La présente invention concerne : une boisson bonne pour la santé ayant un effet de lutte contre l'obésité, contenant un oignon et un extrait de Garcinia gummi-gutta ; un procédé de préparation associé ; une boisson utilisant uniquement des produits naturels et aucun additif artificiel afin de préparer une boisson dans laquelle l'effet synergique d'un goût amer, qui est le principal problème rencontré lorsqu'un oignon et un extrait de Garcinia gummi-gutta sont mélangés, est complètement éliminé ; un procédé de préparation associé.
