Description

一种毛笔的生产装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种毛笔的生产装置,属于制笔设备技术领域。
背景技术
书法用传统毛笔的笔头通常采用狼毫、羊毫以及禽类前胸之毛作为原料,毫毛经前处理及拣选后,多根毫毛在根部束成一束并利用胶质粘接在一起,毛根植入笔头套管的一端,笔头套管的另一端插接在笔杆的端部。
尽管现代工业已十分发达,但是对于毛笔等传统文化用品而言,因其具有独特的个性和风格,目前仍以有经验的人员在手工作坊制作为主,并没有进入工业化制造。接到订单后,将相应的笔头与笔杆进行装配,并且根据客户的需要印上文字或标签。近年来,随着毛笔市场的成熟,纯手工制作已经显示出弊端,主要是工作效率低,劳动强度大,且熟练工的薪酬逐年在增长,一旦交货期与农忙、节日等相冲突,往往很难及时交货。
笔头与笔杆组装时,需要在笔头套管中点胶,且笔杆上需要印字,工人长期接触胶水和油墨容易损害健康。因此将笔头与笔杆的组装采用设备进行工业化生产,既能保持产品的传统风格,又能提高工作效率,降低工人的劳动强度,保证成品的一致性。
由于笔杆较长,可以由操作工预先将其码放整齐放置在笔杆料斗中;而笔头的一头为毫毛束,另一头为套管,整体的尺寸又比较短小,不便于操作工预先整理,众多的笔头倾倒在偌大的笔头料斗中,必然处于无序状态。进行工业化组装的前提是将众多凌乱、方向无序的笔头从笔头料斗中逐个取出,并且笔头套管统一向前放在笔头输送链条上依次向后输送;与此同步,将排列整齐的笔杆逐根取出,插接端统一向后放在笔杆输送链条上依次向后输送;笔头套管还需要经过整圆和点胶后才能插接在笔杆上。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于,克服现有技术中存在的问题,提供一种毛笔的生产装置,可以实现笔头与笔杆的自动上料并装配为一体。
为解决以上技术问题,本发明的一种毛笔的生产装置,包括自左向右输送且相互平行的笔头输送链条和笔杆输送链条,所述笔头输送链条的左侧设有笔头上料装置,所述笔杆输送链条的左侧设有笔杆上料装置,沿所述笔头输送链条的前进方向依次设有换向机构、笔头套管整圆机构、笔头套管点胶机构和将笔头装在笔杆上的装配机构,所述笔头上料装置包括支撑在机架上的笔头料斗,所述笔头料斗的底部设有右端向下倾斜的笔头倾斜底板,所述 笔头倾斜底板的右端最低处与笔头水平底板相对接,所述笔头水平底板前后方向的中部设有笔头托料孔,所述笔头托料孔中设有可沿笔头料斗右墙板的左端面上下滑动的笔头托举大滑块,所述笔头托举大滑块的下端由笔头大滑块气缸驱动,所述笔头托举大滑块的顶部设有沿前后方向延伸的大滑块V形槽;所述笔头托料孔的前后两侧分别设有下端向左倾斜的斜块,所述斜块的上端抵靠在所述笔头料斗右墙板的左端面上;所述笔头托举大滑块的大滑块V形槽最低处设有向下延伸的大滑块孔道,所述大滑块孔道中设有可沿大滑块孔道上下滑动的笔头托举小滑块,所述笔头托举小滑块的顶部设有沿前后方向延伸的小滑块V形槽,所述小滑块V形槽的开口宽度与笔头的直径相适配,所述笔头托举小滑块前后方向的长度与笔头的长度相适配,所述笔头托举小滑块的下端连接在笔头小滑块气缸的活塞杆上端,所述笔头小滑块气缸的缸体上端固定在所述笔头托举大滑块的下端。
相对于现有技术,本发明取得了以下有益效果:笔头托举大滑块初始处于低位,托料孔的上端口露出;笔头料斗倾斜底板的右端向下倾斜使得笔头料斗内众多的笔头在重力的作用下向右侧集聚,由于托料孔的前后两侧分别设有斜块,斜块上的笔头会下落至与笔头料斗倾斜底板的对接处,位于右侧的笔头料斗水平底板唯一暴露的就是托料孔,因此笔头必然堆积在托料孔处,位于下方的笔头落入托料孔中,但方向处于无序状态,然后笔头大滑块气缸的活塞杆伸出,大滑块V形槽托起笔头上行,超出料层后多余的笔头落回笔头料斗中,大滑块V形槽可以保证其最低处有笔头且在举升过程中不会掉落,而且在大滑块V形槽的导向及笔头的重力作用下,大滑块V形槽最低处笔头的轴线必然平行于大滑块V形槽的轴线,使得待托举的笔头由无序方向统一校正为前后方向。笔头托举大滑块动作一次,大滑块V形槽虽然都能够托到笔头,并且将被托举笔头统一为前后方向,但是每次托起的不止一个,笔头托举大滑块举升至笔头料斗上半部时停止,笔头小滑块气缸的活塞杆伸出,将笔头托举小滑块向上顶出,由于笔头托举小滑块的小滑块V形槽位于大滑块V形槽最低处,且小滑块V形槽的开口宽度与笔头的直径相适配,因此小滑块V形槽只会托起位于大滑块V形槽最低处的一个笔头,并将其举升至笔头料斗右墙板的顶部,被举升到顶的笔头的圆周卡在小滑块V形槽中,且轴线必然保持平行于前后方向。
作为本发明的改进,所述笔头料斗右墙板的下端越过所述笔头水平底板向下延伸,所述笔头大滑块气缸的缸体固定在所述笔头料斗右墙板的右端面下部,所述笔头大滑块气缸的活塞杆顶部连接有大滑块驱动滑板,所述大滑块驱动滑板的内端面通过线轨滑块支撑在笔头上料竖向线轨上,所述笔头上料竖向线轨固定在所述笔头料斗右墙板上,且笔头上料竖向线轨上方固定有大滑块举升限位块,所述大滑块驱动滑板的内端面还通过大滑块连接板与所 述笔头托举大滑块相连,所述笔头料斗右墙板上设有供大滑块连接板上下移动的笔头料斗避让槽;所述笔头小滑块气缸的活塞杆下端从缸体下方伸出且旋接有小滑块举升限位块。笔头大滑块气缸的活塞杆伸出时,推动大滑块驱动滑板沿笔头上料竖向线轨上行,大滑块连接板的内端头穿过笔头料斗避让槽带动笔头托举大滑块上行,当大滑块驱动滑板的上端顶到大滑块举升限位块时,笔头托举大滑块停止上行。通过线轨滑块和笔头上料竖向线轨的配合,以及大滑块连接板与笔头料斗避让槽的配合可以确保笔头托举大滑块贴着笔头料斗右墙板平稳上行,不会出现抖动导致被托举的笔头掉落,笔头上料竖向线轨和大滑块驱动滑板外置,可以节省笔头料斗内的空间,使笔头料斗具有更大的有效容量。当小滑块举升限位块抵靠至笔头小滑块气缸的缸体下方时,笔头托举小滑块停止上行。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述笔头托举小滑块的小滑块V形槽前后方向的中部设有向下凹陷的托举小滑块U形槽,所述笔头料斗右墙板的顶端前后方向的中部设有向下凹陷的笔头料斗墙板U形槽;所述笔头料斗墙板U形槽的前后两侧对称设有沿左右方向延伸的笔头定位块,所述笔头定位块呈开口向下的U形且骑跨在所述笔头料斗右墙板的上方,两所述笔头定位块的右端分别固定在笔头定位块滑板的上端,所述笔头定位块滑板分别通过线轨滑块支撑在笔头定位横向线轨上,两所述笔头定位块滑板的相向侧壁分别连接有向下延伸的定位块驱动杆,两所述定位块驱动杆的下端分别与所述笔头定位块气缸的活塞杆相连接,两所述笔头定位块气缸的缸体沿前后方向延伸且分别固定在所述笔头料斗右墙板的右端面上。被举升到顶的笔头位于小滑块V形槽中且轴线平行于前后方向,在小滑块V形槽的中部设有向下凹陷的托举小滑块U形槽,便于上料夹爪穿过托举小滑块U形槽从左右两侧合围并夹住笔头,以便于下一步搬运;笔头料斗右墙板的顶端设有向下凹陷的笔头料斗墙板U形槽,为上料夹爪从笔头料斗外侧向笔头料斗内平移提供了空间,且为靠近笔头料斗右墙板一侧上料夹爪的开合提供了空间,避免形成干涉,降低了上料夹爪为了避让向上升起的行程。小滑块V形槽虽然可以将笔头的轴线限定为前后方向,但是无法对其前后位置进行定位;当笔头被举升到顶后,两笔头定位块气缸同时动作,通过定位块驱动杆驱动笔头定位块滑板沿笔头定位横向线轨平移,两笔头定位块滑板各自带动相应的笔头定位块沿前后方向相向运动,直至两笔头定位块同时夹在笔头托举小滑块的前后两侧,两笔头定位块推动笔头与小滑块V形槽的两端对齐,确保每个笔头被抓取时处于同样的位置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述笔头倾斜底板由第一翻板和第二翻板拼接而成,所述第二翻板的下缘与第一翻板的上缘相接触,所述第一翻板和第二翻板的铰接端均位于最低处,所述第一、二翻板的下端面中部铰接有第一、二翻板气缸,所述第一、二翻板气缸的缸体分 别铰接在所述机架上;所述第一翻板的上缘下部连接有弧形挡料板,所述弧形挡料板与第一翻板的铰接轴共轴线。当笔头料斗底部堆积的笔头比较少时,第一翻板气缸的活塞杆伸出,使得第一翻板绕右侧的铰接端向上翻起,将第一翻板上的笔头滑落至笔头料斗的右端最低处,确保笔头托举大滑块举升托料成功,第一翻板掀起过程中,弧形挡料板始终抵靠在第二翻板的下缘,避免笔头漏出。当整个笔头料斗底部存放的笔头都比较少时,第二翻板气缸的活塞杆伸出,使得第二翻板绕右侧的铰接端向上翻起,将第二翻板上的笔头滑落至第一翻板上,再通过第一翻板的翻转继续向右端最低处滑落,确保笔头料斗中的所有笔头都能获得上料。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述笔杆上料装置包括笔杆料斗,所述笔杆料斗的底部设有笔杆倾斜底板,所述笔杆倾斜底板的右端最低处与笔杆水平底板相对接,所述笔杆水平底板的右端与笔杆料斗右墙板之间的缝隙中设有笔杆托举滑块,所述笔杆托举滑块可沿笔杆料斗右墙板的左端面上下滑动,所述笔杆托举滑块的下端由笔杆上料气缸驱动,所述笔杆托举滑块的顶部设有沿前后方向延伸的笔杆举升头;所述笔杆举升头的顶部右侧设有向下倾斜的托举斜面,所述托举斜面的尺寸与笔杆的直径相适配;所述笔杆举升头的中部设有向下凹陷的笔杆举升头U形槽,所述笔杆料斗右墙板的顶端设有向下凹陷的笔杆料斗右墙板U形槽,所述笔杆料斗右墙板U形槽与所述笔杆举升头U形槽的位置相应;所述笔杆料斗右墙板的上部安装有笔杆对齐气缸,所述笔杆对齐气缸的活塞杆端部连接有笔杆定位块,所述笔杆定位块的后端面平行于所述笔杆料斗的后侧墙板。预先将笔杆排列整齐放入笔杆料斗中,笔杆托举滑块初始处于低位,笔杆倾斜底板的右端向下倾斜使得笔杆在重力的作用下向右侧集聚,最右侧底部的笔杆卡在笔杆举升头的托举斜面与笔杆料斗右墙板构成的缺口中,当笔杆上料气缸的活塞杆伸出时,笔杆托举滑块上行,笔杆举升头托起一根笔杆上行至笔杆料斗右墙板顶部,笔杆对齐气缸的活塞杆伸出,笔杆定位块推动笔杆向后移动,笔杆两端被限制在笔杆定位块和笔杆料斗的后墙板之间从而得到定位。笔杆举升头U形槽和笔杆料斗右墙板U形槽为上料夹爪从笔杆料斗外侧向笔杆料斗内平移提供了空间,且为靠近笔杆料斗右墙板一侧上料夹爪的开合提供了空间,避免形成干涉,降低了上料夹爪为了避让向上升起的行程。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述笔杆料斗的内腔设有沿左右方向延伸的隔板,所述隔板与所述笔杆料斗的后墙板之间的距离与笔杆的长度相适配,所述隔板的左右两端分别通过L形连接座连接在笔杆料斗右墙板上,所述笔杆料斗左、右墙板上分别设有供L形连接座调节位置的笔杆料斗横向长槽。通过L形连接座与笔杆料斗横向长槽可以调节隔板与笔杆料斗的后墙板之间的距离,使得笔杆料斗可以适应不同长度笔杆的需要,笔杆的两端既得到 很好的限位,又不影响笔杆向右滚动。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述笔头上料装置和所述笔杆上料装置的右侧分别设有抓取搬运机构,所述抓取搬运机构包括下端设有钳口的上料夹爪,所述上料夹爪的钳口合围后轴线沿前后方向水平延伸,所述上料夹爪由上料夹爪气缸驱动,所述上料夹爪气缸固定在上料升降无杆气缸的滑块上,所述上料升降无杆气缸的缸体通过三角支架连接在上料平移无杆气缸的滑块下端,所述上料平移无杆气缸的缸体沿左右方向水平延伸且固定在机架上。笔头被举升后,上料平移无杆气缸动作使其滑块带动上料升降无杆气缸、上料夹爪气缸及上料夹爪向左移动,当上料夹爪到达小滑块V形槽的正上方时,上料平移无杆气缸停止,上料升降无杆气缸动作使其滑块下行,当上料夹爪的钳口与小滑块V形槽的笔头位于同一高度时,上料升降无杆气缸停止,然后上料夹爪气缸动作使两上料夹爪相向合围,从左右两侧越过托举小滑块U形槽将笔头夹住;然后上料升降无杆气缸动作使其滑块上行至原来高度后停止,接着上料平移无杆气缸动作使其滑块向右平移至原来位置时停止,然后上料升降无杆气缸动作使其滑块下行直至笔头到达下一个工位,最后上料夹爪气缸动作使两上料夹爪分离,将笔头释放;如此完成了将笔头从托举小滑块U形槽中取出、搬运及就位。上料夹爪钳口合围后与笔头共轴线,并且保证上料夹爪在笔头料斗墙板U形槽中自由穿行,不会发生干涉。两套抓取搬运机构分别位于笔头输送链条及笔杆输送链条的左端上方,笔杆被举升后的抓取搬运原理及过程与笔头相同。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述换向机构包括下端设有钳口的一对换向夹爪,所述换向夹爪由换向夹爪气缸驱动,所述换向夹爪气缸的上端固定连接在旋转气缸的缸体上,所述旋转气缸的导气头固定连接在换向升降无杆气缸的滑块上,所述换向升降无杆气缸的缸体固定在机架上;所述笔头套管整圆机构包括可夹持笔头的整圆夹爪,所述整圆夹爪由整圆夹爪气缸驱动,所述整圆夹爪气缸的后侧壁固定在整圆升降无杆气缸的滑块上,所述整圆升降无杆气缸的缸体连接在整圆平移无杆气缸的滑块上,所述整圆平移无杆气缸的缸体沿前后方向水平延伸且固定在机架上;所述整圆夹爪的前方设有水平向后伸出的锥形头,所述锥形头的轴线与所述整圆夹爪合围后的钳口轴线位于同一个沿前后方向延伸的竖直平面内,所述锥形头的前端与整圆驱动电机的输出轴相连接,所述整圆驱动电机固定在机架上。链条上下方的探头能够探测笔头或笔杆的有无,还能判断其方向的正反,以笔头为例,如果笔头的朝向相反,则换向升降无杆气缸的滑块下降使旋转气缸、换向夹爪气缸和换向夹爪下降,直至换向夹爪位于笔头的两侧,然后换向夹爪气缸动作使换向夹爪合围将笔头夹住,然后换向升降无杆气缸的滑块上升将笔头提起,接着旋转气缸动作驱动笔头旋转180°后,换向升降无杆 气缸的滑块下降将笔头重新放置在笔头支承V形架上,然后换向夹爪气缸驱动换向夹爪打开,将笔头释放,确保每个笔头上料后的朝向一致。笔头经过储存、转运等,笔头套管容易失圆,当端口失圆的笔头套管与笔杆插接时,将导致损坏并使得笔头整体报废,整圆升降无杆气缸的滑块下降使整圆夹爪到达笔头的两侧,然后整圆夹爪气缸驱动整圆夹爪闭合将笔头夹住,然后整圆升降无杆气缸的滑块上升使笔头套管与锥形头共轴线,锥形头在整圆驱动电机的驱动下转动,整圆平移无杆气缸的滑块向前移动,使笔头套管的端口套入锥形头从而使笔头套管得到整圆,确保能够与笔杆准确插接。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述笔头套管点胶机构包括压在笔头上方的点胶压轮,所述点胶压轮的中心设有点胶压轮轴,所述点胶压轮轴的后端与点胶旋转电机的输出轴相连,所述点胶压轮的下方设有笔头托轮,所述笔头托轮支撑在托轮升降气缸的活塞杆上端,所述托轮升降气缸固定在机架上;待点胶笔头的前方设有点胶头,所述点胶头的注射嘴向下倾斜指向后方且对准待点胶笔头的套管内腔,所述点胶头被点胶夹爪夹持,所述点胶夹爪固定在点胶伸缩无杆气缸的滑块上,所述点胶伸缩无杆气缸固定在机架上。点胶旋转电机通过点胶压轮轴驱动点胶压轮转动,当托轮升降气缸的活塞杆伸出时,笔头托轮上升将笔头托起,当笔头上端接触到点胶压轮时,点胶压轮将带动笔头旋转,此时点胶伸缩无杆气缸的滑块动作使点胶头向后向下平移,点胶头的注射嘴插入笔头套管的端口中点胶,随着笔头的旋转,笔头套管内腔的圆周均匀涂抹有胶水,然后点胶头缩回,笔头托轮下降将笔头重新搁置在笔头输送链条上的笔头支承V形架上。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述装配机构包括笔头操纵机构和笔杆操纵机构,所述笔头操纵机构包括夹持笔头的笔头装配夹爪,所述笔头装配夹爪由笔头装配夹爪气缸驱动,所述笔头装配夹爪气缸固定在笔头装配升降无杆气缸的滑块上,所述笔头装配升降无杆气缸的缸体固定在笔头装配平移无杆气缸的滑块上,所述笔头装配平移无杆气缸的缸体沿前后方向水平延伸且固定在机架上;所述笔杆操纵机构包括托起笔杆的笔杆装配V形托脚,所述笔杆装配V形托脚的下端连接在笔杆装配托举气缸上,所述笔杆的上方设有橡胶压块,所述橡胶压块前后方向的中部设有向下凸出的凸块,所述凸块的下端面且压在笔杆上,所述橡胶压块的上端连接在压紧气缸上,所述压紧气缸固定在机架上,所述笔杆装配V形托脚的钳口中心线与所述笔头装配夹爪合围后的钳口中心线位于同一个竖直平面内;所述橡胶压块的凸块前后两侧分别设有脱杆,所述脱杆的右端连接在脱杆气缸的活塞杆下端,所述脱杆气缸固定在所述机架上。笔杆装配V形托脚在笔杆装配托举气缸驱动下将笔杆向上托起,橡胶压块在压紧气缸的驱动下向下运动,直至橡胶压块的凸块压紧在笔杆上;笔头装配升降无 杆气缸的滑块下行使笔头装配夹爪到达笔头两侧,笔头装配夹爪气缸驱动笔头装配夹爪合围将笔头夹住,然后笔头装配升降无杆气缸的滑块上行复位,接着笔头装配平移无杆气缸的滑块带动笔头装配升降无杆气缸、笔头装配夹爪气缸、笔头装配夹爪及笔头向前平移,直至笔头的套管插接在笔杆的插接端,笔头装配夹爪打开,笔头装配平移无杆气缸的滑块后移复位,如此完成了笔头与笔杆的自动装配;然后笔杆装配托举气缸驱动笔杆装配V形托脚下移,为防止笔杆粘接在橡胶压块上,笔杆装配V形托脚下移的同时,脱杆气缸的活塞杆伸出,脱杆向下移动将笔杆推离橡胶压块。

具体实施方式
如图1至图3、图7所示,本发明毛笔的生产装置包括自左向右输送且相互平行的笔头输送链条6b和笔杆输送链条9b,笔头输送链条6b由笔头运输伺服电机6a驱动,笔头输送链条6b上设有一一对应的笔头支承V形架6c,笔杆输送链条9b由笔杆运输伺服电机9a驱动,笔杆输送链条9b上设有一一对应的笔杆支承V形架9c。笔头输送链条6b的左侧设有笔头上料装置,笔杆输送链条9b的左侧设有笔杆上料装置,笔头上料装置和笔杆上料装置的右侧分别设有抓取搬运机构5,抓取搬运机构5右侧沿笔头输送链条6b的前进方向依次设有换向机构7、笔头套管整圆机构10、笔头套管点胶机构11和将笔头装在笔杆上的装配机构12。
如图4、图5所示,笔头上料装置包括支撑在机架上的笔头料斗1,笔头料斗1的底部设有右端向下倾斜的笔头倾斜底板,笔头倾斜底板的右端最低处与笔头水平底板1j相对接,笔头水平底板1j前后方向的中部设有笔头托料孔,笔头托料孔中设有可沿笔头料斗右墙板1a的左端面上下滑动的笔头托举大滑块2,笔头托举大滑块2的下端由笔头大滑块气缸2b驱动,笔头托举大滑块2的顶部设有沿前后方向延伸的大滑块V形槽2a;笔头托料孔的前后两侧分别设有下端向左倾斜的斜块1k,斜块1k的上端抵靠在笔头料斗右墙板1a的左端面上;笔头托举大滑块2的大滑块V形槽2a最低处设有向下延伸的大滑块孔道,大滑块孔道中设有可沿大滑块孔道上下滑动的笔头托举小滑块3,笔头托举小滑块3的顶部设有 沿前后方向延伸的小滑块V形槽3a,小滑块V形槽3a的开口宽度与笔头的直径相适配,笔头托举小滑块3前后方向的长度与笔头的长度相适配,笔头托举小滑块3的下端连接在笔头小滑块气缸3c的活塞杆上端,笔头小滑块气缸3c的缸体上端固定在笔头托举大滑块2的下端。
笔头托举大滑块2初始处于低位,托料孔的上端口露出;笔头料斗内众多的笔头在重力的作用下向右侧集聚,斜块1k上的笔头会下落至与笔头料斗倾斜底板的对接处,位于右侧的笔头料斗水平底板唯一暴露的就是托料孔,因此笔头必然堆积在托料孔处,位于下方的笔头落入托料孔中,但方向处于无序状态,然后笔头大滑块气缸2b的活塞杆伸出,大滑块V形槽2a托起笔头上行,超出料层后多余的笔头落回笔头料斗中,大滑块V形槽2a可以保证其最低处有笔头且在举升过程中不会掉落,而且在大滑块V形槽2a的导向及笔头的重力作用下,大滑块V形槽2a最低处笔头的轴线必然平行于大滑块V形槽2a的轴线,使得待托举的笔头由无序方向统一校正为前后方向。笔头托举大滑块2动作一次,大滑块V形槽2a虽然都能够托到笔头,并且将被托举笔头统一为前后方向,但是每次托起的不止一个,笔头托举大滑块2举升至笔头料斗上半部时停止,笔头小滑块气缸3c的活塞杆伸出,将笔头托举小滑块3向上顶出,由于笔头托举小滑块3的小滑块V形槽3a位于大滑块V形槽2a最低处,且小滑块V形槽3a的开口宽度与笔头的直径相适配,因此小滑块V形槽3a只会托起位于大滑块V形槽2a最低处的一个笔头,并将其举升至笔头料斗右墙板1a的顶部,被举升到顶的笔头的圆周卡在小滑块V形槽3a中,且轴线必然保持平行于前后方向。
笔头料斗右墙板1a的下端越过笔头水平底板1j向下延伸,笔头大滑块气缸2b的缸体固定在笔头料斗右墙板1a的右端面下部,笔头大滑块气缸2b的活塞杆顶部连接有大滑块驱动滑板2c,大滑块驱动滑板2c的内端面通过线轨滑块支撑在笔头上料竖向线轨2e上,笔头上料竖向线轨2e固定在笔头料斗右墙板1a上,且笔头上料竖向线轨2e上方固定有大滑块举升限位块2f,大滑块驱动滑板2c的内端面还通过大滑块连接板2d与笔头托举大滑块2相连,笔头料斗右墙板1a上设有供大滑块连接板2d上下移动的笔头料斗避让槽1b;笔头小滑块气缸3c的活塞杆下端从缸体下方伸出且旋接有小滑块举升限位块3d。笔头大滑块气缸2b的活塞杆伸出时,推动大滑块驱动滑板2c沿笔头上料竖向线轨2e上行,大滑块连接板2d的内端头穿过笔头料斗避让槽1b带动笔头托举大滑块2上行,当大滑块驱动滑板2c的上端顶到大滑块举升限位块2f时,笔头托举大滑块2停止上行。当小滑块举升限位块3d抵靠至笔头小滑块气缸3c的缸体下方时,笔头托举小滑块3停止上行。
笔头托举小滑块3的小滑块V形槽3a前后方向的中部设有向下凹陷的托举小滑块U 形槽3b,笔头料斗右墙板1a的顶端前后方向的中部设有向下凹陷的笔头料斗墙板U形槽1c;笔头料斗墙板U形槽1c的前后两侧对称设有沿左右方向延伸的笔头定位块4,笔头定位块4呈开口向下的U形且骑跨在笔头料斗右墙板1a的上方,两笔头定位块4的右端分别固定在笔头定位块滑板4a的上端,笔头定位块滑板4a分别通过线轨滑块支撑在笔头定位横向线轨4b上,两笔头定位块滑板4a的相向侧壁分别连接有向下延伸的定位块驱动杆4c,两定位块驱动杆4c的下端分别与笔头定位块气缸4d的活塞杆相连接,两笔头定位块气缸4d的缸体沿前后方向延伸且分别固定在笔头料斗右墙板1a的右端面上。
被举升到顶的笔头位于小滑块V形槽3a中且轴线平行于前后方向,在小滑块V形槽3a的中部设有向下凹陷的托举小滑块U形槽3b,便于上料夹爪5a穿过托举小滑块U形槽3b从左右两侧合围并夹住笔头,以便于下一步搬运;笔头料斗右墙板1a的顶端设有向下凹陷的笔头料斗墙板U形槽1c,为上料夹爪5a从笔头料斗外侧向笔头料斗内平移提供了空间,且为靠近笔头料斗右墙板一侧上料夹爪的开合提供了空间,避免形成干涉,降低了上料夹爪为了避让向上升起的行程。小滑块V形槽3a虽然可以将笔头的轴线限定为前后方向,但是无法对其前后位置进行定位;当笔头被举升到顶后,两笔头定位块气缸4d同时动作,通过定位块驱动杆4c驱动笔头定位块滑板4a沿笔头定位横向线轨4b平移,两笔头定位块滑板4a各自带动相应的笔头定位块4沿前后方向相向运动,直至两笔头定位块4同时夹在笔头托举小滑块3的前后两侧,两笔头定位块4推动笔头与小滑块V形槽3a的两端对齐,确保每个笔头被抓取时处于同样的位置。
笔头倾斜底板由第一翻板1d和第二翻板1g拼接而成,第二翻板1g的下缘与第一翻板1d的上缘相接触,第一翻板1d和第二翻板1g的铰接端均位于最低处,第一翻板1d的下端面中部铰接有第一翻板气缸1f,第二翻板1g的下端面中部铰接有第二翻板气缸1h,第一翻板气缸1f、第二翻板气缸1h的缸体分别铰接在机架上;第一翻板1d的上缘下部连接有弧形挡料板1e,弧形挡料板1e与第一翻板1d的铰接轴共轴线。当笔头料斗底部堆积的笔头比较少时,第一翻板气缸1f的活塞杆伸出,使得第一翻板1d绕右侧的铰接端向上翻起,将第一翻板1d上的笔头滑落至笔头料斗的右端最低处,确保笔头托举大滑块2举升托料成功,第一翻板1d掀起过程中,弧形挡料板1e始终抵靠在第二翻板1g的下缘,避免笔头漏出。当整个笔头料斗底部存放的笔头都比较少时,第二翻板气缸1h的活塞杆伸出,使得第二翻板1g绕右侧的铰接端向上翻起,将第二翻板1g上的笔头滑落至第一翻板1d上,再通过第一翻板1d的翻转继续向右端最低处滑落,确保笔头料斗中的所有笔头都能获得上料。
如图9、图10所示,笔杆上料装置包括笔杆料斗8,笔杆料斗8的底部设有笔杆倾 斜底板8a,笔杆倾斜底板8a的右端最低处与笔杆水平底板8b相对接,笔杆水平底板8b的右端与笔杆料斗右墙板之间的缝隙中设有笔杆托举滑块8c,笔杆托举滑块8c可沿笔杆料斗右墙板的左端面上下滑动,笔杆托举滑块8c的下端由笔杆上料气缸8d驱动,笔杆托举滑块8c的顶部设有沿前后方向延伸的笔杆举升头8e;笔杆举升头8e的顶部右侧设有向下倾斜的托举斜面,托举斜面的尺寸与笔杆的直径相适配;笔杆举升头8e的中部设有向下凹陷的笔杆举升头U形槽,笔杆料斗右墙板的顶端设有向下凹陷的笔杆料斗右墙板U形槽8k,笔杆料斗右墙板U形槽8k与笔杆举升头U形槽的位置相应;笔杆料斗右墙板的上部安装有笔杆对齐气缸8m,笔杆对齐气缸8m的活塞杆端部连接有笔杆定位块8n,笔杆定位块8n的后端面平行于笔杆料斗的后侧墙板。
笔杆上料气缸的活塞杆顶部连接有笔杆托举滑板8f,笔杆托举滑板8f的内端面通过线轨滑块支撑在笔杆上料竖向线轨8g上,笔杆上料竖向线轨8g固定在笔杆料斗右墙板的右端面上,笔杆托举滑板8f的内端面还通过笔杆托举滑块连接板8h与笔杆托举滑块相连,笔杆料斗右墙板上设有供笔杆托举滑块连接板8h上下移动的笔杆料斗避让槽8j。
预先将笔杆排列整齐放入笔杆料斗8中,笔杆托举滑块8c初始处于低位,笔杆倾斜底板8a的右端向下倾斜使得笔杆在重力的作用下向右侧集聚,最右侧底部的笔杆卡在笔杆举升头8e的托举斜面与笔杆料斗右墙板构成的缺口中,当笔杆上料气缸8d的活塞杆伸出时,笔杆托举滑块8c上行,笔杆举升头8e托起一根笔杆上行至笔杆料斗右墙板顶部,笔杆对齐气缸8m的活塞杆伸出,笔杆定位块8n推动笔杆向后移动,笔杆两端被限制在笔杆定位块8n和笔杆料斗8的后墙板之间从而得到定位。笔杆举升头U形槽和笔杆料斗右墙板U形槽8k为上料夹爪5a从笔杆料斗外侧向笔杆料斗8内平移提供了空间,且为靠近笔杆料斗右墙板一侧上料夹爪的开合提供了空间,避免形成干涉,降低了上料夹爪为了避让向上升起的行程。
笔杆料斗8的内腔设有沿左右方向延伸的隔板8p,隔板8p与笔杆料斗8的后墙板之间的距离与笔杆的长度相适配,隔板8p的左右两端分别通过L形连接座8q连接在笔杆料斗右墙板上,笔杆料斗左、右墙板上分别设有供L形连接座8q调节位置的笔杆料斗横向长槽8r。通过L形连接座8q与笔杆料斗横向长槽8r可以调节隔板8p与笔杆料斗8的后墙板之间的距离,使得笔杆料斗8可以适应不同长度笔杆的需要,笔杆的两端既得到很好的限位,又不影响笔杆向右滚动。
如图6所示,抓取搬运机构5包括下端设有钳口的上料夹爪,上料夹爪的钳口合围后轴线沿前后方向水平延伸,上料夹爪由上料夹爪气缸5b驱动,上料夹爪气缸5b固定在上 料升降无杆气缸5c的滑块上,上料升降无杆气缸5c的缸体通过三角支架5d连接在上料平移无杆气缸5e的滑块下端,上料平移无杆气缸5e的缸体沿左右方向水平延伸且固定在机架上。笔头被举升后,上料平移无杆气缸5e动作使其滑块带动上料升降无杆气缸5c、上料夹爪气缸5b及上料夹爪向左移动,当上料夹爪到达小滑块V形槽3a的正上方时,上料平移无杆气缸5e停止,上料升降无杆气缸5c动作使其滑块下行,当上料夹爪的钳口与小滑块V形槽3a的笔头位于同一高度时,上料升降无杆气缸5c停止,然后上料夹爪气缸5b动作使两上料夹爪相向合围,从左右两侧越过托举小滑块U形槽3b将笔头夹住;然后上料升降无杆气缸5c动作使其滑块上行至原来高度后停止,接着上料平移无杆气缸5e动作使其滑块向右平移至原来位置时停止,然后上料升降无杆气缸5c动作使其滑块下行直至笔头到达下一个工位,最后上料夹爪气缸5b动作使两上料夹爪分离,将笔头释放;如此完成了将笔头从托举小滑块U形槽3b中取出、搬运及就位。上料夹爪钳口合围后与笔头共轴线,并且保证上料夹爪在笔头料斗墙板U形槽1c中自由穿行,不会发生干涉。两套抓取搬运机构5分别位于笔头输送链条6b及笔杆输送链条9b的左端上方,笔杆被举升后的抓取搬运原理及过程与笔头相同。
如图8所示,换向机构7包括下端设有钳口的一对换向夹爪7a,换向夹爪7a由换向夹爪气缸7b驱动,换向夹爪气缸7b的上端固定连接在旋转气缸7c的缸体上,旋转气缸7c的导气头固定连接在换向升降无杆气缸7d的滑块上,换向升降无杆气缸7d的缸体固定在机架上。笔头输送链条6b和笔杆输送链条9b的上层链条的上下两侧设有相配套的上探头7e和下探头7f,当笔头或笔杆经过上探头7e和下探头7f之间时,下探头7f接受不到上探头7e的光信号,从而系统确认该工位上料成功,进入后道工序操作,否则后道工序将跳开该工位的操作,上探头7e和下探头7f还能判断笔头或笔杆方向的正反,以笔头为例,如果笔头的朝向相反,则换向升降无杆气缸7d的滑块下降使旋转气缸7c、换向夹爪气缸7b和换向夹爪7a下降,直至换向夹爪7a位于笔头的两侧,然后换向夹爪气缸7b动作使换向夹爪7a合围将笔头夹住,然后换向升降无杆气缸7d的滑块上升将笔头提起,接着旋转气缸7c动作驱动笔头旋转180°后,换向升降无杆气缸7d的滑块下降将笔头重新放置在笔头支承V形架6c上,然后换向夹爪气缸7b驱动换向夹爪7a打开,将笔头释放,确保每个笔头上料后的朝向一致。
如图11所示,笔头套管整圆机构10包括可夹持笔头的整圆夹爪10a,整圆夹爪10a由整圆夹爪气缸10b驱动,整圆夹爪气缸10b的后侧壁固定在整圆升降无杆气缸10c的滑块上,整圆升降无杆气缸10c的缸体连接在整圆平移无杆气缸10d的滑块上,整圆平移无杆气 缸10d的缸体沿前后方向水平延伸且固定在机架上;整圆夹爪10a的前方设有水平向后伸出的锥形头10e,锥形头10e的轴线与整圆夹爪10a合围后的钳口轴线位于同一个沿前后方向延伸的竖直平面内,锥形头10e的前端与整圆驱动电机10f的输出轴相连接,整圆驱动电机10f固定在机架上。整圆升降无杆气缸10c的滑块下降使整圆夹爪10a到达笔头的两侧,然后整圆夹爪气缸10b驱动整圆夹爪10a闭合将笔头夹住,然后整圆升降无杆气缸10c的滑块上升使笔头套管与锥形头10e共轴线,锥形头10e在整圆驱动电机10f的驱动下转动,整圆平移无杆气缸10d的滑块向前移动,使笔头套管的端口套入锥形头10e从而使笔头套管得到整圆,确保能够与笔杆准确插接。
如图12所示,笔头套管点胶机构11包括压在笔头上方的点胶压轮11a,点胶压轮11a的中心设有点胶压轮轴11b,点胶压轮轴11b的后端与点胶旋转电机11c的输出轴相连,点胶压轮11a的下方设有笔头托轮11d,笔头托轮11d支撑在托轮升降气缸11e的活塞杆上端,托轮升降气缸11e固定在机架上;待点胶笔头的前方设有点胶头11f,点胶头11f的注射嘴11f1向下倾斜指向后方且对准待点胶笔头的套管内腔,点胶头11f被点胶夹爪11g夹持,点胶夹爪11g固定在点胶伸缩无杆气缸11h的滑块上,点胶伸缩无杆气缸11h固定在机架上。点胶旋转电机11c通过点胶压轮轴11b驱动点胶压轮11a转动,当托轮升降气缸11e的活塞杆伸出时,笔头托轮11d上升将笔头托起,当笔头上端接触到点胶压轮11a时,点胶压轮11a将带动笔头旋转,此时点胶伸缩无杆气缸11h的滑块动作使点胶头11f向后向下平移,点胶头11f的注射嘴11f1插入笔头套管的端口中点胶,随着笔头的旋转,笔头套管内腔的圆周均匀涂抹有胶水,然后点胶头11f缩回,笔头托轮11d下降将笔头重新搁置在笔头输送链条6b上的笔头支承V形架6c上。
如图13所示,装配机构12包括笔头操纵机构和笔杆操纵机构,笔头操纵机构包括夹持笔头的笔头装配夹爪12a,笔头装配夹爪12a由笔头装配夹爪气缸12b驱动,笔头装配夹爪气缸12b固定在笔头装配升降无杆气缸12c的滑块上,笔头装配升降无杆气缸12c的缸体固定在笔头装配平移无杆气缸12d的滑块上,笔头装配平移无杆气缸12d的缸体沿前后方向水平延伸且固定在机架上;笔杆操纵机构包括托起笔杆的笔杆装配V形托脚12e,笔杆装配V形托脚12e的下端连接在笔杆装配托举气缸12f上,笔杆的上方设有橡胶压块12g,橡胶压块12g前后方向的中部设有向下凸出的凸块12g1,凸块12g1的下端面且压在笔杆上,橡胶压块12g的上端连接在压紧气缸12h上,压紧气缸12h固定在机架上,笔杆装配V形托脚12e的钳口中心线与笔头装配夹爪12a合围后的钳口中心线位于同一个竖直平面内;橡胶压块12g的凸块12g1前后两侧分别设有脱杆12j,脱杆12j的右端连接在脱杆气缸12k的 活塞杆下端,脱杆气缸12k固定在机架上。笔杆装配V形托脚12e在笔杆装配托举气缸12f驱动下将笔杆向上托起,橡胶压块12g在压紧气缸12h的驱动下向下运动,直至橡胶压块12g的凸块12g1压紧在笔杆上;笔头装配升降无杆气缸12c的滑块下行使笔头装配夹爪12a到达笔头两侧,笔头装配夹爪气缸12b驱动笔头装配夹爪12a合围将笔头夹住,然后笔头装配升降无杆气缸12c的滑块上行复位,接着笔头装配平移无杆气缸12d的滑块带动笔头装配升降无杆气缸12c、笔头装配夹爪气缸12b、笔头装配夹爪12a及笔头向前平移,直至笔头的套管插接在笔杆的插接端,笔头装配夹爪12a打开,笔头装配平移无杆气缸12d的滑块后移复位,如此完成了笔头与笔杆的自动装配;然后笔杆装配托举气缸12f驱动笔杆装配V形托脚12e下移,为防止笔杆粘接在橡胶压块12g上,笔杆装配V形托脚12e下移的同时,脱杆气缸12k的活塞杆伸出,脱杆12j向下移动将笔杆推离橡胶压块12g。

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的毛笔的生产装置,其特征在于:所述笔头料斗右墙板的下端越过所述笔头水平底板向下延伸,所述笔头大滑块气缸的缸体固定在所述笔头料斗右墙板的右端面下部,所述笔头大滑块气缸的活塞杆顶部连接有大滑块驱动滑板,所述大滑块驱动滑板的内端面通过线轨滑块支撑在笔头上料竖向线轨上,所述笔头上料竖向线轨固定在所述笔头料斗右墙板上,且笔头上料竖向线轨上方固定有大滑块举升限位块,所述大滑块驱动滑板的内端面还通过大滑块连接板与所述笔头托举大滑块相连,所述笔头料斗右墙板上设有供大滑块连接板上下移动的笔头料斗避让槽;所述笔头小滑块气缸的活塞杆下端从缸体下方伸出且旋接有小滑块举升限位块。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的毛笔的生产装置,其特征在于:所述笔头托举小滑块的小滑块V形槽前后方向的中部设有向下凹陷的托举小滑块U形槽,所述笔头料斗右墙板的顶端前后方向的中部设有向下凹陷的笔头料斗墙板U形槽;所述笔头料斗墙板U形槽的前后两侧对称设有沿左右方向延伸的笔头定位块,所述笔头定位块呈开口向下的U形且骑跨在所述笔头料斗右墙板的上方,两所述笔头定位块的右端分别固定在笔头定位块滑板的上端,所述笔头定位块滑板分别通过线轨滑块支撑在笔头定位横向线轨上,两所述笔头定位块滑板的相向侧壁分别连接有向下延伸的定位块驱动杆,两所述定位块驱动杆的下端分别与所述笔头定位 块气缸的活塞杆相连接,两所述笔头定位块气缸的缸体沿前后方向延伸且分别固定在所述笔头料斗右墙板的右端面上。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的毛笔的生产装置,其特征在于:所述笔头倾斜底板由第一翻板和第二翻板拼接而成,所述第二翻板的下缘与第一翻板的上缘相接触,所述第一翻板和第二翻板的铰接端均位于最低处,所述第一、二翻板的下端面中部铰接有第一、二翻板气缸,所述第一、二翻板气缸的缸体分别铰接在所述机架上;所述第一翻板的上缘下部连接有弧形挡料板,所述弧形挡料板与第一翻板的铰接轴共轴线。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的毛笔的生产装置,其特征在于:所述笔杆上料装置包括笔杆料斗,所述笔杆料斗的底部设有笔杆倾斜底板,所述笔杆倾斜底板的右端最低处与笔杆水平底板相对接,所述笔杆水平底板的右端与笔杆料斗右墙板之间的缝隙中设有笔杆托举滑块,所述笔杆托举滑块可沿笔杆料斗右墙板的左端面上下滑动,所述笔杆托举滑块的下端由笔杆上料气缸驱动,所述笔杆托举滑块的顶部设有沿前后方向延伸的笔杆举升头;所述笔杆举升头的顶部右侧设有向下倾斜的托举斜面,所述托举斜面的尺寸与笔杆的直径相适配;所述笔杆举升头的中部设有向下凹陷的笔杆举升头U形槽,所述笔杆料斗右墙板的顶端设有向下凹陷的笔杆料斗右墙板U形槽,所述笔杆料斗右墙板U形槽与所述笔杆举升头U形槽的位置相应;所述笔杆料斗右墙板的上部安装有笔杆对齐气缸,所述笔杆对齐气缸的活塞杆端部连接有笔杆定位块,所述笔杆定位块的后端面平行于所述笔杆料斗的后侧墙板。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的毛笔的生产装置,其特征在于:所述笔杆料斗的内腔设有沿左右方向延伸的隔板,所述隔板与所述笔杆料斗的后墙板之间的距离与笔杆的长度相适配,所述隔板的左右两端分别通过L形连接座连接在笔杆料斗右墙板上,所述笔杆料斗左、右墙板上分别设有供L形连接座调节位置的笔杆料斗横向长槽。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的毛笔的生产装置,其特征在于:所述笔头上料装置和所述笔杆上料装置的右侧分别设有抓取搬运机构,所述抓取搬运机构包括下端设有钳口的上料夹爪,所述上料夹爪的钳口合围后轴线沿前后方向水平延伸,所述上料夹爪由上料夹爪气缸驱动,所述上料夹爪气缸固定在上料升降无杆气缸的滑块上,所述上料升降无杆气缸的缸体通过三角支架连接在上料平移无杆气缸的滑块下端,所述上料平移无杆气缸的缸体沿左右方向水平延伸且固定在机架上。
  8. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的毛笔的生产装置,其特征在于:所述换向机构包括下端设有钳口的一对换向夹爪,所述换向夹爪由换向夹爪气缸驱动,所述换向夹爪气缸的上端固定连接在旋转气缸的缸体上,所述旋转气缸的导气头固定连接在换向升降无杆气缸的滑 块上,所述换向升降无杆气缸的缸体固定在机架上;所述笔头套管整圆机构包括可夹持笔头的整圆夹爪,所述整圆夹爪由整圆夹爪气缸驱动,所述整圆夹爪气缸的后侧壁固定在整圆升降无杆气缸的滑块上,所述整圆升降无杆气缸的缸体连接在整圆平移无杆气缸的滑块上,所述整圆平移无杆气缸的缸体沿前后方向水平延伸且固定在机架上;所述整圆夹爪的前方设有水平向后伸出的锥形头,所述锥形头的轴线与所述整圆夹爪合围后的钳口轴线位于同一个沿前后方向延伸的竖直平面内,所述锥形头的前端与整圆驱动电机的输出轴相连接,所述整圆驱动电机固定在机架上。
  9. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的毛笔的生产装置,其特征在于:所述笔头套管点胶机构包括压在笔头上方的点胶压轮,所述点胶压轮的中心设有点胶压轮轴,所述点胶压轮轴的后端与点胶旋转电机的输出轴相连,所述点胶压轮的下方设有笔头托轮,所述笔头托轮支撑在托轮升降气缸的活塞杆上端,所述托轮升降气缸固定在机架上;待点胶笔头的前方设有点胶头,所述点胶头的注射嘴向下倾斜指向后方且对准待点胶笔头的套管内腔,所述点胶头被点胶夹爪夹持,所述点胶夹爪固定在点胶伸缩无杆气缸的滑块上,所述点胶伸缩无杆气缸固定在机架上。
  10. 根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的毛笔的生产装置,其特征在于:所述装配机构包括笔头操纵机构和笔杆操纵机构,所述笔头操纵机构包括夹持笔头的笔头装配夹爪,所述笔头装配夹爪由笔头装配夹爪气缸驱动,所述笔头装配夹爪气缸固定在笔头装配升降无杆气缸的滑块上,所述笔头装配升降无杆气缸的缸体固定在笔头装配平移无杆气缸的滑块上,所述笔头装配平移无杆气缸的缸体沿前后方向水平延伸且固定在机架上;所述笔杆操纵机构包括托起笔杆的笔杆装配V形托脚,所述笔杆装配V形托脚的下端连接在笔杆装配托举气缸上,所述笔杆的上方设有橡胶压块,所述橡胶压块前后方向的中部设有向下凸出的凸块,所述凸块的下端面且压在笔杆上,所述橡胶压块的上端连接在压紧气缸上,所述压紧气缸固定在机架上,所述笔杆装配V形托脚的钳口中心线与所述笔头装配夹爪合围后的钳口中心线位于同一个竖直平面内;所述橡胶压块的凸块前后两侧分别设有脱杆,所述脱杆的右端连接在脱杆气缸的活塞杆下端,所述脱杆气缸固定在所述机架上。
