本发明涉及了一种塑料袋抽真空热封装置,属于塑料袋热封技术领域。
背景技术
在塑料袋包装过程中,将物品放置到塑料袋中后,需要对其开口边进行热封,对于小型的塑料袋可以用简易的热封装置进行热封即可,而对于已放置在托盘包装箱内的大型塑料袋,在热封前需要将塑料袋口固定,并对其进行拉紧整理,以便能够更好的完成热封。而现有的热封装置通常由人工完成,不仅麻烦,而且无法保证每次拉紧的张力及热封口品质的一致。
此装置的应用领域为有较高防潮密封要求的货物。如精细化工、高端食品、医药品、精密机械零部件等。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种塑料袋抽真空热封装置,能够对大尺寸(如托盘货物)塑料袋实现自动化抽真空并热封,提高了热封效率和热封质量,且能够适用于不同大小的袋子,适应性广。
为了解决上述技术问题,本发明所采用的技术方案是:
一种塑料袋抽真空热封装置,包括机架,所述机架上设置有至少一组塑料袋固定组件,所述塑料袋固定组件的下方设置有可相对水平移动的、用于对塑料袋热封的热封条和热封压块,所述塑料袋固定组件的上方设置有可伸入至塑料袋中的抽真空管。
前述的一种塑料袋抽真空热封装置,其特征在于:所述机架的两侧均设置有袋口固定装置,所述袋口固定装置包括导杆,所述导杆上设置有两块用于夹紧塑料袋的夹持件。
前述的一种塑料袋抽真空热封装置,其特征在于:所述夹持件通过滑块连接在所述导杆上,且所述滑块通过第一伺服电机驱动可相对所述导杆水平移动,所述滑块的外侧还设置有用于张紧塑料袋的张紧杆。
前述的一种塑料袋抽真空热封装置,其特征在于:所述塑料袋固定组件包括两条密封固定压块,其中一条密封固定压块通过固定座连接在所述机架上,另一条密封固定压块连接在支板上,所述支板通过摆杆连接在所述机架上,且所述支板相对机架可上下平行移动,所述热封条设置在所述固定座上,所述热封压块安装在所述支板上。

本发明的有益效果是:
1、通过将抽真空和热封机构一体化设计,便于对塑料袋抽真空完成后即可进行热封,提高了热封效率,且结构简单,操作方便;
2、通过在机架的两侧均设置有袋口固定装置,便于根据袋子的大小,将袋口拉紧固定,便于在热封时提高热封效率;
3、通过在热封条上方设置吹气管,在热封完成后,利用吹气管对热封处吹气进行快速降温,便于提高热封效率;
4、将热封条的电热丝截面为W型,在热封时,被热熔的塑料能够在电热丝凹槽处实现快速聚合,提高了热封质量。

下面将结合说明书附图,对本发明作进一步的说明。
如图1-图4所示,一种塑料袋抽真空热封装置,包括机架1,所述机架1上设置有至少一组塑料袋固定组件,所述塑料袋固定组件的下方设置有可相对水平移动的、用于对塑料袋热封的热封条4和热封压块6,所述塑料袋固定组件的上方设置有可伸入至塑料袋中的抽真 空管10。
本实施例中,机架1的两侧均设置有袋口固定装置14,所述袋口固定装置14包括导杆18,所述导杆18上设置有两块用于夹紧塑料袋的夹持件22,夹持件22通过滑块20连接在所述导杆18上,且所述滑块20通过第一伺服电机26驱动可相对所述导杆18水平移动,所述滑块20相对机架1的外侧还设置有张紧杆24。
待热封的塑料袋通过夹持件22将其夹紧,并且张紧杆24插入到袋口中,通过第一伺服电机26带动滑块20和张紧杆24移动,将袋口向两侧拉紧,然后通过塑料袋固定组件将塑料袋固定,如需真空热封,则利用抽真空管10伸入至袋口中进行抽真空,然后利用热封压块6和热封条4完成热封。
其中,袋口固定装置14相对的位置可以根据袋口的宽度进行调节,以满足不同的需求。
本实施例中,塑料袋固定组件包括两条密封固定压块2,其中一条密封固定压块通过固定座12连接在所述机架1上,另一条密封固定压块连接在支板28上,所述支板28通过摆杆30连接在所述机架1上,且所述支板28相对机架1可上下移动,所述热封条4设置在所述固定座12上,所述热封压块6安装在所述支板28上。
其中固定座12通过设置在机架1顶部的移动电机驱动,使其可相对机架1上下移动,以满足不同高度的塑料袋抽真空热封。
在固定塑料袋的过程中,将支板28上拉,绕摆杆30转动,使整个支板28上移,便于将塑料袋固定到袋口固定装置14上。本实施例中,摆杆30与所述机架1之间还设置有第二气缸32,摆杆30通过第二气缸32驱动。
其中,热封压块6可相对支板28移动,且所述支板28相对机架1的外侧设置有用于驱动热封压块6移动的第一气缸34,通过第一气缸34驱动热封压块6与热封条贴合,实现热封。所述固定座12上还设置有位于所述热封条4下方的、用于压紧所述热封条4与热封压块6的旋转气缸36。在热封压块6在第一气缸34的驱动下,与热封条4贴合后,利用旋转气缸36再次对热封压块6施加一个作用力,保证热封效果。
所述两条密封固定压块2之间还设置有导套8,所述抽真空管10穿过所述导套8至塑料袋内,且所述抽真空管10通过丝杆37和第二伺服电机38的驱动可相对导套8上下移动。抽真空管10伸入至塑料袋中,在丝杆37和第二伺服电机38的驱动下,逐渐上升,实现抽真空。
所述机架1上还设置有位于所述热封条4上方的,且与其平行的吹气管,所述吹气管上设置有朝向所述热封条4气孔,在热封完成后,利用吹气管对热封处吹气进行快速降温,便 于提高热封效率;
本实施例中,热封条4的电热丝截面为W型,也可以是其他类似的结构,在热封时,被热熔的塑料能够在电热丝凹槽处实现快速聚合,提高了热封质量。
所述机架1的顶部还设置有用于驱动所述固定座12上下移动的电机39,对于高低不同的袋子,通过电机39和皮带带动固定座12的上下移动,以便满足各种不同高度的袋子。
