취사용기 개방부를 덮기 위해, 상면 중앙에 고정구(11)가 형성되고, 상기 고정구(11) 외측으로 형성된 통공(13)과, 외주면에 상호 대응되는 한 쌍의 결합구(12)가 형성된 뚜껑(10)과, 상기 뚜껑(10)의 고정구(11)가 삽입될 수 있게 가이드부(21)가 형성되며, 상기 가이드부(21) 상면에 연결형성되는 손잡이부(22)를 더 포함하는 가이드부재(20)와, 상기 가이드부재(20) 외주면에 설치되며, 양측단에 안내공간(31)이 형성되고, 전후 양단부에 각각 형성되는 장공(32)이 형성된 고정부재(30)와, 상기 고정부재(30) 안내공간(31)에 상부가 설치되고, 하부는 한 쌍의 결합구(12)에 설치되는 잠금부재(40)와, 상기 고정구(11) 측으로 설치되어, 가이드부재(20)의 상하움직임을 고정 및 해제하는 안전장치부(50)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
그럼, 상기와 같은 본 발명인 취사용기용 돌솥뚜껑(10)의 구조를 좀더 상세하게 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 2 내지 도 3에서 도시한 바와 같이,
본 발명의 취사용기용 돌솥뚜껑(10)은 크게 뚜껑(10), 가이드부재(20), 고정부재(30), 잠금부재(40), 안전장치부(50)로 구성된다.
상기 뚜껑(10)은 금속의 재질로 형성되며, 돌솥의 개방부를 덮기 위해 하부가 개방된 형태로 마련되며, 하단에는 돌솥의 외경보다는 크게 외주턱이 형성되고, 상면 중앙에는 원기둥 형태의 고정구(11)가 형성되고, 안전장치부(50)가 설치되기위해, 상기 고정구(11)를 중심으로 원형배열되는 형태로 통공(13)형성되며, 외주면에는 상호 대응하게 한 쌍의 결합구(12)가 형성된다.
상기 가이드부재(20)는 뚜껑(10) 중앙에 형성된 고정구(11)가 상호 대응하여 삽입될 수 있게 원기둥 형태의 가이드부(21)가 형성되고, 상기 가이드부(21) 상부로 손잡이부(22)가 형성되며, 뚜껑(10)의 고정구(11)와 가이드부재(20)의 가이드부(21)에 탄성부재(15)를 설치하여, 상기 가이드부재(20)가 상향의 힘을 유지할 수 있게 마련된다.
상기 고정부재(30)는 가이드부재(20) 외주면에 설치되며, 양측단에 안내공간(31)이 형성되고, 전후 양단부에 각각 장공(32)이 형성되되, 상기 장공(32) 일단 하부로 안내핀(2)이 안착고정되어, 잠금부재(40)를 고정하기 위해 형성된 안착공(32-1)을 더 포함하고 있다.
상기 잠금부재(40)는 고정부재(30)의 장공(32) 일단에서 타단으로 슬라이딩 안내되는 안내핀(2)이 일단에 관통 마련되고, 타단에는 돌솥용기 외주면에 형성된 외주턱에 고정되는 고정턱부가 형성되며, 고정턱부 상부로 고정핀(3)에 의해 한 쌍의 결합구(12)에 회동가능하게 결합된다.
상기 안전장치부(50)는 뚜껑(10)에 원형배열 형성되는 다수개의 통공(13)에 관통설치되는 직경을 가지며, 하단부에는 걸림부가 형성된 몸체(51)와, 상기 몸체(51)의 외주면에 수직상하로 이동가능하게 설치되는 상부 외주면에 나사부가 형성되고, 하단부에 걸림부가 형성된 제1로드체(52)와, 상기 제1로드체(52) 상부로, 몸체(51)의 외주면에 수직상하로 이동가능하게 설치되되, 상기 제1로드체(52)의 나사부와 상호 대응하게 내면으로 나사부가 형성된 제2로드체(53)가 마련되고, 상기 제2로드체(53) 상부로 고정링(56)이 설치되며, 상기 몸체(51) 상단 내부로 나사방식으로 결합되는 결합구(54) 및 상기 몸체(51) 외주면에 설치되되, 고정링(56)과 결합구(54) 사이에 위치하여, 상기 고정링(56)에 의해 수직상하 이동이 고정되는 가압부재(55)가 구비된다.
상기 가압부재(55)는 뚜껑(10)의 고정부 외주면을 따라 수직상하로 이동하되, 고정부재(30)의 하단부를 상향이동시키기 위해 형성된 가압부를 포함하는 이동체(55a)와, 상기 이동체(55a) 외주면에 단부에 원형배열형성되되, 몸체(51)가 관통설치되기 위해 관통공(13)이 각각 형성된 결합부(55b)를 더 포함하고 있다.
상기와 같이 가압부재(55)를 구비함은 용기 내부의 압력에 의해 몸체(51)가 수직상으로 이동하는 작용과 함께, 상기 가압부재(55)의 가압부가 고정부재(30)를 상향시킨 상태로 유지함으로써, 뚜껑(10)이 외부에 어떤 압력과 외력으로도 열리지 않게 용기에 밀착고정함으로, 용기의 내부가 고압인 상태에서, 뚜껑(10)이 개방되어 발생하는 폭발 등의 각종 안전사고를 예방하기 위해서이다.
그럼, 상기와 같이 구성되는 본 발명의 취사용기용 돌솥뚜껑(10)의 작용을 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 4 내지 도 6에서 도시한 바와 같이,
돌솥용기 내부로 각종 곡물을 넣어 돌솥밥을 짓기 위해 뚜껑(10)을 밀폐하는데 있어서,
먼저, 사용자가 손잡이부(22)를 잡고, 하부로 가압하면,
가이드부재(20)의 가이드부(21)와 뚜껑(10)에 고정구(11)에 설치된 탄성부재(15)가 수축하게 되는 동시에, 잠금부재(40)의 안내핀(2)이 고정부재(30)의 장공(32) 일단에 형성된 안착공(32-1) 안착되었던 것이 상부로 이동하여 해제되는 작용과 함께 장공(32) 타단으로 이동하게 된다.
상기 작용과 동시에, 한 쌍의 결합구(12)와 고정핀(3)에 의해 회동가능하게 설치된 잠금부재(40)의 고정턱부가 돌솥용기 테두리에 떨어진 상태로 뚜껑(10)을 열어 각종 곡물을 내부에 저장하여, 영양가가 풍부한 돌솥밥을 짓을 수 있는 것이다.
한편, 돌솥밥을 다 지은 후, 뚜껑(10)을 개방하는데 있어서,
사용자가 손잡이부(22)를 잡고, 하부로 가압하면,
수축했던 탄성부재(15)가 복원되는 동시에, 잠금부재(40)의 안내핀(2)이 고정부재(30)의 장공(32) 일단에서 슬라이딩 안내되어 타단에 안착되어, 뚜껑(10)이 용기의 개방부를 밀폐하고 있던 것이 해제됨으로써, 뚜껑(10)이 자연스럽게 열리게 되는 것이다.
한편, 각종 곡물이 넣어 돌솥받을 짓는 과정에서, 안전장치가 작동하는데 있어서,
용기 저면으로 버너 등으로 불을 지속적으로 제공하게 되면,
상기 용기 내부에 압력이 점점 높아지는 동시에, 고압력에 의해 몸체(51)가 상향으로 이동하는 동시에, 상기 결합구(54)와 고정링(56) 사이에 연결 고정된 가압부재(55)가 수직상향하게 되며, 상기와 같은 작용과 함께, 상기 가압부재(55)의 가압부가 고정부재(30)의 저면을 상부로 가압하여 이동시킨 후, 상향된 위치에서 고정된 상태로 유지함으로서, 사용자가 실수로 손잡이를 하부로 가압하여 잠금부재(40)가 해제되는 작용으로 인해 뚜껑(10)이 열리는 것을 완전히 방지할 수 있음으로써, 돌솥밥을 짓는 과정에서, 순간 뚜껑(10)이 열림으로 발생하는 각종 안전사고를 사전에 예방할 수 있는 장점을 제공한다.
즉, 본 발명은 뚜껑(10)에 용이한 구조로 각각 결합설치된 안정장치부를 장착함으로써, 별도로 안전장치를 설치할 필요가 없음으로, 제조비를 효과적으로 절감할 수 있는 동시에, 사용자의 부주위로 뚜껑(10)을 가압하여, 순간 뚜껑(10)이 개방됨으로 발생하는 사고를 완전히 예방할 수 있는 큰 장점을 가지고 있습니다.
이상에서 설명한 것은 본 발명에 따른 하나의 실시 예에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명은 상기한 실시 예에 한정되지 않고, 이하의 청구 범위에서 청구하는 바와 같이 본 발명의 요지를 벗어남이 없이 당해 발명이 속하는 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 누구든지 다양한 변경 실시가 가능한 범위까지 본 발명의 기술적 정신이 있다고 할 것이다.

Claims (6)

  1. 취사용기 개방부를 덮기 위해, 상면 중앙에 고정구(11)가 형성되고, 상기 고정구(11) 외측으로 형성된 통공(13)과, 외주면에 상호 대응되는 한 쌍의 결합구(12)가 형성된 뚜껑(10)과,
    상기 뚜껑(10)의 고정구(11)가 삽입될 수 있게 가이드부(21)가 형성되며, 상기 가이드부(21) 상면에 연결형성되는 손잡이부(22)를 더 포함하는 가이드부재(20)와,
    상기 가이드부재(20) 외주면에 설치되며, 양측단에 안내공간(31)이 형성되고, 전후 양단부에 각각 형성되는 장공(32)이 형성된 고정부재(30)와,
    상기 고정부재(30) 안내공간(31)에 상부가 설치되고, 하부는 한 쌍의 결합구(12)에 설치되는 잠금부재(40)와,
    상기 고정구(11) 측으로 설치되어, 가이드부재(20)의 상하움직임을 고정 및 해제하는 안전장치부(50)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 돌솥압력 취사용기.
  2. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 잠금부재(40) 상부는 고정부재(30) 일측 내부로 삽입되어, 안내공간(31)을 관통하는 안내핀(2)에 의해 관통설치되고, 하부는 한 쌍의 결합구(12) 사이에 위치하여, 고정핀(3)이 관통설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 돌솥압력 취사용기.
  3. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 안전장치부(50)는 뚜껑(10)의 통공(13)을 관통하여 설치되는 몸체(51)와, 상기 몸체(51) 외주면에 설치되는 제1로드체(52)와, 상기 제1로드체(52) 상측으로 구비되어, 상호 대응하여 결합되는 제2로드체(53)와, 상기 제2로드체(53) 상측으로 구비되는 고정링(56)과, 상기 몸체(51) 상단 내부로 결합되는 결합구(54) 및 상기 몸체(51) 외주면에 고정설치되어, 용기 내부의 압력에 의해 몸체(51)가 수직상으로 이동하여, 고정부재(30)가 수직하로 움직이는 것을 가압하여 방지하는 가압부재(55)로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 돌솥압력취사용기.
  4. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 가압부재(55)는 뚜껑(10)의 고정부 외주면 따라 수직상하로 이동하는 이동체(55a)와, 상기 이동체(55a) 외주면 단부에 원형배열형성되어, 안전장치부(50)의 몸체(51) 상부 외주면에 고정설치되는 결합부(55b)를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 돌솥압력취사용기.
  5. 제 3항에 있어서,
    상기 제1로드체(52)와 제2로드체(53) 사이 및 뚜껑(10) 내면과 제2로드체(53) 사이에 설치되는 밀폐패킹(57)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 돌솥압력취사용기.
  6. 제 1항에 있어서,
    상기 장공(32) 일단 하부로 안내핀(2)이 안착고정되어, 잠금부재(40)를 고정하기 위해 형성된 안착공(32-1)을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 취사용기용 돌솥뚜껑.
