为实现上述目的,本发明的电连接器的技术方案为:电连接器,包括前端为插接端的接触件和至少两个左右并列设置沿前后方向延伸的接触件安装板,还包括用于固定接触件安装板的固定弯件,固定弯件包括固定在电连接器顶部的第一部分、固定在电连接器尾部的第二部分及连接第一、二部分的连接部分,第一部分和第二部分朝向连接部分的同一侧延伸;连接部分设置在电连接器顶部,所述的电连接器顶部设有供第一部分插设固定以使第一部分固定在电连接器顶部的顶部内凹插槽,或者连接部分设置在电连接器尾部,所述 的电连接器尾部设有供第二部分插设固定以使所述的第二部分固定在电连接器尾部的尾部内凹插槽。
连接部分设置在电连接器顶部,所述的电连接器顶部设有供第一部分插设固定以使第一部分固定在电连接器顶部的顶部内凹插槽。
所述的第一部分顶压在顶部内凹插槽的前侧面或者后侧面上。
所述的第一部分与顶部内凹插槽的后侧面压紧且第二部分与电连接器尾部端面压紧以使固定弯件夹设在接触件安装板上。
所述的各接触件安装板上均设有处于顶部内凹插槽内的顶部卡块,所述的第一部分设有与顶部卡块对应的第一部分插指,相邻第一部分插指之间形成与顶部卡块卡紧的第一部分卡槽;各接触件安装板上均设有处于电连接器尾部的尾部卡块,所述第二部分设有与尾部卡块对应的第二部分插指,相邻第二部分插指之间形成与尾部卡块卡紧的第二部分卡槽。
所述的相邻顶部卡块之间形成与第一部分插指卡紧配合的顶部卡槽和/或相邻尾部卡块之间形成与第二部分插指卡紧配合的尾部卡槽。
所述的第一、二插指上设有用于与卡块卡紧配合的凸起。
所述的接触件包括插接部和位于插接部后方的、水平的安装部,插接部的前端头处于向上弯折形成的翻边,翻边弯折处的下侧面形成用于与适配接触件接触的前接触部,插接部和安装部之间具有一个相对于插接部的后端向下凹陷的凹部,凹部形成接触件的后接触部,所述接触部从其余凹部的连接处自后向前逐渐向下倾斜。
为实现上述目的,本发明的固定弯件的技术方案为:固定弯件包括用于固定在电连接器顶部的第一部分、用于固定在电连接器尾部的第二部分及连接第一、二部分的连接部分,第一部分和第二部分朝向连接部分的同一侧延伸。
所述的第一部分设有用于与顶部卡块对应的第一部分插指,相邻第一部分插指之间形成用于与顶部卡块卡紧的第一部分卡槽;所述第二部分设有用于与尾部卡块对应的第二部分插指,相邻第二部分插指之间形成与尾部卡块卡紧的第二部分卡槽;或者所述的第一部分设有用于与尾部卡块对应的第一部分插指,相邻第一部分插指之间形成用于与尾部卡块卡紧的第一部分卡槽;所述第二部分设有用于与顶部卡块对应的第二部分插指,相邻第二部分插指之间形成与顶部卡块卡紧的第二部分卡槽。
本发明的有益效果为:电连接器包括用于固定相邻接触件安装板的固定弯件,第一部分和第二部分朝向连接部分的同一侧延伸,连接部分设置在电连接器顶部,电连接器顶部 设有供第一部分插设固定以使第一部分固定在电连接器顶部的顶部内凹插槽,或者连接部分设置在电连接器尾部,电连接器尾部设有供第二部分插设固定以使所述的第二部分固定在电连接器尾部的尾部内凹插槽。通过将固定弯件的第一、二部分固定在电连接器顶部和电连接器尾部,实现电连接器两个面的固定,电连接器的顶部和尾部的固定面相互协同,保证相邻接触件安装板不容易变形,与目前的电连接器的仅仅通过在电连接器的前端面设置固定板相比,本发明的电连接器的固定弯件对电连接器的顶部和尾部固定,并且将第一部分固定在顶部内凹插槽或者将第二部分固定在尾部内凹插槽内保证了固定的牢固程度,使相邻接触件安装板不容易变形,解决了目前的相邻接触件绝缘安装板容易相对移动的问题。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作进一步说明。
本发明的电连接器的具体实施例1,如图1至图7所示,电连接器包括左右并列设置的六个信号模块,信号模块包括弯式接触件3及用于安装弯式接触件3的接触件安装板2,弯式接触件3的一端为用于焊接在印制板上的焊脚34,另一端为插接端30。电连接器的前端为插接端,电连接器的前端面为设置弯式接触件插接端的接触件插接端安装面,底面为用于安装弯式接触件焊脚的焊脚安装面。
电连接器还包括夹持在接触件安装板上以固定接触件安装板的固定弯件1,在本实施例中,固定弯件为板状结构,固定弯件包括固定在电连接器顶部的第一部分12、固定在电连接器底尾部的第二部分11及连接第一、二部分的连接部分13,第一部分和第二部分朝向连接部分的同一侧延伸。连接部分设置在电连接器的顶部,电连接器的顶部设有供第一部分插设固定的顶部内凹插槽,第一部分插设固定在顶部内凹插槽内以实现第一部分固定在电连接器的顶部。
在本实施例中,第一部分与第二部分沿竖直方向相对平行设置,第一部分的长度小于第二部分的长度,以避免顶部内凹插槽与电连接器内部的弯式接触件干涉。第二部分11具有靠近第一部分12的第二部分内侧面114,第一部分12具有靠近第二部分的第一部分内侧面124,第二部分内侧面114与电连接器的后端面顶压配合。
第二部分11远离连接部分13的端部设有左右并列设置的U型的第二部分卡槽111,电连接器尾部的后侧面上设有与第二部分卡槽111卡紧的尾部卡块21,尾部卡块21与第二部分卡槽111一一对应,尾部卡块21设置在接触件安装板的前端面沿左右方向的中间位置。相邻第二部分卡槽之间的槽壁构成第二部分插指112,相邻两个尾部卡块21之间具有供第二部分插指插入并与第二部分插指卡紧的第二部分插指槽。
顶部内凹插槽23的后侧具有与第一部分内侧面124压紧的内凹插槽后侧面,固定弯件1的第一部分12插设在顶部内凹插槽23内,第二部分11与第一部分12夹持在接触件安装板上。第二部分11与电连接器尾部端面顶压配合,第一部分12与顶部内凹插槽23的后侧面顶压配合,从而使得固定弯件1夹持在接触件安装板2上,达到固定接触件安装板的目的。
固定弯件1的第一部分12上设有左右并列设置的U型的第一部分卡槽121,相邻两个第一部分卡槽121之间的槽壁构成第一部分插指122,顶部内凹插槽23内设有与第一部分卡槽121一一对应且夹紧配合的顶部卡块22。在本实施例中,顶部内凹插槽23由各接触件安装板的上端面上开设的接触件安装板凹槽24组合而成,顶部卡块22设置在接触件安装板凹槽24内,相邻两个接触件安装凹槽内24的顶部卡块22之间具有供第一部分插指122插入的第一部分插指槽121,第一部分插指122与第一部分插指槽121卡紧。第二部分卡槽的槽口设有用于方便尾部卡块插入的扩口结构,第一部分卡槽的槽口也设有方便顶部卡块插入的扩口结构。第二部分卡槽左右侧壁上均设有沿前后方向延伸的用于与尾部卡块夹紧配合的第一凸起113。第一部分卡槽左右侧壁上均设有沿前后方向延伸的用于与顶部卡块夹紧配合的第二凸起123。
弯式接触件前端为插接端,其包括插接部31、凹部32和位于插接部后方的、水平的安装部33,插接部31、凹部32和安装部33从前向后依次设置。其中插接部31的前端处具有向上翻折而成的翻边,翻边弯折处的下侧面形成用于与适配接触件接触的前接触部,本实施例中,凹部32呈U形并且相对于插接部31的后端向下凹陷,其下侧面形成了接触件的后接触部,安装部33水平的位于凹部32的后端处,插接部31从其与凹部32连接的位置处自后向前逐渐向下倾斜,本实施例中,前、后接触部位于同一各水平面上。在使用 的时候,前接触部可用于与适配接触件的根部弹性接触,后接触部可用于与适配接触件的端部弹性接触,从而消除或减短适配接触件的悬臂结构,降低相应连接器的插入损耗。
本发明的电连接器的固定弯件的第二部分与电连接器的后端面顶压配合,第一部分与内凹插槽的后侧面顶压配合使得固定弯件通过第二部分和第一部分夹持在电连接器上,保证电连接器的接触件安装板在前后方向上不会相对错动,同时第二部分上设置的第二部分卡槽与电连接器后端面上尾部卡块在左右方向卡紧,能够保证接触件安装板与固定弯件不会左右相对移动。与目前的电连接器通过单面的固定弯件对接触件安装板进行固定相比,本发明的固定弯件不但增大了与电连接器的接触件安装板的接触面积,提高了固定弯件对接触件安装板的固定牢固程度,而且通过将固定弯件的第一、二部分固定在电连接器顶部和电连接器尾部,将第一部分固定在顶部内凹插槽,保证了固定的牢固程度,实现电连接器两个面的固定,固定弯件的第一、二部分及连接部分相互协同,保证相邻接触件安装板不容易变形。另外,目前的电连接器固定片在竖直方向均需要设置一定的避让尾部卡块的避让行程,需要水平插入后再向竖直推动一端距离后固定,本发明的固定弯件使用时可以直接从电连接器的顶部插入,实现了体积最小化,不需要再竖直方向的避让行程。
本发明的电连接器的具体实施例2,本实施例与上述实施例1的区别仅在于:连接部分设置在电连接器尾部,顶部内凹插槽不设,第一部分与设置在电连接器顶部端面上的顶部卡块卡紧,而在电连接器的尾部设置尾部内凹插槽,并将尾部卡块设置在内凹插槽内。
本发明的电连接器的具体实施例3,本实施例与上述实施例1的区别仅在于:顶部内凹插槽内不设置顶部卡块,而第一部分通过顶压在顶部内凹插槽内实现第一部分固定在电连接器顶部,第一部分可以顶压在顶部内凹插槽的前侧面或者后侧面。
本发明的固定弯件的具体实施例,该固定弯件与上述电连接器的具体实施例1或2或3中所述的固定弯件的结构相同,不再赘述。
在本发明的电连接器及其固定弯件的其他实施例中,上述设置在第一、二部分卡槽的凸起还可以不设,可以另外在凸块上与插槽夹紧配合的面上设置凸起结构,或者采用扩口的形式使第一、二部分卡槽与对应的卡块过盈配合;上述顶部卡块可以对应两个第一部分插指,此时对应两个第一部分插指之间的第一部分卡槽可以不沿左右方向并列设置,而在前后方向可以具有一定的间隔距离。

Claims (14)

  1. 电连接器,包括前端为插接端的接触件和至少两个左右并列设置沿前后方向延伸的接触件安装板,其特征在于:还包括用于固定接触件安装板的固定弯件,固定弯件包括固定在电连接器顶部的第一部分、固定在电连接器尾部的第二部分及连接第一、二部分的连接部分,第一部分和第二部分朝向连接部分的同一侧延伸;连接部分设置在电连接器顶部,所述的电连接器顶部设有供第一部分插设固定以使第一部分固定在电连接器顶部的顶部内凹插槽,或者连接部分设置在电连接器尾部,所述的电连接器尾部设有供第二部分插设固定以使所述的第二部分固定在电连接器尾部的尾部内凹插槽。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:连接部分设置在电连接器顶部,所述的电连接器顶部设有供第一部分插设固定以使第一部分固定在电连接器顶部的顶部内凹插槽。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述的第一部分顶压在顶部内凹插槽的前侧面或者后侧面上。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述的第一部分与顶部内凹插槽的后侧面压紧且第二部分与电连接器尾部端面压紧以使固定弯件夹设在接触件安装板上。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述的各接触件安装板上均设有处于顶部内凹插槽内的顶部卡块,所述的第一部分设有与顶部卡块对应的第一部分插指,相邻第一部分插指之间形成与顶部卡块卡紧的第一部分卡槽;各接触件安装板上均设有处于电连接器尾部的尾部卡块,所述第二部分设有与尾部卡块对应的第二部分插指,相邻第二部分插指之间形成与尾部卡块卡紧的第二部分卡槽。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述的相邻顶部卡块之间形成与第一部分插指卡紧配合的顶部卡槽和/或相邻尾部卡块之间形成与第二部分插指卡紧配合的尾部卡槽。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述的第一、二插指上设有用于与卡块卡紧配合的凸起。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的电连接器,其特征在于:连接部分设置在电连接器尾部,所述的电连接器尾部设有供第二部分插设固定以使第二部分固定在电连接器尾部的尾部内凹插槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述的第二部分顶压在尾部内凹插槽的上侧面或者下侧面上。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述的第二部分与尾部内凹插槽的上侧面压紧且第一部分与电连接器顶部端面压紧以使固定弯件夹设在接触件安装板上。
  11. 根据权利要求8-10任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述的各接触件安装板上均设有处于尾部内凹插槽内的尾部卡块,所述的第二部分设有与尾部卡块对应的第二部分插指,相邻第二部分插指之间形成与尾部卡块卡紧的第二部分卡槽;各接触件安装板上均设有处于电连接器顶部的顶部卡块,所述第一部分设有与顶部卡块对应的第一部分插指,相邻第一部分插指之间形成与顶部卡块卡紧的第一部分卡槽。
  12. 根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的电连接器,其特征在于:所述的接触件包括插接部和位于插接部后方的、水平的安装部,插接部的前端头处于向上弯折形成的翻边,翻边弯折处的下侧面形成用于与适配接触件接触的前接触部,插接部和安装部之间具有一个相对于插接部的后端向下凹陷的凹部,凹部形成接触件的后接触部,所述接触部从其余凹部的连接处自后向前逐渐向下倾斜。
  13. 固定弯件,其特征在于:包括用于固定在电连接器顶部的第一部分、用于固定在电连接器尾部的第二部分及连接第一、二部分的连接部分,第一部分和第二部分朝向连接部分的同一侧延伸。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的固定弯件,其特征在于:所述的第一部分设有用于与顶部卡块对应的第一部分插指,相邻第一部分插指之间形成用于与顶部卡块卡紧的第一部分卡槽;所述第二部分设有用于与尾部卡块对应的第二部分插指,相邻第二部分插指之间形成与尾部卡块卡紧的第二部分卡槽;或者所述的第一部分设有用于与尾部卡块对应的第一部分插指,相邻第一部分插指之间形成用于与尾部卡块卡紧的第一部分卡槽;所述第二部分设有用于与顶部卡块对应的第二部分插指,相邻第二部分插指之间形成与顶部卡块卡紧的第二部分卡槽。
