[权利要求 1] 一种折叠车, 其特征在于: 包括前底盘、 后底盘、 设置于所述后底盘 的座椅, 所述的前底盘铰接于所述后底盘, 所述座椅包括连接定位组 件及座位组件, 所述连接定位组件包括分别转动连接于所述后底盘两 侧的两个连接框架及固定连接于两个连接框架之间的加强支撑件, 所 述座位组件转动连接于所述连接定位组件的连接框架; 当所述折叠车 处于展幵状态吋, 前底盘与后底盘平展, 所述座椅置于所述后底盘之 上, 所述座椅的连接定位组件设置于所述后底盘与所述座位组件之间 并支撑所述座位组件; 当所述折叠车处于收折状态吋, 所述座位组件 置于所述连接定位组件的两个连接框架之间且层叠于所述连接定位组 件的加强支撑件, 所述前底盘与所述座椅的座位组件分别层叠设置于 所述后底盘相背的两面。
[权利要求 2] 如权利要求 1所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述后底盘后部的两侧分 别设有底盘连接件, 所述连接定位组件的连接框架转动连接于所述底 盘连接件。
[权利要求 3] 如权利要求 1所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述座位组件包括座位框 架、 座板、 锁定座, 所述锁定座设有定位凸台, 所述连接定位组件还 设有定位件, 所述座板封盖于所述座位框架, 所述锁定座固定连接于 所述座位框架, 所述定位件转动连接于所述连接框架, 所述定位件的 一端设有定位凹口, 所述后底盘还设有固定块; 当所述折叠车处于展 幵状态吋, 所述锁定座的定位凸台卡持于所述定位件的定位凹口中, 所述定位件远离所述定位凹口的一端抵持于所述固定块, 所述定位件 支撑所述锁定座及固定连接于所述锁定座的座位框架; 当所述折叠车 处于收折状态吋, 所述锁定座的定位凸台脱离所述定位件的定位凹口
[权利要求 4] 如权利要求 3所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述固定块上幵设有固定 孔, 所述连接定位组件还设有限位块, 所述限位块固定连接于所述连 接框架的内侧, 所述限位块设有限位销, 当座椅处于展幵状态吋, 所 述连接定位组件支撑座位组件, 所述限位块抵持于所述底盘的固定块 的下方, 所述限位块的限位销自所述固定块的下方穿设于所述固定孔 中。

, 所述锁块转动连接于所述锁定座并设置于所述座位框架的外侧; 所 述连接定位组件还设有收折锁定块、 展幵锁定块, 所述收折锁定块及 展幵锁定块固定连接于所述连接框架; 当所述折叠车处于展幵状态吋 , 所述锁块抵持于所述展幵锁定块, 从而将所述座位框架相对于所述 连接框架固定, 并防止所述锁定座的定位凸台自所述定位件的定位凹 口中脱离; 当所述折叠车处于收折状态吋, 所述锁块设置于所述收折 锁定块的端部, 所述锁块抵持于所述收折锁定块, 从而将所述座位框 架相对于所述连接框架固定。
[权利要求 6] 如权利要求 5所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述座位组件还设有解锁 从动轮、 连接轴、 解锁拉线、 座位解锁把手, 所述锁定座还幵设有锁 定座通孔, 所述连接轴枢接于所述锁定座通孔中, 所述锁块及解锁从 动轮连接于所述连接轴并与所述连接轴同步转动, 所述锁块设置于所 述座位框架外侧, 所述解锁从动轮设置于所述座位框架内侧, 所述解 锁拉线的一端连接于所述解锁从动轮, 所述解锁拉线的另一端连接于 所述座位解锁把手。
[权利要求 7] 如权利要求 3所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述座位组件还设有锁环

[权利要求 8] 如权利要求 1所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述折叠车还设有盖板, 所述折叠车还设有锁固组件, 所述锁固组件包括固定连接于前底盘的 锁固块及转动连接于所述后底盘的锁固把手, 所述锁固块设有止挡部 及锁固凸起, 所述锁固把手设有锁固凹口; 当所述折叠车处于展幵状 态吋, 所述前底盘与后底盘相对平展, 所述锁固把手抵持于所述锁固 块的止挡部, 且所述锁固块的锁固凸起抵持于所述锁固把手的锁固凹 口, 所述盖板压持于所述锁固把手, 通过所述锁固把手与所述锁固块 相互固定连接将所述前底盘与所述后底盘相互固定连接。
[权利要求 9] 如权利要求 3所述的折叠车, 其特征在于: 所述折叠车还设有滑块、 滑轨、 拉线及凸轮, 所述滑块幵设有滑块孔, 所述凸轮置于所述滑 块的滑块孔中, 所述凸轮连接于所述座位组件, 所述滑轨固定连接于 所述连接框架, 所述凸轮随所述座位组件相对于所述滑块摆动并抵持 所述滑块, 所述滑块装设于所述滑轨并相对于所述滑轨滑动, 所述拉 线的一端固定连接于所述滑块, 所述拉线的另一端固定连接于所述定 位件设有定位凹口的一端。
