如图1、图2所示,本申请的折叠车100包括前车架101及后车架102,所述前车架101的后端与所述后车架102的前端枢接,所述前车架101与所述后车架102打平实现展开状态,所述前车架101与所述后车架102靠拢实现收折状态。所述前车架101及所述后车架102之间设有自动收折或展开所述前车架101及所述后车架102的电动推杆103,所述电动推杆103的缸体设置所述后车架102,所述电动推杆103的活塞杆通过一手动或自动切换机构105连接于所述前车架101;设置所述电动推杆103可以无需人手操作,自动进行折叠或展开,使用简单方便。所述前车架101及所述后车架102之间还设有折叠锁定机构104,其是对前车架101及后车架102在收折后进行锁定的。
再请参阅图3及图4,所述折叠锁定机构104包括锁定件1、卡合件2、释锁件3、第一弹性件4、牵引件5、第二弹性件6及松脱开关7,所述锁定件1固定于所述前车架101,所述锁定件1设有锁定部11,所述锁定部11为一通孔,所述卡合件2枢接于所述后车架102,所述卡合件2呈弯折形状,弯折处为枢接点,所述卡合件2的前段设有扣合部21,所述扣合部21为一凸起块,所述第一弹性件4设置于所述后车架102与所述卡合件2的后端之间,并提供一弹性力以使所述扣合部21扣合于所述锁定部11;所述锁定件1的中部两侧向上延伸出枢接部,所述释锁件3的中部枢接于所述枢接部,所述释锁件3的一端抵顶所述卡合件2的端部,以使所述扣合部21脱离所述锁定部11。所述牵引件5的一端连接于所述释锁件3的另一端,以驱动所述释锁件3。设置于所述牵引件5可以实现长距离操作所述释锁件3,增强操作的便利性。所述第二弹性件6设置于所述锁定件1及所述释锁件3之间,所述第二弹性件6提供一使所述释锁件3脱离与所述卡合件2抵触的弹性力。通过设置所述第二弹性件6,可以使所述释锁件3自动复位,从而保证所述卡合件2能再次与所述锁定件1扣合。所述松脱开关7与所述牵引件5的另一端连接,且所述松脱开关7设置于折叠车100的方向杆上,所述松脱开关7可以驱动所述牵引件5,从而使操作更加便利。
再如图4及图5所示,所述电动推杆103与所述后车架102之间设有对所 述电动推杆103限位的定位机构8。所述定位机构8包括枢接件81、第一扣件82、第二扣件83及第三弹性件84,所述枢接件81的一端枢接于所述后车架102,所述枢接件81的另一端与所述电动推杆103的缸体端部枢接,所述第一扣件82的中部枢接于所述后车架102,且所述第一扣件82开设有限位开口82a,所述枢接件81延伸出轴销81a,所述限位开口82a与所述轴销81a扣合,所述第二扣件83的一端枢接于所述后车架102,所述第二扣件83的另一端延伸到所述释锁件3的上方,并在所述释锁件3顶开所述卡合件2后与所述释锁件3抵顶;所述第三弹性件84连接于所述第一扣件82及第二扣件83之间,以使所述第一扣件82及第二扣件83相互扣合,从而限制所述电动推杆103的缸体移动。通过设置所述枢接件81,使所述枢接件81延伸出轴销81a,并使其与所述电动推杆103枢接,又在第一扣件82上开设限位开口82a,使限位开口82a与所述轴销81a扣合,从而通过枢接于后车架102上的第一扣件82及第二扣件83相互扣合或松开而使所述枢接件81锁定或释锁,达到对所述电动推杆103进行限位或者释放的目的,使所述电动推杆103在限位时只能沿枢接中心转动而不能摆动,在释放后则可进行摆动,从而无论所述电动推杆103的伸缩杆处于伸长或缩短的任一状态下,均可对所述前车架101及后车架102进行收折,提高收折的灵活性及可靠性,使操作更方便。具体地,所述第一扣件82设有第一齿部82b,所述第二扣件83设有第二齿部83a,所述第一扣件82及第二扣件83相互扣合时,所述第一齿部82b与所述第二齿部83a相互抵顶。通过设置所述第一齿部82b及第二齿部83a,从而可以使所述第一扣件82及第二扣件83实现自锁,达到对所述枢接件81限位的目的。
再如图4及图5所示,所述折叠锁定机构104还包括遥控发射器(图中未示)、遥控接收器及控制器,所述遥控接收器与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器与所述电动推杆103电连接,所述遥控发射器通过遥控接收器及控制器控制所述电动推杆103的启停;设置所述遥控发射器及遥控接收器可以使所述折叠车100遥控自动收折,使用方便。另外,所述枢接件81设有顶推杆81b,所述顶推杆81b与所述卡合件2的下边缘抵顶。
综合上述并结合图6及图7,下面对本申请的折叠车100的展开及折叠原理 进行详细描述,如下:
当所述折叠车100处于折叠且所述电动推杆103处于收缩状态时,手动或自动切换机构对活塞杆不限位,此状态可手动打开车架,之后手动折叠车100架;折叠车100打开时,手动操作所述松脱开关7,使所述松脱开关7带动所述牵引件5拉紧所述释锁件3的一端,所述释锁件3沿枢接中心转动,所述释锁件3的另一端向上抬起,抬起时顶推所述卡合件2的端部,这时,所述卡合件2向上转动,所述扣合部21即离开所述锁定部11,所述卡合件2与所述锁定件1解锁,所述前车架101及所述后车架102即处于释锁状态,此时即可将所述前车架101及后车架102展开。收折时,直接将所述前车架101及所述后车架102靠拢,当所述锁定件1与所述卡合件2靠近时,通过所述锁定件1端部的导向斜面及所述第一弹性件4的弹性力作用使所述扣合部21扣合于所述锁定部11内,从而再次将所述前车架101及后车架102锁定于收折状态。
当所述折叠车100处于折叠且所述电动推杆103处于伸长状态时,手动或自动切换机构对活塞杆限位,此状态可手动打开车架,之后手动折叠车100架;折叠车100打开时,手动操作所述松脱开关7,使所述松脱开关7带动所述牵引件5拉紧所述释锁件3的一端,所述释锁件3沿枢接中心转动,所述释锁件3的另一端向上抬起,抬起时顶推所述卡合件2的端部,这时,所述卡合件2向上转动,所述扣合部21即离开所述锁定部11,所述卡合件2与所述锁定件1解锁;当将所述松脱开关7按压到底时,所述锁定件1的另一端继续向上抬起并顶推所述第二扣件83,所述第二扣件83向上转动,这时,所述第二齿部83a脱离所述第一齿部82b,从而使所述第二扣件83与所述第一扣件82解锁,并且,在所述第二弹性件6的拉力作用下,所述第一扣件82向上转动而使所述限位开口82a与所述轴销81a脱离,从而使所述第一扣件82与所述枢接件81解锁;此时,所述电动推杆103的缸体即处于放松状态,这时,即可将所述前车架101及后车架102展开。收折时,直接将所述前车架101及所述后车架102靠拢,当所述锁定件1与所述卡合件2靠近时,通过所述锁定件1端部的导向斜面及所述第一弹性件4的弹性力作用使所述扣合部21扣合于所述锁定部11内,从而再次将所述前车架101及后车架102锁定于收折状态。另外,当所述折叠车 100处于折叠且所述电动推杆103处于伸长状态时,手动或自动切换机构对活塞杆限位,此状态也可以先手动解锁所述前车架101及后车架102,而所述定位机构8不对所述电动推杆103解锁,这时便可启动所述电动推杆103,使所述电动推杆103收缩,从而通过所述电动推杆103自动打开所述折叠车100。
当所述折叠车100处于折叠且所述电动推杆103处于伸长状态时,手动或自动切换机构对活塞杆限位,此状态可自动打开车架,之后自动折叠车100架;所述折叠车100打开时,通过遥控发射器对所述遥控接收器发送打开指令,所述遥控接收器即通过所述控制器控制所述电动推杆103启动,使所述电动推杆103收缩,这时,所述电动推杆103的缸体带动所述枢接件81向上转动,从而带动所述顶推杆81b向上移动,所述顶推杆81b顶推所述卡合件2,所述卡合件2的扣合部21脱离所述锁定部11,以使所述前车架101及所述后车架102解锁,解锁后,所述电动推杆103继续收缩,从而驱动所述前车架101及所述后车架102打平实现展开整个折叠车100。当收折时,通过遥控发射器对所述遥控接收器发送收折指令,所述遥控接收器即通过所述控制器控制所述电动推杆103启动,使所述电动推杆103伸出,从而带动所述前车架101及后车架102靠拢,从而达到对所述折叠车100收折的目的。
由于本申请通过在所述前车架101设置锁定件1、在所述后车架102设置卡合件2,并在所述第一弹性件4设置于所述后车架102与所述卡合件2之间,通过所述第一弹性件4弹性力使所述锁定件1上的锁定部11与所述卡合件2上的扣合部21相互扣合,从而使所述前车架101及所述后车架102在相互靠拢时处于锁定状态,防止折叠车100收折后意外展开;并且通过设置所述释锁件3,通过操作所述释锁件3与所述卡合件2抵顶,进而使扣合部21脱离所述锁定部11,实现对所述前车架101及所述后车架102解锁,使两者能相互展开;因此本实新型结构简单,操作方便,安全性高。并且,又通过设置所述定位机构8,利用所述定位机构8对所述电动推杆103的限位或释放,从而使得所述电动推杆103无论处于何种状态均可通过手动或自动任一者的收折方式收折车架;另外,又通过设置所述遥控发射器及所述遥控接收器对所述电动推杆103进行自动控制,从而可以使使用者遥控折叠车实现自动收折;通过上述多种收折方式的结合从 而有效增强了折叠车收折的功能性,适合全部人群使用。
以上所揭露的仅为本申请的较佳实例而已,当然不能以此来限定本申请之权利范围,因此依本申请申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属于本申请所涵盖的范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种折叠锁定机构,适用于对相互折叠的前车架及后车架进行锁定,其特征在于:包括锁定件、卡合件、释锁件及第一弹性件,所述锁定件固定于所述前车架,所述锁定件设有锁定部,所述卡合件枢接于所述后车架,所述卡合件设有扣合部,所述第一弹性件设置于所述后车架与所述卡合件之间,并提供一弹性力以使所述扣合部扣合于所述锁定部;所述释锁件的一端抵顶所述卡合件的端部,以使所述扣合部脱离所述锁定部。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的折叠锁定机构,其特征在于:所述折叠锁定机构还包括牵引件,所述牵引件的一端连接于所述释锁件的另一端,以驱动所述释锁件。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的折叠锁定机构,其特征在于:所述折叠锁定机构还包括第二弹性件,所述第二弹性件提供一使所述释锁件脱离与所述卡合件抵触的弹性力。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的折叠锁定机构,其特征在于:所述折叠锁定机构还包括松脱开关,所述松脱开关与所述牵引件的另一端连接,且设置于折叠车的方向杆上。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的折叠锁定机构,其特征在于:所述锁定件的中部两侧向上延伸出枢接部,所述释锁件的中部枢接于所述枢接部。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的折叠锁定机构,其特征在于:所述前车架及所述后车架之间设有自动收折或展开所述前车架及所述后车架的电动推杆。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的折叠锁定机构,其特征在于:所述电动推杆与所述后车架之间设有对所述电动推杆限位的定位机构。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的折叠锁定机构,其特征在于:所述定位机构包括枢接件、第一扣件、第二扣件及第三弹性件,所述枢接件的一端枢接于所述后车架,所述枢接件的另一端与所述电动推杆的缸体端部枢接,所述第一扣件的中部枢接于所述后车架,且所述第一扣件开设有限位开口,所述枢接件延伸出轴销,所述限位开口与所述轴销扣合,所述第二扣件的一端枢接于所述后车架,所述第二扣件的另一端延伸到所述释锁件;所述第三弹性件连接于所述第一扣件及第二扣件之间,以使所述第一扣件及第二扣件相互扣合,从而限制所述电动推杆的缸体移动。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的折叠锁定机构,其特征在于:所述第一扣件设有第一齿部,所述第二扣件设有第二齿部,所述第一扣件及第二扣件相互扣合时,所述第一齿部与所述第二齿部相互抵顶。
  10. 如权利要求8所述的折叠锁定机构,其特征在于:所述折叠锁定机构还包括遥控发射器、遥控接收器及控制器,所述遥控接收器与所述控制器电连接,所述控制器与所述电动推杆电连接,所述遥控发射器通过遥控接收器及控制器控制所述电动推杆的启、停;所述枢接件设有顶推杆,所述顶推杆与所述卡合件的下边缘抵顶。
