特别地,本发明提供了一种冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法。该冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法包括:接收来自于用户的选择指令,以确定待制作的食物;获取选择指令对应的加工变温曲线,其中加工变温曲线保存有制作食物的加工温度和加工时间;以及按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间。
可选地,获取选择指令对应的加工变温曲线的步骤包括:按照选择指令生成相应的下载请求,并向存储有各类食物加工变温曲线的云服务器发送;以及获取云服务器响应于下载请求的加工变温曲线。
可选地,按照变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间的步骤之后还包括:生成食物加工完成的提示信息并向用户提供。

根据本发明的另一个方面,还提供了一种冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置。该冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置包括:指令接收模块,配置成接收来自于用户的选择指令,以确定待制作的食物;曲线获取模块,配置成获取选择指令对应的加工变温曲线,其中加工变温曲线保存有制作食物的加工温度和加工时间;以及调整模块,配置成按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间。
可选地,曲线获取模块还配置成:按照选择指令生成相应的下载请求,并向存储有各类食物加工变温曲线的云服务器发送;以及获取云服务器响应于下载请求的加工变温曲线。
可选地,该冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置还包括完成提示模块,配置成生成食物加工完成的提示信息并向用户提供。

进一步地,本发明的冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法与装置以及冻梨的制作方法,接收来自于用户的制作冻梨的选择指令后,自动下载制作冻梨的加工变温曲线,按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度为-10摄氏度并持续1分钟,然后变化为-5摄氏度,再上升
至0摄氏度,从而制作出美味爽口的冻梨,提高冻梨的口感,并提升了用户的使用体验。
更进一步地,本发明的冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法与装置可以根据用户选择的需要制作的食物,自动获取对应的加工变温曲线,并调整冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间,完成冷饮或冷食的制作过程,整个过程无需用户的干预,提高了用户的便利性。

本实施例提供了一种冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置,通过控制冷藏冷冻设备100,可以制作出用户所需的美食,以提高用户的使用体验。图1是根据本发明一个实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置适用的应用环境架构示意图。如图1所示,本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置所适用的冷藏冷冻设备100可以通过网络与家电管理云服务器300进行数据交互,在一些具体实例中,冷藏冷冻设备100可以通过路由器等网络设备与云服务器300直接进行连接。
冷藏冷冻设备100包括一个或多个制冷间室,间室的数量以及结构可以根据需求进行配置。间室按照用途不同可以配置为冷藏间室、冷冻间室、保鲜间室以及变温间室。其中变温间室一般是温度范围较冷冻间室和冷藏间室更宽的间室,是一种非常实用的间室,过节东西比较多的时候可以将其调节为冷冻室,一般情况下可以作为软冷冻或者冷藏间室,不需要的时候还可以将其关闭,十分灵活方便。本实施例就是通过调节冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室的制冷温度与制冷时间,制作出用户所需的美食。
冷藏冷冻设备100可以设置有显示屏200,用于显示食物列表以及冷藏冷冻设备100的其它应用信息,以供用户从食物列表中选择需要制作的食物。在显示屏200具有触控功能或者配置有输入装置时,显示屏200还可以用于显示冷藏冷冻设备100的运行参数以供用户调节,例如冷藏冷冻设备100的冷藏、冷冻或变温间室的温度,还可以显示冷藏冷冻设备100的运行模式以供用户选择,例如速冻、速冷、假日等,也可以显示冷藏冷冻设备100的储物间室内的储物情况,以供用户查看。除此之外,显示屏200还可以播放用户选择的视频或者音频文件,有利于放松心情。视频文件可以是做菜教学视频,在冷藏冷冻设备100放置于厨房时,有利于用户做菜时参考,提高用户的使用体验。
云服务器300中预先保存有各类冷藏冷冻设备100的应用信息,此外还可以保存有食物(冷饮或冷食)的加工变温曲线,其中加工变温曲线保存有制作食物的加工温度和加工时间。在接收用户制作食物的选择指令之后,按照选择指令生成相应的下载请求,并向云服务器300发送,即可获取云服务器300响应于下载请求的加工变温曲线。从加工变温曲线中提取出多段加工流程以及每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间,按照多段加工流程的顺序依次将冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间调整为对应的设定温度和设定时间。最后就能制作完成用户所选择食物,由于严格按照加工变温曲线调节间室的温度,食物的味道会十分美味可口。
例如用户想要制作香草冰激凌,可以利用从云服务器300下载下来的香草冰激凌的加工变温曲线,对冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间进行设定,即可得到美味的香草冰激凌。并且,一般只是按照某一固定温度冷冻完成的香草冰激凌的口味距离市场售卖的香草冰激凌有一定差距,而按照加工变温曲线制作完成的香草冰激凌更加接近市场售卖的香草冰激凌的口味,更加美味可口。
图2是根据本发明一个实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法的示意图。如图2所示,该冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法包括:
步骤S202,接收来自于用户的选择指令,以确定待制作的食物;
步骤S204,获取选择指令对应的加工变温曲线;
步骤S206,按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室的制冷温度与制冷时间。
其中,步骤S202接收来自于用户的选择指令之前,可以利用设置于冷藏冷冻设备100上的显示屏200提供食物列表,以供用户从食物列表中选择食物,并且食物列表可以按照用户的饮食习惯以及所在区域生成。例如用户首次使用本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法制作食物时,可以根据用户的所在区域生成食物列表,例如所在区域为赵州的用户,由于赵州盛
产雪花梨,因此冻梨可以被设置在食物列表较前位置。又例如所在区域为北京的用户,由于北京盛产大磨盘柿,因此冻柿子可以被设置在食物列表较前位置。随着用户的使用次数增多,云服务器300积累的用户使用数据逐渐增多,可以根据用户的饮食习惯生成相应的食物列表。
步骤S204中获取选择指令对应的加工变温曲线,获取加工变温曲线的具体过程可以是:按照选择指令生成相应的下载请求,并向存储有各类食物加工变温曲线的云服务器300发送;以及获取云服务器300响应于下载请求的加工变温曲线。其中加工变温曲线保存有制作食物的加工温度和加工时间。
步骤S206按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室的制冷温度与制冷时间的具体过程可以是:从加工变温曲线中提取出多段加工流程以及每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间;以及按照多段加工流程的顺序依次将冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间调整为对应的设定温度和设定时间。
本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法,通过接收来自于用户的选择指令确定待制作的食物,获取待制作食物的加工变温曲线并按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间,从而制作出用户所需的美食,提高制作出的美食的美味程度,满足用户的需求。
图3是根据本发明另一个实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法的示意图。如图3所示,该冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法依次执行以下步骤:
步骤S302,接收来自于用户的选择指令,以确定待制作的食物;
步骤S304,按照选择指令生成相应的下载请求,并向存储有各类食物加工变温曲线的云服务器300发送;
步骤S306,获取云服务器300响应于下载请求的加工变温曲线;
步骤S308,从加工变温曲线中提取出多段加工流程以及每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间;
步骤S310,按照多段加工流程的顺序依次将冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间调整为对应的设定温度和设定时间;
步骤S312,生成食物加工完成的提示信息并向用户提供。
其中,步骤S312生成食物加工完成的提示信息可以是文字信息和/或声音信息,通过设置于冷藏冷冻设备100上的显示屏200提供给用户,以提醒用户及时取出制作好的食物并食用,进一步提升用户的使用体验。
本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法,通过接收来自于用户的选择指令确定待制作的食
物,获取待制作食物的加工变温曲线并从加工变温曲线中提取出多段加工流程以及每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间,然后按照多段加工流程的顺序依次将冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间调整为对应的设定温度和设定时间,对变温间室的调整更加精确,从而可以进一步提高制作出的美食的美味程度,满足用户的需求。
图4是根据本发明一个实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法中加工变温曲线的示意图。如图4所示,该加工变温曲线保存有制作食物的加工温度和加工时间,并且从加工变温曲线中可以提取出多段加工流程以及每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间,然后可以按照多段加工流程的顺序依次将冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间调整为对应的设定温度和设定时间。
图4示出的加工变温曲线可以提取出3段加工流程:第一段加工流程为设定温度为-10摄氏度并持续1分钟;第二段加工流程为将变温间室温度变化为-5摄氏度;第三段加工流程为将变温间室温度上升至0摄氏度。按照加工变温曲线设置冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间,可以使制作出的食物口感更符合用户的需求,更接近市场上售卖的同种食物的味道。
上述加工变温曲线中多段加工流程的数量,每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间都可以根据制作食物的种类以及实验测试的数据进行调整。最后制作出口感最好的食物时的加工变温曲线可以被存储在云服务器300中,当用户需要制作此食物时,只需要向云服务器300发送下载请求即可得到对应的加工变温曲线,冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室按照加工变温曲线进行制冷温度和制冷时间的调整,就可以得到用户所需的美味食物。
图5是根据本发明一个实施例的冻梨的制作方法的示意图。如图5所示,该冻梨的制作方法包括:
步骤S502,接收来自于用户的制作冻梨的选择指令;
步骤S504,下载制作冻梨的加工变温曲线;
步骤S506,按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度为-10摄氏度并持续1分钟,然后变化为-5摄氏度,再上升至0摄氏度。
由于夏季十分炎热,人们常常需要食用一些冷冻类食物以解暑降温。但是人们常常会选择冰激凌、雪糕等冷饮食品,此类食品常常会添加有香精、色素等对人体无益的食品添加剂,若是经常食用,对用户的身体会造成一定危害。除此之外,用户食用此类冷饮食品时,并不能真正解渴,而只是有一部分降温的作用。而有些水果在经过冷冻保存后,味道会更加甜美,例如梨、柿子等。冷冻过的水果既能够使用户解渴,又是一种营养价值丰富并且不含添加剂
的天然绿色食品。但若是冷冻的温度和/或时间不正确,也可能会使水果口感欠佳甚至破坏水果自身的营养。于是按照科学的冷冻温度和冷冻时间对水果进行冷冻是十分有必要的。
本实施例的冻梨的制作方法,接收来自于用户的制作冻梨的选择指令后,自动下载制作冻梨的加工变温曲线,按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间,制作出的冻梨更加美味爽口,果肉软硬适中,有效提高了冻梨的口感,并提升了用户的使用体验。
类似地,还可以通过实验总结确定出柿子、葡萄等水果以及各种冰激凌冷饮的加工变温曲线,以供用户进行选择,在使用时,仅需用户将对应食材放入变温间室,输入选择指令,就可以自动完成食物的制作过程。
图6是根据本发明一个实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600的示意图。如图6所示,该冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600可以布置于冷藏冷冻设备100内,并用于执行上述实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法。该冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600一般性地可以包括:指令接收模块610、曲线获取模块620以及调整模块630。
在以上模块中,指令接收模块610可以配置成接收来自于用户的选择指令,以确定待制作的食物。其中,接收来自于用户的选择指令之前,可以利用设置于冷藏冷冻设备100上的显示屏200提供食物列表,以供用户从食物列表中选择食物,并且食物列表可以按照用户的饮食习惯以及所在区域生成。例如用户首次使用本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600时,可以根据用户的所在区域生成食物列表,例如所在区域为赵州的用户,由于赵州盛产雪花梨,因此冻梨可以被设置在食物列表较前位置。又例如所在区域为北京的用户,由于北京盛产大磨盘柿,因此冻柿子可以被设置在食物列表较前位置。随着用户的使用次数增多,云服务器300积累的用户使用数据逐渐增多,可以根据用户的饮食习惯生成相应的食物列表。
曲线获取模块620可以配置成获取选择指令对应的加工变温曲线,其中加工变温曲线保存有制作食物的加工温度和加工时间。
调整模块630可以配置成按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间。
本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600,通过接收来自于用户的选择指令确定待制作的食物,获取待制作食物的加工变温曲线并按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备100的变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间,从而制作出用户所需的美食,提高制作出的美食的美味程度,满足用户的需求。
图7是根据本发明另一个实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600的示意图。在上一实施例
的基础上,冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600还可以灵活增加设置完成提示模块640。
完成提示模块640可以配置成生成食物加工完成的提示信息并向用户提供。其中,生成食物加工完成的提示信息可以是文字信息和/或声音信息,通过设置于冷藏冷冻设备100上的显示屏200提供给用户,以提醒用户及时取出制作好的食物并食用,以免放置时间过长导致制作后的食物口感变差,进一步提升用户的使用体验。
并且本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600中的曲线获取模块620还可以配置成:按照选择指令生成相应的下载请求,并向存储有各类食物加工变温曲线的云服务器300发送;以及获取云服务器300响应于下载请求的加工变温曲线。
调整模块630还配置成:从加工变温曲线中提取出多段加工流程以及每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间;以及按照多段加工流程的顺序依次将冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间调整为对应的设定温度和设定时间。
本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600,通过接收来自于用户的选择指令确定待制作的食物,获取待制作食物的加工变温曲线并从加工变温曲线中提取出多段加工流程以及每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间,然后按照多段加工流程的顺序依次将冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间调整为对应的设定温度和设定时间,对变温间室的调整更加精确,从而可以进一步提高制作出的美食的美味程度,满足用户的需求。
进一步地,本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600,还可以制作冻梨,在接收来自于用户的制作冻梨的选择指令后,自动下载制作冻梨的加工变温曲线,按照加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备100变温间室的制冷温度为-10摄氏度并持续1分钟,然后变化为-5摄氏度,再上升至0摄氏度,从而制作出的冻梨更加美味爽口,果肉软硬适中,有效提高了冻梨的口感,并提升了用户的使用体验。
更进一步地,本实施例的冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置600,可以制作包括冻梨在内的多种冷冻水果,不仅可以使用户解渴,还能为用户提供一种营养价值丰富并且不含添加剂的天然绿色食品。此外,食物加工完成之后,还可以生成食物加工完成的提示信息,通过设置于冷藏冷冻设备100上的显示屏200提供给用户,以提醒用户及时取出制作好的食物并食用,以免放置时间过长导致制作后的食物口感变差,进一步提升用户的使用体验。

- 一种冷藏冷冻设备的控制方法,包括:接收来自于用户的选择指令,以确定待制作的食物;获取所述选择指令对应的加工变温曲线,其中所述加工变温曲线保存有制作所述食物的加工温度和加工时间;以及按照所述加工变温曲线调整所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,获取所述选择指令对应的加工变温曲线的步骤包括:按照所述选择指令生成相应的下载请求,并向存储有各类食物加工变温曲线的云服务器发送;以及获取所述云服务器响应于所述下载请求的加工变温曲线。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,按照所述变温曲线调整所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间的步骤之后还包括:生成食物加工完成的提示信息并向所述用户提供。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,按照所述加工变温曲线调整所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间的步骤包括:从所述加工变温曲线中提取出多段加工流程以及每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间;以及按照所述多段加工流程的顺序依次将所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间调整为对应的设定温度和设定时间。
- 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,所述食物为冻梨,并且所述加工变温曲线设置为-10摄氏度并持续1分钟,然后变化为-5摄氏度,再上升至0摄氏度。

- 一种冻梨的制作方法,包括:接收来自于用户的制作冻梨的选择指令;下载制作冻梨的加工变温曲线;以及按照所述加工变温曲线调整冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度为-10摄氏度并持续1分钟,然后变化为-5摄氏度,再上升至0摄氏度。
- 一种冷藏冷冻设备的控制装置,包括:指令接收模块,配置成接收来自于用户的选择指令,以确定待制作的食物;曲线获取模块,配置成获取所述选择指令对应的加工变温曲线,其中所述加工变温曲线保存有制作所述食物的加工温度和加工时间;以及调整模块,配置成按照所述加工变温曲线调整所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中所述曲线获取模块还配置成:按照所述选择指令生成相应的下载请求,并向存储有各类食物加工变温曲线的云服务器发送;以及获取所述云服务器响应于所述下载请求的加工变温曲线。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,还包括:完成提示模块,配置成生成食物加工完成的提示信息并向所述用户提供。
- 根据权利要求8所述的装置,其中所述调整模块还配置成:从所述加工变温曲线中提取出多段加工流程以及每段加工流程的设定温度和设定时间;以及按照所述多段加工流程的顺序依次将所述冷藏冷冻设备变温间室的制冷温度和制冷时间调整为对应的设定温度和设定时间。
