本发明提供的蒸汽烹饪装置,通过在蒸汽出口和排汽口之间增设导流件,一方面,保证烹饪腔内产生的部分蒸汽能够经蒸汽出口、导流件上的进汽部和排汽部后,由上盖上的排汽口排出到产品外部,从而避免蒸汽烹饪装置工作时烹饪腔内的蒸汽压力过大;另一方面,保证排汽口处产生的冷凝水能够经导流件上的排汽部和排水部后,导流至位于内胆下方的接水盒中,从而避免了烹饪过程中冷凝水在排汽口处汇集的情况,进而避免了在蒸汽的冲击下排汽口处会溅起水珠,甚至烫伤用户的问题,同时避免了冷凝水堵住排汽口的问题,并避免了烹饪结束后冷凝水在排汽口处汇集的情况,进而避免了冷凝水残留在排汽口处难清洁的情况,及残留的冷凝水回流到烹饪腔内影响食物的健康和口感的问题。
另外,本发明上述实施例提供的蒸汽烹饪装置还具有如下附加技术特征:
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述导流件还具有连接在所述排汽部和所述排水部之间的储水部,所述储水部的下端面上开设有与所述排水部连通的第一连通口,所述储水部的侧壁上开设有与所述进汽部连通的第二连通口。
排汽部和排水部之间连接有储水部,储水部的上部与排汽部连通,储水部的下部与排水部连通,且储水部的下端面上开设有与排水部连通的第一连通口,储水部的侧壁上开设有与进汽部连通的第二连通口,使得第一连通口的高度低于第二连通口的高度,这样蒸汽在排汽口处冷凝后形成水珠,集结在导流件上的储水部内后,水珠能够在自身重力作用下,经导流件上的排水部回流到内胆下方的接水盒内,而不会经导流件上的进汽部回流至烹饪腔内,从而避免了排汽口处的冷凝水回流到烹饪腔内,影响烹饪腔内食物的健康和口感的情况发生。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述储水部的下端面沿靠近所述第一连通口的方向逐渐向下倾斜。
储水部的下端面沿靠近第一连通口的方向逐渐向下倾斜,便于储水部内的水顺利经第一连通口流至排水部内,然后回流到与排水部连通的接水 盒内,有效防止排汽口处产生的冷凝水在储水部内汇集。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述内胆的顶板上靠近转角位置处开设有所述蒸汽出口,所述上盖的后端部的中间位置处开设有所述排汽口。
由于控制面板设置在上盖上,为了避免高温蒸汽对控制面板的温升影响,因此内胆上的蒸汽出口设在内胆顶板一角的位置,远离控制面板;同时为了美观,将上盖上的排汽口设在上盖后方的中间位置,此时内胆上的蒸汽出口和上盖上的排汽口错开布置。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述排汽部的上端口与所述排汽口正对设置,所述进汽部通过排汽弯管与所述蒸汽出口相连通。
排汽部的上端口正对排汽口设置,一方面保证蒸汽腔内排出的蒸汽能够顺利经排汽部后从排汽口排出,另一方面使得排汽口处产生的冷凝水能够在自身重力作用下,顺利经排汽部滴入到导流件上的排水部内,从而避免排汽口处冷凝水回流到烹饪腔内;由于蒸汽出口和排汽口错开设置,因此导流件上的进汽部与内胆上的蒸汽出口通过排汽弯管相连通,从烹饪腔内排出的蒸汽经过排汽弯管到达导流件内,再通过导流件上的排汽部和正对排汽部的排汽口排出到蒸汽烹饪装置的外部。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述排汽部的上端口的形状与所述排汽口的形状相适配,且所述排汽部的上端口与所述上盖的下端面相贴合。
排汽部的上端口的形状与排汽口的形状相适配,且排汽部的上端口与上盖的下端面相贴合,既保证烹饪腔内的蒸汽经排汽部从排汽口顺利排出,又保证排汽口处的冷凝水经排汽部顺利回流到接水盒内;排汽部的上端口与上盖的下端面相贴合,保证排汽部与上盖之间的密封效果,避免烹饪腔内的蒸汽经排汽部和上盖之间的间隙进入到上盖和内胆之间,影响控制面板的正常工作。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述排汽部的外周面上设有向外凸出的固定部,所述导流件通过所述固定部固定在所述上盖的下端面上。
将导流件通过固定部固定在上盖上,具体地,固定部上开设有第一螺钉孔,上盖上开设有与第一螺钉孔对应的第二螺钉孔,通过打螺钉的方式将导流件固定在上盖的下端面上,装配方便,固定牢固。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述排水部通过接水管与所述接水盒相连 通,且所述接水管和所述接水盒之间连接有接水槽。
在接水管和接水盒之间连接有接水槽,导流件上的排水部通过接水管与接水槽相连通,接水槽与接水盒相连通,排汽口处的冷凝水经排水部,再通过接水管回流到接水槽,进而流到接水盒内,从而避免冷凝水回流到烹饪腔内。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述接水盒可拆卸地安装在所述内胆的下方。
接水盒可拆卸地安装在内胆的下方,便于将接水盒拆下倒掉里面的冷凝水,同时便于将接水盒拆下进行清洗。
在上述技术方案中,优选地,所述导流件为一体成型结构。
导流件一体成型,保证导流件各部分的连接强度,并使得导流件的成型方便,成本低。

具体实施方式
为了能够更清楚地理解本发明的上述目的、特征和优点,下面结合附图和具体实施方式对本发明进行进一步的详细描述。需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。
在下面的描述中阐述了很多具体细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是,本发明还可以采用其他不同于在此描述的方式来实施,因此,本发明的保护范围并不受下面公开的具体实施例的限制。
下面参照附图1至图5描述根据本发明一些实施例的蒸汽烹饪装置。
如图1和图2所示,根据本发明一些实施例提供的一种蒸汽烹饪装置,包括:内胆10、上盖20、蒸汽发生器30、接水盒40和导流件50。
其中,内胆10具有烹饪腔101,内胆10上开设有蒸汽出口102;上盖20位于内胆10的上方,上盖20上开设有与蒸汽出口102连通的排汽口201;蒸汽发生器30与烹饪腔101连通,用于向烹饪腔101内输送蒸汽;接水盒40位于内胆10的下方,用于收纳烹饪腔101排出的冷凝水;导流件50设在蒸汽出口102和排汽口201之间,导流件50具有与蒸汽出口102连通的进汽部501、与排汽口201连通的排汽部502及与接水盒40连通的排水部503,且排水部503位于排汽部502的下方,以使排汽口201处的冷凝水能够经排水部503导流至接水盒40内。
本发明提供的蒸汽烹饪装置,通过在蒸汽出口102和排汽口201之间增设导流件50,一方面,保证烹饪腔101内产生的部分蒸汽能够经蒸汽出口102、导流件50上的进汽部501和排汽部502后,由上盖20上的排汽口201排出到产品外部,从而避免蒸汽烹饪装置工作时烹饪腔101内的蒸汽压力过大;另一方面,保证排汽口201处产生的冷凝水能够经导流件50上的排汽部502和排水部503后,导流至位于内胆10下方的接水盒40中,从而避免了烹饪过程中冷凝水在排汽口201处汇集的情况,进而避免了在蒸汽的冲击下排汽口201处会溅起水珠,甚至烫伤用户的问题,同时避免了冷凝水堵住排汽口201的问题,并避免了烹饪结束后冷凝水在排汽口201处汇集的情况,进而避免了冷凝水残留在排汽口201处难清洁的情况,及残留的冷凝水回流到烹饪腔101内影响食物的健康和口感的问题。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图3、图4和图5所示,导流件50还具 有连接在排汽部502和排水部503之间的储水部504,储水部504的下端面上开设有与排水部503连通的第一连通口5041,储水部504的侧壁上开设有与进汽部501连通的第二连通口5042。
排汽部502和排水部503之间连接有储水部504,储水部504的上部与排汽部502连通,储水部504的下部与排水部503连通,且储水部504的下端面上开设有与排水部503连通的第一连通口5041,储水部504的侧壁上开设有与进汽部501连通的第二连通口5042,使得第一连通口5041的高度低于第二连通口5042的高度,这样蒸汽在排汽口201处冷凝后形成水珠,集结在导流件50上的储水部504内后,水珠能够在自身重力作用下,经导流件50上的排水部503回流到内胆10下方的接水盒40内,而不会经导流件50上的进汽部501回流至烹饪腔101内,从而避免了排汽口201处的冷凝水回流到烹饪腔101内,影响烹饪腔101内食物的健康和口感的情况发生。
进一步地,如图4和图5所示,储水部504的下端面沿靠近第一连通口5041的方向逐渐向下倾斜。
储水部504的下端面沿靠近第一连通口5041的方向逐渐向下倾斜,便于储水部504内的水顺利经第一连通口5041流至排水部503内,然后回流到与排水部503连通的接水盒40内,有效防止排汽口201处产生的冷凝水在储水部504内汇集。
优选地,导流件50为一体成型结构,保证导流件50各部分的连接强度,并使得导流件50的成型方便,成本低。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,内胆10的顶板上靠近转角位置处开设有蒸汽出口102,上盖20的后端部的中间位置处开设有排汽口201。
由于控制面板设置在上盖20上,为了避免高温蒸汽对控制面板的温升影响,因此内胆10上的蒸汽出口102设在内胆10顶板一角的位置,远离控制面板;同时为了美观,将上盖20上的排汽口201设在上盖20后方的中间位置,此时内胆10上的蒸汽出口102和上盖20上的排汽口201错开布置。
进一步地,如图1和图2所示,排汽部502的上端口与排汽口201正对设置,进汽部501通过排汽弯管60与蒸汽出口102相连通。
排汽部502的上端口正对排汽口201设置,一方面保证蒸汽腔内排出的蒸汽能够顺利经排汽部502后从排汽口201排出,另一方面使得排汽口201处产生的冷凝水能够在自身重力作用下,顺利经排汽部502滴入到导流件50上的排水部503内,从而避免排汽口201处冷凝水回流到烹饪腔101内;由于蒸汽出口102和排汽口201错开设置,因此导流件50上的进汽部501与内胆10上的蒸汽出口102通过排汽弯管60相连通,从烹饪腔101内排出的蒸汽经过排汽弯管60到达导流件50内,再通过导流件50上的排汽部502和正对排汽部502的排汽口201排出到蒸汽烹饪装置的外部。
再进一步地,如图1和图2所示,排汽部502的上端口的形状与排汽口201的形状相适配,且排汽部502的上端口与上盖20的下端面相贴合。
排汽部502的上端口的形状与排汽口201的形状相适配,且排汽部502的上端口与上盖20的下端面相贴合,既保证烹饪腔101内的蒸汽经排汽部502从排汽口201顺利排出,又保证排汽口201处的冷凝水经排汽部502顺利回流到接水盒40内;排汽部502的上端口与上盖20的下端面相贴合,保证排汽部502与上盖20之间的密封效果,避免烹饪腔101内的蒸汽经排汽部502和上盖20之间的间隙进入到上盖20和内胆10之间,影响控制面板的正常工作。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图3、图4和图5所示,排汽部502的外周面上设有向外凸出的固定部505,导流件50通过固定部505固定在上盖20的下端面上。
将导流件50通过固定部505固定在上盖20上,具体地,固定部505上开设有第一螺钉孔,上盖20上开设有与第一螺钉孔对应的第二螺钉孔,通过打螺钉的方式将导流件50固定在上盖20的下端面上,装配方便,固定牢固。
在本发明的一个实施例中,如图1和图2所示,排水部503通过接水管70与接水盒40相连通,且接水管70和接水盒40之间连接有接水槽80。
在接水管70和接水盒40之间连接有接水槽80,导流件50上的排水部503通过接水管70与接水槽80相连通,接水槽80与接水盒40相连通,排汽口201处的冷凝水经排水部503,再通过接水管70回流到接水槽80,进而流到接水盒40内,从而避免冷凝水回流到烹饪腔101内。
进一步地,如图1所示,接水盒40可拆卸地安装在内胆10的下方。
接水盒40可拆卸地安装在内胆10的下方,便于将接水盒40拆下倒掉里面的冷凝水,同时便于将接水盒40拆下进行清洗。
再进一步地,如图1所示,内胆10的下方支撑有底座90,接水槽80和接水盒40均安装在底座90上。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的蒸汽烹饪装置,通过在蒸汽出口和排汽口之间增设导流件,一方面,保证烹饪腔内产生的部分蒸汽能够经蒸汽出口、导流件上的进汽部和排汽部后,由上盖上的排汽口排出到产品外部,从而避免蒸汽烹饪装置工作时烹饪腔内的蒸汽压力过大;另一方面,保证排汽口处产生的冷凝水能够经导流件上的排汽部和排水部后,导流至位于内胆下方的接水盒中,从而避免了烹饪过程中冷凝水在排汽口处汇集的情况,进而避免了在蒸汽的冲击下排汽口处会溅起水珠,甚至烫伤用户的问题,同时避免了冷凝水堵住排汽口的问题,并避免了烹饪结束后冷凝水在排汽口处汇集的情况,进而避免了冷凝水残留在排汽口处难清洁的情况,及残留的冷凝水回流到烹饪腔内影响食物的健康和口感的问题。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,包括:
    内胆,所述内胆具有烹饪腔,所述内胆上开设有蒸汽出口;
    上盖,位于所述内胆的上方,所述上盖上开设有与所述蒸汽出口连通的排汽口;
    蒸汽发生器,与所述烹饪腔连通,用于向所述烹饪腔内输送蒸汽;
    接水盒,位于所述内胆的下方,用于收纳所述烹饪腔排出的冷凝水;和
    导流件,设在所述蒸汽出口和所述排汽口之间,所述导流件具有与所述蒸汽出口连通的进汽部、与所述排汽口连通的排汽部及与所述接水盒连通的排水部,且所述排水部位于所述排汽部的下方,以使所述排汽口处的冷凝水能够经所述排水部导流至所述接水盒内。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述导流件还具有连接在所述排汽部和所述排水部之间的储水部,所述储水部的下端面上开设有与所述排水部连通的第一连通口,所述储水部的侧壁上开设有与所述进汽部连通的第二连通口。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述储水部的下端面沿靠近所述第一连通口的方向逐渐向下倾斜。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述内胆的顶板上靠近转角位置处开设有所述蒸汽出口,所述上盖的后端部的中间位置处开设有所述排汽口。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述排汽部的上端口与所述排汽口正对设置,所述进汽部通过排汽弯管与所述蒸汽出口相连通。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述排汽部的上端口的形状与所述排汽口的形状相适配,且所述排汽部的上端口与所述上盖的下端面相贴合。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述排汽部的外周面上设有向外凸出的固定部,所述导流件通过所述固定 部固定在所述上盖的下端面上。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述排水部通过接水管与所述接水盒相连通,且所述接水管和所述接水盒之间连接有接水槽。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述接水盒可拆卸地安装在所述内胆的下方。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的蒸汽烹饪装置,其特征在于,
    所述导流件为一体成型结构。
