结合图1至图3所示,本实用新型实施例的可折叠轮椅还包括扶手支架6,其中,扶手支架6包括扶手61、第一连杆62及第二连杆63,第一连杆62的下端通过翻转机构64转动连接在座椅后支架2与靠背支架3的连接处,第一连杆62的上端与扶手61的后端转动连接,第二连杆63的下端通过第五转轴E与座椅后支架2的前端转动连接,第二连杆63的上端与扶手61的前端转动连接;扶手61、第一连杆62、第二连杆63及座椅后支架2的连接形成一个四边形结构;在轮椅折叠的过程中座椅后支架2绕着第二转轴B向后翻转折叠,座椅后支架2同步地推动第二连杆63,翻转机构64则同步地驱动第一连杆62向后摆动,使得扶手支架6整体地向后翻转折叠。
如图3所示,翻转机构64包括相互啮合的第一齿轮641及第二齿轮642,第一齿轮641套接在第二转轴B上,且与靠背支架3固定连接,第二齿轮642通过第六转轴F转动连接在座椅后支架2上,第二连杆63的下端连接在第六转轴F上,且与第二齿轮642同步运动;第一齿轮641与第二齿轮642的啮合传动,类似于行星齿轮结构的传动原理,其中,第一齿轮641相当于太阳轮,第二齿轮642相当于行星轮,当座椅后支架2绕着第二转轴B向后翻转折叠时,第一齿轮641固定不动,第二齿轮642在绕着第一齿轮641公转的同时,绕着第八转轴H的轴线自转,由于第二连杆63的下端连接在第六转轴F上,第二齿轮642自转同步地带动第二连杆63绕着第六转轴F的轴 线向后摆动,使得扶手支架6整体地向后翻转实现折叠。
请参照图4所示,本实用新型实施例的可折叠轮椅还包括踏板支架7,踏板支架7包括呈“U”形的踏板下支架71、踏板侧支架72及踏板上支架73,其中,在展开状态下,踏板侧支架72由上至下地倾斜设置,踏板侧支架72的上端通过第七转轴G与座椅后支架2的前端转动连接,踏板侧支架72的下端通过第八转轴H与前轮支架4的下端转动连接,踏板下支架71的上端的侧面通过第九转轴I与前轮支架4的下端转动连接,前轮支架4的下端安装有前轮41,踏板上支架73为“T”形支架,“T”形支架的相对的两端分别与两个后轮支架5的中部转动连接,“T”形支架的下端与踏板下支架71的上端的中部转动连接;当座椅前支架1及座椅后支架2向上拱起翻转折叠时,座椅后支架2的前端拉动踏板侧支架72翻转的同时,使踏板侧支架72拉动前轮支架4向后翻转折叠,同时踏板下支架71绕着第九转轴I向上翻转,从而联动地实现将踏板支架7折叠收起的功能。
请继续参照图4所示,本实用新型实施例的可折叠轮椅还包括设置在座椅前支架1上的锁定机构8,该锁定机构8包括开关件81及锁定执行件82,其中,开关件81具有上锁位及解锁位,开关件81切换至上锁位时,锁定执行件82将踏板侧支架72锁死,此时,整个轮椅的框架被锁死,无法被折叠或展开,当开关件81切换至解锁位时,锁定执行件82将踏板侧支架72解锁,此时,可以通过单手提拉开关件81的把手,将轮椅折叠。
作为优选,开关件81还具有空挡位,空挡位设有一段空挡行程,开关件81能够在空挡位上沿空挡行程自由运动,开关件81切换至空挡位时,锁定执行件82将踏板侧支架72锁死,此时,整个轮椅的框架被锁死,无法被折叠或展开;设置空挡位的目的是,当轮椅折叠后,可以通过把手来搬运或拖动轮椅,而由于空挡位设有一段空挡行程,在把手摆动的过程中,不会触发锁定执行件82将踏板侧支架72解锁, 提高了轮椅搬运或拖动的便捷性。
作为优选,本实用新型实施例的可折叠轮椅还包括前坐垫9和后坐垫10,前坐垫9拆卸地安装在座椅前支架1的上端面上,后坐垫10可拆卸地安装在于座椅后支架2的上端面上,前坐垫9和后坐垫10相邻的侧面相互贴靠;而开关件81恰好位于在前坐垫9和后坐垫10形成的缝隙内,以人手便于操作开关件81。
此外,本实用新型实施例的可折叠轮椅还包防后倾支架30及电池20,其中防后倾支架30连接在靠背支架3的底部,防后倾支架30的端部设有防后倾轮301,电池20则安装在防后倾支架30上。
结合图5至图7所示,本实用新型实施例的可折叠轮椅的折叠过程如下:操作人员一般站在轮椅的后方的侧面,一只手扶住靠背支架3的上部,另一只手握住开关件81的把手811,旋转把手811将开关件81切换至解锁位,使锁定执行件82将踏板侧支架72解锁,然后以后轮51作为支撑点提拉把手811,轮椅的整体框架将按箭头K方向绕着后轮51轴线摆动的同时,开始逐渐折叠;如图7所示,当轮椅折叠到位后,防后倾轮301与后轮51基本在同一水平面内,此时折叠后的轮椅可以在防后倾轮301与后轮51支撑下保持直立姿势,以方便轮椅的摆放和存储;此外,当轮椅折叠到位后,可以将开关件81切换至空挡位,此时,便可以通过把手811提拉或拖行轮椅,以便于轮椅的移动和搬运。
以上所述仅是本实用新型的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本实用新型技术原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和替换,这些改进和替换也应视为本实用新型的保护范围。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,包括座椅前支架、座椅后支架、靠背支架、前轮支架及后轮支架;
    其中,在展开状态下,所述座椅前支架及座椅后支架均水平设置,所述前轮支架基本呈竖直设置,所述后轮支架由前向后倾斜设置;
    所述座椅后支架的前端通过第一转轴与所述座椅前支架的后端转动连接,所述座椅后支架的后端通过第二转轴与所述靠背支架的中部转动连接,所述前轮支架的上端通过第三转轴与所述座椅前支架的前端及后轮支架的前端同时转动连接,所述后轮支架的后端通过第四转轴与所述靠背支架的下端转动连接;
    通过施加作用力,使所述座椅前支架与座椅后支架的连接处向上拱起,使得所述座椅前支架、座椅后支架、靠背支架、前轮支架及后轮支架折叠在一起。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,还包括扶手支架,所述扶手支架包括扶手、第一连杆及第二连杆,所述第一连杆的下端通过翻转机构转动连接在座椅后支架与靠背支架的连接处,所述第一连杆的上端与所述扶手的后端转动连接,所述第二连杆的下端通过第五转轴与所述座椅后支架的前端转动连接,所述第二连杆的上端与所述扶手的前端转动连接;所述扶手、第一连杆、第二连杆及座椅后支架的连接形成一个四边形结构。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述翻转机构包括相互啮合的第一齿轮及第二齿轮,所述第一齿轮套接在所述第二转轴上,且与所述靠背支架固定连接,所述第二齿轮通过第六转轴转动连接在所述座椅后支架上,所述第二连杆的下端连接在所述第六转轴上,且与所述第二齿轮同步运动。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,还包括踏板支架,所述踏板支架包括踏板下支架、踏板侧支架及踏板上支架,所述踏板侧支架由上至下地倾斜设置,所述踏板侧支架的上端通过第七转轴与所述座椅后支架的前端转动连接,所述踏板侧支架的下端通过第八转轴与所述前轮支架的下端转动连接,所述踏板下支架的上端的侧面通过第九转轴与所述前轮支架的下端转动连接,所述踏板上支架为“T”形支架,所述“T”形支架的相对的两端分别与两个所述后轮支架的中部转动连接,所述“T”形支架的下端与所述踏板下支架的上端的中部转动连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,还包括设置在所述座椅前支架上的锁定机构,所述锁定机构包括开关件及锁定执行件,所述开关件具有上锁位及解锁位,所述开关件切换至上锁位时,所述锁定执行件将所述踏板侧支架锁死,所述开关件切换至解锁位时,所述锁定执行件将所述踏板侧支架解锁。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,所述开关件还具有空挡位,所述空挡位设有一段空挡行程,所述开关件能够在所述空挡位上沿空挡行程自由运动,所述开关件切换至所述空挡位时,所述锁定执行件将所述踏板侧支架锁死。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的可折叠轮椅,其特征在于,还包括前坐垫和后坐垫,所述前坐垫拆卸地安装在所述座椅前支架的上端面上,所述后坐垫可拆卸地安装在于所述座椅后支架的上端面上,所述前坐垫和所述后坐垫相邻的侧面相互贴靠。
