본 발명은 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기에 관한 것으로, 보다 상세하게는 음식물 조리시 발생되는 스팀을 제거하는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기에 관한 것이다.
최근 들어, 낚시나 등산, 캠핑을 즐기는 사람들이 증가하고 있어 실외에서 음식물을 취사하는 경우가 많다. 하지만, 산불 등 화재위험으로 인해 화기 휴대를 엄격하게 금지시키고 있는 실정이다.

본 발명은 전술한 바와 같은 문제점을 해결하기 위한 것으로, 본 발명의 목적은 음식물 조리시 스팀이 외부로 배출되지 않아서 소음공해 및 시야를 흐리게 하는 것이 방지되고 화상 등을 입는 안전사고가 예방되며, 무게를 줄여 힘이 덜 들고 코스트를 절감하여 가격경쟁력이 향상되며 세척이 요구되지 않아서 편리하고 위생적이며, 군대에서 적에게 위치가 쉽게 노출되지 않고 가방에 수납하여 이동 중에도 음식물을 조리할 수 있어 시간이 절약되고 작전수행능력이 향상되는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기를 제공하는 것에 있다.
본 발명의 특징에 따르면, 내부에 물이 채워지며 상면이 개폐가능하게 구비되고, 일측에 스팀배출구(14)가 구비된 외부용기(10); 상기 외부용기(10) 내부에 삽입되며 음식물이 채워지는 내부용기(20); 상기 외부용기(10)의 내부에 구비되며 물과 반응하여 내부용기(20)를 가열하는 발열체(30); 및 얼음, 눈, 물과 같은 냉각수단(43)을 채울 수 있도록 된 냉각챔버(42a)가 구비된 몸체(41)와, 이 몸체(41)의 냉각챔버(42a)에 구비되며 일단이 몸체(41)의 일측을 관통하여 외부로 노출되고 노출된 일단이 상기 외부용기(10)의 스팀배출구(14)에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 스팀배출관(44)을 포함하여 이루어진 스팀차단수단(40);을 포함하며, 상기 외부용기(10)에서 발생된 스팀이 스팀배출관(44)을 통과하면서 냉각챔버(10)의 냉각수단(43)에 의해 응축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기가 제공된다.
본 발명의 다른 특징에 따르면, 상기 스팀차단수단(40)의 스팀배출관(44)의 타단은 몸체(41)를 관통하여 외부로 노출되며, 노출된 스팀배출관(44)의 타단은 스팀이 응축되어 발생되는 응축수가 배출되는 배출용기(90)에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기가 제공된다.
본 발명의 다른 특징에 따르면, 상기 외부용기(10) 및 내부용기(20) 중 적어도 내부용기(20)는 상부에 지퍼(22)에 의해 개폐되는 투입구(21)가 형성되고 상기 지퍼(22) 하측에 스팀배출밸브(24)가 구비된 지퍼백 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기가 제공된다.
본 발명의 또 다른 특징에 따르면, 상기 외부용기(10)의 대향되는 외주면 양측에 구비된 한 쌍의 승강가이더(50); 상기 외부용기(10)의 상면을 가로지르는 수평부(61)와, 이 수평부(61)의 양단에서 각각 하향 절곡되며 상기 승강가이더(50)에 승강가능하게 결합되며 일정부위에 나사산(63)이 형성된 한 쌍의 수직부(62)로 이루어진 손잡이(60); 및 상기 손잡이(60)의 수직부(62)의 나사산(63)에 나사결합되는 너트체(70)와, 상기 손잡이(60)의 수직부(62)에 끼워지되 상기 너트체(70)와 승강가이더(50) 사이에 개재되는 스프링(80);을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기가 제공된다.
이상에서와 같이 본 발명에 의하면, 외부용기(10)에 구비된 발열체(30)에 의해 내부용기(20)가 가열되면서 발생된 스팀이 스팀차단수단(40)의 냉각수단(44)이 채워진 냉각챔버(42)를 통과하면서 냉각되어 물로 변하므로, 스팀이 외부로 그대로 배출되는 것이 방지된다. 이에 따라, 실외에서는 스팀배출에 따른 소리 및 연기발생이 방지되어 소음공해 및 시야를 흐리게 하는 것이 방지된다. 실내에서는 보다 쾌적하고 스팀으로 인해 창문이 뿌옇게 흐려져서 공간의 폐쇄감을 느끼게 되지 않으며 뿌연 창문이 원상태가 되도록 창문을 열어야 하는 번거로움이 없어 겨울철에 창문을 열지 않아도 되므로 편리하다. 그리고 고온의 스팀으로 인해 화상을 입는 것이 방지되어 안전성이 향상된다. 한편, 군대의 야전에서 사용할 때 시각적, 청각적으로 적에게 자신의 위치를 노출시키는 것이 방지된다. 그리고 한편, 동절기에 실외에서 얻을 수 있는 눈, 얼음, 냉수 등을 냉각수단(44)으로 활용하여, 상기 냉각수단(44)이 고온의 스팀에 의해 데워짐에 따라 온수를 사용할 수 있다.
그리고 상기의 스팀이 스팀차단수단(40)에서 냉각되어 발생되는 응축수가 배출용기(46)에 수용됨에 따라 특정장소에 정착하지 않고 가방(1)에 넣은 상태로 이동 중에 음식물을 조리할 수 있어 시간을 절약할 수 있으며, 이에 따라 군대에서는 보다 신속하게 작전을 수행할 수 있어 작전수행능력이 향상된다.
한편, 내부용기(20)를 비닐지로 제작된 지퍼백 형태로 이루어져서, 무게 및 부피를 줄여 휴대가 편리하고 코스트가 절감되어 가격경쟁력이 향상되며 일회용으로 사용할 수 있어 세척이 요구되지 않으므로 물이 없거나 부족한 실외에서 사용이 편리하며 위생적이다. 이때, 스팀차단수단(40)의 몸체(41)와 배출용기(46)도 비닐로 이루어진 지퍼백 형태로 이루어져서, 무게 및 부피를 더욱 줄일 수 있어 상기의 효과를 더욱 증대시킬 수 있다.
그리고 한편, 손잡이(60)의 수직부(62)가 외부용기(10)에서 승강되므로 손잡이(60)의 수평부(61)를 외부용기(10)의 뚜껑(13)에 밀착시킴으로써, 보다 콤팩트해져서 보관 및 휴대가 용이해진다. 이때, 손잡이(60)에 나사산(63)을 형성하고 너트체(70)로 조여줌에 따라 스프링(80)이 가압되어 외부용기(10)의 외부뚜껑(13)이 손잡이(60)의 수평부(61)에 의해 가압되므로, 외부뚜껑(13)의 밀폐력이 더욱 향상된다.

상술한 본 발명의 목적, 특징들 및 장점은 다음의 상세한 설명을 통하여 보다 분명해질 것이다. 이하, 본 발명의 바람직한 실시예를 첨부한 도면에 의거하여 설명하면 다음과 같다.
도 1 내지 도 3은 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기를 도시한 것으로, 외부용기(10)와, 이 외부용기(10)에 수납되는 내부용기(20)와, 상기 외부용기(10)의 내부에 구비된 발열체(30)와, 상기 외부용기(10)에서 발생된 스팀이 외부로 배출되는 것을 차단시키는 스팀차단수단(40)을 포함하여 구성된다.
상기 외부용기(10)는 내부에 상기 내부용기(20) 및 발열체(30)가 수용되며, 외부용기본체(11)와 외부뚜껑(13)으로 이루어진다. 외부용기본체(11)에는 외부뚜껑(13)을 외부용기본체(11)에 고정시키는 체결부재(12)가 구비된다. 외부뚜껑(13)에는 스팀이 배출되는 스팀배출구(14)가 구비되고, 이 스팀배출구(14)에는 이 스팀배출구(14)를 개폐하여 압력을 조절하는 압력조절밸브(15)가 구비된다. 또한 외부뚜껑(13)에는 손잡이(60)가 구비된다.
상기 내부용기(20)는 외부용기(10)에 삽입되며 내부에 음식물이 수용된다. 이러한 내부용기(20)는 내부용기본체(21) 및 내부뚜껑(22)으로 이루어진다. 그리고 내부뚜껑(22)에는 내부용기(20)를 외부용기(10)에서 인출하기 위한 보조손잡이(22a)가 구비된다. 한편, 외부용기(10) 및 내부용기(20)의 형상은 다양하게 변형될 수 있으며, 스테인리스 재질로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다.
상기 발열체(30)는 다수의 선행기술에 공지된 것으로서, 물과 반응하여 발열함으로써 열을 발생하는 발열물질(생석회, 산화철 및 산화마그네슘 등)로 이루어진다. 이와 같은 발열체(30)는 납작한 팩 형태로 이루어진다.
상기 스팀차단수단(40)은 몸체(41), 스팀배출관(44), 배출용기(46)로 이루어진다. 몸체(41)는 내부에 얼음, 눈, 물과 같은 냉각수단(44)이 채워지는 냉각챔버(42)가 구비되며, 일측에 냉각수단(44)을 투입할 수 있는 투입구(43)가 캡(43a)에 의해 개폐되게 형성된다.
그리고 스팀배출관(45)은 금속재로 이루어져서 지그재그로 절곡되며 몸체(41)의 냉각챔버(42)에 배치되고, 양단이 몸체(41)를 관통하여 외부로 노출된다. 이때, 스팀배출관(45)의 노출된 일단에는 제1배출튜브(48)의 일단이 착탈되고 이 제1배출튜브(48)의 타단은 외부용기(10)의 스팀배출구(14)에 착탈된다. 여기서, 제1배출튜브(48)의 타단에는 압력조절밸브(15)에 결합되는 아답터(48a)가 구비된다.
한편, 도 2와 같이 배출용기(46)는 몸체(41)의 측방에 일체로 결합되며 일측에는 응축수가 유입되는 유입구(47)가 형성된다. 이러한 배출용기(46)는 몸체(41)와 수지재로 일체로 성형되나, 몸체(41)와 별체로 이루어질 수도 있다. 이때, 상기 스팀배출관(45)의 노출된 타단에는 제2배출튜브(49)의 일단이 착탈되고 이 제2배출튜브(49)의 타단은 배출용기(46)의 유입구(47)에 착탈된다.
그리고 한편, 고온의 수증기로 인해 화상을 입는 것을 방지하기 위해 합성수지재로 이루어진 제1 및 제2배출튜브(48,49)를 이용하는 것을 예시하였으나, 스팀배출관(45)의 양단부가 직접 외부용기(10)의 스팀배출구(14) 및 배출용기(46)의 유입구(47)에 결합될 수도 있음은 물론이다.
이와 같이 구성된 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기는 도 1 내지 도 3과 같이 외부용기(10)의 외부용기본체(11)에 내부용기(20) 및 발열체(30)를 수납한 상태에서 체결부재(12)로 외부뚜껑(13)을 외부용기본체(11)에 체결하여 밀폐시킨다. 그리고 스팀차단수단(40)의 스팀배출관(45)을 제1배출튜브(48) 및 아답터(48a)를 이용하여 외부용기(10)의 스팀배출구(14) 및 압력조절밸브(15)에 연결한다.
이때, 발열체(30)의 발열을 통해 내부용기(20)가 가열되어 음식물이 조리되며, 음식물 조리시 발생된 스팀은 스팀배출구(14)를 통해 스팀차단수단(40)의 냉각챔버(42)로 배출된다. 배출된 스팀은 스팀배출관(45)을 통과하면서 냉각챔버(42)에 채워진 냉각수단(44)에 의해 응축되어 배출용기(46)로 응축수가 배출된다. 한편, 내부용기(20)에서 발생되는 스팀은 내부뚜껑(22)이 내부용기본체(21)에서 유동되면서 배출되거나 내부뚜껑(22)에 별도의 스팀배출밸브가 구비될 수 있다.
도 4 내지 도 6은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기를 도시한 도면이다. 도시된 바와 같이, 내부용기(20)가 상단에 투입구(23)가 형성되도록 2장의 비닐지의 테두리를 접착시킨 것으로, 상부에 투입구(23)를 개폐하도록 된 지퍼(24)가 수평 연장된 지퍼백 형태로 이루어진다. 도 4와 같이 복수개의 내부용기(20)가 외부용기(10)에 삽입될 수 있다.
그리고 내부용기(20)의 지퍼(24) 하측에는 통공(20a)이 형성되고, 이 통공(20a)에 스팀배출밸브(24)가 끼워진다. 도 5의 (a)와 같이, 스팀배출밸브(24)는 통공(20a)보다 직경이 큰 내측판(26a)과 외측판(26b)의 마주보는 중앙부가 일체로 연결된 형태의 밸브몸체(26)와, 이 밸브몸체(26)의 외측판(26b)에 구비된 구체(28)가 실리콘이나 플랙시블한 수지재로 일체로 이루어진다. 이때, 내측판(26a)에는 파지가능한 연장바(29)가 일체로 돌출된다.
도 5의 (b)와 같이, 스팀배출밸브(25)는 내측판(26a)과 외측판(26b) 사이에 내부용기(20)의 통공(20a)의 내벽이 끼워지도록 내부용기(20)에 장착된다. 이때, 밸브몸체(26)의 내측판(26a)에는 내측으로 오목한 요홈(27)이 형성되며, 이 요홈(27)은 상기 통공(20a)과 연통된다. 이에 따라, 내부용기(20) 내부의 압력이 증가되면 스팀이 스팀배출밸브(25)의 요홈(27)을 통해 외부로 배출된다.
그리고 도 6에서와 같이, 내부용기(20)에서 발생되는 스팀은 스팀배출밸브(25)에 의해 개방되는 통공(20a)을 통해 배출되어 제1배출튜브(48)에 의해 스팀차단수단(40)의 냉각챔버(42)에서 응축되며, 응축수가 배출용기(46)로 배출된다. 이때, 외부용기(10)에서 발생된 스팀도 상기와 같은 경로를 통해 응축수가 배출된다.
도 7 내지 도 11은 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기를 도시한 도면이다. 도시된 바와 같이, 스팀차단수단(40)의 몸체(41)가 내부용기(20)와 같이 2장의 비닐지의 테두리를 접착시킨 것으로, 일측에 냉각수단(44)을 투입할 수 있는 투입구 및 응축수를 배출할 수 있는 배출구가 개폐가능한 지퍼백 형태로 이루어진다. 이때, 배출용기(46)도 지퍼백 형태로 이루어지며 몸체(41)와 일체로 형성되되 격벽(41a)에 의해 구획된다.
그리고 스팀배출관(45)의 노출된 일단에 착탈되는 제1배출튜브(48)의 단부에는 외부용기(10)의 스팀배출구(14)에 삽입되는 금속재 연결팁(48b)이 끼워진다. 이때, 제1배출튜브(48)의 단부에 아답터(48a)를 끼워 외부용기(10)의 압력조절밸브(15)에 연결한다.
한편, 스팀배출관(45)의 타단이 몸체(41)의 격벽(41a)을 관통하여 배출용기(46) 내부에 위치되며, 이 스팀배출관(45)의 타단에 소음저감장치(90)가 구비되어 스팀이 스팀배출관(45)을 통과할 때 발생되는 소음을 저감시킨다. 이러한 소음저감장치(90)는 소음을 흡수하는 다수의 기공이 형성된 EVA 폼 형태로 이루어지는 것이 바람직하다. 따라서 스팀발생 및 배출에 따른 소음이 더욱 저감되므로 캠핑 등 조용한 장소에서 힐링을 즐기는 다른 사람들에게 소음공해로 인한 피해를 주지 않게 된다.
그리고 한편, 이번 실시예에서는 상기 외부용기(10)의 대향되는 외주면 양측에 구비된 승강가이더(50)와, 양단이 승강가이더(50)에 승강가능하게 결합된 손잡이(60)와, 이 손잡이(60)에 나사결합되는 너트체(70)와, 이 너트체(70)와 승강가이더(50) 사이에 개재되는 스프링(80)이 구성요소로서 더 포함된다.
상기 승강가이더(50)는 상기 손잡이(60)의 승강을 안내하는 것으로, 외부용기(10)의 외부용기본체(11)의 대향되는 외주면 양측에 구비된 브래킷(51)과, 일단이 브래킷(51)에 회동가능하게 결합된 힌지(53)로 이루어진다.
그리고 브래킷(51)은 금속판의 양단부를 절곡시켜 외부용기(10)의 측면에 용접 등으로 고정시키며 중앙에는 결합공(52)이 형성된다. 힌지(53)는 원통체로 이루어지며 일측 외주면에 결합공(52)의 내벽이 삽입되는 삽입홈(54)이 형성되고 타측 외주면에는 지름방향을 따라 관통홀(55)이 형성된다.
상기 손잡이(60)는 수평부(61)와, 이 수평부(61)의 양단에서 각각 하향 절곡된 한 쌍의 수직부(62)로 이루어진다. 각 수직부(62)는 승강가이더(50)의 힌지(53)의 관통홀(55)을 관통하며 그 단부에는 관통홀(55)에서 이탈되는 것을 막는 막음판(64)이 구비된다. 또한 수직부(62)에는 수평부(61)가 외부용기(10)의 외부뚜껑(13)에 걸려질 때 힌지(53)보다 하측에 위치된 부위에 나사산(63)이 형성된다.
이와 같이 조립된 손잡이(60)는 도 9와 같이 수직부(62)가 힌지(53)의 관통홀(55)을 관통함에 따라 외부용기(10)에서 승강된다. 또한 손잡이(60)는 힌지(53)가 브래킷(51)에서 회전됨에 따라 도 10과 같이 외부용기(10)의 상방에서 측방에 위치되도록 회동된다. 따라서 손잡이(60)를 하강 또는 회동시켜 본 발명의 취사용기의 부피를 최소화시킬 수 있어 휴대가 용이하며 외부뚜껑(13)의 개폐가 용이해서 사용편의성이 향상된다.
상기 너트체(70)는 손잡이(60)의 나사산(63)에 나사결합되며 외주면에 다수의 돌기가 형성되어 사용자가 용이하게 회전시킬 수 있도록 구성될 수 있다.
상기 스프링(80)은 손잡이(60)의 수직부(62)에 끼워지며, 도 9와 같이 승강가이더(50)의 힌지(53)와 너트체(70) 사이에 개재된다. 너트체(70)가 손잡이(60)의 수직부(62)의 나사산(63)에 조여지면 스프링(80)이 압축되면서 손잡이(60)의 수평부(61)가 외부용기(10)의 뚜껑(13)을 가압하게 된다. 이에 따라, 외부용기(10)의 뚜껑(13)의 밀폐력을 더욱 향상시킬 수 있다.
한편, 도 11과 같이 스팀차단수단(40)을 외부용기(10)에 장착한 상태로 가방(1)에 넣고 이동 중에 취사가 이루어지도록 할 수도 있다. 따라서 사용자는 가방(1)을 매고 이동 중에도 음식물 조리가 이루어지므로 음식물 조리시간을 절약할 수 있다.
도 12는 본 발명의 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기의 제4실시예를 도시한 도면이다. 도시된 바와 같이, 내부용기(20)의 내부가 격벽(20b)으로 인해 두 개의 공간이 형성되므로 단일의 내부용기(20)에 밥과 국과 같이 서로 다른 음식물이 함께 저장될 수 있다. 그리고 내부용기(20)에는 스팀배출밸브(25)가 구비되는데, 이 스팀배출밸브(25)는 내부용기(10)의 일측공간 또는 양측공간에 구비된다.
한편, 상기 제1 내지 제4실시예에서는 외부용기(10)가 금속재 용기로 이루어진 것을 예시하였으나, 비닐지로 제작된 지퍼백으로 이루어질 수도 있다.
이상에서 설명한 본 발명은 전술한 실시예 및 첨부된 도면에 의해 한정되는 것이 아니고, 본 발명의 기술적 사상을 벗어나지 않는 범위 내에서 여러 가지 치환, 변형 및 변경이 가능함은 본 발명이 속하는 기술분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에게 명백할 것이다.

Claims (4)

  1. 내부에 물이 채워지며 상면이 개폐가능하게 구비되고, 일측에 스팀배출구(14)가 구비된 외부용기(10);
    상기 외부용기(10) 내부에 삽입되며 음식물이 채워지는 내부용기(20); 및
    상기 외부용기(10)의 내부에 구비되며 물과 반응하여 내부용기(20)를 가열하는 발열체(30);
    얼음, 눈, 물과 같은 냉각수단(43)을 채울 수 있도록 된 냉각챔버(42a)가 구비된 몸체(41)와, 이 몸체(41)의 냉각챔버(42a)에 구비되며 일단이 몸체(41)의 일측을 관통하여 외부로 노출되고 노출된 일단이 상기 외부용기(10)의 스팀배출구(14)에 착탈가능하게 결합되는 스팀배출관(44)을 포함하여 이루어진 스팀차단수단(40);을 포함하며,
    상기 외부용기(10)에 형성된 스팀이 스팀배출관(44)을 통과하면서 냉각챔버(10)의 냉각수단(43)에 의해 응축되는 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 상기 외부용기(10) 및 내부용기(20) 중 적어도 내부용기(20)는 상부에 지퍼(22)에 의해 개폐되는 투입구(21)가 형성되고 상기 지퍼(22) 하측에 스팀배출밸브(24)가 구비된 지퍼백 형태로 이루어진 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기.
  3. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 스팀차단수단(40)의 스팀배출관(45)의 타단은 몸체(41)를 관통하여 외부로 노출되며, 노출된 스팀배출관(45)의 타단은 스팀이 응축되어 발생되는 응축수를 수용할 수 있도록 된 배출용기(46)에 결합된 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기.
  4. 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 외부용기(10)의 대향되는 외주면 양측에 구비된 한 쌍의 승강가이더(50); 상기 외부용기(10)의 상면을 가로지르는 수평부(61)와, 이 수평부(61)의 양단에서 각각 하향 절곡되며 상기 승강가이더(50)에 승강가능하게 결합되며 일정부위에 나사산(63)이 형성된 한 쌍의 수직부(62)로 이루어진 손잡이(60); 및 상기 손잡이(60)의 수직부(62)의 나사산(63)에 나사결합되는 너트체(70)와, 상기 손잡이(60)의 수직부(62)에 끼워지되 상기 너트체(70)와 승강가이더(50) 사이에 개재되는 스프링(80);을 더 포함하여 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 스팀제거기능이 구비된 취사용기.
