Abstract

本发明公开了一种可溶剂粘接、抗扭结、透明输液管材料,由热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体、无规共聚聚丙烯、粘接促进剂、抗氧剂、润滑剂组成。本发明的输液管材料不仅具有高回弹、高强度、安全环保、不含增塑剂DEHP和重金属离子等特点,同时,特别地具有与传统PVC输液管材料相当的粘接强度、抗扭结性和透明性。

可溶剂粘接、 抗扭结、 透明输液管材料 技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及一种输液管材料, 属于高分子材料改性技术领域。
背景技术
[0002] 目前, 医院广泛使用的是聚氯乙烯 (PVC) 输液管, 该类输液管中含有 30~40w t%邻苯二甲酸二 (2-乙基) 己酯 (DEHP) 和一些含有钙、 镁等重金属离子的稳 定剂。 PVC输液管在使用过程中, 其中的 DEHP等会吸附和溶解于脂溶性和醇溶 性的药液, 前者会降低疗效, 增加治疗费用, 后者会引起生殖系统异常, 甚至 有造成畸形、 癌症的风险。 使用后的 PVC输液管的焚烧, 会产生腐蚀焚烧设备的 氯化氢和致癌的二噻英等气体, 导致了资源的浪费和环境的污染。

本发明的最佳实施方式
[0019] 首先将热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体、 无规共聚聚丙烯、 粘接促进剂、 抗氧剂和润滑 剂放入高混机中搅拌 3分钟, 转速 180转 /分钟。 然后用长径比至少为 25: 1的单 螺杆或双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒, 加工温度范围为 160~250°C。

热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体 100份;
无规共聚聚丙烯 35~50份;
粘接促进剂 15~25份;
抗氧剂 0.05~0.3份;
润滑剂 0.1~1.25份。
[权利要求 2] 根据权利要求 1所述的可溶剂粘接、 抗扭结、 透明输液管材料, 其特 征是: 所述的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体为苯乙烯 -乙烯 /丁烯 -苯乙烯嵌段 共聚物、 苯乙烯 -乙烯 /丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、 苯乙烯 -乙烯 -乙烯 /丙 烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
