本公开实施例提供一种外抽式真空包装机及其操作方法,该外抽式真空包装机包括载物台,用于放置待封装袋;位于所述载物台上方的塑封装置,用于对所述待封装袋进行封口;第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置,分别用于夹紧所述待封装袋的袋口两端;绷紧装置,可带动所述第一夹紧装置和/或所述第二夹紧装置移动,使得所述第一夹紧装置与所述第二夹紧装置之间的间距增大,以绷紧所述待封装袋的袋口。本公开实施例提供的外抽式真空包装机通过设置第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置,利用第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置分别夹紧待封装袋的袋口两端,然后利用绷紧装置带动第一夹紧装置和/或第二夹紧装置移动来绷紧待封装袋的袋口,实现待封装袋袋口的自动抻平,由于不需要工人手动抻平待封装袋袋口,节省了人力资源,同时降低了生产事故的发生率,提高了塑封成功率。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本公开实施例中的附图,对本公开实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本公开一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本公开中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本公开保护的范围。
本公开实施例提供一种外抽式真空包装机10,如图1和图2所示,外抽式真空包装机10包括控制器11,载物台12,以及位于载物台12上方的塑封装置,载物台12用于放置待封装袋;控制器11用于控制塑封装置对待封装袋进行封口工作。所述外抽式真空包装机10还包括:第一夹紧装置13、第二夹紧装置14和绷紧装置15;第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14分别用于夹紧待封装袋的袋口两端;绷紧装置15可带动第一夹紧装置13和/或第二夹紧装置14移动,使得第一夹紧装置13与第二夹紧装置14之间的间距增大,以绷紧待封装袋的袋口。
例如,参考图1和图2所示,当第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14分别夹紧待封装袋的袋口两端后,有多种方式进行操作。
第一种方式:第一夹紧装置13不移动,绷紧装置15只带动第二夹紧装置14向远离第一夹紧装置13的方向移动。
第二种方式:第二夹紧装置14不移动,绷紧装置15只带动第一夹紧装置13向远离第二夹紧装置14的方向移动。
第三种方式:绷紧装置15带动第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14背向移动,即第一夹紧装置13向远离第二夹紧装置14的方向移动,第二夹紧装置14向远离第一夹紧装置13的方向移动。
此三种方式均可以增大第一夹紧装置13与第二夹紧装置14之间的间距,进而使得待封装袋的袋口绷紧,本公开实施例对此不做限定。
例如,本公开实施例提供的外抽式真空包装机通过设置第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置,利用第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置分别夹紧待封装袋的袋口两端,然后利用绷紧装置带动第一夹紧装置和/或第二夹紧装置移动来绷紧待封装袋的袋口,实现待封装袋袋口的自动抻平,由于不需要工人手动抻平待 封装袋袋口,节省了人力资源,同时降低了生产事故的发生率,提高了塑封成功率。
例如,参考图1和图2所示,绷紧装置15与第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14均连接,即绷紧装置15分别与第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14连接;绷紧装置15可带动第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14背向移动。例如,在将待封装袋放置在载物台12上时,待封装袋袋口两端的连线为第一直线,绷紧装置15可带动第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14沿第一直线背向移动。
例如,绷紧装置15通过带动第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14沿待封装袋袋口两端的连线方向背向移动,可以使得待封装袋的袋口更加容易地被抻平,进而有利于后续封口工作的进行。
例如,如图2所示,第一夹紧装置13包括相对设置的第一上夹板131和第一下夹板132,第二夹紧装置14包括相对设置的第二上夹板141和第二下夹板142;载物台12对应第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14的位置上分别设置有凹槽121,第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142分别位于凹槽121中,且第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142的夹持面(即第一下夹板132接近于第一上夹板131的面和第二下夹板142接近于第二上夹板141的面)均与载物台12的表面平齐;外抽式真空包装机10还包括传动装置16,传动装置16与第一上夹板131和第二上夹板141连接,传动装置16可带动第一上夹板131和第二上夹板141向靠近第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142的方向移动,以夹紧待封装袋的袋口两端。
例如,参考图2所示,载物台12上设置有凹槽121,第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142均位于凹槽121中,且第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142的夹持面均与载物台12的表面平齐,这样当传动装置16带动第一上夹板131和第二上夹板141向靠近第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142的方向移动,以夹紧待封装袋的袋口两端时,所述待封装袋的袋口就贴合在载物台12的表面上,这样有利于塑封装置对待封装袋进行封口工作。需要说明的是,凹槽121的尺寸大于或者等于第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142的尺寸;例如,凹槽121的尺寸大于第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142的尺寸,例如,凹槽121的长度大于第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142的长度,凹槽121的宽度大于 第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142的宽度,凹槽121的高度大于等于第一下夹板132和第二下夹板142的高度,这样第一夹紧装置13与第二夹紧装置14之间的间距的可调范围增大,有利于应对不同尺寸的待封装袋。
例如,第一上夹板131、第一下夹板132、第二上夹板141和第二下夹板142的具体形状可以为多种,例如,可以为矩形条状、板状或柱状等,本公开的实施例对此不做限定。
例如,绷紧装置15和传动装置16均可以采用多种传动方式,例如,可以采用齿轮传动或螺纹传动,本公开的实施例对此亦不做限定。
例如,参考图1和图2所示,塑封装置还可以包括塑封条17;塑封条17位于所述载物台12上方并与载物台12表面平行;第一上夹板131、第一下夹板132、第二上夹板141和第二下夹板142可以均为U形结构,塑封条17位于U形结构的开口内,即塑封条17可以在垂直于载物台12表面的方向运动到U形结构的开口内,从而对待封装袋进行塑封。模仿人手抻平待封装袋袋口的形式,第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14均为U形结构,且这两个U形结构的开口相对,这样被两个U形结构夹紧抻平的待封装袋袋口中,位于U形结构两个平行侧边之间的部分被抻的最为平展,而将塑封条17置于该部分的上方,在进行封口工作时,利用塑封条17对该部分进行封口工作,可以进一步提高塑封成功率。
例如,参考图3所示,所述控制器11中存储有多组夹紧参数;根据不同规格的待封装袋的物品参数,控制器11可控制第一夹紧装置13、第二夹紧装置14和绷紧装置15可以根据不同的夹紧参数对待封装袋的袋口夹持绷紧。这样使得不同规格的待封装袋都可以得到较好的夹持绷紧效果。例如,所述物品参数包括待封装袋的材料和厚度等。所述夹紧参数包括第一夹紧装置13的夹紧力,第二夹紧装置14的夹紧力,以及绷紧装置15的绷紧力等。
需要说明的是,第一夹紧装置13的夹紧力的大小可以通过第一上夹板131和第一下夹板132之间的间距来体现,二者间距越小,夹紧力越大;同理,第二夹紧装置14的夹紧力的大小也可以通过第二上夹板141和第二下夹板142之间的间距来体现,二者间距越小,夹紧力越大;绷紧装置15的绷紧力可以在第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14分别夹紧了待封装袋袋口两端后,通过第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14之间的间距来体现,间距越大, 绷紧力越大。
例如,控制器11中可以存储有多组塑封装置的塑封参数;根据不同规格的待封装袋的物品参数,控制器11可控制塑封装置根据不同的塑封参数对待封装袋的袋口进行封口。这样使得不同规格的待封装袋都可以得到较好的塑封效果。例如,所述物品参数包括待封装袋的材料和厚度等。所述塑封参数包括塑封条17的塑封温度、压紧力和塑封时间等。需要说明的是,塑封条17的压紧力的大小体现在塑封条17到载物台12表面的间距的大小上,间距越小,压紧力越大。当采用热塑方式对待封装袋进行封口工作时,塑封条17的塑封温度和塑封时间均对待封装袋的封装良率有很大影响。
例如,参考图3所示,在控制器11上设置对应不同夹紧参数和塑封参数的多个按钮,可以简单快速的实现不同参数间的切换,这样提高了外抽式真空包装机10的工作效率和应对能力。例如,参考图1和图2所示,所述外抽式真空包装机10还包括抽真空装置19;抽真空装置19包括位于载物台12上方的抽气管,抽气管例如为抽气扁管18;抽气扁管18与所述第一夹紧装置13和第二夹紧装置14的连线交叉,抽气扁管18可伸入待封装袋的袋口内,控制器11可控制抽气扁管18对待封装袋进行抽真空。在利用塑封装置对待封装袋进行封口之前,抽气扁管18需伸入待封装袋的袋口内,抽出待封装袋内的空气,使得待封装袋成为真空袋,即使待封装袋内部处于或接近真空状态,便于塑封装置对待封装袋进行封口工作。
例如,抽真空装置19还包括抽气设备,抽气设备与抽气扁管18连接,用于产生抽气气流。抽气设备例如为真空泵。
例如,本公开实施例提供的外抽式真空包装机10也可以不包括控制器11,塑封装置、第一夹紧装置、第二夹紧装置、绷紧装置和抽真空装置均按照设定好的参数和顺序运行,在此不做限定。
例如,本公开的实施例还提供一种外抽式真空包装机的操作方法,如图4所示,包括如下步骤:
步骤S01:夹紧待封装袋的袋口两端;
步骤S02:绷紧待封装袋的袋口;
步骤S03:对待封装袋抽真空;以及
步骤S04:对待封装袋进行封口。
本公开实施例提供的外抽式真空包装机及其操作方法,该外抽式真空包装机包括载物台,用于放置待封装袋;位于所述载物台上方的塑封装置,用于对所述待封装袋进行封口;第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置,分别用于夹紧所述待封装袋的袋口两端;绷紧装置,可带动所述第一夹紧装置和/或所述第二夹紧装置移动,使得所述第一夹紧装置与所述第二夹紧装置之间的间距增大,以绷紧所述待封装袋的袋口。本公开实施例提供的外抽式真空包装机通过设置第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置,利用第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置分别夹紧待封装袋的袋口两端,然后利用绷紧装置带动第一夹紧装置和/或第二夹紧装置移动来绷紧待封装袋的袋口,实现待封装袋袋口的自动抻平,由于不需要工人手动抻平待封装袋袋口,这样节省了人力资源,同时降低了生产事故的发生率,提高了塑封成功率。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种外抽式真空包装机,包括:
    载物台,用于放置待封装袋;
    位于所述载物台上方的塑封装置,用于对所述待封装袋进行封口;
    第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置,分别用于夹紧所述待封装袋的袋口两端;以及
    绷紧装置,可带动所述第一夹紧装置和/或所述第二夹紧装置移动,使得所述第一夹紧装置与所述第二夹紧装置之间的间距增大,以绷紧所述待封装袋的袋口。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述绷紧装置与所述第一夹紧装置和所述第二夹紧装置均连接;所述绷紧装置可带动所述第一夹紧装置和所述第二夹紧装置背向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述第一夹紧装置包括相对设置的第一上夹板和第一下夹板,
    所述第二夹紧装置包括相对设置的第二上夹板和第二下夹板;
    所述载物台对应所述第一夹紧装置和所述第二夹紧装置的位置上分别设置有凹槽,所述第一下夹板和所述第二下夹板分别位于所述凹槽中,且所述第一下夹板和所述第二下夹板的夹持面均与所述载物台的表面平齐。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的外抽式真空包装机,还包括传动装置,其中,所述传动装置与所述第一上夹板和所述第二上夹板连接,所述传动装置被配置为可带动所述第一上夹板和所述第二上夹板分别向靠近所述第一下夹板和所述第二下夹板的方向移动。
  5. 根据权利要求3或4所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述第一上夹板、所述第一下夹板、所述第二上夹板和所述第二下夹板均为U形结构。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述塑封装置包括塑封条,所述塑封条位于所述载物台上方所述U形结构的开口内并与所述载物台表面平行。
  7. 根据权利要求4-6任一项所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述绷紧装置采用齿轮传动或螺纹传动。
  8. 根据权利要求4-7任一项所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述传动装置采用齿轮传动或螺纹传动。
  9. 根据权利要求1-8任一项所述的外抽式真空包装机,还包括控制器,其中,所述控制器被配置为控制所述塑封装置、所述第一夹紧装置、所述第二夹紧装置和所述绷紧装置。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述控制器中存储有多组夹紧参数;
    根据不同规格的待封装袋的物品参数,所述控制器可控制所述第一夹紧装置、所述第二夹紧装置和绷紧装置根据不同的夹紧参数对所述待封装袋的袋口夹持绷紧。
  11. 根据权利要求9或10所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述控制器中存储有多组所述塑封装置的塑封参数;
    根据不同规格的待封装袋的物品参数,所述控制器可控制所述塑封装置根据不同的塑封参数对所述待封装袋的袋口进行封口。
  12. 根据权利要求10或11所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述物品参数包括待封装袋的材料和厚度。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述夹紧参数包括所述第一夹紧装置的夹紧力、所述第二夹紧装置的夹紧力以及所述绷紧装置的绷紧力。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述塑封参数包括塑封条的塑封温度、压紧力和塑封时间。
  15. 根据权利要求1-14任一项所述的外抽式真空包装机,还包括抽真空装置。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的外抽式真空包装机,还包括控制器,其中,所述控制器被配置为控制所述抽真空装置对所述待封装袋抽真空。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述抽真空装置包括位于所述载物台上方的抽气管,所述抽气管与所述第一夹紧装置和第二夹紧装置的连线交叉。
  18. 根据权利要求17所述的外抽式真空包装机,其中,所述抽气管为抽气扁管。
  19. 一种如权利要求1-18任一项所述外抽式真空包装机的操作方法,包括:
    夹紧待封装袋的袋口两端;
    绷紧所述待封装袋的袋口;
    对所述待封装袋进行封口。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的操作方法,还包括:
    在对所述待封装袋进行封口之前,对所述待封装袋抽真空。
