一种汽车散热器芯体 技术领域
本发明涉及一种汽车散热器,特别涉及一种汽车散热器芯体。
背景技术
近年来,排放法规日益严格,对发动机的性能要求越来越高,发动机在工作时间内温度非常高,对其的冷却效果直接影响发动机的性能和使用寿命。目前的汽车散热器普遍采用百叶窗式翅片,百叶窗式翅片能有效加强冷却空气的气流扰动,并在一定程度上扩大换热面积,加强换热效果,但百叶窗式翅片对冷却空气的扰动和换热面积都已经达到极限,很难进一步提高散热器的换热效果。
发明内容
本发明解决的技术问题是:在汲取和吸收现有汽车散热器芯体技术的基础上,提供一种汽车散热器芯体,其采用具有通孔结构的泡沫金属来进行散热,从而提高汽车散热器芯体的散热效率。
为了实现上述发明的目的,本发明所采取的技术方案:
一种汽车散热器芯体,包括有冷却管,所述冷却管外周包裹有泡沫金属,泡沫金属的通孔的孔径为1.1mm~6mm,孔隙率大于90%。
本发明工作时,先将冷却液注入冷却管中,然后汽车发动机将热量传递到冷却液中,冷却液在循环过程中将热量传递给冷却管,冷却管再将热量传递给泡沫金属,泡沫金属将热量传递到空气中。与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果为:由于泡沫金属的存在,可以利用泡 沫金属较大的表面积和复杂的三维通孔结构,有效地加强冷却空气的气流扰动,同时泡沫金属可紧紧地包裹着冷却管,从而提高了热交换的效率。该装置可作为汽车散热器芯体使用,其使用安全可靠。
进一步地,还包括有支撑架,支撑架内安装有蛇形冷却管,冷却管由支撑架上端延伸到支撑架下端,支撑架内填充有将冷却管包裹着的泡沫金属。
为了加强支撑架的稳固性,同时便于固定安装冷却管,所述支撑架上设有将支撑架内部间隙均分的加强筋。
为了消除安全隐患,同时避免灰尘、固体颗粒物等进入汽车散热器,而影响散热效率,所述支撑架的上侧安装有上壳体,左、右侧安装有镂空的散热挡板,正、反面安装有罩网,下侧连接有底板。
为了加强散热效率,所述泡沫金属采用海绵态泡沫金属,孔隙率大于98%,其外表面喷涂有粗金属粉。
为了加强热交换的效率,所述冷却管采用横截面为扁圆形的冷却管,其外表面喷涂有青铜粉。
为了提高散热器整体的散热效率,所述支撑架内并排安装有若干独立的冷却管,支撑架内安装两根并排的冷却管。
为了便于散热挡板与支撑架可拆卸式的连接,所述支撑架上设置有用于固定连接散热挡板的卡扣。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,一种汽车散热器芯体,有支撑架1,支撑架1内安装有蛇形冷却管3,为了加强热交换的效率,冷却管3采用横截面为扁圆形的冷却管,其外表面喷涂有青铜粉,冷却管3由支撑架1上端延伸到支撑架1下端,为了提高散热器整体的散热效率,支撑架1内并排安装有若干独立的冷却管3,支撑架1内安装两根并排的冷却管3,支撑架1内填充有将冷却管3包裹着的泡沫金属4,泡沫金属4的通孔的孔径为1.1mm~6mm,孔隙率大于90%,为了加强散热效率,泡沫金属4采用海绵态泡沫金属,孔隙率大于98%,其外表面喷涂有粗金属粉,为了加强支撑架1的稳固性,同时便于固定安装冷却管3,支撑架1上设有将支撑架1内部间隙均分的加强筋2,为了消除安全隐患,同时避免灰尘、固体颗粒物等进入汽车散热器,而影响散热效率,支撑架1的上侧安装有上壳体6,左、右侧安装有镂空的散热挡板5,正、反面安装有罩网9,下侧连接有底板8,为了便于散热挡板5与支撑架1可拆卸式的连接,支撑架1上设置有用于固定连接散热挡板5的卡扣7。
工作时,先将冷却液注入到多个独立的冷却管3中,然后汽车发动机将热量传递到冷却液中,冷却液在循环过程中将热量传递给冷却管3,冷却管3再将热量传递给泡沫金属4,泡沫金属4将热量传递到空气中。
本发明并不局限于上述实施例,在本发明公开的技术方案的基础 上,本领域的技术人员根据所公开的技术内容,不需要创造性的劳动就可以对其中的一些技术特征作出一些替换和变形,这些替换和变形均在本发明的保护范围内。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种汽车散热器芯体,包括有冷却管,其特征在于:所述冷却管外周包裹有泡沫金属,泡沫金属的通孔的孔径为1.1mm~6mm,孔隙率大于90%。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述泡沫金属采用海绵态泡沫金属,孔隙率大于98%,其外表面喷涂有粗金属粉。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述冷却管采用横截面为扁圆形的冷却管,其外表面喷涂有青铜粉。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种汽车散热器芯体,其特征在于:还包括有支撑架,支撑架内安装有蛇形冷却管,冷却管由支撑架上端延伸到支撑架下端,支撑架内填充有将冷却管包裹着的泡沫金属。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述支撑架上设有将支撑架内部间隙均分的加强筋。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种汽车散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述支撑架的上侧安装有上壳体,左、右侧安装有镂空的散热挡板,正、反面安装有罩网,下侧连接有底板。
  7. 根据权利要求4或6所述的一种汽车散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述支撑架内并排安装有若干独立的冷却管,支撑架内安装两根并排的冷却管。
  8. 根据权利要求4或6所述的一种汽车散热器芯体,其特征在于:所述支撑架上设置有用于固定连接散热挡板的卡扣。
