Abstract

La composition de résine thermodurcissable selon la présente invention est destinée à être utilisée dans la formation d'une couche isolante d'une carte de circuit imprimé, et comprend une résine thermodurcissable, un durcisseur et une charge inorganique. La composition de résine thermodurcissable donne un objet durci qui, dans un examen de viscoélasticité dynamique, a un module de stockage de 30 °C E'30 de 1 à 10 GPa et qui, dans un essai de traction, a un allongement à la traction supérieur ou égal à 2 %. Il est préférable que la teneur de la charge inorganique dans la composition de résine thermodurcissable soit de 65 à 90 % en poids par rapport à la composition totale de résine thermodurcissable.
