Description

用于炊具的内锅及其制造方法、炊具 技术领域
本发明涉及家用电器领域,尤其是涉及一种用于炊具的内锅及其制造方法、炊具。
背景技术
相关技术中,电饭煲配备的内锅一般都没有提手,这给消费者在移动内锅时带来一定的不便。即使现有的部分内锅上设有提手,也是在内锅的外侧壁上设置两个对称的提手,然而,消费者在放置具有这种提手的内锅进入到电饭煲内时,需要对准一定的位置才放的进去,从而给消费者带来一定的不便,而且,一旦出现错位安放,还会造成安全隐患。
发明内容
本发明旨在至少解决现有技术中存在的技术问题之一。为此,本发明的一个目的在于提出一种用于炊具的内锅,使用方便且不会带来安全隐患。
本发明的另一个目的在于提出一种具有上述内锅的炊具。
本发明的再一个目的在于提出一种用于炊具的内锅的制造方法。
根据本发明第一方面的用于炊具的内锅,包括:锅体,所述锅体形成为锅口向内收缩的鼓型,所述锅体的外周壁上具有沿所述锅体的周向延伸的台阶部;和提手部,所述提手部连接在所述台阶部上,且所述提手部形成为沿所述锅体的周向水平向外延伸的环形形状。
根据本发明的用于炊具的内锅,通过设置提手部,提手部代替了传统的提手,可以完全实现提手的功能,使用方便且不会带来安全隐患。而且,通过台阶部对提手部进行定位固定,保证了提手部的加工位置的准确性,提手部通过预先设计的台阶部既可以保证固定的牢固,还可以减少加工工序,降低了加工难度和成本,且不影响内锅外观。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述台阶部包括:水平延伸的环形平面部;和竖直延伸的环形柱面部,所述环形柱面部的下端与所述环形平面部的内端相连,其中所述提手部支撑在所述环形平面部上。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述提手部的内周面与所述环形柱面部过盈配合。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述提手部的上表面与所述环形柱面部连接以实现所述提手部与所述锅体的连接。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述提手部的上表面与所述环形柱面部之间圆弧过渡。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述锅体的内周壁的与所述台阶部相对的位置处设有向内凸出的凸起。

根据本发明第三方面的用于炊具的内锅的制造方法,所述内锅包括锅体和提手部,所述锅体形成为锅口向内收缩的鼓型,所述锅体的外周壁上具有沿所述锅体的周向延伸的台阶部,所述提手部连接在所述台阶部上,且所述提手部形成为沿所述锅体的周向水平向外延伸的环形形状,所述制造方法包括以下步骤:S1、制作锅口向内收缩呈鼓型的锅体,并用滚压设备在所述锅体的外周壁上滚压出所述台阶部;S2、制作呈环形结构的提手部;S3、将所述提手部装配到步骤S1的所述锅体上并压紧在所述台阶部处,用氩弧焊送丝进行环焊焊接。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述步骤S1具体包括:S11、将由不锈钢层和铝合金层组成的复合圆片拉伸成圆柱状的待涨型锅体,其中所述铝合金层位于所述不锈钢层的内侧;S12、用金属清洗液将所述待涨型锅体清洗干净;S13、将步骤S12清洗后的待涨型锅体用涨型设备涨型成锅口向内收缩呈鼓型的待翻边锅体;S14、将所述待翻边锅体的锅口向外弯折以形成锅口翻边;S15、用滚压设备将具有锅口翻边的锅体的外周壁上滚压出所述台阶部,其中在滚压过程中锅体的内周壁上形成凸起。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述锅口翻边的外径为D1,所述台阶部包括水平延伸的环形平面部和竖直延伸的环形柱面部,所述环形柱面部的直径为D2且高度为H1,其中,所述D1、D2满足:D2>D1,所述环形平面部的宽度W1在0.3mm-1.5mm之间。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述步骤S2具体包括:S21、将带状不锈钢板弯折成圆环状,并留有加工余量,以得到待焊接提手部;S22、将所述待焊接提手部的两端用氩弧焊焊接,并将焊接处打磨平滑,以得到待加工提手部;S23、将所述待加工提手部用数控车床加工成所需尺寸以得到所述提手部。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述提手部加工成尺寸根据所述台阶部加工的尺寸决定。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述提手部的厚度为H2且内径为D3,其中,所述D2、D3满足:D3<D2,所述H1、H2满足:H2<H1。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述步骤S3具体包括:S31、将所述提手部用油压机通过工装装配到所述锅体上,其中所述提手部的内周面和所述台阶部的所述环形柱面部过盈配合,所述提手部的下表面与所述环形平面部紧密贴合;S32、将所述锅体内装满水,所述水的液面位于所述锅体的所述凸起的上方且高度差至少为10mm;S33、将装满水的所述锅体放在焊接工装上,用所述焊接工装将所述提手部压紧在所述台阶部上并用氩弧焊送丝进行环焊焊接,焊接后所述提手部的上表面与所述环形柱面部连接并通过圆弧过渡。
根据本发明的其中一个示例,所述内锅的制造方法还包括:S4、将焊接好所述提手部 的所述锅体用打磨设备去除焊接处的焊渣,并用抛光设备将所述锅体的外表面抛光。

下面详细描述本发明的实施例,所述实施例的示例在附图中示出,其中自始至终相同或类似的标号表示相同或类似的元件或具有相同或类似功能的元件。下面通过参考附图描述的实施例是示例性的,仅用于解释本发明,而不能理解为对本发明的限制。

下面参考图1-图5描述根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于炊具(图未示出)的内锅100。内锅100可以应用于炊具例如电饭煲上。在本申请下面的描述中,以内锅100应用于电饭煲为例进行说明。当然,本领域的技术人员可以理解,内锅100还可以应用于电压力锅等炊具上。
如图1-图5所示,根据本发明第一方面实施例的用于炊具例如电饭煲的内锅100包括锅体1和提手部3。
锅体1形成为锅口向内收缩的鼓型。这里,需要说明的是,方向“内”可以理解为朝向锅体1中心的方向,其相反方向被定义为“外”,即远离锅体1中心的方向。具体而言,例如,如图2和图5所示,锅体1的顶部敞开以构成锅口,在从锅体1的中部分别向锅口和锅底的方向上、锅口和锅底均朝向锅体1中心的方向收缩,使得整个锅体1大体呈鼓型。
锅体1的外周壁上具有沿锅体1的周向延伸的台阶部2,台阶部2环绕锅体1的外周一圈且呈环形。提手部3连接在台阶部2上,且提手部3形成为沿锅体1的周向水平向外延伸的环形形状,例如,如图4和图5所示,在台阶部2处连接有一圈水平设置的圆环(即提手部3)。
由此,通过设置提手部3,当内锅100应用于炊具例如电饭煲时,由于提手部3为环状的一圈,因此,无论内锅100怎样放置,均不会出现传统的具有两个对称提手的内锅100由于错位安放而造成安全隐患的问题,从而提高了内锅100的安全性,且由于用户可以随意放置,从而极大地方便了用户。
根据本发明实施例的用于炊具例如电饭煲的内锅100,通过设置提手部3,提手部3代替了传统的提手,可以完全实现提手的功能,使用方便且不会带来安全隐患。而且,通过台阶部2对提手部3进行定位固定,保证了提手部3的加工位置的准确性,提手部3通过预先设计的台阶部2既可以保证固定的牢固,还可以减少加工工序,降低了加工难度和成本,且不影响内锅100外观。
根据本发明的一些具体实施例,参照图2并结合图3,台阶部2的纵截面类似L型,台阶部2包括:水平延伸的环形平面部22和竖直延伸的环形柱面部21,环形柱面部21可以为圆柱面,环形柱面部21的下端与环形平面部22的内端相连,此时环形柱面部21位于环形平面部22的内侧且向上延伸。其中提手部3支撑在环形平面部22上。由此,通过设置台阶部2,台阶部2具有明确的限位功能,提手部3可抵在台阶部2的L型夹角处,位置固定且便于后续焊接。
如图4和图5所示,提手部3水平设置且包括上表面32、下表面33、以及连接在上表面的内端和下表面33的内端之间的内周面31(当然还包括连接在上表面的外端和下表面33的外端之间的外周面)。其中,提手部3的内周面31可以与环形柱面部21过盈配合,此时提手部3的内周面31与环形柱面部21通过过盈配合贴合到一起,由此,以利于焊接,能够减少焊接可能带来的不良效果,提高成品率。提手部3的下表面33可以与环形平面部22可以紧密贴合,环形平面部22对提手部3起到支撑和限位的作用,可以较好的控制提手部3的高度,保持提手部3的尺寸稳定性。
可选地,如图5所示,提手部3的上表面32与环形柱面部21连接以实现提手部3与锅体1的连接。由此,可以减少提手部3的下表面33及提手部3的内周面31与台阶部2的焊接,而只进行提手部3的上表面32与台阶部2的环形柱面部21之间的焊接就可将提手部3牢固地固定在台阶部2处,从而减少了加工工序,降低了加工难度和成本,且不影响内锅100外观。进一步地,提手部3的上表面32与环形柱面部21之间圆弧过渡,如图5所示。
根据本发明的进一步实施例,锅体1的内周壁的与台阶部2相对的位置处设有向内凸出的凸起23。如图2和图5所示,凸起23可以为由锅体1的内周壁的一部分向内凸出且环绕锅体1内周的一圈。凸起23可以指示台阶部2相对应的在锅体1内的位置,由此,在焊接时,可以用来标定用来水冷的水在锅体1中的量。
可选地,锅体1由不锈钢层12和铝合金层11组成的复合圆片拉伸并涨型而成,其中铝合金层11位于不锈钢层12的内侧。锅体1上要焊接的部分是不锈钢层12,各处不锈钢层12的厚度优选均匀,以利于焊接。
如图1、图2和图5所示,锅体1的锅口处设有向外延伸的锅口翻边13,锅口翻边13为一圈,锅口翻边13可以由锅体1的顶部向外水平翻折形成。
台阶部2可以滚压成型,提手部3可以由带状不锈钢板弯折形成,由此,提高了材料的利用率,提手部3可以通过氩弧焊焊接在台阶部2上。当然,提手部3还可以由从锅体1的锅口处切割下来的环形边沿材料(即锅口翻边13)构成,并通过氩弧焊焊接在台阶部2上,以最大限度地利用现有的废料,达到变废为宝的目的。这里,需要说明的是,锅口翻边13优选在锅体1加工成锅口向内收缩的鼓型之前取下,例如,在制成如图1所示的圆筒状锅体时就可以将锅口翻边13割下,以在后续焊接锅口翻边13时可以使锅口翻边13顺利地穿过锅口并安装至台阶部2。
根据本发明第二方面实施例的炊具,包括根据本发明上述第一方面实施例的用于炊具的内锅100。根据本发明实施例的上述内锅100可以广泛运用在炊具领域,尤其是电热炊具,例如电饭煲、电压力锅等。
根据本发明第三方面的用于炊具的内锅100的制造方法。其中,如图1-图5所示,内锅100包括锅体1和提手部3,锅体1形成为锅口向内收缩的鼓型,锅体1的外周壁上具有沿锅体1的周向延伸的台阶部2,提手部3连接在台阶部2上,且提手部3形成为沿锅体1的周向水平向外延伸的环形形状。
其中,用于炊具的内锅100的制造方法包括以下步骤:
S1、制作锅口向内收缩呈鼓型的锅体1,并用滚压设备在锅体1的外周壁上滚压出台阶部2;
S2、制作呈环形结构的提手部3;
S3、将提手部3装配到步骤S1的锅体1上并压紧在台阶部2处,用氩弧焊送丝进行环焊焊接。
具体而言,例如,制造出呈鼓型的锅体1,再用滚压设备在该锅体1的外周壁上需要嵌套提手部3的位置滚压一圈环形的台阶部2;制造出圆环状的提手部3,并将提手部3用数控车床加工成所需尺寸;最后,将制造出的提手部3装配到具有台阶部2的锅体1上并将其压紧在台阶部2上,并用氩弧焊送丝进行环焊焊接。
这里,需要说明的是,该制造方法中,步骤S1并不一定在步骤S2之前完成,二者可以互换,也可以同时进行。但通常来说,一般是先进行步骤S1制作出锅体1及台阶部2,再进行步骤S2制作出提手部3,这是因为台阶部2的加工会有偏差,而提手部3 是比较容易加工的,当先加工出的台阶部2出现偏差时,可利用后加工的提手部3来弥补该偏差,此为比较优选的技术方案。
如图1-图3所示,步骤S1具体包括:
S11、将由不锈钢层12和铝合金层11组成的复合圆片拉伸成圆柱状(即直身)的待涨型锅体,其中铝合金层11位于不锈钢层12的内侧,如图1所示;
S12、用金属清洗液将待涨型锅体清洗干净;
S13、将步骤S12清洗后的待涨型锅体用涨型设备涨型成锅口向内收缩呈鼓型的待翻边锅体,如图2所示;
S14、将待翻边锅体的锅口向外弯折以形成锅口翻边13;例如,可以用车边设备将鼓型的待翻边锅体的锅口向外弯折形成锅口翻边13;
S15、用滚压设备将具有锅口翻边13的锅体1的外周壁上滚压出台阶部2,其中在滚压过程中锅体1的内周壁上形成凸起23,如图2和图3所示。
其中,在步骤S15中,台阶部2位于锅体1的外周壁上需要嵌套提手部3的位置,该位置可以预先设计合适的高度,对应使用时的电饭煲或电压力锅的具体结构,一般设置在锅体1中部靠上的位置,水平设置成一圈完整的环形结构。在滚压的过程中,台阶部2会在锅体1的内周壁上形成凸起23。
可选地,锅口翻边13的外径为D1,台阶部2包括水平延伸的环形平面部22和竖直延伸的环形柱面部21,环形柱面部21的直径为D2,且环形柱面部21的高度为H1,其中,D1、D2满足:D2>D1,环形平面部22的宽度W1在0.3mm-1.5mm(包括端点值)之间。由此,通过滚压的方式在锅体1的内周壁和外周壁上分别形成台阶部2和凸起23,台阶部2的环形平面部22的宽度W1不能太小,需要满足直角状的限位要求。
如图4所示,步骤S2具体包括:
S21、将带状不锈钢板弯折成圆环状,并留有加工余量,以得到待焊接提手部;
S22、将待焊接提手部的两端用氩弧焊焊接,并将焊接处打磨平滑,以得到待加工提手部;
S23、将待加工提手部用数控车床加工成所需尺寸以得到提手部3。
其中,提手部3加工成尺寸根据台阶部2加工的尺寸决定。具体地,提手部3的厚度为H2且内径为D3,其中,D2、D3满足:D3<D2,H1、H2满足:H2<H1。
台阶部2的加工会有偏差,而提手部3是比较容易加工的,当台阶部2的加工出现偏差时,可利用提手部3的加工来弥补。通过使D3小于D2,实现台阶部2的环形柱面部21和提手部3过盈配合,使提手部3可以较好地配合在锅体1的台阶部2处,并使锅体1和提手部3的上表面的接触处没有缝隙,以利于焊接,能够减少焊接可能带来的不良效果,提高成品率。而H2小于H1则限定了提手部3的厚度较小,这样提手部3上部可以与台阶部2的环形柱面部21的比提手部3高出的部分焊接并形成圆弧过渡,对锅体1整体没有什么影响。
优选地,提手部3的内径D3在D2和D1之间,即提手部3可以从锅口翻边13处套 入,但在卡到台阶部2处时是过盈配合,而提手部3的宽度,也就是其内径和外径之差的一半,这相当于是提手的宽度,不能太小,需要方便用户使用,通常可以设计成1cm-3cm(包括端点值)左右。
如图5所示,步骤S3具体包括:
S31、将提手部3用油压机通过工装装配到锅体1上,其中提手部3的内周面和台阶部2的环形柱面部21过盈配合,提手部3的下表面与环形平面部22紧密贴合;
S32、将锅体1内装满水,水的液面位于锅体1的凸起23的上方且高度差至少为10mm;
S33、将装满水的锅体1放在焊接工装上,用焊接工装将提手部3压紧在台阶部2上并用氩弧焊送丝进行环焊焊接,焊接后提手部3的上表面与环形柱面部21连接并通过圆弧过渡。
因为氩弧焊焊接的温度有1000摄氏度以上,而铝合金的熔点低于700摄氏度,在焊接时可以在锅体1里装有较高水位的水,具体地,水可以直接采用自来水,这样就可以使锅体1的铝合金层11在焊接时不会熔化,解决了高温下不锈钢和不锈钢-铝合金复合件的高温焊接问题。
提手部3和锅体1的台阶部2在焊接时用工装压紧,可以大大降低因为焊接温度过高而导致的锅体11的台阶部2和提手部3产生形变而影响焊接产生的不良。具体地,提手部3和锅体1在高温下都会产生膨胀,如果不压紧,一方面焊到后期提手部3会和锅体1之间产生缝隙,当焊隙大于0.1mm,就很容易焊穿锅体1,另一方面提手部3也会在膨胀时和台阶部2的环形柱面部21产生较大缝隙,造成尺寸不稳定,并影响外观。
进一步地,内锅100的制造方法还包括:
S4、将焊接好提手部3的锅体1用打磨设备去除焊接处的焊渣,并用抛光设备将锅体1的外表面抛光。可以理解的是,具体抛光所需要达到的效果可以由该内锅100的使用要求决定,一般地,使其满足电饭煲或电压力锅的使用要求即可。

  1. 一种用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,包括:
    锅体,所述锅体形成为锅口向内收缩的鼓型,所述锅体的外周壁上具有沿所述锅体的周向延伸的台阶部;和
    提手部,所述提手部连接在所述台阶部上,且所述提手部形成为沿所述锅体的周向水平向外延伸的环形形状。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述台阶部包括:
    水平延伸的环形平面部;和
    竖直延伸的环形柱面部,所述环形柱面部的下端与所述环形平面部的内端相连,其中所述提手部支撑在所述环形平面部上。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述提手部的内周面与所述环形柱面部过盈配合。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述提手部的上表面与所述环形柱面部连接以实现所述提手部与所述锅体的连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述提手部的上表面与所述环形柱面部之间圆弧过渡。
  6. 根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述锅体的内周壁的与所述台阶部相对的位置处设有向内凸出的凸起。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的用于炊具的内锅,其特征在于,所述锅体由不锈钢层和铝合金层组成的复合圆片拉伸并涨型而成,其中所述铝合金层位于所述不锈钢层的内侧。

  13. 一种用于炊具的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述内锅包括锅体和提手部,所述锅体形成为锅口向内收缩的鼓型,所述锅体的外周壁上具有沿所述锅体的周向延伸的台阶部,所述提手部连接在所述台阶部上,且所述提手部形成为沿所述锅体的周向水平向外延伸的环形形状,所述制造方法包括以下步骤:
    S1、制作锅口向内收缩呈鼓型的锅体,并用滚压设备在所述锅体的外周壁上滚压出所述台阶部;
    S2、制作呈环形结构的提手部;
    S3、将所述提手部装配到步骤S1的所述锅体上并压紧在所述台阶部处,用氩弧焊送丝进行环焊焊接。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S1具体包括:
    S11、将由不锈钢层和铝合金层组成的复合圆片拉伸成圆柱状的待涨型锅体,其中所述铝合金层位于所述不锈钢层的内侧;
    S12、用金属清洗液将所述待涨型锅体清洗干净;
    S13、将步骤S12清洗后的待涨型锅体用涨型设备涨型成锅口向内收缩呈鼓型的待翻边锅体;
    S14、将所述待翻边锅体的锅口向外弯折以形成锅口翻边;
    S15、用滚压设备将具有锅口翻边的锅体的外周壁上滚压出所述台阶部,其中在滚压过程中锅体的内周壁上形成凸起。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述锅口翻边的外径为D1,所述台阶部包括水平延伸的环形平面部和竖直延伸的环形柱面部,所述环形柱面部的直径为D2且高度为H1,其中,所述D1、D2满足:D2>D1,所述环形平面部的宽度W1在0.3mm-1.5mm之间。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S2具体包括:
    S21、将带状不锈钢板弯折成圆环状,并留有加工余量,以得到待焊接提手部;
    S22、将所述待焊接提手部的两端用氩弧焊焊接,并将焊接处打磨平滑,以得到待加工提手部;
    S23、将所述待加工提手部用数控车床加工成所需尺寸以得到所述提手部。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述提手部加工成尺寸根据所述台阶部加工的尺寸决定。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述提手部的厚度为H2且内径为D3,其中,所述D2、D3满足:D3<D2,所述H1、H2满足:H2<H1。
  19. 根据权利要求15-18中任一项所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,所述步骤S3具体包括:
    S31、将所述提手部用油压机通过工装装配到所述锅体上,其中所述提手部的内周面和所述台阶部的所述环形柱面部过盈配合,所述提手部的下表面与所述环形平面部紧密贴合;
    S32、将所述锅体内装满水,所述水的液面位于所述锅体的所述凸起的上方且高度差至少为10mm;
    S33、将装满水的所述锅体放在焊接工装上,用所述焊接工装将所述提手部压紧在所述台阶部上并用氩弧焊送丝进行环焊焊接,焊接后所述提手部的上表面与所述环形柱面部连接并通过圆弧过渡。
  20. 根据权利要求13-19任一项所述的内锅的制造方法,其特征在于,还包括:
    S4、将焊接好所述提手部的所述锅体用打磨设备去除焊接处的焊渣,并用抛光设备将所述锅体的外表面抛光。
