现取填色结构300的其中一面作描述,如前述实施例般,填色区306,308由分隔区320限定,分隔区320的密度与填色区306,308的密度是一致的,因为分隔区320是根据预设定的参数通过激光切割技术在填色层304上切走部分物料,从而形成填色区306,308之间的空隙。在此实施例中,分隔区320的厚度为填色区306,308的厚度的约30%,并且分隔区320具有约1.5毫米的阔度。厚度和阔度的定义如前文所述。分隔区320的设计预留有充分的时间让填色区306,308快速地吸收添加至填色层304上的液体,如颜料或油墨,并有效地促使液体朝向基材方向渗透,减少添加在某一填色区306的液体扩散至另一填色区308。同时,用户能够通过感知分隔区的空隙,而更从容不迫地享受填色的快乐,减少因为要时刻留意是否超出界线而造成的忧虑。再者,填色区306,308良好的吸水性,对含高水分的颜料或油墨而言是尤其有利的,其体现于用少量的颜料或油墨便能够快速填满填色区,颜料或油墨迅速地进入填色层304以抵达基材表面。虽然基材的吸水性较填色层304低,其将颜料或油墨锁在填色层304的同时,亦缓慢吸收颜料或油墨,进一步干燥填色层304表面。
由此,当用户对填色结构填色时,填色结构的快吸水性(或称为吸墨性)使用户能更自如地随意添加对填色结构添加色彩,避免或有效地减低因使用含高水分的液体而造成的意外,如液体渗漏、液体溢出和大面积地玷污衣服或身体部位等等。再者,分隔区的设计提供了明显的触感,用户容易地掌握填色结构上的图案轮廓,可更轻松地描绘图案。因此,本申请的设计是老少咸宜的,且不论是否掌握绘画技巧,都可以随心所欲地享受创造艺术品、作品的乐趣。
本申请适用于平面结构和立体结构,优选地为纸质成品,例如填色本、立体模型、玩具、装饰品等等需要添加色彩的成品,而且尤其针对用户可自行创作或组装的成品。用户可自行配搭不同颜色的油墨和颜料,在填色层上自由绘画,可通过画笔、滴管等方式创作。而且,本文所述的填色区并不仅限于同一色彩,用户可根据喜好加上一种或多种颜色。
在本申请的其他实施例中,填色结构的基材和填色层可为一整体而成的结构,例如,在制备基材的最后工序中,将填色层的物料置于待完成的基材上,并在最后同时成形。由此产生一整体结构但具备两种物料的填色结构。可理解的是,当基材和填色层为两个独自物料时,本领域技术人员能够根据本文认识到各种可种可行的方式都可以使用来将两者组合在一起而不背离本申请的本质。
在基材和填色层的物料方面而言,这可取决于填色结构的实际设计和目的而选用。在一些实施例中,填色层为具有良好吸水性的纸质物料,如宣纸和水彩画纸。优选地,填色层含有至少80%木浆和少于10%水分。在一个实施例中,填色层含有约80%-约90%木浆、约5%-约8%水以及少量胶浆和添加剂。相对于填色层,基材有较低的吸水性,这可通过调较物料中纤维素、水分或糖分等的含量来提供。本申请的填色结构适用于诸多油墨和颜料,其物料可配合相应的油墨或颜料调节,优选地本申请适合与含高水分的油墨和颜料配合使用。
在填色结构表面的分隔区和填色区可根据预先设定的图案,通过刻蚀技术或更优选的切割技术在填色层上描绘出。分隔区的厚度可根据填色结构的组成和图案需要来设定,在分隔区具有与填色区相同的密度的情况下,优选的是分隔区的厚度是填色区的厚度的80%或更少,这有助于填色区吸收添加至其表面的液体,并将其导引至基材表面。在一些实施例中,分隔区的厚度是填色区的厚度的50%或更少。在一些实施例中,分隔区的厚度可比填色区的厚度少约0.1毫米至约1毫米,少约0.2毫米至约0.8毫米,少约0.3毫米至约0.7毫米,或少约0.5毫米至约0.6毫米。
同样地,分隔区的阔度可根据填色结构的组成和图案需要来设定,优选的是分隔区具有至少1毫米的阔度,以提供足够的空间让用户感知到,并在限定填色区的同时有效地阻碍液体的水平渗透。在一些实施例中,填色结构具有多个分隔区,而分隔区与分隔区之间具有至少1毫米的距离,或至少1毫米至1.5毫米的距离。
另外,本申请亦涉及一种填色套件,其包括如本文所述的填色结构、油墨以及包装配件。包装配件将填色结构和油墨分别包装,方便用户储存和使用。
虽然本申请是相对于某些优选实施例进行的详细说明,本领域的技术人员可以认识到,不同的改动、另外的结构、等同物,都可以被使用而不会背离本申请的本质。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种填色结构,其特征在于,包括:基材,以及设于至少一部分基材上的填色层;所述基材与填色层由不同的物料制成并具有不同的吸水性,所述填色层包括多个填色区和至少一个分隔区,其中填色区至少部分地由分隔区限定。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的填色结构,其特征在于,所述分隔区具有与填色区相同的密度,并且所述分隔区的厚度是填色区的厚度的80%或更少。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的填色结构,其特征在于,所述分隔区具有与填色区相同的密度,所述分隔区的厚度是填色区的厚度的50%或更少。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的填色结构,其特征在于,所述分隔区具有至少1毫米的阔度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的填色结构,其特征在于,所述填色层是吸墨纸。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的填色结构,其特征在于,所述基材表面涂覆有高表面张力的涂层。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的填色结构,其特征在于,所述填色层通过黏合剂固定在基材表面。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的填色结构,其特征在于,所述填色结构为立体结构。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的填色结构,其特征在于,所述填色结构为平面结构。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的填色结构,其特征在于,所述填色层含有约80%-约90%木浆、约5%-约8%水以及少量胶浆和添加剂。
