Description

一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜 技术领域
本发明涉及化工反应釜领域,尤其是一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜。
背景技术
化工的各类反应中需要反应釜搅拌的叶浆来达到物料的均匀混合,使得反应能够快速平稳地实现。一些反应过程中往往需要添加固体的原料,一般通过投料口进行添加,由于内部反应液都是液体形态,有些固体粉末类原料很难溶在液体反应液中,形成局部的堆积。对于这种固体粉末类原料,采用加高温度或者加大搅拌速度来达到固液的混合,往往需要较长的时间,有时会影响反应产生一些副反应,同时也增加了能耗,并且堆积的物料在下落过程中表面的摩擦会产生一定的有害的静电,这种静电会给安全带来隐患。现在通用的各类搅拌叶浆往往很难快速地将粉料融入反应液中。另一方面,现有的搅拌叶浆通常与搅拌棒固定,若搅拌叶浆损坏需连同搅拌棒一同更换,造成成本损失。
发明内容
发明目的:为解决上述技术问题,本发明提供一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜。
技术方案:本发明提供的技术方案为:
一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜,包括:釜体和搅拌器,釜体顶部设有进料口1;搅拌器包括搅拌棒2,搅拌棒2顶端伸出釜体顶部并连接有手柄,搅拌棒2的中下部设有固定架3,固定架3上均匀设有若干可拆卸的带式螺旋搅拌叶4,带式螺旋搅拌叶4的长度方向与搅拌棒2的长度方向平行。
进一步的,所述搅拌棒2为可伸缩棒。
进一步的,所述固定架3为圆环形板,圆环形板的中心圆孔内壁设有内螺纹,搅拌棒2的中下部外壁上设有与内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,圆环形板与搅拌棒2通过螺纹结构旋接;圆环形板的板面与釜体横截面平行。
进一步的,所述圆环形板板面上均匀设有通孔,通孔内壁设有螺纹,所述带式螺旋搅拌叶4顶部通过螺纹结构与通孔旋接。
进一步的,还包括定位板5,定位板5上设有与圆环形板上通孔位置相对应的固定槽,所述带式螺旋搅拌叶4底部与对应固定槽卡接。
有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明具有以下优势:
1、本发明中的搅拌器能够在反应液面中形成上下和圆形的立体循环,将物料快速融入反应液面中,消除安全隐患,并能充分搅拌促进界面反应,提高效率;
2、本发明中的带式螺旋搅拌叶可拆卸,便于带式螺旋搅拌叶的更换,且各个带式螺旋搅拌叶相互独立,拆卸个别带式螺旋搅拌叶并不影响搅拌器的工作。

具体实施方式
本发明的发明目的是避免需要加入反应釜内液体溶剂中的固体物料在进料口和液体溶剂上表面发生堆积,如图2所示,图中阴影部分表示堆积的固体物料。为解决这一技术问题,本发明提出一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜,下面结合附图对本发明作更进一步的说明。
实施例:如图1所示为本实施例的结构图,包括:釜体和搅拌器,釜体顶部设有进料口1;搅拌器包括搅拌棒2,搅拌棒2顶端伸出釜体顶部并连接有手柄,搅拌棒2的中下部设有固定架3,固定架3上均匀设有若干可拆卸的带式螺旋搅拌叶4,带式螺旋搅拌叶4的长度方向与搅拌棒2的长度方向平行。
其中固定架3为圆环形板,圆环形板的中心圆孔内壁设有内螺纹,搅拌棒2的中下部外壁上设有与内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,圆环形板与搅拌棒2通过螺纹结构旋接;圆环形板的板面与釜体横截面平行。圆环形板板面上均匀设有通孔,通孔内壁设有螺纹,所述带式螺旋搅拌叶4顶部通过螺纹结构与通孔旋接。搅拌棒2下端设有定位板5,定位板5上设有与圆环形板上通孔位置相对应的固定槽,所述带式螺旋搅拌叶4底部与对应固定槽卡接。搅拌棒2位于固定架3和定位板5之间的一段上设有带式螺旋搅拌叶4。
本实施例所述的反应釜的工作原理如图3所示,搅拌器通过搅拌棒2的带动在反应液面中形成上下和圆形的立体循环,将物料快速融入反应液面中,消除安全隐患,并能充分搅拌促进界面反应,提高效率。
进一步的,所述搅拌棒2为可伸缩棒。该设计可灵活调节搅拌棒的长度,以适应不同深度的反应釜。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出:对于本技术领域的普通技术人员 来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

  1. 一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜,其特征在于包括:釜体和搅拌器,釜体顶部设有进料口(1);搅拌器包括搅拌棒(2),搅拌棒(2)顶端伸出釜体顶部并连接有手柄,搅拌棒(2)的中下部设有固定架(3),固定架(3)上均匀设有若干可拆卸的带式螺旋搅拌叶(4),带式螺旋搅拌叶(4)的长度方向与搅拌棒(2)的长度方向平行。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜,其特征在于,所述搅拌棒(2)为可伸缩棒。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜,其特征在于,所述固定架(3)为圆环形板,圆环形板的中心圆孔内壁设有内螺纹,搅拌棒(2)的中下部外壁上设有与内螺纹相匹配的外螺纹,圆环形板与搅拌棒(2)通过螺纹结构旋接;圆环形板的板面与釜体横截面平行。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜,其特征在于,所述圆环形板板面上均匀设有通孔,通孔内壁设有螺纹,所述带式螺旋搅拌叶(4)顶部通过螺纹结构与通孔旋接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种避免固体物料堆积的反应釜,其特征在于,还包括定位板(5),定位板(5)上设有与圆环形板上通孔位置相对应的固定槽,所述带式螺旋搅拌叶(4)底部与对应固定槽卡接。
