This is because lubrication used for components such as crankshaft 108 is used when fullerene 181 is assembled during compressor assembly. It may be added to the oil and added by mixing the lubricating oil with the refrigerating machine oil 103.

Claims (10)
- 電動要素と、
前記電動要素により駆動され、摺動部を有し、冷媒を圧縮する圧縮要素とを備え、
前記摺動部を潤滑させる冷凍機油に、直径が100pmから10nmのフラーレンが添加された
冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記フラーレンは、
C60フラーレン、C70フラーレン、および、前記C70よりも炭素数が多い高次フラーレンのうち、いずれかのフラーレンである、
または、
前記C60フラーレン、前記C70フラーレン、および、前記高次フラーレンのうち、少なくとも二つが混合されたミックスフラーレンである
請求項1に記載の冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記フラーレンの形状は、円球形、または、楕円球形である
請求項1または請求項2に記載の冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記フラーレンの添加量は、前記冷凍機油に対する飽和溶解量、または、それ以下である
請求項1から請求項3までのいずれか1項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮要素で圧縮される冷媒は、HFC系冷媒、または、前記HFC系冷媒を含む混合冷媒であり、
前記冷凍機油は、
エステル油、アルキルベンゼン油、ポリビニルエーテル、および、ポリアルキレングリコールのうちのいずれかである、または、
前記エステル油、前記アルキルベンゼン油、前記ポリビニルエーテル、および、前記ポリアルキレングリコールのうち、少なくとも二つの混合油である
請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮要素で圧縮される冷媒は、
R600a、R290、およびR744のうち、いずれかの自然冷媒である、
または、
前記R600a、前記R290、および前記R744のうち、少なくともいずれかを含む混合冷媒であり、
前記冷凍機油は、
鉱油、エステル油、アルキルベンゼン油、ポリビニルエーテル、およびポリアルキレングリコールのうち、いずれかひとつ、または、
前記鉱油、前記エステル油、前記アルキルベンゼン油、前記ポリビニルエーテル、および前記ポリアルキレングリコールのうち、少なくとも二つの混合油である
請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮要素で圧縮される冷媒は、HFO系冷媒、または、前記HFO系冷媒を含む混合冷媒であり、
前記冷凍機油は、エステル油、アルキルベンゼン油、ポリビニルエーテル、およびポリアルキレングリコールのうち、いずれかひとつ、または、
前記エステル油、前記アルキルベンゼン油、前記ポリビニルエーテル、および前記ポリアルキレングリコールのうち、少なくとも二つの混合油である
請求項1から請求項4までのいずれか1項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記電動要素は、複数の運転周波数でインバータ駆動される構成である
請求項1から請求項7までのいずれか1項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。 - 前記圧縮要素は、
主軸部を有するクランクシャフトと、
前記主軸部を軸支する軸受部を有し、ボアを形成するシリンダブロックと、
前記ボアに遊嵌されたピストンと、を有し、
前記摺動部は、少なくとも、前記主軸部と前記軸受部との間、および、前記ピストンと前記ボアとの間に形成される
請求項1から請求項8までのいずれか1項に記載の冷媒圧縮機。 - 請求項1から請求項9までのいずれか1項に記載の冷媒圧縮機と、
前記冷媒圧縮機、放熱器、減圧装置、および吸熱器が、配管によって環状に連結された冷媒回路とを備えた、
冷凍装置。
