前記ユーザー端末のいずれかの端末である第2ユーザー端末から病名を含む健康状態情報の要求を受信し、前記カルテ情報を参照することにより、前記受信した病名を含む健康状態情報及び処方された医薬の情報の一方又は両方を抽出し、
抽出された健康状態情報及び処方された医薬の情報の一方又は両方の時系列的な遷移を示す第2健康状態データを、当該第2ユーザー端末に送信するデータ送信部を備えるように構成されていることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 複数のユーザー端末及び一又は複数の医師端末と通信する遠隔診療支援サーバであって、
前記一又は複数の医師端末のユーザーである医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む診療可能時間帯情報及び前記複数のユーザー端末のそれぞれのユーザーの負担割合である自己負担割合と当該ユーザーが所属する組織の負担割合である組織医療費負担割合とを示す負担割合情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末のユーザーである対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を含む情報を受信し、前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出し、前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信する診療予約受付部と、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から受信した当該対象受診者に対するカルテ情報に基づいて、同一の診療内容に対する対面診療時の基準医療費よりも低額となるように、前記対象受診者に対する医療費を決定する医療費決定部と、
前記基準医療費に当該対象受診者が所属する組織の前記組織医療費負担割合を乗じた基準組織医療費負担額と前記医療費に前記組織医療費負担割合を乗じた額である組織医療費負担額との差分の一部をシステム利用費として決定する組織負担額決定部とを備えることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援サーバ。 - 複数のユーザー端末及び一又は複数の医師端末と通信し、かつ、前記一又は複数の医師端末のユーザーである医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む診療可能時間帯情報及び前記複数のユーザー端末のそれぞれのユーザーの負担割合である自己負担割合と当該ユーザーが所属する組織の負担割合である組織医療費負担割合とを示す負担割合情報を記憶する記憶部を備える遠隔診療支援サーバが実行する方法であって、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末のユーザーである対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を含む情報を受信するステップと、
前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出するステップと、
前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信するステップと、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から受信した当該対象受診者に対するカルテ情報に基づいて、同一の診療内容に対する対面診療時の基準医療費よりも低額となるように、前記対象受診者に対する医療費を決定するステップと、
前記基準医療費に当該対象受診者が所属する組織の前記組織医療費負担割合を乗じた基準組織医療費負担額と前記医療費に前記組織医療費負担割合を乗じた額である組織医療費
負担額との差分の一部をシステム利用費として決定するステップとを含むことを特徴とする遠隔診療支援方法。 - 複数のユーザー端末と通信する一又は複数の医師端末と遠隔診療支援サーバとを備えるネットワークシステムであって、
前記一又は複数の医師端末に関係付けられた医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む診療可能時間帯情報、及び基準となる保険組織負担額である基準保険組織負担額の情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末に関係付けられた対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を受信し、前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出し、前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信する診療予約受付部と、
前記通信確立情報に基づいて通信が確立した当該第1ユーザー端末から受信した受診者発言情報を当該担当医師端末に出力し、かつ、当該担当医師端末から入力された医師発言情報を当該第1ユーザー端末に送信する遠隔診療支援部と、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から受信した当該対象受診者に対するカルテ情報に基づいて、当該対象受診者に対する医療費の一部または全部を、当該対象受診者が加入する保険組織の負担額である保険組織負担額として算出し、算出された前記保険組織負担額と前記基準保険組織負担額と差額の一部をシステム利用費として、前記保険組織の決済情報を用いて決済するシステム利用費決済部とを備えることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 複数のユーザー端末と通信し、かつ、一又は複数の医師端末に関係付けられた医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む診療可能時間帯情報、及び基準となる保険組織負担額である基準保険組織負担額の情報を記憶する記憶部を備える一又は複数の医師端末及び遠隔診療支援サーバの一方又は両方が協働して実行する方法であって、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末に関係付けられた対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を受信し、前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出し、前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信する診療予約受付ステップと、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から受信した当該対象受診者に対するカルテ情報に基づいて、当該対象受診者に対する医療費の一部または全部を、当該対象受診者が加入する保険組織の負担額である保険組織負担額として算出し、算出された前記保険組織負担額と前記基準保険組織負担額と差額の一部をシステム利用費として、前記保険組織の決済情報を用いて決済するシステム利用費決済ステップとを備えることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援方法。 - 複数のユーザー端末と通信する一又は複数の医師端末と遠隔診療支援サーバとを備えるネットワークシステムであって、
前記一又は複数の医師端末のユーザーである医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む診療可能時間帯情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末のユーザーである対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を含む情報を受信し、前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出し、前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信する診療予約受付部と、
前記通信確立情報に基づいて通信が確立した当該第1ユーザー端末から受信した受診者発言情報を当該担当医師端末に出力し、かつ、当該担当医師端末から入力された医師発言情報を当該第1ユーザー端末に送信する遠隔診療支援部と、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から受信したカルテ情報に基づいて当該対象受診者の状態を認識し、前記対象受診者の状態が今回の条件を充足するか否かを判定し、前記対象受診者の状態が前記今回の条件を充足すると判定された場合に、前記対象受診者の状態が前記今回の条件を充足しないと判定された場合の医療費以下となるように前記対象受診者に対する医療費を決定し、前記カルテ情報に基づいて次回の条件を示す情報を認識し、前記医療費と前記今回の条件の充足の有無と当該次回の条件を示す情報とを前記第1ユーザー端末に送信する医療費決定部とを備えることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 請求項10記載の遠隔診療支援システムにおいて、
前記条件は、前記対象受診者が前記対象受診者の健康状態を自動で取得し、前記遠隔診療支援システムに送信する所定のウェアラブルデバイスを使用しているという条件であることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 請求項10又は11記載の遠隔診療支援システムにおいて、
前記条件は、前記対象受診者の健康状態が所定の健康状態であるという条件であることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 請求項12記載の遠隔診療支援システムにおいて、
前記所定の健康状態は、予め前記対象受診者及び前記担当医師の一方又は両方により指定された健康状態であることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 請求項10~13のうちいずれか1項記載の遠隔診療支援システムにおいて、
前記条件は、一定期間において前記対象受診者の健康状態が継続的に所定の健康状態でありつづけるという条件であることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 請求項10~14のうちいずれか1項記載の遠隔診療支援システムにおいて、
前記医療費決定部は、組織に関連付けられた受診者の数が所定数以上である場合に、前記組織に関連付けられた受診者の数が所定数未満である場合の負担額以下となるように、前記組織の負担額を決定することを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 複数のユーザー端末及び一又は複数の医師端末と通信する遠隔診療支援サーバであって、
前記一又は複数の医師端末のユーザーである医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む診療可能時間帯情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末のユーザーである対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を含む情報を受信し、前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出し、前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信する診療予約受付部と、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から受信したカルテ情報に基づいて当該対象受診者の状態を認識し、前記対象受診者の状態が今回の条件を充足するか否かを判定し、前記対象受診者の状態が前記今回の条件を充足すると判定された場合に、前記対象受診者の状態が前記今回の条件を充足しないと判定された場合の医療費以下となるように前記対象受診者に対する医療費を決定し、前記カルテ情報に基づいて次回の条件を示す情報を認識し、前記医療費と前記今回の条件の充足の有無と当該次回の条件を示す情報とを前記第1ユーザー端末に送信する医療費決定部とを備えることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援サーバ。 - 複数のユーザー端末及び一又は複数の医師端末と通信し、かつ、前記一又は複数の医師端末のユーザーである医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む診療可能時間帯情報を記憶する記憶部を備える遠隔診療支援サーバが実行する方法であって、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末のユーザーである対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を含む情報を受信するステップと、
前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出するステップと、
前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信するステップと、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から受信したカルテ情報に基づいて当該対象受診者の状態を認識するステップと、
前記対象受診者の状態が今回の条件を充足するか否かを判定するステップと、
前記対象受診者の状態が前記今回の条件を充足すると判定された場合に、前記対象受診者の状態が前記今回の条件を充足しないと判定された場合の医療費以下となるように前記対象受診者に対する医療費を決定するステップと、
前記カルテ情報に基づいて次回の条件を示す情報を認識し、前記医療費と前記今回の条件の充足の有無と当該次回の条件を示す情報とを前記第1ユーザー端末に送信するステップとを含むことを特徴とする遠隔診療支援方法。 - 複数のユーザー端末と通信する一又は複数の医師端末と遠隔診療支援サーバとを備えるネットワークシステムであって、
前記一又は複数の医師端末のユーザである医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む診療可能時間帯情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末のユーザーである対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を含む情報を受信し、前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出し、前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信する診療予約受付部と、
前記通信確立情報に基づいて通信が確立した当該第1ユーザー端末から受信した受診者発言情報を当該担当医師端末に出力し、かつ、当該担当医師端末から入力された医師発言情報を当該第1ユーザー端末に送信する遠隔診療支援部と、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から前記対象受診者に対する今回の遠隔診療におけるカルテ情報を受信し、当該受信したカルテ情報に基づいて、当該対象受診者の次回の目標行動を認識し、当該次回の目標行動を前記第1ユーザー端末に送信し、前記カルテ情報に基づいて今回の目標行動に対する当該対象受診者の遵守度を認識し、前記遵守度が所定の遵守度以上である場合、前記遵守度が前記所定の遵守度未満である場合の医療費以下となるように、前記対象受診者に対する前記今回の遠隔診療における医療費を決定する医療費決定部とを備えることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 請求項18記載の遠隔診療支援システムにおいて、
前記目標行動は、飲食に関する目標行動、運動に関する目標行動及び診療機器に関する目標行動のうち少なくとも一つを含む目標行動であることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 請求項18又は19記載の遠隔診療支援システムにおいて、
前記医療費決定部は、当該次回の目標行動と当該次回の目標行動の重要度とを前記第1ユーザー端末に送信し、前記今回の目標行動と前記今回の目標行動の遵守度と前記今回の目標行動の重要度とに応じて、今回の遠隔診療における医療費を決定するように構成されていることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 請求項18~20のうちいずれか1項記載の遠隔診療支援システムにおいて、
前記医療費決定部は、今回の目標行動の遵守度に基づいて今回のポイントを認識し、
今回のポイント又は累計のポイントが所定の閾値以上である状態が所定の期間続いたという条件を充足する場合、割引を適用することにより前記医療費を決定するように構成されていることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 請求項18~21のうちいずれか1項記載の遠隔診療支援システムにおいて、
前記医療費決定部は、今回の目標行動の遵守度が所定の閾値以上となる期間が所定の期間続いたという条件を充足する場合、割引を適用することにより前記医療費を決定するように構成されていることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援システム。 - 複数のユーザー端末及び一又は複数の医師端末と通信する遠隔診療支援サーバであって、
前記一又は複数の医師端末のユーザーである医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む診療可能時間帯情報を記憶する記憶部と、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末のユーザーである対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を含む情報を受信し、前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出し、前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信する診療予約受付部と、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から前記対象受診者に対する今回の遠隔診療におけるカルテ情報を受信し、当該受信したカルテ情報に基づいて、当該対象受診者の次回の目標行動を認識し、当該次回の目標行動を前記第1ユーザー端末に送信し、前記カルテ情報に基づいて今回の目標行動に対する当該対象受診者の遵守度を認識し、前記遵守度が所定の遵守度以上である場合、前記遵守度が前記所定の遵守度未満である場合の医療費以下となるように、前記対象受診者に対する前記今回の遠隔診療における医療費を決定する医療費決定部とを備えることを特徴とする遠隔診療支援サーバ。 - 複数のユーザー端末及び一又は複数の医師端末と通信し、かつ、前記一又は複数の医師端末のユーザーである医師が診療に従事することが出来る時間帯である診療可能時間帯を含む情報を含む診療可能時間帯情報を記憶する記憶部を備える遠隔診療支援サーバが実行する方法であって、
前記複数のユーザー端末のうちのいずれかの端末である第1ユーザー端末から、当該第1ユーザー端末のユーザーである対象受診者が受診を希望する診療希望時間帯を含む情報を受信するステップと、
前記診療可能時間帯情報を参照して、前記診療希望時間帯に診療に従事することが出来る担当医師を抽出するステップと、
前記担当医師の医師端末である担当医師端末及び前記第1ユーザー端末の間の通信を確立させるための通信確立情報を当該担当医師端末及び当該第1ユーザー端末の一方又は両方に送信するステップと、
当該担当医師端末又は当該第1ユーザー端末から当該対象受診者に対する今回の遠隔診療におけるカルテ情報を受信するステップと、
当該受信したカルテ情報に基づいて、当該対象受診者の次回の目標行動を認識するステ
ップと、
当該次回の目標行動を前記第1ユーザー端末に送信するステップと、
前記カルテ情報に基づいて今回の目標行動に対する当該対象受診者の遵守度を認識するステップと、
前記遵守度が所定の遵守度以上である場合、前記遵守度が前記所定の遵守度未満である場合の医療費以下となるように、前記対象受診者に対する前記今回の遠隔診療における医療費を決定するステップと、含むことを特徴とする遠隔診療支援方法。
