Abstract

本發明揭示一種卡緣連接器,其用於插入設有缺口的對接卡片,所述卡緣連接器包括縱長的絕緣本體、複數導電端子及金屬扣持件,所述絕緣本體設有用於供所述對接卡片一側插入的插槽、位於插槽兩側的兩側壁、以及連接兩側壁相反末端的兩端部,所述複數導電端子安裝於相應側壁,所述金屬扣持件安裝於所述端部,所述金屬扣持件設有用於扣合至缺口處的扣持部及與所述扣持部相鄰設置的用於抵壓對接卡片的壓片,所述壓片具有傾斜導引部及自所述導引部反向彎折而位於導引部下方的末端部;所述導引部與末端部之間具有呈光滑圓弧狀的連接面。

Description

卡緣連接器
本發明有關一種卡緣連接器,尤其涉及一種能防止刮傷對接卡片的卡緣連接器。
習知技術請參考2017年5月24日公告的中國大陸實用新型專利第CN206195001U號,其公開了一種卡緣連接器,所述卡緣連接器包括絕緣本體和安裝於絕緣本體的複數導電端子。所述絕緣本體包括縱長的主體部及位於主體部兩側的卡持臂。所述主體部包括彼此相對的第一側壁及第二側壁。第一側壁與第二側壁之間形成插槽。所述卡緣連接器還包括安裝於所述卡持臂的金屬扣持件。所述金屬扣持件包括主體部及自主體部的頂邊向下延伸的扣持部及壓片。所述壓片的邊緣在與所述對接卡片接觸時容易刮傷對接卡片。
鑒於以上問題,實有必要對習知技術進行改進以克服上述缺陷。
本發明所要解決的技術問題係:提供一種能防止刮傷對接卡片的卡緣連接器。
為解決上述技術問題,本發明採用如下技術方案:
一種卡緣連接器,其用於插入設有缺口的對接卡片,所述卡緣連接器包括縱長的絕緣本體、複數導電端子及金屬扣持件,所述絕緣本體設有用於供所述對接卡片一側插入的插槽、位於插槽兩側的兩側壁、以及連接兩側壁相反末端的兩端部,所述複數導電端子安裝於相應側壁,所述金屬扣持件安裝於所述端部,所述金屬扣持件設有用於扣合至缺口處的扣持部及與所述扣持部相鄰設置的用於抵壓對接卡片的壓片,所述壓片具有傾斜導引部及自所述導引部反向彎折而位於導引部下方的末端部;所述導引部與末端部之間具有呈光滑圓弧狀的連接面。
相對於先前技術,本發明具有如下功效:光滑圓弧狀的連接面防止壓片在與對接卡片配合時刮傷對接卡片。

參閱第一圖至第六圖,本發明公開了第一實施例的卡緣連接器100,其用於插入對接卡片600。對接卡片600包括插接部60和兩邊緣部61,插接部60的上下兩表面分別設有複數金手指601和沿上下方向貫穿的防呆槽602,兩邊緣部61均設有靠近金手指601的通孔611和遠離金手指601的缺口612。缺口612向外貫穿邊緣部61,通孔611位於邊緣部61的內部。
卡緣連接器100包括縱長的絕緣本體10、複數沿縱長方向排布的導電端子20及兩沿前後方向設置的金屬扣持件30。兩金屬扣持件30圍設形成一內收容空間(未標號),以收容和卡扣插入至卡緣連接器100的對接卡片600。絕緣本體10設有用於供對接卡片600沿前後方向插入的插槽11、位於插槽11兩側的兩側壁12以及連接於兩側壁12之間的防呆部14。對接卡片600以正確方向插入至卡緣連接器100時,插接部60插入至插槽11內,金手指601與導電端子20接觸,防呆部14收容至防呆槽602內。
兩側壁12包括第一側壁121和位於第一側壁121下方的第二側壁122,複數導電端子20包括安裝於第一側壁121上的一排第一導電端子21和安裝於第二側壁122上的一排第二導電端子22。第一側壁121設有一排第一端子收容槽123,第二側壁122設有一排第二端子收容槽124,第一導電端子21沿從前向後的方向插入安裝至第一端子收容槽123,第二導電端子22沿從後向前的方向插入安裝至第二端子收容槽124。第一導電端子21具有固定於第一端子收容槽123的第一固定部211、自第一固定部211向後延伸且向上凸出至插槽11內的第一彈性部212、以及自第一固定部211向前延伸並超出第一側壁121的第一焊接部213。第二導電端子22具有固定於第二端子收容槽124的第二固定部221、自第二固定部221向前延伸且向下凸出至插槽11內的第二彈性部222、以及自第二固定部221向後延伸並超出第二側壁122的第二焊接部223。第一焊接部213和第二焊接部223均沿前後方向水平延伸且位於同一水平面上,用以表面焊接(SMT)至外部電路板。
絕緣本體10設有連接在兩側壁12相反兩末端的兩端部13。所述插槽11向前開口,所述兩端部13向前延伸超出兩側壁12,兩金屬扣持件30分別安裝至相應端部13。每一端部13設有向前開口的固持槽131。所述固持槽131的後端設有自所述固持槽131的下內壁135向上延伸的擋止部132。金屬扣持件30為一件式結構。金屬扣持件30包括沿前後方向延伸的豎直壁31及自豎直壁31向後延伸的扣持臂32與抵靠臂33。所述扣持臂32與抵靠臂33位於同一平面。所述扣持臂32與抵靠臂33彼此上下排列且插入所述固持槽131,且扣持臂32扣持在固持槽131的上內壁134,抵靠臂33則僅抵靠於固持槽131的下內壁135而無扣持作用。所述扣持臂32在上下方向的寬度呈逐漸變小狀。扣持臂32的末端設有向上凸出的扣鉤320。所述固持槽131內設有自其上內壁134向下延伸的卡持部133。扣鉤320扣持於卡持部133用以將金屬扣持件30固定至端壁13上。扣鉤320在與卡持部133配合時容易產生塵屑,擋止部132防止塵屑從固持槽131脫離。所述金屬扣持件30設有用於扣合至缺口612處的扣持部34及與所述扣持部34相鄰設置的用於抵壓對接卡片600的壓片35。所述扣持部34包括自豎直壁31的頂緣向收容空間水平延伸的水平部341及自水平部341的延伸末端豎直向下延伸的豎直部342。所述扣持部34呈倒U形。所述壓片35自所述豎直壁31的頂緣向內並向下傾斜延伸。所述壓片35具有傾斜導引部351及自所述導 引部351反向彎折而位於導引部351下方的末端部352。所述末端部352與所述導引部351由金屬板件直接一體形成。所述末端部352與所述導引部351為緊密貼附在一起。所述導引部351與所述末端部352之間具有呈光滑圓弧狀的連接面353。當金屬扣持件30與對接卡片600配合時,所述圓弧狀的連接面353可防止壓片35刮傷對接卡片600。每一金屬扣持件30包括自豎直壁31的底緣向收容空間水平延伸的支撐部36,所述支撐部36用於支撐所述對接卡片600,防止對接卡片600向下擠壓並破壞外部電路板(未圖示)上的電子元件。金屬扣持件30還設有焊接至外部電路板的焊接片37。
第七圖至第十一圖揭示了本發明第二實施例的卡緣連接器100’,其包括縱長的絕緣本體10’、複數沿縱長方向排布的導電端子20’及兩沿前後方向設置的金屬扣持件30’。結構與第一實施例大致相同,下面主要介紹不同點。
所述導引部351’包括鄰近絕緣本體10’的前半部354’及相對的後半部355’。所述末端部352’自所述後半部355’延伸。所述後半部355’與所述末端部352’之間具有呈光滑圓弧狀的連接面353’。所述末端部352’與所述後半部355’之間間隔一空隙。所述前半部354’與後半部355’之間具有凹口356’,所述前半部354’的前邊緣呈自前向後縮減狀。所述後半部355’在反折的過程中容易在其邊緣產生毛刺。對接卡片600’先斜插入所述插槽11’,在向下按壓對接卡片600’的過程中,所述前半部354’導引對接卡片600’插入,對接卡片600’並未與後半部355’邊緣部分的毛刺接觸,從而避免刮傷對接卡片600’。
綜上所述,本發明確已符合發明專利之要件,爰依法提出專利申請。惟,以上所述僅為本發明之較佳實施方式,自不能以此限定本發明之權利範圍。舉凡所屬技術領域中具有通常知識者爰依本發明之精神所作之等效修飾或變化,皆仍涵蓋於後附之申請專利範圍內。

Claims (10)

  1. 一種卡緣連接器,其用於插入設有缺口的對接卡片,所述卡緣連接器包括縱長的絕緣本體、複數導電端子及金屬扣持件,所述絕緣本體設有用於供所述對接卡片一側插入的插槽、位於插槽兩側的兩側壁、以及連接兩側壁相反末端的兩端部,所述複數導電端子安裝於相應側壁,所述金屬扣持件安裝於所述端部,所述金屬扣持件設有用於扣合至缺口處的扣持部及與所述扣持部相鄰設置的用於抵壓對接卡片的壓片,其中所述壓片具有傾斜導引部及自所述導引部反向彎折而位於導引部下方的末端部;所述導引部與末端部之間具有呈光滑圓弧狀的連接面,所述末端部以不小於導引部傾斜的角度方向傾斜向上延伸,使至少部分所述末端部與所述導引部接觸,所述連接面用於與所述對接卡片抵接,而所述末端部則未與所述對接卡片抵接。
  2. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述末端部與所述導引部之間間隔一空隙。
  3. 如請求項2所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述導引部包括鄰近絕緣本體的前半部及相對的後半部,所述末端部自所述後半部延伸。
  4. 如請求項3所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述前後半部之間具有凹口,所述前半部的前邊緣呈自前向後縮減狀。
  5. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述末端部與所述導引部為緊密貼覆在一起。
  6. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述末端部與所述導引部由金屬板件直接一體形成。
  7. 如請求項1所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述金屬扣持件包括沿前後方向延伸的豎直壁,所述扣持部自豎直壁的頂緣向所述收容空間水平延伸後再豎直向下延伸形成,所述壓片自所述豎直壁的頂緣向內並向下傾斜延伸形成。
  8. 如請求項7所述之卡緣連接器,其中每一金屬扣持件包括自所述豎直壁的底緣向所述收容空間水平延伸的支撐部,所述支撐部用於支撐所述對接卡片。
  9. 如請求項7所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述端部設有固持槽,所述金屬扣持件包括自所述豎直壁延伸的扣持臂與抵靠臂,扣持臂扣持在所述固持槽的上內壁,抵靠臂抵靠於所述固持槽的下內壁。
  10. 如請求項9所述之卡緣連接器,其中所述固持槽的後端設有自其下內壁向上延伸的擋止部。
