Claims (16)
- 一种折叠车架,包括前车架及后车架,所述前车架与所述后车架枢接,其特征在于:所述折叠车架还包括折叠座椅支架,所述折叠座椅支架包括联动杆及架体,所述联动杆的前端与所述前车架连接,所述联动杆的后端与所述架体枢接,所述联动杆随所述前车架的收折而摆动,进而驱动所述架体收折。
- 如权利要求1所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述架体包括第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆、第三支撑杆及椅座,所述第一支撑杆与所述第二支撑杆呈交叉枢接,所述第三支撑杆的下端枢接于所述第二支撑杆上,所述椅座的两端分别枢接于所述第一支撑杆及第三支撑杆的上端,所述第二支撑杆的下端枢接于所述后车架,所述联动杆的后端与所述第一支撑杆的下端通过枢接轴枢接。
- 如权利要求1所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述架体包括第一支撑杆、第二支撑杆及椅座,所述所述第一支撑杆与所述第二支撑杆呈交叉枢接,所述椅座为伸缩结构,且所述椅座的两端分别枢接于所述第一支撑杆及第二支撑杆的上端,所述第二支撑杆的下端枢接于所述后车架,所述联动杆的后端与所述第一支撑杆的下端通过枢接轴枢接。
- 如权利要求1所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述前车架包括前横梁、前杆及车头横杆,所述前横梁的后端与所述后车架的前端枢接,所述前杆的前端与所述车头横杆枢接,所述前横梁具有安装架体,所述联动杆的前端枢接于所述安装架体,且所述前杆的后端与所述联动杆枢接。
- 如权利要求2或3所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述折叠座椅支架还包括限位杆,所述限位杆的一端与所述枢接轴固定连接,所述枢接轴承载于所述后车架上表面,所述限位杆呈弯曲结构且另一端枢接于所述后车架。
- 如权利要求2或3所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述架体包括背靠杆及背靠拉件,所述背靠杆的下端枢接于所述第二支撑杆,所述背靠拉件的一端连接于所述背靠杆,所述背靠拉件的另一端连接于所述椅座。
- 如权利要求1所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述折叠车架还包括折叠驱动机构,所述折叠驱动机构包括驱动杆及拉杆,所述驱动杆通过中轴枢接于所述后车架,所述拉杆的一端枢接于所述前车架,所述拉杆的另一端与所述驱动杆连接,驱动所述驱动杆,使所述驱动杆摆动而带动所述拉杆,进而驱动所述前车架相对所述后车架转动收折。
- 如权利要求7所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述折叠驱动机构还包括第一挂钩;所述拉杆的另一端设有第一长形孔,所述驱动杆下端的第一轴销滑动地插接于所述第一长形孔;所述第一挂钩枢接于所述前车架,另一端扣于所述后车架;所述驱动杆中部具有第二轴销,所述第二轴销抵顶于所述第一挂钩;收折前,所述驱动杆摆动,以使所述第二轴销推动所述第一挂钩先脱离所述后车架,然后使所述前车架所述后车架能相对收折。
- 如权利要求8所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述折叠驱动机构还包括第一拉簧,所述第一拉簧设置于所述前车架与所述第一挂钩之间。
- 如权利要求7所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述折叠驱动机构还包括第二挂钩,所述第二挂钩枢接于所述前车架,收折后,所述第二挂钩扣于所述后车架。
- 如权利要求10所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述折叠驱动机构还包括驱动所述第二挂钩扣合或解扣于所述后车架的连动组件。
- 如权利要求11所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述连动组件包括触动杆及连 杆,所述触动杆枢接于所述前车架,所述连杆的两端分别枢接于所述触动杆及所述第二挂钩的中部,所述驱动杆的下端设有触动部,所述折叠车架展开前,所述触动部驱动所述触动杆,以使所述触动杆通过所述连杆推动所述第二挂钩脱离所述后车架。
- 如权利要求12所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述连动组件还包括第二拉簧,所述第二拉簧设置于所述前车架及所述连杆之间,以使所述第二挂钩自动扣于所述后车架。
- 如权利要求7所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述折叠驱动机构还包括自动驱动组件,所述自动驱动组件包括电动推杆及推轴,所述电动推杆的后端枢接于所述后车架,所述推轴固定于所述电动推杆的伸缩端,所述推轴的端部驱动所述驱动杆摆动。
- 如权利要求14所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述折叠驱动机构还包括手动驱动组件,所述手动驱动组件包括操作杆及锁定件,所述操作杆的中部设有第二长形孔,所述第二长形孔套于所述中轴,所述操作杆的下端具有锁定销,所述驱动杆设有第三长形孔,所述锁定销插接于所述第三长形孔;所述锁定件通过所述中轴枢接于所述后车架并与所述推轴连接,所述锁定件的下端设有扣合凹,所述扣合凹与所述锁定销扣合。
- 如权利要求15所述的折叠车架,其特征在于:所述锁定销与所述中轴之间设有第三拉簧,以使所述锁定销保持扣合于所述扣合凹。
