Description

連接器組合
本創作涉及一種連接器組合,尤其涉及一種低構型連接器組合。
美國專利公告第7,614,899揭露了一種連接器。所述電器包括第一印刷線路板,其上設有第一卡緣連接器、第二印刷線路板,其上設有第二卡緣連接器,和分別位於所述第一印刷線路板和第二印刷線路板上的一對相互配合之板對板連接器。所述第一卡緣連接器和第二卡緣連接器在豎直方向上相互對齊,所述第二卡緣連接器位於第一卡緣連接器正上方,並藉由板對板連接器實現連接。然而,由於第一卡緣連接器和第二卡緣連接器於豎直方向上排列,且其各自分別具有收容空間,因而連接器之整體高度較高,不能滿足低構型、小型化之發展趨勢。
鑒於此,確有必要提供一種改進之連接器組合,以克服先前技術存在之缺陷。
本創作之目係提供一種低構型之連接器組合。
本創作之連接器組合可藉以下技術方案實現:一種連接器組合,用於安裝於印刷線路板上,所述連接器組合包括:插座,安裝於印刷線路板上,所述插座包括絕緣本體,所述絕緣本體具有相對設置之上表面和下表面,所述絕緣本體於所述上、下表面之間之設有上主體部和下主體部,所述上主體部與所述下主體部之間形成一收容空間;複數訊號端子,分別對應收容於所述上主體部和所述下主體部中,每一所述訊號端子具有延伸入所述收容空間之彈性部以及延伸出絕緣本體之上表面或者絕緣本體之下表面之焊接部;連接器,安裝於所述印刷線路板上;以及連接元件,其電性連接所述連接器和所述插座。
本創作之連接器組合還可藉以下技術方案實現:一種連接器組合,包括:主印刷線路板;插座,安裝於所述主印刷線路板上,所述插座包括絕緣本體和設置於所述絕緣本體中之訊號端子,所述絕緣本體包括於水準方向開口設置之收容空間,用以供一模組於前後方向上插入,所述訊號端子呈上、下兩層排佈,分別位於所述收容空間之上、下兩側,上層訊號端子具有延伸入所述收容空間之彈性部以及位於絕緣本體之上表面之焊接部,下層訊號端子具有延伸入所述收容空間之彈性部以及位於絕緣本體之下表面之焊接部;連接器,安裝於所述主印刷線路板上並位元於所述插座之後方,所述連接器具有第二端子;以及第二印刷線路板,安裝於所述插座上方,所述第二印刷線路板於前端與所述上層訊號端子之焊接部電性連接,於後端與所述連接器之第二端子電性連接。
相較於先前技術,本創作之連接器組合藉由連接元件(柔性扁平線纜3或者子印刷線路板4),將一連接器(扁平線纜連接器20或者板對板連接器60)與插座20,50於水準前後方向上電性連接。因而連接器組合之整體高度較低。

第一圖至第四圖所示是本創作連接器組合之第一實施例。本創作連接器組合之第一實施例包括插座10以及與插座10電性連接之柔性扁平線纜連接器20。所述插座10和所述柔性扁平線纜連接器20均焊接於同一印刷線路板1上。
請參閱第二圖和第三圖所示,所述插座10包括絕緣本體100以及複數設置於所述絕緣本體100中之訊號端子110。所述絕緣本體100大致呈U型,包括一對相互平行設置之側壁101以及連接所述一對側壁101之主體部102。所述主體部102包括上主體部103和下主體部104。所述上主體部103與所述下主體部104於豎直方向上平行設置,兩者之間形成一收容空間105。所述一對側壁101包括一對滑槽1010用以導引一模組2插入所述收容空間105。所述模組2可為電子卡或光電模組。所述上主體部103設有複數上端子孔1030,所述下主體部104設有複數下端子孔1040。在本實施例中,所述上端子孔1030和所述下端子孔1040均為兩排設置,所述兩排端子孔之間呈相互錯位設置。
請參閱第三圖所示,所述一對側壁101上設有一對狹槽1011,用以收容一對金屬片120。所述金屬片120包括固持於狹槽1011中之固持部121以及自固持部121彎折用以焊接至印刷線路板1上之焊接腳122。
請參閱第三圖和第四圖所示,收容於所述上端子孔1030和收容於所述下端子孔1040中之訊號端子110為相同之結構。每一所述訊號端子110包括平板狀焊接部111、彈性部112以及連接所述焊接部111和所述彈性部112之連接部113。位於上端子孔1030中之訊號端子110,其焊接部111延伸出絕緣本體100並貼附於絕緣本體100之上表面。位於下端子孔1040中之訊號端子110,其焊接部111延伸出絕緣本體100並貼附於絕緣本體100之下表面。所述連接部113垂直於所述焊接部111並對應收容於上、下端子孔中。所述彈性部112自連接部113延伸並與之呈鈍角設置。所述彈性部112具有接觸部1120,用以與模組2之兩側接觸。
請參閱第四圖所示,本創作連接器組合用以連接模組2至印刷線路板1。在本實施例中,所述插座10包括具有相同結構之訊號端子110,所述訊號端子110於豎直方向上呈上下兩層、面對面排佈。所述訊號端子110延伸入所述收容空間105中用以與模組2之兩側接觸。所述下層訊號端子110之焊接部111延伸超出絕緣本體100之下表面,用以焊接至印刷線路板1,所述上層訊號端子110之焊接部111延伸超出絕緣本體100之上表面,用以連接柔性扁平線纜3。所述柔性扁平線纜連接器20包括第二端子210,所述第二端子210電性連接所述印刷線路板1和所述柔性扁平線纜3。
第五圖和第六圖係本創作連接器組合之第二實施例。於本實施例中,所述連接器組合包括一插座50和一板對板連接器60。所述插座50與第一實施例中之插座20結構相同。所述板對板連接器60包括一公端連接器601和與之配合之母端連接器602。所述插座50和所述板對板連接器60設置於所述印刷線路板1和一子印刷線路板4之間。所述子印刷線路板4電性連接所述插座50和所述板對板連接器60。
本創作連接器組合之印刷線路板1係為主印刷線路板,所述柔性扁平線纜3或者子印刷線路板4係為連接所述插座20,50與所述連接器 (柔性扁平線纜連接器20或者板對板連接器60)之連接元件,亦可統稱為第二印刷線路板,所述柔性扁平線纜3係為柔性,所述子印刷線路板4係為剛性。本創作之連接器組合藉由連接元件(柔性扁平線纜3或者子印刷線路板4),將一連接器(扁平線纜連接器20或者板對板連接器60)與插座20,50於水準前後方向上電性連接。因而連接器組合之整體高度較低。
綜上所述,本創作符合新型專利要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述者僅為本創作之較佳實施例,本創作之範圍並不以上述實施例為限,舉凡熟習本案技藝之人士援依本創作之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆應涵蓋於以下申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種連接器組合,用於安裝於印刷線路板上,所述連接器組合包括:
    插座,安裝於印刷線路板上,所述插座包括絕緣本體,所述絕緣本體具有相對設置之上表面和下表面,所述絕緣本體於所述上、下表面之間設有上主體部和下主體部,所述上主體部與所述下主體部之間形成一收容空間;
    複數訊號端子,分別對應收容於所述上主體部和所述下主體部中,每一所述訊號端子具有延伸入所述收容空間之彈性部以及延伸出絕緣本體之上表面或者絕緣本體之下表面之焊接部;
    連接器,安裝於所述印刷線路板上;以及
    連接元件,其電性連接所述連接器和所述插座。
  2. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器組合,其中所述連接元件係為柔性扁平線纜,所述連接器為柔性扁平線纜連接器。
  3. 如申請專利範圍第2項所述之連接器組合,其中所述柔性扁平線纜連接於所述上主體部中之訊號端子之焊接部和所述柔性扁平線纜連接器。
  4. 如申請專利範圍第1項所述之連接器組合,其中所述連接元件係為子印刷線路板,所述連接器為板對板連接器。
  5. 如申請專利範圍第4項所述之連接器組合,其中所述子印刷線路板連接於所述上主體部中之訊號端子之焊接部和所述板對板連接器。
  6. 一種連接器組合,包括:
    主印刷線路板;
    插座,安裝於所述主印刷線路板上,所述插座包括絕緣本體和設置於所述絕緣本體中之訊號端子,所述絕緣本體包括於水準方向開口設置之收容空間,用以供一模組於前後方向上插入,所述訊號端子呈上、下兩層排佈,分別位於所述收容空間之上、下兩側,上層訊號端子具有延伸入所述收容空間之彈性部以及位於絕緣本體之上表面之焊接部,下層訊號端子具有延伸入所述收容空間之彈性部以及位於絕緣本體之下表面之焊接部;
    連接器,安裝於所述主印刷線路板上並位元於所述插座之後方,所述連接器具有第二端子;以及
    第二印刷線路板,安裝於所述插座上方,所述第二印刷線路板於前端與所述上層訊號端子之焊接部電性連接,於後端與所述連接器之第二端子電性連接。
  7. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之連接器組合,其中所述連接器係位於所述第二印刷線路板和所述主印刷線路板之間之板對板連接器。
  8. 如申請專利範圍第7項所述之連接器組合,其中所述第二印刷線路板為剛性。
  9. 如申請專利範圍第6項所述之連接器組合,其中所述第二印刷線路板為柔性。
  10. 如申請專利範圍第9項所述之連接器組合,其中所述連接器具有收容所述第二印刷線路板之後端之槽。
