Abstract

La présente invention concerne un dispositif de nettoyage de batterie comprenant une crémaillère (1). Un dispositif d'alimentation en solution (2) est disposé sur le fond de la crémaillère (1). Un dispositif de type disque rotatif de nettoyage (8) est disposé au-dessus du dispositif d'alimentation en solution (2). Un dispositif de type disque rotatif de roue de pressage (28) est disposé au-dessus du dispositif de type disque rotatif de nettoyage (8). Un dispositif d'alimentation (42) est disposé sur le côté du dispositif de type disque rotatif de roue de pressage (28). Le dispositif de nettoyage de batterie surmonte les défauts du procédé de nettoyage par "traînage et trempage" de batteries cylindriques existantes, tels qu'un nettoyage non approfondi, des batteries collées par entraînement de chaîne, le jaunissement de la batterie par trempage, une faible efficacité de nettoyage par battement, et un grand espace occupé, et améliore la propreté de surface et l'efficacité de production des batteries cylindriques.
