如图所示,本实用新型一种带有自动锁定功能的折叠电动健身车,包括前把架1、折叠底盘2和折叠轮架3,所述前把架1的内部空间设置电池电源,用于整车的动力驱动,折叠底盘2设置折叠轴,折叠轮架3相应的设置与之适配的轴套,轴与轴套之间设置棘轮4,折叠轮架3与折叠底盘2通过棘轮4轴连接,所述棘轮4的顶珠5通过连杆7连接用以锁定底盘和前把架的弹性锁销6,前把架1固定连接轴座19,底盘与轴座19转动连接,所述锁销设置于底盘底部,与之对应的销孔18分别设置于轴座19底端和顶端,所述连杆7有一支臂8设置防止锁销回弹的卡锁9,所述卡锁9替换为限位挡装置,所述限位挡装置包括设置于轴套的两个卡槽25,还包括连杆一支臂设置的与卡槽25适配的弧形钩24,所述支臂与弧形钩24相背的一侧设置侧翅22,所述支臂设置侧翅一端穿入一约束环23,该约束环23设置于底盘后端的下卷沿,所述棘轮4包括带有上下齿牙的扳动柄10,所述扳动柄10设有尖角11与顶珠12相抵,所述连杆7通过一圆柱形通道13与顶珠5相顶,所述连杆7通过活动轴14设置于折叠底盘2,所述连杆7有一支臂8设置卡扣15,折叠轮架3设置相应的卡孔16,所述卡扣15与卡孔16相适配,所述锁销包括弹簧17,所述锁销设置于底盘底部,与之对应的销孔18设置于轴座19,所述轴座19顶端还设有一销孔18。
整车展开状态,锁销插入销孔18,折叠底盘2和前把架1锁定在一起;扳动柄10的上齿牙20插入棘轮4的棘齿12内,顶珠5从后面顶住尖角11,折叠轮架3与折叠 底盘2也锁定在一起。
需要折叠时,操纵扳动柄10,上齿牙20脱出棘齿12,同时下齿牙21插入棘齿12,此时折叠轮架3被解锁,可以进行折叠轮架2向着折叠底盘2的底面单方向的折叠。在操纵扳动柄10时,尖角11从顶珠5以上运动到顶珠5以下,在这个过程中,顶珠5被迫发生一段位移,相应的连杆7也发生向后的位移,拉动弹性锁销6从销孔18内脱出,连杆7向后运动导致连杆支臂8上的卡扣15运动到折叠轮架的卡孔16时二者锁定在一起,锁销无法自动回弹,此时折叠底盘2和前把架1解锁,可以将折叠底盘2向着车把架1折叠。在折叠过程中,折叠轮架3随着转动离开了原来的位置,相应的卡孔16离开了卡扣15的位置,则弹性锁销6就一直保持着回弹的弹性势能。
在折叠到位时,弹性锁销6运动到轴座19顶端的销孔18,自动弹入销孔18内,在折叠状态下折叠底盘2和前把架1锁定在一起;折叠轮架3向着折叠底盘2底面折叠到位时,因为棘轮4单向运动性,在操纵扳动柄10之前不可能发生回转,二者也自动的锁定在一起。
连杆一支臂设置狐形钩24,从展开状态要折叠时,当锁销从轴座19下端销孔内拨出时,该支臂向后运动,侧翅22沿约束环23向后运动,连杆支臂被侧翅22挤得向设有弧形钩24的一侧偏移,该偏移恰好使得弧形钩24勾住设置于轴套的一卡槽25,锁销无法回弹;当转动折叠轮架3时,卡槽25与弧形钩24分离,解除钩挂。当需要从折叠状态展开时,支臂向后运动,弧形钩24又钩住另一卡槽25,当继续伸展时,弧形钩24再次脱离该卡槽25。
当需要从折叠状态展开时,再次操纵扳动柄10,其下齿牙21脱出棘齿12,同时上齿牙20插入棘齿12,此时折叠轮架3被解锁,同时在连杆7作用下弹性锁销6从轴座19上端的销孔18内脱出,连杆支臂8上的卡扣15与折叠轮架3上的卡孔16锁定在一起,前把架1与折叠底盘2也被解锁,可以进行整车的展开,在展开到位时,恢复到原来的展开状态,整车被锁定。
该折叠式交通工具实现整车折叠、展开的自动化解锁、锁定,无需过多的手动操作,展开状态打开棘轮扳动柄10,折叠轮架3与底盘解锁,同时通过连杆7的联动作用控制锁销使得前把架1与底盘也解锁;折叠到位时,折叠轮架3与底盘 锁定,同时前把架1与底盘也自动锁定,锁定后车架不会散开,携带运输方便安全,体积小,占用空间少,携带方便。
所述棘轮4的顶珠5通过连杆7连接用以锁定底盘和前把架的弹性锁销6,连杆7可以把顶珠5的活动行程传导到弹性锁销6,每次操作扳动柄10顶珠都会发生一定的位移,该位移行程通过连杆7的传导造成锁销从销孔18内拔出。
折叠轮架3与折叠底盘2通过棘轮4轴连接,既实现了打开扳动柄10时二者可以折叠,又实现了折叠时运动方向的单向性;折叠过程随时可暂停不会自动回转,保证了折叠到位时自动锁定。
所述连杆7通过一圆柱形通道13与顶珠5相顶,棘轮结构中安放顶珠5的孔洞被延伸为一圆柱形通道,从弹性锁销6方向而来的连杆7绕过棘轮结构穿入该圆柱形通道13与顶珠5相顶,这样每次顶珠5发生向后的位移,都会顶的锁销发生向后的位移。而且该设计使得顶珠5的缓冲性和弹性大为增强。
所述连杆7有一支臂8设置防止锁销回弹的卡锁9,当锁销被从销孔18内拉出解锁的时候到开始折叠之间有一很短的时间差,该时间差虽然短但如果没有卡锁9足够锁销自动回弹入销孔18内,使用极为不便。该卡锁9专为解决折叠前锁销自动回弹而设。
所述连杆7有一支臂8设置卡扣15,折叠轮架3设置相应的卡孔16,所述卡扣15与卡孔16相适配,当锁销向后运动时,相应的该连杆支臂8也向后运动,当支臂上的卡扣15运动到折叠轮架3的卡孔16时,卡扣15卡孔16锁定在一起,锁销也相应的无法自动回弹了。
当折叠开始时,折叠轮架3跟着运动,则卡孔16脱离卡扣15的位置,虽然锁销在弹簧作用下可以自动回弹,但此时锁销也因为底盘的折叠脱离了原来销孔18的位置,无法插入锁销,自然也就无妨了。
并且,这种锁销的自动回弹力,在折叠到位时又会起到重要的作用:当折叠到位时,锁销恰好转到轴座19顶端销孔的位置,锁销自动弹入销孔18内,折叠底盘2和前把架1在折叠状态下又被锁定在一起。
所述锁销设置于底盘底部,与之对应的销孔18设置于轴座19,锁销插入销孔18 可以实现底盘和前把架1的锁定;解锁时,底盘和前把架1可以折叠,锁销可以在轴座19上沿弧形滑动。
该设计充分利用车体或配件的内部空间,保证整车外观流畅,结构简单,稳定性安全性高,功率损失少,能量利用率高,使用顶珠5连接连杆7、连杆7连接锁销的方式,功能稳定,联动效果好,配件更换容易且成本低。
需要指出的,上述实施方式仅是本实用新型优选的实施例,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在符合本实用新型工作原理的前提下,任何等同或相似的替换均落入本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种带有自动锁定功能的折叠电动健身车,包括前把架、折叠底盘和折叠轮架,其特征在于,所述前把架的内部空间设置电池电源,用于整车的动力驱动,折叠底盘设置折叠轴,折叠轮架相应的设置与之适配的轴套,轴与轴套之间设置棘轮,所述棘轮的顶珠通过连杆连接用以锁定底盘和前把架的弹性锁销,前把架固定连接轴座,底盘与轴座转动连接,所述锁销设置于底盘底部,与之对应的销孔分别设置于轴座底端和顶端,所述连杆有一支臂设置防止锁销回弹的卡锁。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动锁定功能的折叠电动健身车,其特征在于,所述卡锁替换为限位挡装置,所述限位挡装置包括设置于轴套的两个卡槽,还包括连杆一支臂设置的与卡槽适配的弧形钩,所述支臂与弧形钩相背的一侧设置侧翅,所述支臂设置侧翅一端穿入一约束环,该约束环设置于底盘后端的下卷沿。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动锁定功能的折叠电动健身车,其特征在于,所述棘轮包括带有上下齿牙的扳动柄,所述扳动柄设有尖角与顶珠相抵。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动锁定功能的折叠电动健身车,其特征在于,所述连杆通过一圆柱形通道与顶珠相顶。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动锁定功能的折叠电动健身车,其特征在于,所述连杆通过活动轴设置于折叠底盘。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动锁定功能的折叠电动健身车,其特征在于,所述连杆有一支臂设置卡扣,折叠轮架设置相应的卡孔,所述卡扣与卡孔相适配。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的一种带有自动锁定功能的折叠电动健身车,其特征在于,所述锁销包括弹簧。
