Abstract

本发明公开了一种高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物,由热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体、热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体增强物、填充油、抗氧剂、润滑剂、无机填料组成。本发明具有高的伸长率(〉400%)和低的定伸永久变形(〈20%),同时具有加工简单、生产效率高、可重复加工、环保安全等特点。

本发明涉及一种热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物。
背景技术
硫化橡胶虽然具有耐疲劳、永久变形小等优点,但其加工工序繁琐、生产效率低、不可重复加工、具有安全隐患等缺点,限制了其在拉力带、拉力管等健身器材和止血带等医疗器械上的应用。热塑性弹性体材料既具备硫化橡胶的弹性,又具备普通塑料热塑性加工的特点,是替代硫化橡胶的优选方案。通过对公开的专利和文献的检索,具备高伸长率低定伸永久形变的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物的报道几乎没有。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高的伸长率、低的定伸永久变形、可重复加工、环保安全的高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物。

一种高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物,其特征是:由以下重量份的组分组成:
热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体 100份;
热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体增强物 0~25份;
填充油 40~100份;
抗氧剂 0.2~1份;
润滑剂 0.2~1份;
无机填料 0~3份。
所述的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙 烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯/丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-乙烯/丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
所述的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体增强物为碳氢树脂、K树脂中的至少一种。
所述的填充油为环烷烃油、直链烷烃油中的至少一种。
所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类、受阻胺类、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的至少一种。
所述的润滑剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸、硬脂酸丁酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、硅油中的至少一种。
所述的无机填料为碳酸钙、滑石粉、云母、高岭土、硫酸钡中的至少一种。

有益效果
本发明具有高的伸长率(>400%)和低的定伸永久变形(<20%),同时具有加工简单、生产效率高、可重复加工、环保安全等特点。
实施该发明的最佳实施例
本发明的最佳实施方式
首先将热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体、填充油放入高混机中搅拌5分钟,待弹性体将油充分吸收后,加入热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体增强物、抗氧剂、润滑剂和无机填料,再高速搅拌3分钟,转速180转/分钟。然后用长径比至少为48∶1的单螺杆或双螺杆挤出机挤出造粒,加工温度范围为160~250℃。
各实施例的组分用量(重量份)见表1。性能数据见表2。

  1. 一种高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物,其特征是:由以下重量份的组分组成:
    热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体100份;
    热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体增强物0~25份;
    填充油40~100份;
    抗氧剂0.2~1份;
    润滑剂0.2~1份;
    无机填料0~3份。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物,其特征是:所述的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体为苯乙烯-丁二烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯/丁烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯/丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物、苯乙烯-乙烯-乙烯/丙烯-苯乙烯嵌段共聚物中的至少一种。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物,其特征是:所述的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体增强物为碳氢树脂、K树脂中的至少一种。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物,其特征是:所述的填充油为环烷烃油、直链烷烃油中的至少一种。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物,其特征是:所述的抗氧剂为受阻酚类、受阻胺类、亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂中的至少一种。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类弹性体组合物,其特征是:所述的润滑剂为油酸酰胺、芥酸酰胺、硬脂酸、硬脂酸丁酯、乙撑双硬脂酰胺、聚乙烯蜡、硅油中的至少一种。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的高伸长率低定伸永久变形的热塑性苯乙烯类 弹性体组合物,其特征是:所述的无机填料为碳酸钙、滑石粉、云母、高岭土、硫酸钡中的至少一种。
