(3)、将撑高装置安装于汽车轮胎上并同时与轮胎爪相互配接固定;以及
(4)、启动汽车,撑高装置与陷坑轮胎一起旋转,使得其上的顶头支撑于雪地或陷坑地面上,以将汽车轮胎撑高从而脱离坑洞。
本发明之汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器的安装使用方法,还可包括:提供防滑链板装置,其包括防滑链板和绑紧装置,绑紧装置与中央定位盘相互卡接并将防滑链板固定安装至汽车轮胎的胎面上。
本发明之汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器的安装使用方法,还可包括:提供传动盘,将传动盘安装在中央定位装置上并与外部装置配接。
可见,本发明相比于现有技术,具有如下有益效果:在汽车轮胎遭遇坑洞打滑空转时,使用本脱困器,可以有效的以“撑高”的方式,方便、迅速、安全的脱离坑洞,并快速拆解还原脱困器;使用方便、装配与拆卸简单、快速。也可将本发明应用于自然灾害救难过程中,其配备有防滑链板和传动盘,对其他陷坑、捂车等汽车实施救助;防滑链板可迅速方便地装配使用,非常适合于湿滑路面;通过设置传动盘,可联接其它工具、器材,可进一步拓展本发明的应用场合。

具体实施方式
以下结合较佳实施例及其附图对本发明技术方案作进一步非限制性的详细说明。
参照图1至图2,对应于本发明较佳实施例的汽车轮胎陷坑脱困器,其主要包括中央定位装置1、至少一个轮胎爪20以及撑高装置30,其中中央定位装置1定位于轮胎50的轮辐52中心位置54,轮胎爪20与中央定位装置1相互配接并夹紧于轮胎50上,撑高装置30与轮胎爪20相互配接并夹紧于轮胎50上。
进一步参照图3,上述中央定位装置1包括中央定位盘10、贯穿于中央定位盘10的螺杆12、设置于螺杆12一端的吸盘11、以及设置于螺杆12另一端的手柄13。具体地,中央定位盘10为圆盘状,其设有中心螺孔16和均布于中心螺孔16周围的螺孔14。该中心螺孔16与轮辐52的中心位置54在尺寸上匹配设置;螺孔14对应于轮辐52上的小孔56,而中心螺孔16则对应于轮辐52的中心位置54。
此外,中央定位盘10的外缘上设有至少一组并联环15,每组并联环15具有数个环17,对应于本发明最佳实施例,并联环15为三组,均匀分布于中央定位盘10的外缘,而每组并联环15具有三个环17。上述螺杆12穿设于中心螺孔16。吸盘11为部分球体状,固定安装在螺杆12的一端,而手柄13在固定安装在螺杆12的另一端。
参照图4和图5,上述轮胎爪20大体为钩状,其设有外爪部23、内爪部21以及连接在外爪部23与内爪部21之间的上爪部22,外爪部23、内爪部、21或上爪部22的长度和宽度均可调节。上爪部22两端分别与内爪部21、外爪部23同侧垂直一体式制造,且内爪部21、外爪部23与上爪部22的连接角处均设置为弧形,用于增加与轮胎50的接触面积。内爪部21扣接在轮胎50的内侧面,上爪部22扣接在轮胎50的顶面,而外爪部23扣接在所述轮胎50的外侧面。
外爪部23设置有连接板25,连接板25下端设置有3个螺钩26,螺钩26用于与中央定位盘10上的并联环15的相应环17相互扣接。内爪部21、上爪部22和外爪部23上分别设置有双排多个卡槽24,用于彼此之间通过 防滑链板(图未示)、或连接索(图未示)连接固定,或者与撑高装置30固定连接。
此外,内爪部21、上爪部22均为二节式结构设置,其二节之间通过滑槽和插板相互活动连接,通过滑槽和插板的滑动和锁止可调整内爪部21、上爪22部的长度和宽度,便于适应轮胎50的高度和宽度;外爪部23与连接板25之间设置亦有滑槽和插板相互活动连接,并通过滑动和锁止调节外爪部23的长度和宽度,这样通过调节内爪部21、上爪部22、外爪部23的长度、宽度,以便于适应不同规格大小的轮毂51。
进一步参照图6和图7,上述撑高装置30包括撑高架31,撑高架31设置有管状主体310,管状主体310包括内管34、套设在内管34下方的节管32以及套设在内管34上方的套管314,其中内管34通过弹簧和锁止销与套管314相互锁接。在节管32的下端部还套设外管33。撑高架31的管状主体310的顶部突出于轮胎50的外表面,并且在其顶端(即内管34的顶端)设置有顶头35,即该顶头35亦突出于轮胎50的外表面之外,其用于在轮胎50脱困时,随着汽车轮胎50的旋转,顶头35与陷坑地面接触,从而反向撑起轮胎50;当顶头35完成撑高作用后,通过触发内管34上的弹簧和锁止销(图未示),使得所述顶头35自动收回,而不至于影响轮胎50脱困后的正常行驶。对应于本发明最佳实施例,该顶头35为弧形,但其他不规则形状亦可,比如平面、球面等。撑高架31在其底端(亦即外管33的底端)设置有橡胶垫37和位于橡胶垫37与外管33之间的托管36。橡胶垫37接触于轮胎50的外表面,可防止对轮胎50的损伤。此外,在套管314的上方向外延伸有上夹312和内夹311,套管314、上夹312和内夹311相互之间形成凹形,并沿径向固定卡接固定在所述轮胎50上,并且上夹312、内夹311为活动二节式,通过滑槽、插板可调节其长度和宽度以与轮胎50的尺寸相适配。套管314装配于所述轮胎50外侧面,上夹312卡接于轮胎50的顶面,而内夹311卡接于轮胎50的内侧面。而在套管314的下方,向左右方向延伸设置有一对固定爪313,固定爪313上设置有卡头315,该卡头315与轮胎爪20的外爪部23上的卡槽24相互卡接固定。
所述撑高架31包括内夹311、上夹312、固定爪313、套管314;所述套管314上端垂直方向固定设置有上夹312,所述上夹312垂直设置有内 夹311,所述套管314下方固定设置有节管32,所述节管32外侧通过锁止销活动套接的外管33;所述外管33下端套接的托管36,所述托管36下端封闭端口,所述托管36外侧设置有橡胶垫37;所述套管314和节管32内部穿插设置有内管34,所述内管34顶端一体式固定设置有顶头35;
进一步参照图8,本发明之汽车轮胎陷坑脱困器还包括传动盘40,该传动盘40为圆盘形结构,其上设置有与中央定位盘10匹配的中心螺孔44和圆周螺孔45,以便于通过螺栓与中央定位盘10固定连接。传动盘40上沿径向均匀设置有4个(见图8a)或者5个(见图8b)或者6个滑轨(见图8c)41,在滑轨41内活动设置有导板42,导板42的外端固定设置有螺栓孔43,所述螺栓孔43通过导板42可调节其径向距离,通过螺栓孔43与外部装置连接,由外部动力拖曳或者绞拉传递动力支点。
此外,参照图9a至图9e,本发明之汽车轮胎陷坑脱困器还设置有防滑链板装置,亦称之为雪網装置,包括防滑链板60和与防滑链板60配接的绑紧组件,该防滑链板装置与轮胎50配合使用,用以在泥泞地或冰雪路面防滑、加抓地力或磨擦力。该链板60由多个链节62相互连接而成。各个链节62设置防滑面64和增阻面66。防滑面64具有一定的弧度,并朝向外侧以与地面接触;增阻面66与轮胎面接触。该链节62设有突出在防滑面64之上的数个凸块61和一对凹槽63,该凸块61可增加与地面接触的摩擦力。各个链节62的二侧均设置有第一连接头68和第二连接头69,该链节62的第一连接头68可与相邻链节62上的第二连接头69相互卡扣固定,这样两两相邻链节62的连接头68之间可进行活动拆卸或组装,以便于根据实际轮胎50的尺寸大小调节防滑链板60的长度。对应于本发明较佳实施例,可设置三组防滑链板60,每组防滑链板60可由三片链节62相互连接而成。此外,在每个链节62的两端分别设有卡扣孔65。进一步参照图10a至图11d,上述绑紧组件包括定位片70、绑紧带72、连接环74以及连接钩76。对应于本发明较佳实施例,定位片70设置三片,沿着轮胎50的径向均匀布置,各个定位片70的一端设有卡钩71,与上述定位盘10的并联环15相互卡扣连接,其另一端设有一对定位销73。绑紧带72绑紧在轮胎50上,其一端扣接到定位销73上,另一端扣接到连接环74上。上述连接环74为圆环状,适配于轮胎50的周向,并定位于定位片70 的一对定位销73之间。上述连接钩76,一端钩在链节62的卡扣孔65上,另一端钩在连接环74上,每个链节62的两端分别通过两根绑紧带72连接至连接环74上,这样即可将每组链板60绑紧在轮胎50的接触于地面的胎面55上。
优选的,所述防滑链板60采用材质可为钢缆式,链式,塑胶網式或钉式。该链板60还可提供单一片式链节62、三片式链节62,或4~60片多片式链节62,以便自由拆卸或增加变更长度。
可见,本发明通过上述防滑链板60和绑紧组件的配合使用,在汽车轮胎遇到雪地或泥泞地面时,可以方便快捷的将上述防滑链板60安装至汽车轮胎50的胎面55上,从而起到很好的防滑效果。
在汽车陷坑状态下,汽车轮胎50在遭遇坑洞或打滑空转时,本发明之汽车轮胎陷坑脱困器之安装操作步骤如下:
1、装配轮胎爪20:一般选择三组轮胎爪20,将轮胎爪20依实际轮胎50大小调整好各爪部21、22、23的相应长度后,沿车轮径向均布装配卡接到车轮上;
2、安装中央定位盘10:将中央定位盘10置于轮辐52的大致中心位置54,再将中央定位盘10上的并联环15与各个轮胎爪20的螺钩26相互卡扣,然后转动手柄13向内推进,以将螺杆12上的吸盘11吸附至轮辐52的中心位置54;
3、将撑高装置30的上夹312和内夹311分别安置在轮胎50上方和内侧并夹紧,然后将撑高架31上的固定爪313的卡头315与相邻二侧的轮胎爪20上的卡槽24卡接固定,并将节管32插进外管33,调整好位置后以插销固定,所述外管33下方延伸至托管36并固定;
4、其后将内管34放置于所述套管314内,调整好内管34端部的顶头35的高度并使其可置于雪地或陷坑地面上,并设置好内管34与套管314上的弹簧与锁止销后即可开始起动汽车,撑高装置30的顶头35随着汽车轮胎50的旋转而旋转并抵靠于雪地或陷坑地面上,从而可以有效的以“撑高”轮胎50,从而方便、迅速、安全的使汽车轮胎50脱离坑洞,最后再快速拆解还原本发明之脱困器。
此外,依据汽车陷坑状况,本发明之脱困器可以通过上述方法配合使 用防滑链板装置,从而更加有效的防止路面湿滑,增加安全行驶;
若有进一步需要,可将传动盘40与外部装置配合,有效联接其它工具、器材,依据实际车辆型式选择一款匹配的传动盘40,并与中央定位盘10的位孔装配,使用螺丝固定连接,使得中央固定盘10与传动盘40的螺孔锁紧即可完成装配,例如:该传动盘40联结“绞盘”后,车轮可充当“绞盘器”使用,可协助自己或其他车辆脱离困境;该传动盘40联结“空气泵”或“水泵”后,则可发挥打气或打水的功能,此功能多在农村、野地或自然灾害区域或人员救难区可发挥。
通过上述具体实施例,可见本发明的有益效果是:为汽车在不良天气、冰雪路面、恶劣路况状态下,防滑防捂以及在汽车陷坑时,有效自救、迅速脱困提供专用器具。在汽车轮胎遭遇坑洞打滑空转时,使用本脱困器,可以有效的以“撑高”的方式,方便、迅速、安全的脱离坑洞,并快速拆解还原脱困器;使用方便、装配与拆卸简单、快速。也可将本发明应用于自然灾害救难过程中,其配备有防滑链板和传动盘,对其他陷坑、捂车汽车实施救助;防滑链板可迅速方便地装配使用;通过所述传动盘可联接其它工具、器材,进一步拓展本发明的应用。
需要指出的是,上述较佳实施例仅为说明本发明的技术构思及特点,其目的在于让熟悉此项技术的人士能够了解本发明的内容并据以实施,并不能以此限制本发明的保护范围。凡根据本发明精神实质所作的等效变化或修饰,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于其包括中央定位装置、至少一个轮胎爪以及撑高装置,在汽车轮胎脱困时,中央定位装置定位安装于轮胎的轮辐中心位置,轮胎爪与中央定位装置相互配接并夹紧于轮胎上,撑高装置与轮胎爪相互配接,撑高装置还设有支撑于陷坑地面的顶头,顶头突出于汽车轮胎之外。
  2. 如权利要求1所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:中央定位装置包括中央定位盘,其固定安装在轮辐中心位置。
  3. 如权利要求2所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:中央定位盘设有中心螺孔,中心螺孔对准于轮辐中心位置。
  4. 如权利要求3所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:中央定位装置还包括吸盘和贯穿于中心螺孔的螺杆,吸盘吸附于轮辐中心位置,螺杆一端连接有吸盘,而另一端设置有手柄。
  5. 如权利要求2所述汽车轮胎陷坑脱自救困器,其特征在于:中央定位装置还包括至少一组并联环,并联环设置于中央定位盘的外缘并包括数个环。
  6. 如权利要求1所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:轮胎爪设有外爪部、内爪部以及连接在外爪部与内爪部之间的上爪部,所述外爪部、内爪部、或上爪部的长度可调节。
  7. 如权利要求6所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:所述外爪部包括连接板,连接板的下端设有螺钩,所述中央定位装置包括至少一组并联环,螺钩与并联环相互卡扣。
  8. 如权利要求1所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:所述撑高装置包括撑高架,撑高架包括管状主体和设置在管状主体左右两侧的固定爪,轮胎爪设有卡槽,固定爪与卡槽相互配接。
  9. 如权利要求8所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:管状主体的一端设有所述顶头,其另一端设有橡胶垫。
  10. 如权利要求8所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:管状主体的内部设有弹簧和锁止销。
  11. 如权利要求8所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:撑高架设有安装于汽车轮胎上的上夹和内夹,上夹自管状主体向外延伸。
  12. 如权利要求1所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于其还包括传动盘,传动盘安装在中央定位装置上并与外部装置配接。
  13. 如权利要求1所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于其还包括安装于汽车轮胎上的防滑链板装置。
  14. 如权利要求13所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:防滑链板装置包括防滑链板和将防滑链板绑紧于汽车轮胎上的绑紧装置。
  15. 如权利要求14所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:防滑链板由至少一片链节组成,防滑链板安装于汽车轮胎的胎面上。
  16. 如权利要求15所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:绑紧装置包括定位片和绑紧带,定位片连接在中央定位装置与绑紧带之间,绑紧带绑紧于汽车轮胎上。
  17. 如权利要求16所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器,其特征在于:绑紧装置还包括连接环和连接钩,连接环适配于轮胎的侧面并于定位片相互配接,连接钩一端与防滑链板相连,另一端与连接环相连。
  18. 如以上权利要求1-17中任一项所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器的安装使用方法,其特征在于其包括如下步骤:
    (1)、装配轮胎爪,选择至少一组轮胎爪,将轮胎爪依实际汽车轮胎大小调整好相应高度后,沿车轮径向均布装配卡接到车轮上;
    (2)、装配中央定位装置,将中央定位装置安装于陷入坑洞的汽车轮胎的轮辐中心位置并与轮胎爪相互卡接固定;
    (3)、将撑高装置安装于汽车轮胎上并同时与轮胎爪相互配接固定;以及
    (5)、启动汽车,撑高装置与陷坑轮胎一起旋转,使得其上的顶头支撑于雪地或陷坑地面上,以将汽车轮胎撑高从而脱离坑洞。
  19. 如权利要求1-17任一项所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器的安装使用方法,其特征在于其包括:提供防滑链板装置,其包括防滑链板和绑紧装置,绑紧装置与中央定位装置相互卡接固定并将防滑链板固定安装至汽车轮胎的胎面上。
  20. 如权利要求1-17中任一项所述汽车轮胎陷坑自救脱困器的安装使用方法,其特征在于其包括:提供传动盘,将传动盘安装在中央定位装置上并与外部装置配接。
