该方形糖用两头尖角折叠包装机的工作原理是:方形糖块在电机的带动下通过传送带11式输送或震荡机12输送的方式将方形糖块落料到转盘2的糖孔21内,方形糖块在转盘2的带动下旋转,糖块旋转到顶杆33的上方位置时,推纸杆43将切割好的糖纸8覆盖到方形糖块的上方,顶杆33将方形糖块与糖纸8一起顶起进入到最底端的夹爪32处,最底端夹爪32在方形糖块与糖纸8一起上升时进行两侧边的折叠,并且最底端的夹爪32夹住方形糖块的两侧边;然后旋转抄纸刀36对超出方形糖块底面的一侧糖纸8进行折叠使其紧贴在方形糖上;然后夹爪32带动方形糖和糖纸8沿着折纸弧板34的弧线轨迹方向旋转,旋转过程中方形糖块紧贴在折纸弧板34上,方形糖块和糖纸8一接触到折纸弧板34,方形糖块上另一侧边超出方形糖块底板的糖纸8就被折纸弧板34折叠,这样糖纸8将方形糖块的侧边均完成包装;方形糖块和糖纸8顺时针旋转90度到达侧边,单侧折叠爪371将方形糖块的两个端面进行折叠,将糖纸8端面部分贴在方形糖块上,再顺时针旋转90度,方形糖和糖纸8到达折纸弧板34的正上方,位于折纸弧板34两侧的双侧折叠爪372将方形糖块的两端面折叠成尖角;最后在顺时针旋转90度,利用打糖杆38将折叠成两端尖角的方形糖移到输出平台5上,经过检测装置6的检测后输出包装机。

Claims (6)

  1. 一种方形糖用两头尖角折叠包装机,其特征在于:该包装机包括糖块输送机构、平推机构、转盘、折叠机构、包装纸输送机构和输出平台;糖块输送机构安装在转盘的一侧,转盘的另一侧安装有折叠机构,折叠机构与输出平台相连,输出平台的下方安装有包装纸输送机构;
    所述糖块输送机构由电机驱动,将待包装的方形糖输送到转盘上;所述转盘为圆环形,转盘的边缘呈环形均匀分布有若干个糖孔;转盘中间安装有旋转轴,带动转盘旋转,位于转盘的一侧安装有折叠机构;
    所述折叠机构包括:固定架、夹爪、顶杆、折纸弧板、糖块支架、抄纸刀、折叠爪和打糖杆;所述夹爪有四组呈十字型安装在一圆盘上,该圆盘中间通过轴安装在固定架上,圆盘可绕着轴旋转,相邻的两组夹爪之间安装有弹簧固定块,弹簧固定块与夹爪两两连接;所述折纸弧板呈半圆弧状,通过连接杆固定在固定架上,折纸弧板置于夹爪的外侧,夹爪沿着折纸弧板的内侧壁轨迹顺时针转动;所述糖块支架呈圆弧状,糖块支架的两端连接在折纸弧板上,糖块支架的弧形轨迹与折纸弧板的内侧壁圆弧方向一致,且糖块支架与折纸弧板之间留有糖块间隙;
    所述顶杆置于最底端的夹爪的下方,顶杆与最底端的夹爪之间是转盘,顶杆与转盘上的糖孔对其,顶杆穿过糖孔沿着竖直方向往复移动;所述抄纸刀位于最底端夹爪的旁侧,沿着弧形轨迹往复摆动;所述折叠爪包括单侧折叠爪和双侧折叠爪,单侧折叠爪位于折纸弧板的外侧边,一端连接在固定架上,单侧折叠爪绕着固定架旋转,双侧折叠爪分别位于折纸弧板顶端两侧边,一端连接在固定架上,双侧折纸爪绕着固定架旋转;所述打糖杆位于折纸弧板的缺口处,且位于侧边的夹爪之间,打糖杆在夹爪之间来回摆动将糖移出折叠机构打到输出平台上;
    所述包装纸输送机构安装在输出平台的下方,包装纸输送机构包括放纸辊轴、缠绕轴、推纸杆和切纸刀;放纸辊轴具有一对且在竖直方向安装于输出平台的下方,糖纸安装在放纸辊轴上,绕着放纸辊轴旋转,糖纸在缠绕轴上进行缠绕,且穿过切纸刀进行切割,推纸杆位于折叠机构的顶杆与抄纸刀之间,推纸杆沿着水平方向往复移动进行糖纸输送。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方形糖用两头尖角折叠包装机,其特征在于:所述糖块输送机构采用传送带输送方式或震荡机输送,将糖块输送到转盘的糖孔内。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方形糖用两头尖角折叠包装机,其特征在于:所述输出平台的上方安装有一糖块检测装置,对折叠后的糖块检测。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方形糖用两头尖角折叠包装机,其特征在于:所述折纸弧板的最底端的宽度大于折纸弧板其他位置的宽度。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种方形糖用两头尖角折叠包装机,其特征在于:折叠机构安装的固定架上设置有一防护罩。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的一种方形糖用两头尖角折叠包装机,其特征在于:所述采用的传送带输送方式,转盘与糖块输送机构之间安装有平推机构。
