含热量106千卡,纤维素2.9克,蛋白质4.0克,脂肪1.2克,碳水化合物22.8克,另含矿物质元素和维生素等。玉米中含有的粗纤维,比精米、精面高4-10倍。玉米中还含有大量镁,镁可加强肠壁蠕动,促进机体废物的排泄。玉米上述的成份与功能,对于减肥非常有利。玉米成熟时的花穗玉米须,有利尿作用,也对减肥有利。玉米可煮汤代茶饮,也可粉碎后制作成玉米粉、玉米糕饼等。膨化后的玉米花体积很大,食后可消除肥胖人的饥饿感,但食后含热量很低,也是减肥的代用品之一。
绿豆是一种良好的植物蛋白质来源,每100克绿豆中含有蛋白质23.8克,碳水化合物58.8克,脂肪0.5克,钙80毫克,磷360毫克,铁6.8毫克。还含有胡萝卜素、维生素B1:、维生素B2:、维生素E和尼克酸及多种矿物质元素。绿豆所含蛋白质主要为球蛋白,并含有蛋氨酸、色氨酸、酪氨酸等多种氨基酸;在所含磷脂中有磷脂酰胆碱、磷脂酰乙醇胺、磷脂酰肌醇、磷脂酰甘油,磷脂酰丝氨酸等成分。
豇豆含丰富维生素B、C和植物蛋白质,能使人头脑宁静,调理消化系统,消除胸膈胀满,可防治急性肠胃炎,呕吐腹泻,有解渴健脾、补肾止泄、益气生津的功效。豇豆提供了易于消化吸收的优质蛋白质,适量的碳水化合物及多种维生素、微量元素等,
可补充机体的招牌营养素。豇豆所含B族维生素能维持正常的消化腺分泌和胃肠道蠕动的功能,抑制胆碱酶活性,可帮助消化,增进食欲。豇豆中所含维生素C能促进抗体的合成,提高机体抗病毒的作用。豇豆的磷脂有促进胰岛素分泌,参加糖代谢的作用,是糖尿病人的理想食品。
黑米有显著的食用和药用价值,古农医书记载:黑米“滋阴补肾,健身暖胃,明目活血”,“清肝润肠”,“滑湿益精,补肺缓筋”等功效;可入药入膳,对头昏目眩、贫血白发、腰膝酸软、夜盲耳鸣症、疗效尤佳。长期食用可延年益寿。因此,人们俗称:“药米”、“长寿米”。由于它最适于孕妇、产妇等补血之用,又称“月米”、“补血米”等。历代帝王也把它作为宫廷养生珍品,称为“贡米”。
百合除含有蛋白质21.29%、脂肪12.43%、还原糖11.47%、淀粉1.61%,及钙、磷、铁、每百克含1.443毫克维生素B、21.2毫克维生素C等营养素外,还含有一些特殊的营养成分,如秋水仙碱等多种生物碱。这些成分综合作用于人体,不仅具有良好的营养滋补之功,而且还对秋季气候干燥而引起的多种季节性疾病有一定的防治作用。中医上讲鲜百合具有养心安神,润肺止咳的功效,对病后虚弱的人非常有益。
柴胡含芸香甙、核糖醇、廿九酮、廿六醇、α-菠莱甾醇、黄酮醇类、皂甙、生物碱、抗坏血酸、胡萝卜素等。在开花、结果期,从花、叶、茎中可得到槲皮素、异槲皮甙、芸香甙、异鼠李素和异鼠李素-3-芸香糖甙。柴胡具有和解表里,疏肝,升阳。治寒热往来,胸满胁痛,口苦耳聋,头痛目眩,疟疾,下利脱肛,月经不调,子宫下垂等功效。
芍药的根鲜脆多汁,可供药用。根据分析,芍药根含有芍药甙和安息香酸,用途
因种而异。中医认为:中药里的白芍主要是指芍药的根,它具有镇痉、镇痛、通经作用。对妇女的腹痛、胃痉挛、眩晕、痛风、利尿等病症有效。
枳实为芸香科植物酸橙及其栽培变种或甜橙的干燥幼果,主产于四川、江西、福建、江苏等地。5~6月间采摘或采集自落的果实,自中部横切为两半,晒干或低温干燥,较小者直接晒干或低温干燥。用时洗净、闷透,切薄片,干燥。生用或麸炒用。《药品化义》:“枳实专泄胃实,开导坚结,故主中脘以治血分,疗脐腹间实满,消痰癖,祛停水,逐宿食,破结胸,通便闭,非此不能也。若皮肤作痒,因积血滞于中,不能营养肌表,若饮食不思,因脾郁结不能运化,皆取其辛散苦泻之力也。为血分中之气药,惟此称最。”
半夏能够燥湿化痰,降逆止呕,消痞散结。用于痰多咳喘,痰饮眩悸,风痰眩晕,痰厥头痛,呕吐反胃,胸脘痞闷,梅核气;生用外治痈肿痰核。
大黄是多种蓼科大黄属的多年生植物的合称,也是中药材的名称。在中国地区的文献里,“大黄”指的往往是马蹄大黄。在中国,大黄主要作药用,但在欧洲及中东,他们的大黄往往指另外几个作食用的大黄属品种,茎红色,气清香,味苦而微涩,嚼之粘牙,有砂粒感。秋末茎叶枯萎或次春发芽前采挖。除去细根,刮去外皮,切瓣或段,绳穿成串干燥或直接干燥·中药大黄具有攻积滞、清湿热、泻火、凉血、祛瘀、解毒等功效。
本发明的减肥食品可以是面条状、面饼状或颗粒状,也可以是其它常见的食品形状,本发明没有限制。
本发明还提供一种所述减肥食品的用途,该用途包括:将所述减肥药品制备成面
条食品、烘焙食品或蛋糕食品。
本发明还提供所述减肥食品的制备工艺,该工艺包括:按照食品配方比例将食品成分与0.1-1倍的水,优选为0.3-0.7倍,混合后放入食品挤条机中进行挤条成型及干燥。所述干燥的条件优选为:温度为50-200℃,时间为1-5小时。
另外,为了方便挤出成型,可以按照食品配方比例将食品成分与0.1-1倍的水、0.01-0.05倍的田菁粉混合后放入食品挤条机中进行挤条成型及干燥。
下面将结合实施例来进一步说明本发明,但是本发明并不因此而受到任何限制。
肝郁型肥胖的一个特点是常郁闷叹气、容易失眠多梦、容易紧张、烦躁、经常觉得疲倦、女性有月经失调。
实施例1
宋某,男,7岁,从小时候起,经常说梦话,晚上容易失眠,有时候亢奋,容易上火,有时候容易抑郁,体重45公斤,典型的肝郁型肥胖。
服用本发明的减肥食品前,体重为45公斤,服用本发明的减肥食品6个月后,体重为30公斤,梦话减少,比较安定,不再容易上火。
宋某每日晚餐服用本发明的面条状减肥食品,食用量根据食欲进行增减,该面条减肥食品的配方为:相对于100重量份的玉米,绿豆50重量份,豇豆10份,黑米20份,百合1份,柴胡3份,芍药2份,枳实3份。
实施例2
牛某,女,23岁,身高160cm,公司白领,刚失恋,心情郁闷,一个月猛涨20斤,晚上容易做梦,经常半夜哭醒。
服用本发明的减肥食品前,体重为69公斤,服用本发明的减肥食品2个月后,体重为50公斤,心情开朗,找到新男友。
牛女士单身一个人住,本发明的减肥食品制备成面饼状,可用开水泡开,加入小菜后使用,每日使用一次,一次150g。该面饼状减肥食品的配方为:相对于100重量份的玉米,绿豆150重量份,豇豆20份,黑米50份,百合5份,柴胡9份,芍药15份,枳实15份,半夏5份。
实施例3
田某,男,62岁,身高183cm,从某局长退休2年,心情不畅,爱叹气,不爱说话,典型的肝郁型肥胖。
服用本发明的减肥食品前,体重为98公斤,服用本发明的减肥食品6个月后,体重为76公斤,不再想着工作的事情,与退休后的朋友一起打打牌,遛遛狗,心情开心。
将本发明的减肥食品制备成面饼状,可用开水泡开,加入小菜后使用,每日食用一次,一次250g。该面饼状减肥食品的配方为:相对于100重量份的玉米,绿豆80重量份,豇豆16份,黑米35份,百合3份,柴胡7份,芍药7份,枳实9份,大黄2份。
制备例
按照相对于100重量份的玉米,绿豆80重量份,豇豆16份,黑米35份,百合3份,柴胡7份,芍药7份,枳实9份的配比,将食物原料与0.6倍重量份的水混合后加入0.02倍的田菁粉搅拌均匀放入食物挤条机中进行挤条成型,然后再100℃,干燥3小时,得到本发明的条状减肥食品。
