化粧品容器
　本発明は塗布具付きの化粧品容器に関する。
　塗布具付きの化粧品容器は、ファンデーションなどの化粧品を格納する容器本体と、容器本体の開口部を閉じるキャップ部が主な構成である。キャップ部にブラシなどの塗布具が配置されている。このような化粧品容器にとって、使用者が効果的かつ快適に操作して、化粧品を取り出すことができることが重要である。
　例えば特許文献１において、塗布具を容器本体内に出し入れするときにおける、化粧料の飛散を防止する化粧品容器が提案されている。

　ところで、使用者が化粧品容器を使用するときには、容器本体を把持し（ステップ１）、容器本体からキャップを外して塗布具を取り出し（ステップ２）、化粧を行い（ステップ３）、再びキャップを容器本体に嵌める（ステップ４）動作が必要である。上述の技術は、ステップ２において適量の化粧料を塗布具に付着させることによって、化粧料の飛散防止を試みるものであるが、容器本体からキャップを外す際の使用者の使い勝手は考慮されていない。
　本発明は、上記を踏まえて、容器本体を把持し、容器本体からキャップを外して塗布具を取り出し、化粧を行い、再びキャップを容器本体に嵌める工程において、使用者が効果的かつ快適に使用できる化粧品容器を提供するものである。
　第一の発明は、化粧品容器であって、化粧品を格納する略円筒形状の容器本体と、前記容器本体の第一の端部と着脱自在に係合し、化粧品を塗布するための塗布具を備える第一キャップと、前記容器本体の第二の端部と着脱自在に係合する第二キャップと、を有し、前記容器本体の前記第二の端部近傍には、化粧の仕上げをするための仕上げ具が配置され、前記第一キャップの直径は、前記容器本体との接続部分から前記第一キャップの閉塞端部に向かって拡径し、前記接続部分と前記閉塞端部の間の位置において、最大の直径を有するように形成されており、前記第二キャップの直径は、前記容器本体との接続部分から前記第二キャップの閉塞端部に向かって拡径し、前記接続部分と前記閉塞端部の間の位置において、最大の直径を有するように形成されている、化粧品容器である。
　本発明の発明者は、化粧を行う際に、化粧品の塗布と仕上げの二段階があることに着目し、化粧品容器に塗布具と仕上げ具を備える構造に想到した。そのうえで、塗布具と仕上げ具とを容器本体とから取り出すときの人間の手の構造を研究し、試行錯誤の結果、第一の発明の構成によれば、容器本体を把持し、容器本体からキャップを外して塗布具を取り出し、化粧を行い、再びキャップを容器本体に嵌める工程において、使用者が効果的かつ快適に使用できることを見出した。　
　第二の発明は、第一の発明の構成において、前記第一キャップの長さＬ４の前記容器本体の長さＬ１に対する比率α１（Ｌ４／Ｌ１）は、０．２以上０．３以下であり、

　本発明の発明者は、人間の手の指の長さとの関係で、長さＬ１、Ｌ２、Ｌ３及びＬ４が、上記の関係にあるときに、使用者が効果的に、第一キャップ及び第二キャップの着脱操作をすることができることを見出した。

　本発明の発明者は、人間の手及び指の構造との関係で、直径φ１、φ２、φ３及びφ４が、上記の関係にあるときに、使用者が、一層効果的に、第一キャップ及び第二キャップの着脱操作をすることができることを見出した。
　本発明にかかる化粧品容器によれば、容器本体を把持し、容器本体からキャップを外して塗布具を取り出し、化粧を行い、再びキャップを容器本体に嵌める工程において、使用者が効果的かつ快適に使用できる。

　以下、図面に基づき本発明の好適な実施形態を説明する。
　図１、図２、図３、図４及び図５に示すように、化粧品容器１（以下、「容器１」という。）の全体形状は、両端近傍の直径が中央部の直径よりも大きい略円柱形状である。そして、一方の端部近傍の最大直径が、他方の端部近傍の最大直径よりも大きい。容器１は、液体ファンデーションなどの化粧品を格納する略円筒形状の容器本体５０と、第一キャップ１０及び第二キャップ１００とで構成される。
　図４に示すように、第一キャップ１０は、キャップ本体１２、軸部１４及び塗布具１６で構成される。キャップ本体１２の開口端部近傍には螺子（図示せず）が形成されており、容器本体５０の第一の端部５４ａ（図４参照）に形成された螺子部５２と螺合し、着脱自在に係合するようになっている。第一キャップ１０の閉塞端部１０ｂ（図５参照）近傍は、略半球状に形成されている。
　第二キャップ１００の開口端部近傍内側には容器本体の凸部５６ａ（図４参照）と係合する環状凹部（図示せず）が形成されており、容器本体５０と着脱自在に係合するようになっている。第二キャップ１００の閉塞端部１００ｂ（図５参照）近傍は、略半球状に形成されている。
　図４に示すように、容器本体５０は、螺子部５２、胴体部５４、仕上げ具部５６で構成される。螺子部５２は、胴体部５４の一方の端部５４ａに形成されている。螺子部５２の端部は開口しており、第一キャップ１０の軸部１４及び塗布具１６を胴体部５４に格納できるようになっている。仕上げ具部５６は、基部５６ｂ、基部５６を取り巻くよう環状に形成された凸部５６ａ、上下方向（図４の矢印Ｘ方向）に摺動するシリンダ５６ｃ、及び、仕上げ具の一例としてのブラシ５６ｄで構成される。ブラシ５６ｄは、複数の毛で構成されている。

　本発明の発明者は、人間工学の観点で、人間の手の自然な状態は、平坦な状態ではなく、手の平の方向を中心とする略半球状になっていることに着目し、そのような手の構造に適合する容器１の構造を研究した。本発明の発明者は、自然な状態において、親指と人差し指の間に形成される空間の形状が、指先方向に向かって縮径する略円錐形状であることに着目し、容器１が上述の構造であるときに、人間の手の自然な状態において、効果的かつ快適に、容器１から第一キャップ１０や第二キャップ１００を取り外したり、取り付けたりすることができることを見出した。第二キャップ１００の最大直径φ１と接続部６０における直径φ４が、上述の数値範囲であることによって、左手２０２の親指と人差し指が自然な状態に近い状態において、第二キャップ１００の曲面にひっかかり、第二キャップ１００を把持することができる。第一キャップ１０と右手との関係についても、ほぼ同様である。第二キャップ１００が閉塞端部１００ｂから接続部６０方向に縮径するのと同様に、親指と人差し指とで自然に形成される空間も縮径していくから、使用者の指は、手の形状について特段の意識を要することなく、第二キャップ１００にひっかかり、第二キャップ１００を把持することができる。比率β４（φ３／φ２）は比率β３（φ４／φ１）よりも大きく、直径φ２は直径φ１よりも小さい。これは、第二キャップ１００を容器本体５０から外すときには、容器本体５０に配置されたブラシ５６ｄが露出するだけであるのに対して、第一キャップ１０を容器本体５０から外すと、ファンデーションが付着した塗布具１６が取り出さるから、使用者により慎重な動作を要求するような構造にするのが好ましいという着眼による。すなわち、塗布具１６を取り出すときには、ブラシ５６ｄを露出させるときよりも、慎重な操作が要求されるのであるが、比率β４（φ３／φ２）が比率β３（φ４／φ１）よりも大きく、直径φ２が直径φ１よりも小さいことによって、使用者をして、塗布具１６を取り出すときに、自然に神経を集中させ、慎重に動作させるようになっている。
　図１１に示すように、容器本体５０の胴体部５４と塗布具部５６は分離する。すなわち、胴体部５４の端部に形成された螺子部５４ａと塗布具部５６側に形成された螺子（図示せず）が螺合し、着脱可能になっている。なお、胴体部５４において、螺子部５４ａが形成された端部は閉塞端部である。そして、胴体部５４と第一キャップ１０は、胴体部５４に格納されたファンデーションが消費尽くされた時には、交換可能になっている。すなわち、使用者は、ファンデーションを消費尽くした場合に、容器１全体を新たに購入する必要はなく、胴体部５４と第一キャップ１０で構成されるレフィル部材を購入すれば足りる。
　なお、本発明の化粧品容器は、上記実施形態に限らず、本発明の要旨を逸脱しない範囲内において種々変更を加えることができる。

Claims (3)

  1. 　化粧品容器であって、
    　化粧品を格納する略円筒形状の容器本体と、
    　前記容器本体の第一の端部と着脱自在に係合し、化粧品を塗布するための塗布具を備える第一キャップと、
    　前記容器本体の第二の端部と着脱自在に係合する第二キャップと、
    を有し、
    　前記容器本体の前記第二の端部近傍には、化粧の仕上げをするための仕上げ具が配置され、
    　前記第一キャップの直径は、前記容器本体との接続部分から前記第一キャップの閉塞端部に向かって拡径し、前記接続部分と前記閉塞端部の間の位置において、最大の直径を有するように形成されており、
    　前記第二キャップの直径は、前記容器本体との接続部分から前記第二キャップの閉塞端部に向かって拡径し、前記接続部分と前記閉塞端部の間の位置において、最大の直径を有するように形成されている、
    化粧品容器。
  2. 　前記第一キャップの長さＬ４の前記化粧品容器の長さＬ１に対する比率α１（Ｌ４／Ｌ１）は、０．２以上０．３以下であり、
    　前記第二キャップの長さＬ２の前記化粧品容器の長さＬ１に対する比率α２（Ｌ２／Ｌ１）は、０．２以上０．３以下であり、
    　前記容器本体の長さＬ３の前記化粧品容器の長さＬ１に対する比率α３（Ｌ３／Ｌ１）は、０．４以上０．６以下である、
    請求項１に記載の化粧品容器。
  3. 　前記第二キャップにおける最大直径を直径φ１、前記第一キャップにおける最大直径を直径φ２、前記容器本体と前記第一キャップの接続部における直径を直径φ３、前記容器本体と前記第二キャップの接続部における直径を直径φ４とすると、
    　前記直径φ２の前記直径φ１に対する比率β１（φ２／φ１）は、０．６０以上０．７５以下であり、
    　前記直径φ３の前記直径φ１に対する比率β２（φ３／φ１）は、０．５５以上０．７０以下であり、
    　前記直径φ４の前記直径φ１に対する比率β３（φ４／φ１）は、０．６５以上０．８５以下であり、
    　前記直径φ３の前記直径φ２に対する比率β４（φ３／φ２）は、０．８５以上０．９７以下である、
    　請求項１又は請求項２のいずれかに記載の化粧品容器。
