Abstract
一种显示面板的传送装置和制造系统,该传送装置包括固定支架(1),以及传送显示面板的承载平台(2);其中,固定支架(1)与承载平台(2)通过转轴(3)固定连接,承载平台(2)上设置有夹持件(4),夹持件(4)用以夹持固定显示面板。该传送装置和制造系统能够降低破片风险,缩短品味时间。
Description
本申请涉及显示技术领域,更具体的说,涉及一种显示面板的传送装置和制造系统。
液晶显示器具有机身薄、省电、无辐射等众多优点,得到了广泛的应用。现有市场上的液晶显示器大部分为背光型液晶显示器,其包括液晶面板及背光模组(backlightmodule)。液晶面板的工作原理是在两片平行的玻璃基板当中放置液晶分子,并在两片玻璃基板上施加驱动电压来控制液晶分子的旋转方向,以将背光模组的光线折射出来产生画面。
其中,薄膜晶体管液晶显示器(Thin Film Transistor-Liquid Crystal Display,TFT-LCD)由于具有低的功耗、优异的画面品质以及较高的生产良率等性能,目前已经逐渐占据了显示领域的主导地位。同样,薄膜晶体管液晶显示器包含液晶面板和背光模组,液晶面板包括彩膜基板(Color Filter Substrate,CF Substrate,也称彩色滤光片基板)、薄膜晶体管阵列基板(Thin Film Transistor Substrate,TFTSubstrate)和光罩(Mask),上述基板的相对内侧存在透明电极。两片基板之间夹一层液晶分子(LiquidCrystal,LC)。
显示面板因应世代潮流,具大尺寸与薄化需求趋势。而在面板的制程中需要转移面板以完成不同工序的任务,在移动面板的过程损坏的概率会增多,尤其是大型薄化产品的破片风险更大。
【发明内容】
本申请所要解决的技术问题是提供一种降低破片风险与缩短品位时间的显示面板的传送装置和制造系统。
本申请的目的是通过以下技术方案来实现的:一种显示面板的传送装置,
所述传送装置包括
固定支架,以及
传送所述显示面板的承载平台;
其中,所述固定支架与所述承载平台通过转轴固定连接,所述承载平台上设置有夹持件,所述夹持件用以夹持固定所述显示面板。
其中,所述夹持件采用吸附具。吸附具是一种通过真空度来维持两物体附着不分离的技术。通过改变吸附具的真空度来实现搬运、迁移过程中的“拿”与“放”,配合实现自动化机械化。
其中,所述夹持件采用钩具,所述夹持件设置在所述承载平台的边沿位置。钩具通过特有的形状可抓取物体,钩具设置在承载平台的边沿能更好的针对显示面板的尺寸工作,同时不影响承载平台上做品味检验的工作。
其中,所述钩具可调,当处于第一状态时,所述钩具与所述显示面板紧贴以夹持固定所述显示面板;当处于第二状态时,所述钩具与所述显示面板分离。具体钩具可调的工作状态。
其中,所述承载平台包括所述显示面板承载面侧,所述承载平台上设置有背光模组,所述背光模组设置在所述承载面侧上。明确背光模组的设置位置,可实现品位LCM模式。
其中,所述背光模组可拆卸的设置在所述承载平台上。能可切换进行品位LCM及Open cell模式,实现承载平台2作为品味检视的多功能。
其中,所述传送装置还包括所述承载平台绕所述转轴转动的定位件,所述定位件用以固定所述承载平台绕所述转轴转动预设角度时的位置。面对不管是从一定方向的平面放置盘取得显示面板、以一定的角度做品味检验还是将显示面板放入一定方向的炉架,承载平台通过绕转轴转动实现方位的改变,由定位件固定该位置,稳定可靠。
其中,所述固定支架采用可伸缩设置。可伸缩的固定支架可灵活的适应不同高度的工作状态,方便显示面板的取放,便于显示面板在合适为位置得到品
味检验。
其中,所述传送装置还包括滑槽,所述固定支架设置在所述滑槽内,所述固定支架和所述承载平台沿所述滑槽的预设轨迹运动。传送装置通过滑槽移动,操作简便,减小施力,也提升工作效率。
其中,所述固定支架还设置有滚轮,所述固定支架和所述承载平台通过所述滚轮运动。滚轮使固定支架和承载平台的运动范围更大更灵活,传送装置的适用性更好。
承载平台通过转轴实现不同方向的转动,同时还作为显示面板品味检测的平台,解决了从平面放置盘取面板于品位平台作业时以及再将面板置放到炉架上时容易因不同轴向放置造成样本破片的问题,更节省步骤和时间,提高效率。

作为本申请的一个实施例,如图1-3所示为本申请一个实施例的显示面板的传送装置的结构示意图,所述传送装置包括固定支架1,以及传送所述显示面板的承载平台2;其中,所述固定支架1与所述承载平台2通过转轴3固定连接,所述承载平台2上设置有夹持件4,所述夹持件4用以夹持固定所述显示面板。承载平台2通过转轴3实现不同方向的转动,同时还作为显示面板品味检测的平台,解决了从平面放置盘8取面板于品位平台作业时以及再将面板置放到炉架9上时容易因不同轴向放置造成样本破片的问题,更节省步骤和时间,提高效率,尤其是面对大尺寸薄型样本时效果更突出。
其中,如图1-3所示为本申请一个实施例的显示面板的传送装置的结构示意图,承载平台2分别处于水平位置、便于显示面板进行品味检测的斜向位置以及竖直位置。对应的,如图4、6、7所示,显示面板被取出时为水平放置在平面放置盘8上,通过夹持件4将水平的显示面板取出贴合放置在承载平台2上,然后转动承载平台2的方向进行品位检视,再转动承载平台2至竖直方向便于由夹持件4将显示面板与竖直位置放置入炉架9。平面放置盘8可以为tray盘。
其中,传送装置还可以配合其他器具使用,比如推车,放置在推车
利用推车提供方便省力的移动辅助功能。
作为本申请的又一个实施例,如图5所示为本申请一个实施例的显示面板的传送装置的结构示意图,所述传送装置包括固定支架1,以及传送所述显示面板的承载平台2;其中,所述固定支架1与所述承载平台2通过转轴3固定连接,所述承载平台2上设置有夹持件4,所述夹持件4用以夹持固定所述显示面板。所述夹持件4采用吸附具41。吸附具41是一种通过真空度来维持两物体附着不分离的技术。通过改变吸附具41的真空度来实现搬运、迁移过程中的“拿”与
“放”,配合实现自动化机械化。显示面板通过吸附具41被取出时为水平放置在平面放置盘8上,通过吸附具41将水平的显示面板取出贴合放置在承载平台2上,然后转动承载平台2的方向进行品位检视,再转动承载平台2至竖直方向便于由吸附具41释放显示面板置于炉架9的竖直位置。所述吸附具41可以采用真空吸附的方式,比如可以利用无静电真空吸嘴。
作为本申请的又一个实施例,如图8所示为本申请一个实施例的显示面板的传送装置的结构示意图,所述传送装置包括固定支架1,以及传送所述显示面板的承载平台2;其中,所述固定支架1与所述承载平台2通过转轴3固定连接,所述承载平台2上设置有夹持件4,所述夹持件4用以夹持固定所述显示面板。所述夹持件4采用钩具42,所述夹持件4设置在所述承载平台2的边沿位置。钩具42通过特有的形状可抓取物体,钩具42设置在承载平台2的边沿能更好的针对显示面板的尺寸工作,同时不影响承载平台2上做品味检验的工作。显示面板通过钩具42被取出时为水平放置在平面放置盘8上,通过钩具42将水平的显示面板取出贴合放置在承载平台2上,然后转动承载平台2的方向进行品位检视,再转动承载平台2至竖直方向便于由钩具42释放显示面板置于炉架9的竖直位置。其中,所述承载平台2包括所述显示面板承载面侧,所述钩具42可以设置在所述承载面侧上靠边的位置,也可以设置在承载平台2的侧边上,钩具42的设置最好能够成对在对称位置设置,保证利用钩具42取放显示面板时平稳可靠,不至于因此出现破片情况。
具体的,所述钩具42可调,当处于第一状态时,所述钩具42与所述显示面板紧贴以夹持固定所述显示面板:在取的过程中,钩具42钩起显示面板离开平面放置盘8一步步将显示面板置于贴合承载平台2的位置,然后承载平台2再有水平设置方向转为进行品味检视的斜向方向;在放的过程中,钩具42用钩部固定住显示面板以稳定状态离开与承载平台2贴合的位置,然后承载平台2再有斜向方向转为竖直设置方向。当处于第二状态时,所述钩具42与所述显示面板分离,钩具2则释放显示面板以便其进入对应的炉架9的竖直设置位置。
其中,在所述承载面侧上靠边的位置或者在承载平台2的侧边的对应位置可以设置钩具2的收纳部,在钩具与显示面板分离后可存放在此,减小占用空间,便于搬运及收纳传送装置。
作为本申请的又一个实施例,如图9所示为本申请一个实施例的显示面板的传送装置的结构示意图,所述传送装置包括固定支架1,以及传送所述显示面板的承载平台2;其中,所述固定支架1与所述承载平台2通过转轴3固定连接,所述承载平台2上设置有夹持件4,所述夹持件4用以夹持固定所述显示面板。所述承载平台2包括所述显示面板承载面侧,所述承载平台2上设置有背光模组7,所述背光模组7设置在所述承载面侧上。可实现品位LCM(LCD Module,LCD显示模组)模式。当夹持件4从平面放置盘取得显示面板后,承载平台2转为进行品味检视的斜向方向,不会增加通过外物有水平方向取物再转向斜向放物的破片风险,直接在承载面侧设置背光模组7可实现品位LCM(LCD Module,LCD显示模组)模式,检验更全面也更方便。
具体的,所述背光模组7可拆卸的设置在所述承载平台2上。能可切换进行品位LCM及Open cell模式,实现承载平台2作为品味检视的多功能。
作为本申请的又一个实施例,所述传送装置包括固定支架1,以及传送所述显示面板的承载平台2;其中,所述固定支架1与所述承载平台2通过转轴3固定连接,所述承载平台2上设置有夹持件4,所述夹持件4用以夹持固定所述显示面板。所述传送装置还包括所述承载平台2绕所述转轴3转动的定位件,所述定位件用以固定所述承载平台2绕所述转轴3转动预设角度时的位置。面对不管是从水平方向的平面放置盘8取得显示面板、以一定的斜向角度做品味检验还是将显示面板以竖直方向放入炉架9,承载平台2通过绕转轴3转动实现方位的改变,由定位件固定该位置,稳定可靠。定位件减少承载平台2因与固定支架1转轴3连接可能会有的晃动,避免晃动对显示面板造成的破片危险。定位件可采用卡位的方式,既可以多角度的设置位置,也可以根据已知习惯在特定的点设置。

- 如权利要求1所述的显示面板的传送装置,其中,所述固定支架还设置有滚轮,所述固定支架和所述承载平台通过所述滚轮运动。
- 一种显示面板的制造系统,包括显示面板的传送装置,所述显示面板的传送装置包括:固定支架,以及传送所述显示面板的承载平台;其中,所述固定支架与所述承载平台通过转轴固定连接,所述承载平台上设置有夹持件,所述夹持件用以夹持固定所述显示面板。
- 如权利要求12所述的显示面板的制造系统,其中,所述夹持件采用吸附具。
- 如权利要求12所述的显示面板的制造系统,其中,所述夹持件采用钩具,所述夹持件设置在所述承载平台的边沿位置。
- 如权利要求14所述的显示面板的制造系统,其中,所述钩具可调,当处于第一状态时,所述钩具与所述显示面板紧贴以夹持固定所述显示面板;当处于第二状态时,所述钩具与所述显示面板分离。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示面板的制造系统,其中,所述承载平台包括所述显示面板承载面侧,所述承载平台上设置有背光模组,所述背光模组设置在所述承载面侧上。
- 如权利要求16所述的显示面板的制造系统,其中,所述背光模组可拆卸的设置在所述承载平台上。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示面板的制造系统,其中,所述传送装置还包括所述承载平台绕所述转轴转动的定位件,所述定位件用以固定所述承载平台绕所述转轴转动预设角度时的位置。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示面板的制造系统,其中,所述固定支架采用可伸缩设置。
- 如权利要求1所述的显示面板的制造系统,其中,所述传送装置还包括滑槽,所述固定支架设置在所述滑槽内,所述固定支架和所述承载平台沿所述滑槽的预设轨迹运动;所述固定支架还设置有滚轮,所述固定支架和所述承载平台通过所述滚轮运动。
