Abstract
本发明揭示了一种卡缘连接器,其用于插入设有缺口的对接卡片,所述卡缘连接器包括纵长的绝缘本体、若干导电端子及金属扣持件,所述绝缘本体设有用于供所述对接卡片一侧插入的插槽、位于插槽两侧的两个侧壁、以及连接两侧壁相反末端的两个端部,所述若干导电端子安装于相应侧壁,所述金属扣持件安装在所述端部,所述金属扣持件设有用于扣合至缺口处的扣持部及与所述扣持部相邻设置的用于抵压对接卡片的压片,所述压片具有倾斜导引部及自所述导引部反向弯折而位于导引部下方的末端部;所述导引部与末端部之间具有呈光滑圆弧状的连接面。光滑圆弧状的连接面防止压片刮伤对接卡片。
Description
【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种卡缘连接器,尤其涉及一种能防止刮伤对接卡片的卡缘连接器。
【背景技术】
现有技术请参考2017年5月24日公告的中国实用新型专利第CN206195001U号,其公开了一种卡缘连接器,所述卡缘连接器包括绝缘本体和安装于绝缘本体的若干导电端子。所述绝缘本体包括纵长的主体部及位于主体部两侧的卡持臂。所述主体部包括彼此相对的第一侧壁及第二侧壁。第一侧壁与第二侧壁之间形成插槽。所述卡缘连接器还包括安装于所述卡持臂的金属扣持件。所述金属扣持件包括主体部及自主体部的顶边向下延伸的扣持部及压片。所述压片的边缘在与所述对接卡片接触时容易刮伤对接卡片。
【发明内容】
本发明所要解决的技术问题在于:提供一种能防止刮伤对接卡片的卡缘连接器。
为解决上述问题,本发明可采用如下技术方案:
一种卡缘连接器,其用于插入设有缺口的对接卡片,所述卡缘连接器包括纵长的绝缘本体、若干导电端子及金属扣持件,所述绝缘本体设有用于供所述对接卡片一侧插入的插槽、位于插槽两侧的两个侧壁、以及连接两侧壁相反末端的两个端部,所述若干导电端子安装于相应侧壁,所述金属扣持件安装在所述端部,所述金属扣持件设有用于扣合至缺口处的扣持部及与所述扣持部相邻设置的用于抵压对接卡片的压片,所述压片具有倾斜导引部及自所述导引部反向弯折而位于导引部下方的末端部;所述导引部与末端部之间具有呈光滑圆弧状的连接面。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:光滑圆弧状的连接面防止压片在与对接卡片配合时刮伤对接卡片。

如下具体实施方式将结合上述附图进一步说明本发明。
【具体实施方式】
图1至图6揭示了本发明第一实施例的卡缘连接器100,其用于插入对接卡片600。对接卡片600包括插接部60和两边缘部61,插接部60的上下两表面分别设有若干金手指601和沿上下方向贯穿的防呆槽602,两边缘部61均设有靠近金手指601的通孔611和远离金手指601的缺口612。缺口612向外贯穿边缘部61,通孔611位于边缘部61的内部。
卡缘连接器100包括纵长的绝缘本体10、若干沿纵长方向排布的导电端子20及两个沿前后方向设置的金属扣持件30。两个金属扣持件30围设形成一内收容空间(未标号),以收容和卡扣插入至卡缘连接器100的对接卡片600。绝缘本体10设有用于供对接卡片600沿前后方向插入的插槽11、位于插槽11两侧的两侧壁12以及连接于两侧壁12之间的防呆部14。对接卡片600以正确方向插入至卡缘连接器100时,插接部60插入至插槽11内,金手指601与导电端子20接触,防呆部14收容至防呆槽602内。
两侧壁12包括第一侧壁121和位于第一侧壁121下方的第二侧壁122,若干导电端子20包括安装于第一侧壁121上的一排第一导电端子21和安装在第二侧壁122上的一排第二导电端子22。第一侧壁121设有一排第一端子收容槽123,第二侧壁122设有一排第二端子收容槽124,第一导电端子21沿从前向后的方向插入安装至第一端子收容槽123,第二导电端子22沿从后向前的方向插入安装至第二端子收容槽124。第一导电端子21具有固定于第一端子收容槽123的第一固定部211、自第一固定部211向后延伸且向上凸出至插槽11内的第一弹性部212、以及自第一固定部211向前延伸并超出第一侧壁121的第一焊接部213。第二导电端子22具有固定于第二端子收容槽124的第二固定部221、自第二固定部221向前延伸且向下凸出至插槽11内的第二弹性部222、以及自第二固定部221向后延伸并超出第二侧壁122的第二焊接部223。第一焊接部213和第二焊接部223均沿前后方向水平延伸且位于同一水平面上,用以表面焊接(SMT)至外部电路板。
绝缘本体10设有连接在两侧壁12相反两末端的两端部13。所述插槽11向前开口,所述两端部13向前延伸超出两侧壁12,两个金属扣持件30分别安装至相应端部13。每一端部13设有向前开口的固持槽131。所述固持槽131的后端设有自所述固持槽131的下内壁135向上延伸的挡止部132。金属扣持件30为一件式结构。金属扣持件30包括沿前后方向延伸的竖直壁31及自竖直壁31向后延伸的扣持臂32与抵靠臂33。所述扣持臂32与抵靠臂33位于同一平面。所述扣持臂32与抵靠臂33彼此上下排列且插入所述固持槽131,且扣持臂32扣持在固持槽131的上内壁134,抵靠臂33则仅抵靠于固持槽131的下内壁135而无扣持作用。所述扣持臂32在上下方向的宽度呈逐渐变小状。扣持臂32的末端设有向上凸出的扣钩320。所述固持槽131内设有自其上内壁134向下延伸的卡持部133。扣钩320扣持于卡持部133用以将金属扣持件30固定至端壁13上。扣钩320在与卡持部133配合时容易产生尘屑,挡止部132防止尘屑从固持槽131脱离。所述金属扣持件30设有用于扣合至缺口612处的扣持部34及与所述扣持部34相邻设置的用于抵压对接卡片600的压片35。所述扣持部34包括自竖直壁31的顶缘向收容空间水平延伸的水平部341及自水平部341的延伸末端竖直向下延伸的竖直部342。所述扣持部34呈倒U形。所述压片35自所述竖直壁31的顶缘向内并向下倾斜延伸。所述压片35具有倾斜导引部351及自所述导引部351反向弯折而位于导引部351下方的末端部352。所述末端部352与所述导引部351由金属板件直接一体形成。所述末端部352与所述导引部351为紧密贴附在一起。所述导引部351与所述末端部352之间具有呈光滑圆弧状的连接面353。当金属扣持件30与对接卡片600配合时,所述圆弧状的连接面353可防止压片35刮伤对接卡片600。每一金属扣持件30包括自竖直壁31的底缘向收容空间水平延伸的支撑部36,所述支撑部36用于支撑所述对接卡片600,防止对接卡片600向下挤压并破坏外部电路板(未图示)上的电子元件。金属扣持件30还设有焊接至外部电路板的焊接片37。
图7至图11揭示了本发明第二实施例的卡缘连接器100’,其包括纵长的绝缘本体10’、若干沿纵长方向排布的导电端子20’及两个沿前后方向设置的金属扣持件30’。结构与第一实施例大致相同,下面主要介绍不同点。
所述导引部351’包括邻近绝缘本体10’的前半部354’及相对的后半部355’。所述末端部352’自所述后半部355’延伸。所述后半部355’与所述末端部352’之间具有呈光滑圆弧状的连接面353’。所述末端部352’与所述后半部355’之间间隔一空隙。所述前半部354’与后半部355’之间具有凹口356’,所述前半部354’的前边缘呈自前向后缩减状。所述后半部355’在反折的过程中容易在其边缘产生毛刺。对接卡片600’先斜插入所述插槽11’,在向下按压对接卡片600’的过程中,所述前半部354’导引对接卡片600’插入,对接卡片600’并未与后半部355’边缘部分的毛刺接触,从而避免刮伤对接卡片600’。

Claims (10)
1.一种卡缘连接器,其用于插入设有缺口的对接卡片,所述卡缘连接器包括纵长的绝缘本体、若干导电端子及金属扣持件,所述绝缘本体设有用于供所述对接卡片一侧插入的插槽、位于插槽两侧的两个侧壁、以及连接两侧壁相反末端的两个端部,所述若干导电端子安装于相应侧壁,所述金属扣持件安装在所述端部,所述金属扣持件设有用于扣合至缺口处的扣持部及与所述扣持部相邻设置的用于抵压对接卡片的压片,其特征在于:所述压片具有倾斜导引部及自所述导引部反向弯折而位于导引部下方的末端部;所述导引部与末端部之间具有呈光滑圆弧状的连接面。
2.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述末端部与所述导引部之间间隔一空隙。
3.如权利要求2所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述导引部包括邻近绝缘本体的前半部及相对的后半部,所述末端部自所述后半部延伸。
4.如权利要求3所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述前后半部之间具有凹口,所述前半部的前边缘呈自前向后缩减状。
5.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述末端部与所述导引部为紧密贴覆在一起。
6.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述末端部与所述导引部由金属板件直接一体形成。
7.如权利要求1所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述金属扣持件包括沿前后方向延伸的竖直壁,所述扣持部自竖直壁的顶缘向所述收容空间水平延伸后再竖直向下延伸形成,所述压片自所述竖直壁的顶缘向内并向下倾斜延伸形成。
8.如权利要求7所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:每一金属扣持件包括自所述竖直壁的底缘向所述收容空间水平延伸的支撑部,所述支撑部用于支撑所述对接卡片。
9.如权利要求7所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述端部设有固持槽,所述金属扣持件包括自所述竖直壁延伸的扣持臂与抵靠臂,扣持臂扣持在所述固持槽的上内壁,抵靠臂抵靠于所述固持槽的下内壁。
10.如权利要求9所述的卡缘连接器,其特征在于:所述固持槽的后端设有自其下内壁向上延伸的挡止部。
