本发明涉及厨房电器技术领域,特别是涉及一种烹饪装置。
如图1所示,现有技术的烹饪装置,例如:微波炉,一般包括腔体100和罩设于腔体外部的外罩200,在腔体100中设置用于加热食物的腔室101,在腔体100设置腔体出风口301,在外罩200设置外罩出风口302,在腔体出风口301所在的腔体100的外侧壁设置导风罩300,导风罩300与腔体100的外侧壁构造出导风通道303,导风通道303分别与腔体出风口301及外罩出风口302连通。在加热食物的过程中,腔室101内的热空气及水蒸气通过腔体100的腔体出风口301排出腔室101,然后通过导风通道303,从外罩200的外罩出风口302排出微波炉。
当用户操作不当或微波炉存在异常时,食物加热时间过长或腔体温度过高容易导致腔室101内的食物起火。现有技术的导风罩300形成的导风通道303采用贯穿式的结构,当腔体内起火时,火苗能从腔室101内通过腔体出风口301、导风通道303及外罩出风口302直接窜至微波炉外(气体流动方向如图1中箭头指示的方向),引燃微波炉外其他物体,存在安全隐患。
如图1所示,现有技术中,为了消除安装隐患,在外罩200的外壁设置防护罩400,但是现有技术中,火苗还是会窜到微波炉外,仍然存在安全隐患。
发明内容
(一)要解决的技术问题
本发明的目的是提供一种烹饪装置,解决现有技术存在的火苗窜至烹饪装置外的安全隐患。
(二)技术方案
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种烹饪装置,包括:
外罩,所述外罩上设有与外部相连通的外罩出风口;
腔体,所述腔体嵌入在所述的外罩内,用于容纳待烹饪食物,所述腔体上设有腔体出风口;
导风件,所述导风件罩设在所述腔体出风口处,并连通腔体出风口和外罩出风口,以形成空气流动通道;以及
折流件,所述折流件位于所述空气流动通道内,用以使从腔体出风口出来的气体在空气流动通道的流动方向为折流方向。
其中,所述折流件包括第一折流板和第二折流板,所述第一折流板和所述第二折流板分别设于所述空气流动通道内相对的两侧,且所述第一折流板和所述第二折流板间隔交错排列。
其中,所述折流件还包括折流连板,所述折流连板连接相邻所述第一折流板和第二折流板,所述折流连板设有导风孔。
其中,所述腔体出风口设于所述腔体的顶板,所述外罩出风口设于所述外罩的侧板,所述第一折流板和所述第二折流板分别设于所述空气流动通道的上侧和下侧。
其中,所述折流件通过卡扣与所述导风件连接。

(三)有益效果

实施例1
如图2至5所示,本实施例的烹饪装置,以微波炉为例,微波炉包括:外罩2、腔体1、导风件3以及折流件5。
外罩2的侧壁上设有与外部相连通的外罩出风口8。外罩2采用但不限于采用铁皮冲压制造而成,一般制造形成冂型结构,腔体1从外罩2的下端开口中嵌入外罩中,腔体1的顶部距离外罩2一定的距离,与外罩共同构造出一个用于安装电气件、导风罩的空间。
腔体1嵌入在外罩2内,用于容纳待烹饪食物,腔体1上设有腔体出风口7。
腔体1构造有用于容纳待烹饪的食物的腔室11,腔体1一般构造成前侧面为敞口的箱体结构,门体安装于腔体的前侧面,用于打开和关闭腔室11。腔体出风口7用于连通腔室11与外罩2和腔体1共同构造出的空间。
导风件3罩设在腔体出风口7处,并连通腔体出风口7和外罩出风口8,以形成空气流动通道4。
微波炉在使用过程中,腔体1的腔室11内的食物在加热过程中会产生水蒸气及油烟,腔室11内的带有水蒸气和油烟的空气从腔体出风口7排出,并经过空气流动通道4,从外罩出风口8处排出到微波炉外部。从而保持腔室11内食物在门体外部清晰可见。
折流件5位于空气流动通道4内,用以使从腔体出风口7出来的气体在空气流动通道4的流动方向为折流方向。
如图2和3所示,本发明的空气流动通道4设有折流件5,折流件5用以使从腔体出风口7出来的气体在空气流动通道4的流动方向为折流方向。当腔体11内的食物过度烹饪变干从而意外起火时,腔室11中形成火苗,火苗随空气从腔室11通过腔体出风口7进入空气流动通道4,气体在腔体出风口7至外罩出风口8之间发生了多次折流流动(气体流动方向如图2和3中箭头所指示的方向),最终从外罩出风口8中排出外罩2,折流件5的设置一方面延长了带有火苗的气体的流动路径,同时火苗在多次折流过程中碰撞折流件。经过实验证明,火苗经过两次90度弯道的折流
就完全熄灭。在微波炉的空气流动通道设置折流件构成的折流方向的流动方式能够使火苗在空气流动通道4中完全熄灭,不会窜到微波炉外罩之外引燃微波炉外的物品,消除了腔体中的火苗窜出外罩外引起火灾的安全隐患的问题。
折流方向可以为方波形折流方向、螺旋折流方向、S形折流方向或者迷宫形折流方向。
本实施例中,折流件5包括第一折流板51和第二折流板52,第一折流板51和第二折流板52分别设于空气流动通道内相对的两侧,且第一折流板51和第二折流板52间隔交错排列,以在第一折流板51和第二折流板52之间形成折流方向的通道。采用本方式的折流件5,将空气流动通道4构造成方波形折流方向的气体通道。方波形折流方向的空气流动通道,除了具有延长空气流动通道的长度外,还能使空气中的火苗在流动过程中撞击折流板,使火苗快速熄灭。方波形折流方向的空气流动通道气体流动性好,火苗熄灭彻底,在火苗熄灭的情况下兼顾空气流动性能。
进一步的,本实施例中,如图5所示,折流件5还包括折流连板6,折流连板6连接相邻第一折流板51和第二折流板52,折流连板6设有导风孔61。通过折流连板6将第一折流板51和第二折流板52连接为一体结构的折流件,方便于安装。该一体结构的折流件通过卡扣安装于导风件3,或者该一体结构的折流件通过卡扣与腔体1的外侧壁安装连接。
本实施例中,第一折流板51、第二折流板52和折流连板6均为一个,构成字型结构。如图5所示,折流件5通过卡扣与导风件3连接。本实施例中采用一个第一折流板51和一个第二折流板52构成的折流件5能够使空气在空气流动通道中形成两次折流,能使火苗在空气流动通道中全部熄灭,无法窜出外罩。
如图2所示,本实施例中,腔体出风口7设于腔体1的顶板,外罩出风口8设于外罩2的侧板,第一折流板51和第二折流板52分别设于空气流动通道的上侧和下侧。将腔体出风口7设在腔体1顶板上,有利于热空气快速从腔体1的腔室11内逸出,同时,将外罩出风口8设于外罩2的侧板,气体从腔体出风口7流出后,开始沿水平方向流动,有利于延长热空气在空气流动通道中流动时间,能够减少火苗窜出的风险。本实施例中,
空气在腔体出风口7与空气流动通道4之间发生一次90度的方向改变,在折流件的作用下发生两次90度改变方向,在空气流动通道4与外罩出风口8之间又发生一次90度的方向改变,即空气在流动过程中经过四次90度的折流,能够保证空气中的火苗完全熄灭。
如图2和4所示,本实施例中,导风件3包括底板31、两个与底板31的长边连接的长侧板32以及一个与底板31的宽边连接的宽侧板33,导风件3扣装于腔体1的外侧壁和外罩2的内侧壁,且导风件3与内壳体1的外侧壁及和外壳体2的内侧壁构造出导风室4。本实施例中的导风件3具有顶面和短边侧面的两面敞口,该两面敞口分别与腔体1的外侧壁和外罩2的内侧壁接触贴合,形成空气流动通道。具有结构简单、装配方便的优点,且节省材料。优选的,该导风件3采用但不限于采用钢板冲压制造,降低成本。
优选的,导风件3通过卡扣与腔体1的外侧壁连接,使得导风件的结构简单,操作方便。
进一步的,外罩2的外侧壁位于外罩出风口8位置设有防护罩9,设置防护罩,进一步提升安全性。
需要说明的是,本实施例例举了第一折流板和第二折流板均为一个的技术方案,从图2中可以看出,两个折流板直接构成了两次折流,设置一个第一折流板和一个第二折流板的方案即能够实现使火苗完全熄灭的效果。当然,本领域技术人员根据实际需要还可以设置多个第一折流板和/或多个第二折流板,以满足实际需求。
需要说明的是,本领域技术人员容易理解微波炉还包括底盘、微波发生器、控制电路板等结构,为了描述的简要,本文在描述过程中予以省略,并不能理解为本发明的微波炉不需要底盘、微波发生器、控制电路板等结构。
实施例2
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,为了描述的简要,在本实施例的描述过程中,不再描述与实施例1相同的技术特征,仅说明本实施例与实施例1不同之处:本实施例中,腔体出风口设于腔体1的后侧板,外罩出风口设于外罩的侧板,第一折流板和第二折流板分别设于空气流动通道的前侧
和后侧,使空气流动通道在水平方向形成方形波折流方向。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,为了描述的简要,在本实施例的描述过程中,不再描述与实施例1相同的技术特征,仅说明本实施例与实施例1不同之处:本实施例中,腔体出风口设于腔体1的顶板,外罩出风口设于外罩的顶板,折流件设于空气流动通道中,在竖直方向上形成折流前进,降低气体逸出的速度,且气体中的火苗与空气流动通道的壁面接触降温熄灭。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1基本相同,为了描述的简要,在本实施例的描述过程中,不再描述与实施例1相同的技术特征,仅说明本实施例与实施例1不同之处:本实施例中,导风件为圆筒结构,折流件为螺旋折流板,螺旋折流板设于导风件中,将空气流动通道构造为螺旋折流方向。本实施例中,从腔体中流出的气体在空气流动通道中沿螺旋折流方向流动,气体在空气流动通道中的流动时间长,且火苗与空气流动通道的壁面接触导热,使火苗熄灭。本实施的螺旋折流方向的空气流动通道,空气螺旋流动,流动性好,但是存在着可能火苗未完全熄灭的风险,因此,一般需要将通道做得较长一些,较为占用空间。
另外,对于迷宫形折流方向的空气流动通道,火苗熄灭性好,但是不利于气体逸出。S形折流方向的空气流动通道接近于方波形折流方向,但是火苗的熄灭效果无法达到方波形折流方向的空气流动通道。
本发明所述的烹饪装置还可以是烤箱、烤炉。

Claims (10)
- 一种烹饪装置,其特征在于:包括:外罩,所述外罩上设有与外部相连通的外罩出风口;腔体,所述腔体嵌入在所述的外罩内,用于容纳待烹饪食物,所述腔体上设有腔体出风口;导风件,所述导风件罩设在所述腔体出风口处,并连通腔体出风口和外罩出风口,以形成空气流动通道;以及折流件,所述折流件位于所述空气流动通道内,用以使从腔体出风口出来的气体在空气流动通道的流动方向为折流方向。
- 如权利要求1所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于:所述折流件包括第一折流板和第二折流板,所述第一折流板和所述第二折流板分别设于所述空气流动通道内相对的两侧,且所述第一折流板和所述第二折流板间隔交错排列。
- 如权利要求2所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于:所述折流件还包括折流连板,所述折流连板连接相邻所述第一折流板和第二折流板,所述折流连板设有导风孔。
- 如权利要求2所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于:所述腔体出风口设于所述腔体的顶板,所述外罩出风口设于所述外罩的侧板,所述第一折流板和所述第二折流板分别设于所述空气流动通道的上侧和下侧。
- 如权利要求5所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于:所述折流件通过卡扣与所述导风件连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于:所述导风件包括底板、两个与所述底板的长边连接的长侧板以及一个与所述底板的宽边连接的宽侧板,所述导风件扣装于所述腔体的外侧壁和外罩的内侧壁,且与所述腔体的外侧壁及和所述外罩的内侧壁构造出所述空气流动通道。
- 如权利要求1所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于:所述导风件通过卡扣与所述腔体的外侧壁连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于:所述外罩的外侧壁 位于所述外罩出风口位置设有防护罩。
- 如权利要求1至9任一项所述的烹饪装置,其特征在于:所述烹饪装置为微波炉。
