- 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述锅体由不锈钢层和铝合金层组成的复合圆片拉伸并涨型而成,其中所述铝合金层位于所述不锈钢层的内侧。
- 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述锅体的锅口处设有向外延伸的锅口翻边。
- 根据权利要求1-8中任一项所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述提手部由带状不锈钢板弯折形成,并通过氩弧焊焊接在所述台阶部上。
- 根据权利要求8中任一项所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述提手部由从所述锅体的锅口处切割下来的环形边沿材料构成,并通过氩弧焊焊接在所述台阶部上。
- 根据权利要求1-10中任一项所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述台阶部滚压成型。
- 一种炊具,其特征在于,包括根据权利要求1-11中任一项所述的用于炊具的内锅。
- 一种用于炊具的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述内锅包括锅体和提手部,所述锅体形成为锅口向内收缩的鼓型,所述锅体的外周壁上具有沿所述锅体的周向延伸的台阶部,所述提手部连接在所述台阶部上,且所述提手部形成为沿所述锅体的周向水平向外延伸的环形形状,所述制造方法包括以下步骤:S1、制作锅口向内收缩呈鼓型的锅体,并用滚压设备在所述锅体的外周壁上滚压出所述台阶部;S2、制作呈环形结构的提手部;S3、将所述提手部装配到步骤S1的所述锅体上并压紧在所述台阶部处,用氩弧焊送丝进行环焊焊接。
- 根据权利要求13所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体包括:S11、将由不锈钢层和铝合金层组成的复合圆片拉伸成圆柱状的待涨型锅体,其中所述铝合金层位于所述不锈钢层的内侧;S12、用金属清洗液将所述待涨型锅体清洗干净;S13、将步骤S12清洗后的待涨型锅体用涨型设备涨型成锅口向内收缩呈鼓型的待翻边锅体;S14、将所述待翻边锅体的锅口向外弯折以形成锅口翻边;S15、用滚压设备将具有锅口翻边的锅体的外周壁上滚压出所述台阶部,其中在滚压过程中锅体的内周壁上形成凸起。
- 根据权利要求14所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述锅口翻边的外径为D1,所述台阶部包括水平延伸的环形平面部和竖直延伸的环形柱面部,所述环形柱面部的直径为D2且高度为H1,其中,所述D1、D2满足:D2>D1,所述环形平面部的宽度W1在0.3mm-1.5mm之间。
- 根据权利要求15所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体包括:S21、将带状不锈钢板弯折成圆环状,并留有加工余量,以得到待焊接提手部;S22、将所述待焊接提手部的两端用氩弧焊焊接,并将焊接处打磨平滑,以得到待加工提手部;S23、将所述待加工提手部用数控车床加工成所需尺寸以得到所述提手部。
- 根据权利要求16所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述提手部加工成尺寸根据所述台阶部加工的尺寸决定。
- 根据权利要求17所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述提手部的厚度为H2且内径为D3,其中,所述D2、D3满足:D3<D2,所述H1、H2满足:H2<H1。
- 根据权利要求15-18中任一项所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体包括:S31、将所述提手部用油压机通过工装装配到所述锅体上,其中所述提手部的内周面和所述台阶部的所述环形柱面部过盈配合,所述提手部的下表面与所述环形平面部紧密贴合;S32、将所述锅体内装满水,所述水的液面位于所述锅体的所述凸起的上方且高度差至少为10mm;S33、将装满水的所述锅体放在焊接工装上,用所述焊接工装将所述提手部压紧在所述台阶部上并用氩弧焊送丝进行环焊焊接,焊接后所述提手部的上表面与所述环形柱面部连接并通过圆弧过渡。
- 根据权利要求13-19任一项所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括:S4、将焊接好所述提手部的所述锅体用打磨设备去除焊接处的焊渣,并用抛光设备将所述锅体的外表面抛光。
