作为进一步地改进,所述底座为一体式底座,所述底座上分别设有供纸模块安装区、加样模块安装区、检测模块安装区,其中所述供纸模块安装区设有一个用于安装所述试纸盒的容置腔,所述容置腔右侧设有一个导纸台,所述导纸台右边为底座上的试纸平移通道。
所述容置腔底部设有一个用于嵌合所述漏纸槽的凹槽,所述凹槽开口处设置有用于密闭所述漏纸槽的密封垫。
所述升降机构包括第一电机和升降卡台,所述升降卡台安装在所述容置腔内,所述试纸盒卡接在所述升降卡台上,所述第一电机连接并驱动所述升降卡台升降从而带动所述试纸盒升降。
所述推送机构包括第二电机、与第二电机连接的拨杆、第三电机以及与第三电机连接的丝杠,所述第二电机固定安装在一平台上,所述平台套装在丝杠上且其内部设有与丝杠配合的内螺纹,所述第三电机驱动丝杠旋转时,所述平台沿丝杠平移从而带动拨杆平移,所述第二电机用于驱动所述拨杆至初始位置或工作位置,所述拨杆的工作位置对准所述漏纸槽。
所述加样模块包括第四电机和加样针,所述加样针用于与进样装置连接,所述第四电机连接并驱动所述加样针移动至加样位置或清洗位置。
所述进样装置包括进液管和柱塞泵,所述进液管连接所述加样针,所 述柱塞泵用于分别连接集尿管路以及清洗管路,检测时,所述加样针移动至加样位置,所述柱塞泵用于将来自集尿管路的待测尿液通过进液管泵送至加样针;检测完成,所述加样针移动至清洗位置,所述柱塞泵用于将来自清洗管路的清洗液通过进液管泵送至加样针。
所述检测模块包括光电探头检测器,所述光电探头检测器包括安装在底座上的支撑、并排设置在支撑上的多组光电探头,每组光电探头用于对应检测待测试纸上的一个检测区。
所述检测模块还包括第五电机,所述第五电机连接并驱动所述光电探头检测器移动至校准位置、检测位置或回收试纸位置,所述底座上对应所述光电探头检测器回收试纸位置的下方设置有可分离式试纸回收盒。
一种智能马桶,包括所述的尿液检测装置。
由于采用上述技术方案,本发明至少具有以下优点:
(1)由于采用底部带有水平漏纸槽的试纸盒,配合升降机构和推送机构,使得水平放置的试纸条靠自重自动漏出,并易于在水平方向移动推送试纸,为后续加样模块和检测模块的布局和工作方式奠定基础。
(2)由于试纸与推送方向平行,使得供纸模块、加样模块、检测模块在底座上实现紧凑的线型排列,实现布局合理、空间利用率高的模块化设置,且尿液检测过程在所述底座上从左至右一次性完成,各模块执行检测时动作幅度小,占用空间小。
(3)由于设置了凹槽和密封垫,使得升降机构将试纸盒落下时可保证密封,试纸存储时不易受潮、失效,应用于智能马桶时避免了马桶潮湿环境的影响。
(4)由于加样模块中设置了加样针的工作位置和清洗位置,使得尿液检测完成后及时清洗,避免两次检测之间互相影响。
(5)由于光电探头检测器包括并排设置的多组光电探头,使得试纸平 移至检测探头下方时,多组探头同时工作,一次即可完成试纸上多个检测区的检测工作,相较于传统的单个探头移动式扫描,提高了检测效率,简化了检测器的工作方式,节约了占用空间。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种尿液检测装置以及含有该装置的智能马桶。所述尿液检测装置体积小巧、结构紧凑、易于安装、工作可靠,含有该装置的智能马桶可以对收集回来的尿液样本进行健康数据分析,使得智能马桶实现了作为保健器械的尿液分析功能。
本发明所述的尿液检测装置,包括底座,以及安装在底座上从左至右呈线型紧密排列的供纸模块、加样模块、检测模块。其中:所述供纸模块 包括试纸盒、升降机构和推送机构,所述试纸盒底部设有水平的漏纸槽,用于承接靠自重落入的最下层试纸;所述升降机构用于升、降所述试纸盒以露出或密闭所述漏纸槽;所述推送机构用于从所述漏纸槽中将试纸推出并送往所述加样模块和检测模块;所述加样模块用于将待测尿液滴加到所述试纸上;所述检测模块用于检测加样后试纸以获得尿检结果。
具体地,请配合参阅图1、2、3所示,所述底座3为一体式底座,所述底座3上分别设有供纸模块安装区、加样模块安装区、检测模块安装区,其中所述供纸模块安装区设有一个用于安装所述试纸盒1的容置腔31,所述容置腔31右侧设有一个导纸台32,所述导纸台32右边为底座3上的试纸平移通道。
请配合图3、4所示,所述试纸盒1内用于盛放检测用试纸,检测试纸为长条形,其上设有多个检测区,分别用于检测尿液的不同指标参数。若干张长条形试纸上下叠放在所述试纸盒1中,供连续检测使用。所述试纸盒1的底部设有一个水平的漏纸槽29,所述漏纸槽29呈细长型,与装在试纸盒1中的试纸形状匹配,最下层的试纸将因重力而落入漏纸槽29中,漏纸槽29的右端为试纸出口28。所述容置腔31底部设有一个用于嵌合所述漏纸槽29的凹槽,所述凹槽开口处设置有密封垫4,较佳地,密封垫4上表面与凹槽开口部分平齐或者下凹一点,避免阻挡后续动作中推送机构的拨杆进行推送。所述试纸盒1的底部设有一个密封平台30,密封平台30设置为漏纸槽29外周的凸起,所述密封平台30与所述密封垫4配合,用于当非检测状态时密闭所述漏纸槽29,防止试纸盒1内的试纸受潮失效。
请配合参阅图4、5所示,所述试纸盒1的盒体两侧分别设有两个凹槽,包括上凹槽27和下凹槽26,所述升降机构包括第一电机5和升降卡台2,所述升降卡台2安装在所述容置腔31内,所述试纸盒1通过上凹槽27和下凹槽26与所述升降卡台2卡接,具体地,如图6中所示,升降卡台2的左右两边有两个凸台23,试纸盒1底部的下凹槽26支撑在凸台23上面, 升降卡台2的左右两边还有两个卡扣22,卡扣22压在试纸盒1左右两边的上凹槽27上,将试纸盒1卡在升降卡台2内。如图5中所示,升降卡台2的后面是齿条结构,与第一电机5的主轴上的齿轮配合形成传动机构,第一电机5可以带动升降卡台2在容置腔31内升降活动。升降台2的零点由光耦24确定,非检测状态下,升降台2位于零点,试纸盒1紧紧地压在密封垫4上面,试纸盒1内部处于密封状态。开始检测时,电机5带动升降卡台2向上运动,试纸盒1向上运动,直到试纸盒1的底面高出容置腔31底部的凹槽,试纸盒1漏纸槽中的最下层的一张试纸露出来,升降机构停止动作,等待推送机构推送。
请配合参阅图7、8所示,所述推送机构包括第二电机7、由第二电机7连接并驱动的拨杆6、第三电机10、由第三电机10连接并驱动的丝杠9,所述第二电机7固定安装在一平台8上,所述平台8套装在所述丝杠9上,且平台8内部设有与所述丝杠9外螺纹配合的内螺纹,第三电机10通过齿轮传动驱动丝杠9旋转,丝杠9旋转时,带动所述平台8沿丝杠9平移,安装在平台8上的第二电机7带动拨杆6平移。所述拨杆6连接在第二电机7的主轴上,受第二电机7驱动,可以在推送位置和起始位置切换。非检测状态下,拨杆6位于起始位置。开始检测时,试纸盒1经升降机构提起,至漏纸槽29在拨杆6的上表面时停下来,等待拨杆6推送试纸前进。所述拨杆6摆动到推送位置(工作位置),并跟随平台8将试纸从漏纸槽29的出口28处推出,经导纸台32衔接后沿底座3上的平移通道移动,直至推送到加样模块下方停止,等待加样模块加样。
请参阅图1、7、9所示,所述加样模块包括第四电机12和加样针11,所述加样针11与第四电机12的主轴连接,由第四电机12驱动,可以在加样位置(工作位置)和清洗位置切换。应用到智能马桶上时,所述加样针11用于与进样装置连接,所述进样装置包括进液管和柱塞泵,所述进液管连接所述加样针11,所述柱塞泵用于分别连接集尿管路以及清洗管路。作 为一种具体示例,如图9中所示,所述加样装置包括柱塞泵15、三通电磁阀20、电磁阀16、软管17,三通电磁阀的三个阀口分别通过软管17与柱塞泵15、加样针11和集尿管路(图中未示出)连接,柱塞泵15上还通过软管17连接清洗管路,清洗管路上设置电磁阀16。非检测状态下,加样针11位于清洗位置。开始检测时,所述加样针11移动至工作位置,所述柱塞泵15将来自于集尿管路的待测尿液通过软管17泵送至加样针11,待试纸到达加样针11下方,加样针11开始吐液。当试纸滴加完样本,加样针11摆回清洗位置,所述柱塞泵15将来自清洗管路的清洗液通过软管17泵送至加样针11,清洗完成,电磁阀16关闭。其中软管17可采用塑胶软管,清洗液可直接采用自来水。
请参阅图1、2、9所示,所述检测模块包括安装在底座3上的光电探头检测器13,以及连接并驱动所述光电探头检测器13移动的第五电机14。所述光电探头检测器13包括支撑19、安装在支撑19上的检测电路18,检测电路18包括并排设置的多组光电探头,每组光电探头用于对应检测待测试纸上的一个检测区。所述第五电机14连接并驱动所述支撑19移动,从而使得光电探头检测器13在检测位置、回收试纸位置和校准位置进行切换。非检测状态下,光电探头检测器13位于回收试纸位置。开始检测时,光电探头检测器13进入校准位置进行传感器校准。传感器校准结束后,光电探头检测器13进入检测位置。当拨杆6继续推送试纸平移到达光电探头检测器13的光电探头下方,多组光电探头开始读取结果。所述底座3上对应所述光电探头检测器13的回收试纸位置的下方设置有可分离式试纸回收盒,当读取完结果,光电探头检测器13回到回收试纸位置,试纸掉进下方的试纸回收盒。
本发明的尿液检测装置在进行尿检时,一边出纸一边加样,试纸滴加完样本就进入光电探头下方。试纸被推送到光电探头下方后,拨杆6摆回起始位置,平台8回到支架3最左边,加样针11摆回清洗位置,电磁阀16 打开,自来水开始清洗柱塞泵15、加样针11和软管17,清洗完成,电磁阀16关闭。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种尿液检测装置,其特征在于,包括底座,以及安装在底座上从左至右呈线型紧密排列的供纸模块、加样模块、检测模块,其中:
    所述供纸模块包括试纸盒、升降机构和推送机构,所述试纸盒底部设有水平的漏纸槽,用于承接靠自重落入的最下层试纸;所述升降机构用于升、降所述试纸盒以露出或密闭所述漏纸槽;所述推送机构用于从所述漏纸槽中将试纸推出并送往所述加样模块和检测模块;
    所述加样模块用于将待测尿液滴加到所述试纸上;
    所述检测模块用于检测加样后试纸以获得尿检结果。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尿液检测装置,其特征在于,所述底座为一体式底座,所述底座上分别设有供纸模块安装区、加样模块安装区、检测模块安装区,其中所述供纸模块安装区设有一个用于安装所述试纸盒的容置腔,所述容置腔右侧设有一个导纸台,所述导纸台右边为底座上的试纸平移通道。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种尿液检测装置,其特征在于,所述容置腔底部设有一个用于嵌合所述漏纸槽的凹槽,所述凹槽开口处设置有用于密闭所述漏纸槽的密封垫。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的一种尿液检测装置,其特征在于,所述升降机构包括第一电机和升降卡台,所述升降卡台安装在所述容置腔内,所述试纸盒卡接在所述升降卡台上,所述第一电机连接并驱动所述升降卡台升降从而带动所述试纸盒升降。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尿液检测装置,其特征在于,所述推送机构包括第二电机、与第二电机连接的拨杆、第三电机以及与第三电机连 接的丝杠,所述第二电机固定安装在一平台上,所述平台套装在丝杠上且其内部设有与丝杠配合的内螺纹,所述第三电机驱动丝杠旋转时,所述平台沿丝杠平移从而带动拨杆平移,所述第二电机用于驱动所述拨杆至初始位置或工作位置,所述拨杆的工作位置对准所述漏纸槽。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尿液检测装置,其特征在于,所述加样模块包括第四电机和加样针,所述加样针用于与进样装置连接,所述第四电机连接并驱动所述加样针移动至加样位置或清洗位置。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种尿液检测装置,其特征在于,所述进样装置包括进液管和柱塞泵,所述进液管连接所述加样针,所述柱塞泵用于分别连接集尿管路以及清洗管路,检测时,所述加样针移动至加样位置,所述柱塞泵用于将来自集尿管路的待测尿液通过进液管泵送至加样针;检测完成,所述加样针移动至清洗位置,所述柱塞泵用于将来自清洗管路的清洗液通过进液管泵送至加样针。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的一种尿液检测装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块包括光电探头检测器,所述光电探头检测器包括安装在底座上的支撑、并排设置在支撑上的多组光电探头,每组光电探头用于对应检测待测试纸上的一个检测区。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的一种尿液检测装置,其特征在于,所述检测模块还包括第五电机,所述第五电机连接并驱动所述光电探头检测器移动至校准位置、检测位置或回收试纸位置,所述底座上对应所述光电探头检测器回收试纸位置的下方设置有可分离式试纸回收盒。
  10. 一种智能马桶,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-9中任一项所述的尿液检测装置。
