本发明实施例提供一种表带连接件及表带,实现表带易拆卸的目的。

如图4与图5,具体的,所述滑动按钮20为矩形板体,其包括第一表面201及第二表面202。所述第一表面201中部设有安装槽23,所述弹性定位件25的套管251装于所述安装槽23内,所述弹珠253凸出所述第一表面201并可滚动。所述第一表面201的两端设有凹部203。所述滑动按钮20背向所述弹性定位件25的表面上设有按钮体24,也就是所述第二表面201上凸设有按钮体24,用于拨动所述滑动按钮20滑动。所述卡舌凸设于所述滑动按钮20的一侧。
再次参阅图2,进一步的,所述滑槽12包括位于所述开口121两侧的槽侧壁126,两个所述槽侧壁126上设有滑动槽125,所述滑动按钮20的两端设有限位块23,所述限位块23与所述滑动槽125滑动连接,滑动槽125限制限位块脱离所述滑槽12,进而将滑动按钮20限位于所述滑槽12内。所述限位块23大致为L性块体,其一部分通过螺钉固定于所述凹部203上,另一部分凸出所述滑动按钮20的两端,进而上实现与所述滑动槽的限位。
请参阅图7与图8,将滑动按钮20组装于本体10上,两个所述弹性限位件25先将套管251通过过盈压入的方式装配到所述滑动按钮20上,然后把所述限位块23放入所述本体10的滑槽12内,再放入所述装有弹性限位件25的滑动按钮20,然后用所述螺丝分别锁紧所述限位块23于所述滑动按钮20上。所述限位块23因为滑槽12的滑动槽125的限位作用,将使得整个滑动按钮20被限位在所述本体10上而不会从滑槽12内脱出。装配后的所述滑动按钮20就可以在滑槽12内滑动,并在所述弹性限位件25的弹簧252弹力作用下,当用户手手指轻轻拨动整个滑动按钮20滑动到锁上位置第一位置123时,弹性限位件25的弹珠253将落入第一位置123(圆孔)内,从而起到限制滑动按钮20滑动,是滑动按钮20保持在与扣位槽14锁持位置,与此同时,滑动按钮20的卡舌21将插入本体10的卡槽142,以保证整个滑动按钮20在锁上位置时的结构配合强度和刚性。当用户手手指轻轻拨动整个滑动按钮20滑动到打开位置时,弹性限位件25的弹珠253滑动并落入第二位置124内,从而起到限制滑动按钮20保持在打开位置,起到保持在打开位置限位作用。
可以理解,当把用于固定表带或表链的表带连接件100具体实施例使用在软胶表带,真皮表带或钢表带上时,只需要对其中的本体10的连接部16进行 局部结构修改适配相应表带的制造工艺要求就可。
本申请所述的表带连接件用于固定表带或表链,不需要任何工具,只需要徒手轻轻地拔动一下滑动按钮20就可以方便地把表带或表链安装到手表上或从手表上取下来,极大地提高用户在装拆表带或表链时的便利性。同时使用形态可以使用在钢表带、软胶表带或真皮表带或表链上,应用范围很广。
图1所示,本发明还提供一种表带200,所述表带200包括连接端210及所述表带连接件100,所述表带200的连接端210可拆卸的装于所述连接部16上。所述表带200的材料为真皮、布料、塑胶或者与表带连接件材料相同的金属。
本发明还提供一种手表,其包括设有连接轴320的手表本体310及所述的表带200,所述扣位槽14扣于所述连接轴320上并通过滑动按钮20与所述扣位槽14锁持,以将所述表带200可拆卸的装于所述手表本体310上。
以上是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也视为本发明的保护范围。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种表带连接件,用于将表带连接与手表上,其特征在于,包括本体及滑动按钮,所述本体上设有滑槽及扣位槽,所述滑动按钮上设有上设有弹性定位件,所述弹性定位件弹性凸出所述滑动按钮的一表面;
    所述扣位槽设于所述本体一端,所述滑槽位于所述扣位槽与所述连接部之间,并且所述滑槽一侧为开口且开口朝向所述扣位槽;
    所述滑动按钮滑动装于所述滑槽内,所述弹性定位件的弹性力方向垂直于所述滑动按钮滑动方向,所述滑动按钮伸出所述开口与所述扣位槽卡持形成锁持空间,所述弹性定位件限位于所述滑槽槽底壁的第一位置;所述滑动按钮与所述扣位槽解锁,所述弹性定位件限位于所述滑槽槽底壁的第二位置。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的表带连接件,其特征在于,所述滑动按钮一侧延伸有卡舌,所述扣位槽朝向所述开口的槽壁上设有卡槽,所述卡舌与所述卡槽卡持并与所述扣位槽形成所述锁持空间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的表带连接件,其特征在于,所述滑槽的第一位置及第二位置均为凹部,所述弹性定位件包括弹簧及位于弹簧一端的弹珠,所述弹簧及所述弹珠可伸缩的装于所述滑动按钮内,所述滚弹珠随着所述弹簧的伸缩实现与所述凹部的卡持或解锁。
  4. 如权利要求1所述的表带连接件,其特征在于,所述滑槽的第一位置及第二位置均为凹部,所述弹性定位件包括套管、弹簧及连接于所述弹簧一端的弹珠,所述弹簧收容于所述套管内,所述弹珠部分露出所述套管,所述弹珠随着所述弹簧于所述套管内的伸缩实现与所述凹部的卡持或解锁。
  5. 如权利要求3或4所述的表带连接件,其特征在于,所述滑槽包括位于所述开口两侧的槽侧壁,两个所述槽侧壁上设有滑动槽,所述滑动按钮的两端设有限位块,所述限位块与所述滑动槽滑动连接。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的表带连接件,其特征在于,所述滑动按钮背向所述弹性定位件的表面上设有按钮体。
  7. 如权利要求3或4所述的表带连接件,其特征在于,所述滑动按钮的表面设有安装槽,所述弹性定位件装于所述安装槽内,所述弹珠凸出所述表面并可滚动。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的表带连接件,其特征在于,所述表带连接件包括连接部,所述连接部位于所述本体与所述扣位槽相对的另一端,所述连接部包括承载板及连接位,所述连接位为所述承载板与本体的滑槽外侧形成的卡位,或者为所述承载体上的穿孔。
  9. 一种表带,其特征在于,所述表带包括连接端及权利要求1-8任一项所述表带连接件,所述表带的连接端可拆卸的装于所述连接部上。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的表带,其特征在于,所述表带的材料为真皮、布料、塑胶或者与表带连接件材料相同的金属。
  11. 一种手表,其特征在于,包括设有连接轴的手表本体及权利要求9-10任一项所述的表带,所述扣位槽扣于所述连接轴上并通过滑动按钮与所述扣位槽锁持,以将所述表带可拆卸的装于所述手表本体上。
