Claims (18)
- 一种移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,包括壳体,所述壳体上设有至少一条缝隙,所述至少一条缝隙将所述壳体至少分成电绝缘的两部分;每条缝隙内填充有绝缘物;还包括一层附着在所述壳体表面的绝缘膜。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,所述绝缘膜为金属氧化物膜。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,所述每条缝隙的宽度位于0.01~2.0mm的范围之内。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,所述绝缘膜的厚度位于0.003mm~0.10mm的范围之内。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,还包括一层固定在所述壳体内腔的塑胶补强层。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,还包括一层介于所述壳体与所述绝缘膜之间的反光膜,所述反光膜覆盖所述壳体整个表面。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,还包括一层介于所述壳体与所述绝缘膜之间的反光膜,所述反光膜覆盖所述至少一条缝隙表面,且所述壳体上设有两条或多条缝隙时,所述反光膜还覆盖所述两条或多条缝隙中相邻的缝隙间的区域。
- 如权利要求1所述的移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,还包括位于所述壳体表面的凹槽,所述至少一条缝隙设置在所述凹槽的底壁上,所述凹槽内还设有一层覆盖所述凹槽底壁的反光膜。
- 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,所述反光膜为仿金属涂层。
- 如权利要求6-8任一项所述的移动设备的金属壳,其特征在于,所述反光膜由铟、锡或铟锡合金沉积制成。
- 一种如权利要求1所述的移动设备的金属壳的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:在所述壳体上切割至少一条缝隙,所述至少一条缝隙将所述壳体至少分成电绝缘的两部分;在所述每条缝隙内填充绝缘物;在所述壳体表面形成一层绝缘膜。
- 如权利要求11所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述在所述壳体表面形成一层绝缘膜具体为:在所述壳体表面形成一层金属膜;通过阳极氧化将所述金属膜转化成金属氧化物膜。
- 如权利要求11或12所述的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括在所述壳体与所述绝缘膜之间形成一层反光膜,所述反光膜覆盖所述壳体整个表面。
- 如权利要求11或12所述的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括在所述壳体与所述绝缘膜之间形成一层反光膜,所述反光膜覆盖所述至少一条缝隙表面,且在所述壳体上切割有两条或多条缝隙时,所述反光膜还覆盖所述两条或多条缝隙中相邻的缝隙间的区域。
- 如权利要求11所述的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括在所述壳体表面开设凹槽,所述至少一条缝隙设置在所述凹槽的底壁上。
- 如权利要求15所述的制备方法,其特征在于,所述在所述壳体表面形成一层绝缘膜具体为:在所述凹槽内沉积与所述壳体材料一致的填充物,且所述填充物充满所述凹槽内腔;对所述壳体进行阳极氧化处理,在所述壳体表面形成一层金属氧化物膜。
- 如权利要求15或16所述的制备方法,其特征在于,还包括在所述凹槽内铺设一层覆盖所述凹槽底壁的反光膜。
- 一种移动设备,其特征在于,包括设备本体以及与所述设备本体固定连接的如权利要求1~10任一项所述的金属壳,还包括设置在所述设备本体上的天线,其中,将所述金属壳中至少电绝缘的两部分中的至少一部分作为所述天线的辐射单元。
