Description

轮胎自救脱困装置 技术领域
本发明涉及一种帮助车辆轮胎脱困的装置,属于增加轮胎附着力的车轮附件技术领域。
背景技术
目前,汽车在行驶中,由于地理或天气原因会遇到打滑或落入凹穴难以脱身的情况,一般情况下很难脱困,费时费力,尤其在一个车一个人的情况下,难以得到及时帮助。现有的措施中,要么是效果不明显,比如采用防滑锁链等形式,要么是防打滑或自救脱困装置结构比较繁琐,操作不方便,不便于推广,难以保证车辆的正常行驶和交通安全。
发明内容
为了克服上述现有技术的不足之处,本发明提供一种轮胎自救脱困装置,结构简单,使用可靠,利用杠杆原理使汽车脱离困境。
本发明是通过如下技术方案实现的:一种轮胎自救脱困装置,主要由脱困靴、斜拉杆、挂钩连接座和挂钩组成;所述脱困靴是由顶部的弧形板、两端的端板和两侧的侧板构成的下方开口、能卡套在轮胎外部形成凸起的壳体,所述侧板的下缘向下延伸形成能罩住一部分轮胎侧面的裙部,两个侧板之间的距离正好在宽度方向将轮胎卡住;在其中一侧的侧板上固定有两个所述的斜拉杆,两个斜拉杆沿侧板中线对称设置,两个斜拉杆倾斜设置,两个斜拉杆的下端相对并固定在所述的挂钩连接座的上端,使得脱困靴、两个斜拉杆和挂钩连接座形成三角形支架,挂钩连接座的中间有贯穿上下面的通孔,所述挂钩的钩杆从通孔穿过,钩杆的上段是螺杆,螺杆伸出通孔位于挂钩连接座上方的部分装有紧定螺母,所述挂钩的下端是朝侧板内侧勾出的钩头。

本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构简单,使用可靠,利用三角形的稳定性,通过锁定螺母调节挂钩的长度,能适应各种不同的汽车轮毂和轮胎,当汽车陷入困境后,将脱困靴安装在轮胎上,挂钩从外端跨越轮子中心,钩头从外朝内勾住轮毂的对应位置,然后拧紧螺母,将整个装置牢牢固定在轮胎上,通过汽车车轮的转动并利用杠杆原理使汽车脱离困境。
在脱困靴上还可装有气囊和挡板,如果汽车车轮陷入比较深,情况比较严重,将本发明脱困靴安装在轮胎上之后,安装上前后挡板、用气泵给气囊充气,气囊逐渐克服弹簧阻力或者磁铁的吸引力,气囊逐渐变大变高,增加了力臂,然后低速行驶脱离困境。
本发明安装和拆卸都很方便,且同样达到使汽车脱困自救的效果。

使用时,参照图3、图6、图7,脱困靴1、两个斜拉杆2和挂钩连接座4形成三角形稳定结构,脱困靴1安装在轮胎11上,正好在宽度方向将轮胎完全卡住,挂钩5从外端跨越轮子中心,钩头5-2从外朝内勾住轮毂12的对应位置,比如轮轴中心同一直线上的轮辐造型孔13内,然后用紧定螺母3将钩杆拉紧,将整个装置牢牢固定在轮胎上,通过汽车车轮的转动并利用杠杆原理使汽车脱离困境。
