- the sheet body 22 may be formed uniformly using a resin such as PVC (polyvinyl chloride) or PP (polypropylene).
- a nonwoven fabric such as a spunbond nonwoven fabric may be employed.
- the maintenance means for maintaining the two sheet main bodies 22 in a stacked state is not particularly limited. However, it is preferable that the maintaining means be capable of joining the inner surfaces of the sheet main body 22 facing each other.
- a maintaining means for example, a double-sided pressure-sensitive adhesive tape or an adhesive can be considered.
- the sheet body 22 only needs to be joined between the sheet bodies 22, and the sheet body 22 and the wire harness body 12 are not necessarily joined.
- a double-sided adhesive tape or an adhesive material is preferably provided in advance on the sheet body 22.
- a self-adhesive material may be used as the maintaining means. In this case, when the sheet material 20 with a self-adhesive material is used, the sheet main bodies 22 are joined together, but the sheet main body 22 and the wire harness main body 12 are not joined. Further, the maintaining means may be welding or the like.
- the sheet main body 22 is maintained in a state where the branch portion 14 and the region including the portion between the crotch around the branch portion 14 are sandwiched therebetween. At this time, the outer edge of the sheet main body 22 is overlapped on the outer peripheral side of the protection member 19. In other words, the protection member 19 extends to the inner region of the stacked sheet material 20. Thereby, positioning of the protection member 19 along the extending direction of the branch line 15 is achieved. Note that the sheet main body 22 and the protection member 19 do not necessarily have to be joined by the maintaining means.
- the cut 24 is formed in a portion of the sheet main body 22 that is located between the crotch.
- the cut 24 extends from the inside of the sheet body 22 to the outer edge. It suffices if the gap 24 is provided between the branch lines 15 as appropriate.
- the cuts 24 are preferably provided between all the branch lines 15. However, at locations where the branch lines 15 are dense, it may be difficult to provide the cuts 24 between all of the branch lines 15. In such a case, it is preferable that the cut line 24 is provided so as to partition each branch line group 15G to which the terminal portion is connected at a position close to the vehicle.
- the main line 16 may be fixed first, and then the branch line 17 may be moved and fixed. In such a case, if the cut line 24 is formed in the portion between the crotch defined by the trunk line 16, it is easy to fix the trunk line 16 and move the branch line 17.
- branch lines 15 extending from one branch portion 14 are partitioned into five branch line groups 15G.
- the two branch line groups 15Ga and 15Gb are composed of trunk lines 16 extending in the opposite directions, and the remaining three branch line groups 15Gc, 15Gd and 15Ge are composed of branch lines 17. More specifically, on one side of the trunk line 16, three branch lines 17 extending from the branch portion 14 form one branch line group 15Gc. On the other side with respect to the trunk line 16, three branch lines 17 among the five branch lines 17 extending from the branch portion 14 form one branch line group 15 Gd, and the remaining two branch lines 17 are different branches. Line group 15Ge is formed.
- each branch line group 15G has the cut line 24, it is possible to extend in directions different from each other even in the region covered with the sheet material 20 as shown by an imaginary line (two-dot chain line) in FIG. Yes.
- the cut line 24 is provided so as to partition each branch line group 15G to which the terminal portion is connected at a position close to the vehicle.
- the other branch lines 15 of the branch line group 15G also move so as to follow the movement. For this reason, even when there are many branch lines 15 and it is difficult to identify a terminal part, it becomes easy to identify the branch line 15 connected to the position of the branch line 15 near the terminal part.
- the position (direction) where the cut 24 is formed in the crotch portion is not particularly limited.
- the cut 24 may be formed at the center between the crotch portions, or may be formed at a position according to one of the two branch lines 15 located on both sides of the crotch.
- the cut 24 is preferably formed so as to pass through the center between the crotch as much as possible. Thereby, it can suppress that the joint area of the sheet
- the electric wire 13 may be largely out of the track due to a hook attached at the time of manufacture.
- the through hole 28 is formed so as to be connected to an end portion on the inner side of the sheet main body 22 in the cut 24.
- the through holes 28 are all formed at the ends of the five cuts 24. But the cut
- the through hole 28 is formed in a round hole shape, but is not necessarily required, and may have another shape such as a square hole shape.
- the through hole 28 is preferably formed in a size that allows a rod-shaped jig to be inserted.
- the sheet material 20 ⁇ / b> B can be positioned using the through hole 28. This will be described in detail later.
- a perforation 26 is formed in the sheet material 20B before being attached to the wire harness body 12.
- the perforation 26 is formed at a position corresponding to the cut 24 with the same length as the cut 24. Therefore, the cut 24 is formed by tearing the perforation 26.
- the through hole 28 is also formed in the sheet material 20B before being attached.
- the through hole 28 is formed at the position of the end of the cut 24 as described above. Therefore, in the sheet material 20 ⁇ / b> B, the through hole 28 is formed at the position of the end portion of the perforation 26.
- the through hole 28 and the perforation 26 may be formed together by press working or the like. For example, it is conceivable that the through hole 28 and the perforation 26 are formed when a large sheet base material is cut to obtain a sheet body 22 having a predetermined dimension.
- the plurality of electric wires 13 are wired while forming the branch portions 14.
- a plurality of electric wires 13 are arranged above one sheet material 20 ⁇ / b> B.
- the sheet material 20 ⁇ / b> B may be positioned by inserting a rod-shaped jig 80 into the through hole 28 formed in the sheet main body 22.
- a jig 80 for example, it is conceivable to use a jig 80 called a U jig which is formed in a U shape and can support the electric wire 13 between the U shapes.
- the region including the branch portion 14 and the portion between the crotch around the branch portion 14 is sandwiched between the sheet main bodies 22 and maintained in an overlapping state. More specifically, as shown in FIG. 6, the other sheet material 20 ⁇ / b> B is stacked above one sheet material 20 ⁇ / b> B and the electric wire 13 positioned above the one sheet material 20 ⁇ / b> B. At this time, since the sheet material 20B has a square shape and the cut line 24 has not yet been formed, the alignment of the two sheet materials 20B is completed only by aligning the four corners of the sheet material 20B.
- the jig 80 is inserted into the through hole 28 of one sheet material 20B, the jig 80 is also inserted into the through hole 28 of the other sheet material 20B.
- the sheet material 20B is less likely to be displaced in the direction in which the main surface expands.
- a cut 24 extending from the inside of the sheet main body 22 to the outer edge is formed in a portion located between the crotch portions of the sheet main body 22.
- the cut line 24 is formed by tearing a perforation 26 formed in advance in the sheet body 22.
- the perforation 26 may be torn from the outer edge side or from the through hole 28 side.
- the sheet main body 22 is difficult to tear to a region beyond the position of the through hole 28 even if it is torn vigorously.
- the sheet harness 22 as shown in FIG. 1 is completed by attaching the sheet body 22 to the region including the branching portion 14 of the wire harness body 12 and forming the cut 24 in the sheet body 22.
- the cut 24 extending from the inside of the seat body 22 to the outer edge is formed in the portion between the crotch in the seat body 22, the electric wire 13 extending from the branch portion 14 is formed. A decrease in the degree of freedom in the vicinity of the branch portion 14 can be suppressed. At this time, since it is the cut 24, it can be provided at a position far from the electric wire 13. Thereby, even when making the cut
- the shape is less complicated as compared with the case where the sheet main body 22 is cut out, so that the alignment when the sheets are overlapped is facilitated.
- seat material 20B can be suppressed. .
- the sheet body 22 is prevented from being split from the end of the cut 24.
- the outer edge of the sheet material 20 is overlapped with the protection member 19, whereby the protection member 19 can be positioned by the sheet material 20.
- the perforations 24 can be easily formed by putting the perforations 26 in the sheet body 22 in advance and then tearing the perforations 26 later. Further, depending on the shape of the perforation 26, it is possible to form the cut 24 without using a blade, so that even when the cut 24 is inserted after the sheet body 22 is attached to the electric wire 13, the electric wire 13 is hardly damaged.
- FIG. 8 is a plan view showing the wire harness 110 according to the second embodiment.
- 9 and 10 are explanatory views showing a state of manufacturing the wire harness 110 according to the second embodiment.
- the same components as those described above are denoted by the same reference numerals, and the description thereof is omitted.
- the wire harness 110 according to the second embodiment is the wire harness according to the first embodiment in that the shape of the branch portion 114 in the wire harness main body 112 and the one sheet material 120B are bent to cover the branch portion 114. Different from 10.
- a plurality of branch portions 114 are provided in the wire harness main body 112 . More specifically, the branch line 17 branches from a plurality of positions with respect to the main line 16. At this time, one branch line 17 branches from each branch portion 114. That is, branch lines 17 are branched from the trunk line 16 one by one along the extending direction of the trunk line 16 one by one. However, there may be a branch portion where two or more branch lines 17 branch.
- one of the two adjacent branch portions 114 is branched such that the branch line 15 extends to one side with respect to the trunk line 16 and the other branch line 15 extends to the other side with respect to the trunk line 16. Portions 114a and 114b are present. Further, here, in the branch portion 114 group, the plurality of branch lines 15 extend in a comb-teeth shape.
- the plurality of branch lines 17 is composed of two branch line groups 17Ga and 17Gb.
- the branch line group 17Ga extends in the same direction (one side) with respect to the trunk line 16 on one side along the extending direction of the trunk line 16.
- the branch line group 17Gb extends in the same direction (the other side) with respect to the main line 16 on the other side along the extending direction of the main line 16. Therefore, two adjacent branch lines 17a and 17b close to the boundary between the branch line group 17Ga and the branch line group 17Gb extend in directions opposite to each other with respect to the trunk line 16. Further, the branch line group 17Ga and the branch line group 17Gb extend in a comb shape with respect to the trunk line 16, respectively.
- the sheet material 120 sandwiches the wire harness body 112 by bending one sheet body 122 at an intermediate portion.
- one sheet material 120Ba is bent to cover an area including the branch portions 114 of the branch line group 17Ga.
- another sheet material 120Bb is bent to cover the region including the branch portion 114 group of the branch line group 17Gb.
- two sheet members 120Ba obtained by bending the branch portions 114a and 114b, which are adjacent two branch portions 114a and 114b, and the branch lines 15 (branch lines 17a and 17b) extend in opposite directions to each other, are reversed.
- 120Bb (sheet bodies 122a and 122b) respectively.
- the portion between the crotch becomes relatively wide. For this reason, it becomes easy to provide the cut
- the protective member 19 can be extended to a position close to the base end of the branch line 15. Thereby, like the part covered with sheet
- each sheet material 120B has a perforation at a position symmetrical to the position that becomes the fold line 29 (see the phantom line in FIG. 9). 26 and a through hole 28 are formed.
- the fold line 29 or an identification line indicating the fold line 29 may be provided in the sheet material 120B in advance. In this case, the bending operation of the sheet material 120B is facilitated.
- the wire harness 110 In order to manufacture the wire harness 110, as in the case of manufacturing the wire harness 10 of the first embodiment, first, wiring is performed while branching the electric wire 13 above the sheet material 120B. In this state, as shown in FIG. 9, the sheet material 120B is bent and the sheet main body 122 is overlapped. At this time, as compared with the case where two separate sheet materials 20 are stacked, the alignment can be performed only by aligning one outer edge, so that the alignment becomes easy.
- the sheet main body 122 When the sheet main body 122 is overlapped, it becomes as shown in FIG. After that, as in the case of manufacturing the wire harness 10 of the first embodiment, the perforation 26 is torn and the cut line 24 is formed while maintaining the overlapping state of the sheet main body 122 by the maintaining means. Thereby, the wire harness 10 shown in FIG. 8 is completed.
- branch line 15 extends in the opposite direction between the two adjacent branch portions 114a and 114b, and the respective branch portions 114a and 114b are covered with the sheet materials 120a and 120b bent in the opposite directions, Even in the folding type sheet material 120, the branch line 15 can be easily extended on both sides of the trunk line 16.
- branch line 15 extends from the main line 16 in a comb-like shape, it is not necessary to concentrate the branches in one place. Thereby, the freedom degree of design of each branch line 15 increases. Moreover, since it is not necessary to make each branch line 15 go round so as to pass through one branch portion 14, it is possible to reduce the weight and the cost.
- the protective member 19 is externally mounted on at least one branch line 15, and the outer edge of the sheet material 20 is overlapped on the protective member 19, but this is not essential.
- the protective member 19 does not have to be covered on all the branch lines 15, and the outer edge of the sheet material 20 overlaps the protective member 19 even when the branch line 15 on which the protective member 19 is covered exists. It does not have to be done.
- the through hole 28 is formed at the end of the cut 24, but this is not essential.
- the through hole 28 may not be formed at the end of the cut 24.
- the perforation 26 is split to form the cut 24.
- the perforations 24 may be formed directly without providing the perforations 26.
- the cut 24 may be formed before the sheet main bodies are overlapped.
- the branch line group 17Ga and the branch line group 17Gb are described as being covered with separate sheet materials 120a and 120b, but this is not essential.
- the branch line group 17Ga and the branch line group 17Gb may be covered with one sheet material.
- a slit is formed from the outer edges to the intermediate portion while the intermediate portions are connected.
- the portion covering the branch line group 17Ga and the portion covering the branch line group 17Gb can be bent in opposite directions.
- each structure demonstrated by said each embodiment and each modification can be suitably combined unless it mutually contradicts.
- two separate sheet materials 20 may be superposed on a region including the branch lines 15 extending in a comb shape.
- one sheet material 120 may be folded and overlapped in a region including a plurality of branch lines 15 extending in a bone shape constituting a fan from one branch portion 14.

Abstract
Description
{第1実施形態}
{第2実施形態}
{変形例}
